I’m not much of a “kitchen” guy but I was asked to make bacon wrapped lil’ smokies for the funeral family gathering tomorrow. My dad said i did good. Willow doesn’t eat pork so I got turkey bacon, beef lil’ smokies and the glaze is a butter and brown sugar. Quick veggie Taco

So the other day I got home from school and I was REALLY hungry. I just go mean and cranky. So for lack of patience I made veggie tacos! Which were inspired by my mom's fish tacos but obvi with no fish Ingredients: Veggie meatballs/burger/..soy meat? Mayo Onion-habanero salsa* Small tortillas Onion habanero salsa is made with chopped red onion about a half an onion, with lime juice(about two limes) and chopped habanero.WARNING. Honestly you only chop a tiny bit of habanero. Its soooo hot. I just use the very tip n chop it up. It's so small it looks minced. Let onion n chili soak up the lime juice. Steps 1. Heat oil in pan on medium heat.Then place meatballs and cook for 4 minutes on each side. So the balls are pretty browned. If it's another packaged food then follow those instructions. 2. Heat up tortillas in another pan 3. Put mayo in a ziploc bag n cut the tip n squeeze to ur liking on the tortilla 4. Place meatballs and use as much salsa as u want 5. Enjoy! P.s u can substitute the veggie meatballs with whatever soy meat or anything to ur liking. The veggie meatballs I buy basically taste like veggie burger,not like meatball so veggie burgers r great too! Also mayo can be vegan mayo.
