I can't believe this
My DND players just absolutely clowned on my insane homebrew monster....this is what I get for hyping up how strong an enemy is going to be for three months.
The beast of bedlam was an absolutely cracked monster that they needed to get past
363 HP 22AC +15 to hit, multi attack and every attack hits harder than a fireball. Ranged and melee options even an AOE, regeneration, and whenever you hit it you have to save against going flying 30ft and landing prone, it could fly it had legendary resistance and magic resistance ........this thing was all of the awesomeness i could muster without guaranteeing a TPK against my LV 7 players ....or so i thought
They spent over a week (in game )prepping tons of glyphs of warding to make all this happen at once . ....then they Polymorphed into giant apes, enlarged themselves further, got hasted, greater invisibility, freedom of movement and armour of faithed up. Then when this thing was asleep they jumped it
They killed it in three rounds.....that's 18 seconds in game time a little over an hour of our actual lives
The beast of bedlam that had been the scourge of a continent for a thousand years only got two turns before they killed its ass.
(in all seriousness I am glad my players had fun and got to feel powerful.....but I am still a little sad to see my creation die quite so anticlimacticaly )

Postgame Cyrus Team
What it says on the tin- I wanted to create an interesting, postgame-level battle with Cyrus. For type diversity, I added in the Pokémon he uses in the Diamond and Pearl Manga (sorry, honchkrow, you’re awesome but your types were redundant :( ), and I also tried to make a battle style that would match his character, which I’ll explain at the end.
Alright, let’s get started!
Probopass, lv. 70
Always uses stealth rock on the first turn. You want to switch in fire-types for his steel-types or ice-types for his flying-types? Tough luck. It also knows earth power to threaten fire and rock types, plus psychic and flash canon. Holds leftovers.
Crobat, lv. 72
Tail-wind, toxic, roost, and cross-poison. Not his most powerful offensive Pokémon, but you’d better get it out quickly or you’ll be dealing with tail-wind and one or more members of your team being toxic-poisoned. Defensive nature and holds a sitrus berry, so it’s not too much of a glass canon. Will switch out immediately after tail-wind if against a steel-type. Its (nearly useless) ability is inner focus.
Weavile, lv. 73
knock off, ice punch, brick break, and arial ace. Holds a focus sash. Between that and most likely tailwind, you’ll be taking at least two hits from weavile, and he can hit thirteen types for super-effective. Its ability is pressure.
Magnazone, lv. 72
Thunderbolt and gyro ball for damage, can set up reflect and light screen. Cyrus will switch into gyarados if you bring out a ground-type. Holds light clay. Its ability is sturdy.
Gyrados, lv. 71
Another hard-hitter. Electric-types? He’ll switch to magnezone, and failing that, earthquake. Rock-types? Aqua tail. Powerful dragons? Ice fang. Add a waccan berry and dragon dance for anything that isn’t an immediate threat and it’s likely to cause you some issues. Its ability is intimidate.
Houndoom, lv. 70
Cyrus will switch into this if you bring out a fire-type, and its ability is flash fire, so enjoy wasting a quarter of your fire-type’s HP for nothing. Knows flamethrower, dark pulse, energy ball, and hidden power (water) for those already-weakened fire-types. Holds a choice scarf.
You’re probably sensing a theme here: Cyrus switches his Pokémon a lot, while making it a pain for you to do so (stealth rock) and also a pain for you not to (toxic, pressure, intimidate, and switch-ins you’re at a disadvantage to). This will hopefully make him an intimidating and unique encounter who uses strategy to own the field and put every possible obstacle in your way, and will force the player to strategize as well. I also thought frequent switching would match his instability and adaptability (like when he was kidnapped by Giratina and immediately started plotting to use it to salvage his plan).
Another small thing I did to make his team reflect his character is to have his weavile (which I do realize is canonically his ace) the highest level while having his crobat and magnezone a level below it- he both has humanity in him and has tried hard to become his machinelike ideal, but his bitterness and malice undermines the good parts of both.
Also, while Cyrus is strong, he does have a weakness. I opted not to give his Probopass the “sturdy” ability (instead it gets the useless “magnet pull”) or give it an air balloon. This way, all three starters can hit it for super-effective STAB (two for quad-effective STAB), and if they manage to get it out in one shot, Cyrus will be unable to set up stealth rock and thus is significantly less of a pain to deal with. The one thing Cyrus failed to plan for was the Pokémon you’ve been bonding with from the very start.

