i feel like dream in human aus is usually characterized as being more stoic and stern while hob is more easygoing, but i think it would be funny to have a university au where hob is the professor who's like "no work is deserving of 100%. find 27 more sources and do it again" while dream is just like "they put their dreams into it, hob 🥺 A+! Noritoshi spews his true feelings when you're upset with him. Similar to a very eager puppy trying to regain your favor by any means...... but realizes what he says and blames you for turning him into a fool. Another downside for him is that he won't take his words back in fear of you getting the wrong idea.

My main hobby is just procrastinating in any way I can. The plan was to make a cup of coffee and then start working. What actually happened is that I watched a 3 part video series (by james hoffmann ofc) on Aeropress coffee and made a few cups with different variables. Still not sure if I found The Recipe for me, but it’s getting better (tho I don’t love the coffee beans I have)

This fandom is so nit-picky that I’ve seen more criticism on every little thing about wottg (a book that came out 2 days ago) than people saying things they liked about it

Something I think we should talk about more is Orion possibly having feelings of inadequacy.

I don’t just mean compared to transformers I mean to other cogless miners.

Orion is a troublemaker a very well known troublemaker. He gives back the energy the transformers give him ten fold. Most likely skips mining shifts to break into the archives and doesn’t care about getting into said trouble at all.

I can definitely see a lot of his fellow miners looking down on him.

“Why can’t you just do your job like the rest of us?”

“Good job pissing off Darkwing Pax now we all have to deal with him!”

“Why does D-16 even hang around you? All you do is bring him down with you.”

Orion would pretend that none of those remarks affected him but he would have a moment where he thinks if it’s all worth it. Maybe he should just fall in line with everyone else. But then he sees one of their superiors pushing around a fellow miner and Orions fire is ignited again.

D16 would get his fair share of snarky remarks as well. But he would be more aggressive in making sure those bots keep Orions name out of their mouth.

no cuz i had so much fun with this

he either teaches 13ish year olds Algebra 1 or OR he teaches adults who are learning mathematics later in life! He’s trying to lay off the coffee at his therapist’s insistence. He’s gotten down to only 3 cups on a good day.

Pearl/Maya channels Mia the day before his very first lesson, and he practices the whole lesson plan on her because he’s actually nervous. </3 That’s the last time he’s seen her.

domestic cross guild, where mornings start off with a sleepy Buggy floating to the kitchen, eyes semi-closed. Mihawk at the kitchen island with two ready-made coffee mugs in front of him, silently sipping from his own while he passes one of the mugs to Buggy who wordlessly accepts and sits down across from him. Crocodile is soon trailing after him, also accepting the offered mug from Mihawk. no words are exchanged. Crocodile sets to making breakfast while Mihawk and Buggy move to sit at the table to give him more space. eyes still heavy with sleep, Buggy drapes himself on the table, trying to get a few more minutes of shut-eye. the sounds of Mihawk turning the pages of the newspaper and Crocodile humming as he cooks is a soothing lullaby to Buggy's ears by now. he has never had peaceful mornings like this before.
