how do you stay off your phone? im trying to read more and use my phone less!!

The thing that’s helped me most is phone jail. As in put my phone in a box so it’s out of sight & out of mind (I have a smart watch, so if I get a phone call/a text I still get notified so like if there’s rly someone who needs to reach me, I’ll notice)

the thing with this tho is that I’ve started to use my laptop a lot more, but at least it’s not the constant neverending scroll every 3 minutes. So it’s a step to the right direction