Day 9 of My Pokémon Yellow Nuzlocke Challenge!
A whole couple of real life days have passed without any gameplay, so I’m not counting them in my record.
We’re heading down Route 9 towards Rock Tunnel and then on to Lavender Town. Right off the bat, Belle levels up and evolves into a Weepinbell. Awesomeness! Now to find a Leaf stone to evolve her more later. Crispy had me worried for a minute when he took some Fury Attacks from a couple Beedrill, but he not only handled it like a champ, he also leveled up twice in that one battle, so yay!
We also get an encounter here:
Route 9 Encounter—Nidoran ♂/ Lawrence
Lv. 16
Hp: 41
Attack: 27
Defense: 21
Speed: 21
Special: 19
Barely got 1 step into the grass and boom! here’s a little Nidoran ♂to work with. Now, I already have my Nidoqueen, Lily, but it’s good to have a Nidoking as a fairly comparable back-up just in case something happens (let’s just pray it doesn’t). Anyway, we’ll keep knocking down these trainers and getting stronger on our way over to the entrance into Rock Tunnel.
Yipes! I almost lost Plowboy there to another Diglett! Being faster that your opponent can have its downsides in the case of both using 2-turn moves—I Dig underground, they Dig underground; I pop up and whiff, they pop up and hit. At least Belle and Mike are having a good time ripping apart the other Poison- and Ground-types and gaining levels just fine. Which makes me realize that I’ve been neglecting Zippy a bit. Whoops! Better fix that coming up soon. First, our next encounter comes in a patch of grass above the Pokémon Center next to Rock Tunnel’s entrance.
Route 10 Encounter—Machop/NachoMan
Lv. 16
Hp: 50
Attack: 35
Defense: 25
Speed: 17
Special: 18
Machop is fun as a good early game Fighting-type; though, because his evolved form, Machoke, only has a mediocre base stat total (BST), I would have to find another option before the Pokémon League. Here’s the issue with trade evolutions (Machoke, Haunter, Graveler, and Kadabra require being traded to evolve to their highest stages) and my case—I don’t really have anyone to trade with that I know of. I’m pretty sure my brother didn’t get any of the virtual console games; and being out in the middle of nowhere, it’s a shot in the dark to find someone else who can trade with in my area. Basically, I’ll be able to access a Hitmonlee soon anyway and NachoMan will likely not see much use. Oh well. 🎶Nacho, Nacho Man! Salsa, cheese, and chips; it’s Nacho Man!🎶
Now let’s make sure to heal up before we head into the long dark of Rock Tunnel. The way is dark, it was made by those who are bats, and the Zubat keep it; the way is dark…
Another thing I need to do is pull some positive vibes together so I don’t end up with a Zubat as my encounter because that would be…painful. Oh and knockout this other trainer here for more experience.
Rock Tunnel Encounter—Geodude/Cephas
Lv. 16
Hp: 40
Attack: 30
Defense: 40
Speed: 14
Special: 15
(Charlie Brown voice): I got a rock.
Jokes aside, a rock/ground-type like Geodude could prove useful for the Fire Gym in the distant future. Let’s hope we make it that long; Rock Tunnel is a labyrinthine mess without using Flash.
Yet, we’re made of tougher stuff! We don’t need to waste a move-slot on Flash especially when Gen 1 has conveniently given us the outline of walls and ladder locations. Gen 3 remakes fixed this difficulty issue by giving the player a small little circle of light around your character and leaving the rest black and blank; made it much harder to navigate if you didn’t have Flash on one of your Pokémon. Though the Gen 3 remakes also had a bunch of other fixes and QoL improvements on top of that so, whatever; maybe I’ll transfer my old Pokémon over and do a Nuzlocke of LeafGreen next and get a proper comparison.
Man! These trainers are either just terrible or my team is somehow getting better. Had some problems dealing with some Hikers’ Geodudes actually having Rock Throw finally but then I switched in Lily and punted them into the ceiling. Furthermore, the wild Pokémon are simply EXP fodder for my team as Zubat, Geodude, and Machop all fall easily to Zippy, PlowBoy and Belle, and Mike respectively. Basically, when we hit Lavender Town and Celadon City, we should be in tip-top, battle-ready shape.
So, with a little bumping around and battling our way through, we make it out of Rock Tunnel. There’s a few more trainers here just outside the exit, but I think I’ll save here and leave the rest for tomorrow.

