💥FAT LOSS WITHOUT COUNTING CALORIES💥 - With our boy @syattfitness 🦄Counting calories is great. And it's something I think everyone should try, at least, for 30 days to get a better idea of how much they're actually eating, what appropriate portion sizes look like, and how much they need to eat to lose, maintain, & gain weight. - ☕️That said, you don't *need* to count calories. And, truth be told, I've always viewed "nutrition mastery" as being able to eat intuitively without tracking every single calorie. That's why I don't count my calories anymore. I did meticulously for several years when I first started learning. But now I can look at any plate of food and guess how much it has within 50-100 cals. - 🦄Now, what I have in this graphic is one of the methods I use for people who want to lose fat WITHOUT counting cals. Sometimes they just hate tracking and prefer this instead. Other times they use this when traveling or going on vaca and need some guidelines to stick to so they stay on track. - ☕️It's just a starting point - not a definitive law for every person - but from here you can track your progress and adjust as needed. Losing weight too fast? Add another meal and/or snack. Not losing weight at all? Take a snack out or reevaluate what your meals look like. Either way, this 3 meals/2 snacks strategy is one of my personal favorites and it works REALLY well. - 🦄I hope this helps. Ideally you'll use it as a fat loss "cheat sheet" to give a new method a shot and see how well it works for you. Because there's no "right" or "wrong" way to go about all of this. The key is to find what works best for YOU and run with it. Whether that's this method or counting calories or Paleo or plant-based or Atkins or whatever...doesn't matter. It’s important to understand that you can’t target fat loss at
any area of your body, including your man boobs. You just have to focus on being in a calorie deficit and you will lose fat across your entire body, including from your man boobs.
Lifting weights and eating enough protein will also help you retain/build muscle tissue when dieting, which will ensure that the weight you are losing will come from fat stores rather than muscle.
STEP 2 - Increase your natural testosterone levels
Leading a healthy lifestyle can help increase your natural testosterone which reduces the likelihood of man boobs developing. Focus on getting enough sleep, limiting stress and eating plenty of fruit and veg to get your vitamins and minerals in.
STEP 3 - Build your chest
Whilst you can’t spot reduce fat on your chest, but you can target muscle gain at your chest. Focus on learning how to execute your chest exercises with perfect form, then focus on progressive overload (slowly increasing the weights over time).
Over time your pecs will grow, reducing the appearance of any saggy skin on your chest.

@syattfitness - 🦄I'm certainly not the greatest wizard to ever live but I do like to think I've learned, at least, a tiddlywink here and a fiddlefaddle there in my time as a coach. One such thing, for example, is how to reduce (or stop) bloating. - ☕️Worth noting, there are mannnyyyyyyyyyyyy possible reasons for why you may be getting bloated. And it's impossible for me to tell you what, exactly, is causing it. Professor Trelawney might tell you it’s because you’ve seen the grim..but I wouldn’t pay her any mind. Regardless, if you find yourself chronically bloated you should 100% speak to your doctor (and ask them about IBS and to check for any food intolerances because those are common culprits). - 🦄Anyhoodle. Visit to Madam Pomfrey aside, first thing I'd say is quit eating raw veggies and start cooking them. Along those lines, it's smart to reduce (or eliminate) cruciferous veggies because, if you're prone to bloating, they can wreak havoc on your stomach. If you don't know what "cruciferous vegetables" are, you can type those 2 words right into the Google machine and it will tell you, literally, everything you could ever want to know. - ☕️Sipping hot water and/or tea is another of my favorite charms that works *really* well. I'm not 100% sure why but, if I had to guess, it makes it easier for the food to be broken down and digested without getting "stuck" and sitting there. - 🦄As for the rest, eating smaller/more frequent meals can help with digestion. Probiotics & digestive enzymes get solid reviews but don't work for everyone or everything. Sugar alcohols affect everyone differently but, for what it's worth, I've seen them cause a metric eff ton of bloating in *a lot* of people (myself included) so just be aware. I think he was embarrassed but I told him it's totally normal and it happens to me all the time. It doesn't, unfortunately, but part of me wishes it would. - ☕️Anyway. I huffed and puffed and sneezed this short list of the best strength exercises together no more than a few moments ago. Posted @withrepost • @jameskewfitness Up to a point, more protein does equal more muscle gain, but there is not a direct linear relationship between protein intake and muscle gain.⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The relationship is actually logarithmic in nature, meaning you get less and less marginal benefit for each additional gram of protein you eat.⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So whilst it is really important to hit your protein target, it's not the end of the world if you're a few grams under. ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now the optimal protein dosage is fairly hotly contested topic.⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The values I have given are in relation to how much LEAN body mass you have, not total body mass. Calculating protein off total body mass exaggerates protein requirements for people who are overweight, which makes calculating it off lean body mass more appropriate.⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You need less protein when in a calorie surplus than you do in a deficit. This is because the likelihood of muscle loss is higher in a deficit and a higher protein helps to offset this risk. ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⁣⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Leaner individuals need a higher protein intake as again the risk of muscle loss is higher. This means that the numbers I have suggested in this graph are more suitable for a lean individual who is dieting, than someone who is not so lean and in a surplus. 💥THE BEST WAY TO EAT YOUR VEGETABLES💥 - 🐼I'll start by saying there are wayyyyy worse supplements you could buy than a greens supp. They're stacked with vitamins and minerals and heaps of the nutrients you need on a daily basis. - ☕️BUT - and this is a big but (heh) - issues arise when people take a greens supplement as a replacement for their vegetables. Aside from lacking the fiber and volume and satiety of real veggies, don't fall into the trap of thinking supplements can fully replace anything or everything. They can't. Supplements, even among the few that work, are supplemental at best. And when it comes to nutrition, no supplement will ever replace the benefits of real, whole, nutrient dense veggies. - 🦄Can you buy a greens supp? Sure. Do you need a greens supp? @abdirisakcmc.gym Repost @jameskewfitness by @media.repost: It's super common for people to underreport their calorie intake and then get frustrated when they’re not able to achieve their fat loss goals. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ The calories can certainly sneak up on you - a little bit here, a dollop of dressing there… and while these extras may not mean much in isolation, they can add up throughout the day surprisingly quickly. ⁣ ⁣ Shown here is an example (sadly, not an exaggeration for some folks) of how what people claim to be eating differentiates quite drastically from what they are truly eating.. ⁣⁣ ⁣ In general, the more overweight you are, the more you tend to underreport your intake - and there are other factors at play as well, including income, level of education, and psychological variables. ⁣ ⁣ A 2008 study found that even dietitians, (who should arguably be some of the best people in the world in tracking their intake), underreport by roughly 200 calories. ⁣⁣ ⁣ This can certainly be a sensitive topic to clients, and some can get offended at the suggestion that they may not be accurately tracking what they’re eating. ⁣ ⁣ However, getting this right is absolutely crucial to making progress, so needs to be tackled head-on.⁣ Credit to @soheefit for the great content!⁣ --⁣ Want to learn how to lose fat and get lean the right way? Nobody is going to be impressed by you throwing around heavy weights with awful form. Use a full range of motion and make sure you have some control over the eccentric (lower phase) of each rep you perform.⁣ ⁣ 2. Progressive Overload. You have to be getting stronger if you want to gain muscle. Record your workouts and try to lift a bit more than you did last time (without sacrificing your form). If you're still lifting the same weights 6 months from now, your muscles will still be the same size. Progressive overload is key.⁣ ⁣ 3. Be Consist and have patience. Serious muscle growth takes time.