Michelle "Huldra" Fjelstad
LV: 1 AT: 26 DF: 30 HP: 34 EXP: 2
"Frick she's so cute and sweet, new friend? Must protect! Yeah her brother is awesome, love the small cute looking but is actually OP and will kick your ass anime trope."
*rising a brow at what I believe is a check I shrug. Protective brother perhaps, I get that. Feeling a bit lightheaded I ask if she would mind me joining her, gesturing to the grass spot next to her.
*at her confirmation I go to sit only to stop as I notice something small heading toward us quickly: trajectory = cute skeleton = stop+protect
*without much thought I simply react and grab it before it can hit her. Internally cursing because that hurts. I look over at the teens with a baseball bat looking concerned. I sigh and throw the ball back while I yell:
"Be careful with that, there are other people here."
*i turn back and plop down on the grass next to Artemis, barely registering the short skeleton now being there. 2 seconds pass before tears sprung up at the corner of my eyes and I start to shake out my hand.
"Frick a frack that hurts. Mother of ducks."
*can clearly see that the palm of my left hand is all red.
The short one double checks on Artemis making sure she’s alright before sighing and taking your hand. His own hand glows a faint orange and you feel the sting ebb away as well as the redness
Helios: THANKS FOR THAT
Artemis: that was amazing!! You were so fast!!

Since I gotta start over on equipment anyway, I’m doing a different build on his enchantments. Previously, I had Improved Critical + 75% chance to disintegrate undead on crit on both his morningstar and crossbow. I actually haven’t picked up a crossbow yet (all shortbows, which he can’t use, grr) so I haven’t decided whether I’ll do the same enchantments on both weapons. But this time around, I put Improved Crit on his gloves instead (hopefully since it’s not damage it doesn’t just apply to unarmed fighting?) and did disintegrate undead + bonus fire damage on his morningstar—so now it starts flaming whenever there’s an enemy nearby, just like my favorite sword from the first game!
And since I’m only doing 2 out of 4 jewelry items (including boots) for now, I’ve prioritized damage and HP (meant to do AC and HP but accidentally duplicated the wrong gem, but at least I’ve got +15 from the boots). On the boots I put Sunder (reduces enemy AC on hit) + WIS (XP bonus), and on the amulet I put STR (hit + dmg bonus) + CON (HP bonus). Currently, at lv 30, he’s got a max HP of 565—actually higher than his MP, which is 457—and an AC of 136—and he earns 145% XP. This is pretty awesome. Enemies will still do some pretty real damage to me, but it doesn’t seem I have to worry too much yet.
Yeah, okay, I’m starting a game on Extreme after all. I know I should probably be playing the cleric so I can become familiar with her spells, since some of them I’ll be giving to Misao in some form or another, but! I like playing Ysuran! Also I wanna try and get him all flawless equipment.
I should also start a new game in NWN as a cleric (and maybe another as a necromancer, give me some more ideas), but idk when I’ll do that. I can really only focus on one game at a time lol

Hi Pen, thank you so much for writing and sharing it with us (and answering our annoying questions. I love all your work. But I thought that the stone was destroyed and Flamel died pretty quickly without it (like he didn't make it another 6 years). So in NG he lived another 6 years without it? or did he make another one? Was it even destoyed? Was the stone in the school real? So V killed Flamel and took his newly made stone or the stone was destroyed and Voldy just made him do a new one?
yes, that is what Dumbles said in canon... in NG, I'm writing that this was all a lie. Because I (as well as LV in my fics) don't think that someone like Flamel, who obviously must have been obsessed with the idea of living forever (and as a very wealthy person) if he created the Philosopher's Stone wouldn't just suddenly be okay with dying because someone else, someone dangerous, tried to steal it. That probably happened the moment he let people know it existed, which I assume he would have been prepared to deal with accordingly. Actually, I thought the whole arc surrounding the stone in HP was a little weird. Didn't Flamel need the stone to continue to make the Elixir of Life n the first place? Why would be give it to Dumbledore (who gave it to Hagrid...) to stash it in Gringotts suddenly, where not even he could get to it (unless he made shit tons of the Elixir first, but that would be its own liability wouldn't it)? And then have the stone moved to Hogwarts? Surely if he had the ability to make that thing he would have his own genius ways to hide and secure its whereabouts? One would imagine he already had such ways to hide it in place before the events of Harry's first year. I'm obviously overthinking all this as this is a children's book and it benefitted the plot to have the stone in the school where Harry and friends had to beat fun magical tasks and ultimately face pure evil to acquire it but yeah. Overall not the moves of a genius wizard who had likely dealt with many foes who wished to steal his super awesome immortality gold-making stone lol

Hello! Unified Flora Exam JP Anon here!
Funny Story: before you replied today, I actually already somehow scored albeit barely a 20,012 Score, with the Team I described!!!! I switched to a Lvl 89 Leona Support, because I suspected I did too much damage with a Lvl 100+ Leona before I could reach Turn 4 for another DUO, and it appears to have worked! Obviously RNG enabled that score—but the point is, a Team like that works! So I look forward to pulling Dorm Leona one day to be able to get that score on a regular Basic Flora Exam 🥰🥰🥰
On the other hand, I DID try out your suggestion—swapped out Vil for SM Lilia and changed to a Lvl 100 Rook Support, and I easily got a 20,500+ Score. So thanks for the advice!!! Only too bad this can’t work for regular exams, but I already described my plans above, so yeah!
P.S. No I don’t have Dorm Riddle, so I can’t use him XD not sure if I’d even have the team or resources I’d need to be able to or want to use him, should I get him…
[A reply to this ask!]
Oh that's awesome! I'm glad the suggestion worked. 🥳 It does suck that you can't use it in regular tests, but hey, you now have an effective team to use for regular Flora basic.
Most importantly, I'm really proud that you got to 20k before we replied to your ask. We love to help others out, but we also love to see you apply our advices when you try to think of what to do to improve your score~. Keep up the good work!
Also to reply to your P.S., you don't have to get him if you think you don't need him. I mostly recommended him because I actually recommended to you the team I used in the exam. I did Dorm Rook, Dorm Epel, Dorm Riddle, SM Lilia, and a support Dorm Rook, and it got me 21.6k (mostly because the Rook support was Lv.107). Dorm Riddle was mainly there to bring the HP down as much as possible, but I guess if your Dorm Rook had maxed magic (mine didn't), then SM Silver would have been the better choice since he won't risk killing too fast as much as Riddle.

red souls aren’t determination souls
so we know the colors and souls traits are linked because of the ball game
but note, red doesn’t get listed as determination.
GOLD is what actually is the color for determination.
(ignore how things are orange tinted, i have flux on and its 2am) determination is listed in yellow text.
it flat out says you’re filled with determination every time you use it.
note there are no red flowers, but a very distinct golden flower instead.
and golden flowers are frequently connected with determination. flowey is one injected with dt, chara is buried under the patch of flowers, they’re here underground purely because of chara’s dying wish and desire to use their will past death. one could say it represents that will to live despite everything else, even death itself. which. again, is what determination is. The will to keep living. The resolve to change fate.
more evidence DT is yellow:
selected text is yellow, not red
as is the SAVE point. hell, even frisk is yellow. the golden heart lockets are yellow. (though, how canon that is up to debate, as we only see it in the collector’s edition as a merchandise, not ingame. but alas.)
yellow/golden is frequently and constantly used to refer for determination. and again, there isn’t a red flower, but rather the golden flower taking it’s place.
now granted, chara does use red text in no mercy and has a red soul judging by their empty casket. but that just means chara had a red soul, not that they were a determined soul! remember, the other humans souls have determination.
“I've extracted it from the human SOULs.”
if you go back without using a true reset, toriel will comment this upon your butterscotch/cinnamon choice. that she feels deja vu with humans, as if shes met them before
RED souls can’t be determination, determination is a trait shared between different soul color humans. to further this, the red soul we control in deltarune is the one we use yes, but we don’t USE determination to save. we use the “power of” something else, like fluffy boys and mean girls. it’s distinctly not a yellow light, its distinctly not listed as the feeling of determination. now, if the red soul was determination, than shouldn’t the power/save be the same?
now, what is the trait or red souls? i speculate below because this post is already fricking so long. i don’t have a concrete answer, but at least i have something?
so again, we know chara and frisk have red souls. chara has red text in no mercy, (though, not solely red text through the whole run) other uses of red are with sans mentioning LV as Level of Violence and EXP as Execution points. (which matches how chara says they are the stats and numbers of the game, including GOLD and LV and such)
another mention is asgore, when toriel brings him up as the one who killed the other humans. (there are more uses of red text as listed on this awesome link, however, these seem to be the biggest standouts. not discounting them, but i don’t really feel the need to add the snail race end into this theory)
now that said i AIN’T saying chara is inherently evil or that red souls being linked to violence/warnings means evil either. afterall, we use a red soul in detarune too, and nothing about the player or kris (tho, kris isn’t likely to be the original owner of the soul) are inherently violent. (and honestly i’m not as well versed with dr as ut, idk if/when red text is ever shown to compare it to.) LV isn’t the ONLY thing chara says they are.
"HP. ATK. DEF. GOLD. EXP. LV. Every time a number increases, that feeling...That's me."
so maybe less so LV and more so the game mechanics and gui??? they are the flavor text after all? that doesn’t seem right either.
so, no i don’t think red = wrath is fully accurate or necessarily bad. the game itself is about choice, defying the status quo and fate itself to get what you want. maybe the use of determination over coming your wrath/violence is the point? i mean, their wrath is what was their character flaw that got them into this in the first place. them overcoming their mistake and growing from that despite their wrath is their character arc!
and to be clear, chara’s anger is honestly valid because humanity has done inexcusable and horrible things to both them and monsterkind. i mean, no, murder wasn’t the solution obviously, but frankly they’re a kid and the mages designed the barrier with death-ultimatums. Also like, Undyne is TOTALLY framed as heroic and in the right for fighting the player in no mercy. you CAN do true pacifist and punch every monster you meet. violence isn’t inherently bad, and can be used for good. self defense is fine, fighting people who wish harm innocents is fine. ideally don’t kill or be killed.
anyway, back to the red soul thing equally danger/violence and such. the link i posted earlier mentions its also with undyne’s speech and theres the red “!” in battle to warn players of upcoming attacks. asgore is frequently used in red and his trident is also red. the color theming is clearly pointing to something here. even if its not necessarily LV, i think its within the ball park. again, it doesn’t fully match because as far as i’m aware DR doesn’t hint towards any of this and doesn’t fully explain everything. AND i think its dumb for chara and frisk’s soul trait to be violence. esp when every other trait got a virtue-like feeling to it. it doesn’t hold up.
perhaps... red could mean heroism?
granted, more of a stretch here, but heros are talked about A LOT in undertale. not so much in words, but thematically. papyrus is based off an obscure super hero, undyne has Battle Against a True Hero in her no mercy battle, mtt uses heroism in his dramas/acting. ect.
now, this one feels too vague and nonsuported but it feels REALLY meta and on point at the same time. i mean. the red soul being the hero, the protagonist? oh my god. thats frickin amazing. on-top of that, heros are brought up ALL the time with deltarune. the heroes of light, ralsei insisting they need to be heroic, augh. it fits!
and heroes are so known for their violence too! heroic violence, sure, but its such a more positive note of it when you think of heroes . and chara’s wrath is in part for a heroic reason! perhaps wrath is the sin of the heroic virtue!
i’m really curious to what other people think!

So ive been thinking about one of @unendingliveblogging posts, where toriel is like a super fire mage and it got me thinking. What would all the main characters class and level he in the dark world. Ok so for one we gotta establish the max level and its pretty clear that its gotta be 99 or 100. That being said we can now properly give the characters a level. The characters we are going to be looking at are Toriel, Asgore, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne and Alphys cus why not. Its fair to say as of now that their powers and ranking is similar to the one from undertale. Thus the rankings would be 1) sans(duh) 2) Asgore/Undyne(i think undyne is stronger but some will disagree) 3) papyrus(its implied he has more power then we know of so he goes here) 4) toriel(shes strong but she was to first boss so yea) and 5) alphys(i dont think this is a suprise but yea). The levels for each of them should look something like this: Sans(lv1 but he’s basically maxed level), Asgore(lv90), Undyne(lv90-100 based on the “D” word(determination)), papyrus(lv60-80 because idk I’m making this up on the spot and lv 80 feels a little high idk), Toriel (lv70 it makes sense as theres no way the kids in deltarune even stand a chance in the real world so shes definitely OP in the dark world), and last but not least Alphys(lv50 but probably has robots or something idk). So we know that in the dark world you kinda transform into your desire or something that could help you get what you desire(Noelle turning into a mage that could help her realize her worth and boost her confidence). Starting from Toriel as we are most definitely going to see her in the next chapter, I’m not sure what her desires would be. She seemed to have achieved her teacher dream and she has children she loves with all of her being. If this is the case then shell totally be some sort of wizard. Shell 100% be really similar to Ralsei, but she will have differences. For one she seems to have a book to help her cast spells(whether its just strong spells or all spells, it helps with spell-casting), and two shell have some sort of robe that kind of looks like what she wears in undertale but more robe-y. Shell be able to do some fire magic and maybe a healing spell cus of her kind nature. Moving on… Asgore! Yea so I’m pretty sure he wants to get back with Toriel or maybe its more like he wants a nice family thats together. Mix this with his gardening hobby and hell probably be like a druid or warden. Hell cast awesome forest or flower magic and probably have his cool trident again. I think the warden thing actually makes the most sense, as i think it matches his personality and he could have a lot of his cool stuff from undertale again(though him being a druid would be cool too). Undyne would be a gladiator, knight or some kind of barbarian. Shell have ridiculous power and would look really awesome. Maybe she could have some kind of determination attack that takes hp or a determination form that slowly drains hp, but something like that would most likely still fit her. We don’t know much of papyrus as of now for deltarune, but if we use what we know from undertale then he could easily be a knight. He’d be pretty awesome. He could also be an eldritch knight as that makes more sense but idk something with justice and knighthood would really fit him. Alphys would be an artificer… if thats a surprise then you must bot have played undertale. She makes gadgets for battle and yea shed be awesome. Finally we have sans. Based on what you believe of sans he could be one of many things. He could be a warlock(for Gaster), he could be a sorcerer, or he could be something completely made up like “reality bender” or something idk. The first two make the most sense and he’s obviously kick ass. Obviously he only deals 1 dmg but it really racks up over time. This was one big rambling that i wanted to do so i could draw them later, but tell me what you think these characters classes and levels would be. :p

AR Cards
Cool! More Lessons to read! If only Salomon can speak in English for once. Until then, here’s a guide on AR Cards.
AR Cards are used to augment your units with additional stats and skills.
Obtaining AR Cards
You can get your starter Lil’Salomon card by completing AR Lesson 1.
Other AR Cards may be obtained through the Dungeon system, through events, or through the AR Summon Gacha.
Equipping AR Cards
AR Cards have a separate AR Cost. All AR Cards have an AR Cost of 1 regardless of rarity. The AR Cost has been increased to 5, so it’s possible for all 5 non-support members to equip an AR Card now.
An individual AR Card may also have a restriction as to who can equip it.
Two units cannot equip the same AR Card.
AR Card Level Limit
Raising an AR Card’s level limit will increase the activation rate and effects of its skills.
The level limit of an AR Card can be increased by obtaining copies of it. Completing AR Lesson 2 will give you 9 copies of Lil’Salomon, increasing its level limit to 10.
You can increase Lil’ Salomon’s level limit to its maximum of 100 by completing the following Tutorial Missions:
Raise a unit to at least LV40
Raise a unit to at least LV64
Raise your units up to collective total of 100 levels
Raise your units up to collective total of 300 levels
Clear “Sanctuary of the Berserkers (3)” (in Main Chapter 3)
Clear “End of the Banquet and then…?” (in CH3)
Clear “Path of Thorns (3)” (in CH4)
Clear “Blazing Path (3)” (in CH4)
For AR Cards obtained through a Dungeon, clearing each Advance stage will increase its level limit by a set amount.
For AR Cards obtained through AR Summon Gacha, obtaining a duplicate of a ★3 will raise its level limit by 1; a duplicate of a ★4 will raise it by 5; a duplicate of a ★5 will raise it by 20.
Raising AR Cards
You can level up AR Cards in the AR Equipment Menu. Leveling up AR Cards will increase the ATK/HP stat effect.
Completing AR Lesson 3 will give you 4 AR Tokens. AR Tokens can be farmed through the Dungeon system.
Using AR Tokens to raise AR Level works similarly to using Skill Souls to raise Skill Level, by raising a success probability with each AR Token you put in.
Each multiple of 10 is a soft level cap. This means you can only use as many AR Tokens as needed to reach the level cap at a time. For example, even if your Lil’ Salomon Card’s level limit is 100, you can only add up as many as it takes to reach Level 10, then as many as it takes to reach Level 20, and so on.
Similar to raising Level, there is a chance for “Great” and “Awesome” results. These will raise an AR Card an additional 1 or 2 levels, respectively. Great/Awesome results cannot raise an AR Card’s level beyond its current limit.
Support ARs
Setting ARs in your support lineup is subject to the same restrictions as equipping them in your own teams. Two units cannot have the same AR, even if they are the same unit set in both the FREE and Element slots.
You can tap & hold the AR icon to open its details screen in both Team Edit & Support lineup menus.
Support ARs will not contribute to your team cost.
A support unit with an AR will utilize all the effects & skills of its equipped AR except for the EXP skills found in the Anniversary and Jinn/Triton ARs.
