that last ask about alien grian also finally got me to figure out something for pearl's wings, i think those funky bright things look kinda fitting? i tried to combine something alien / unearthy looking and the shape of moth wings; idk how they work really or where are they growing from or if they even do grow naturally. i guess i do want them to be unnaturally natural and more fleshy-feeling, like, changing and growing and expanding in ways that don't seem normal but also aren't inherently magical? so, alien, okay. and i guess if they are natural then pearl has some zippers in the back or some other functional thing for when she doesn't have the wings out. ye

i haven't shared much of my headcanons through text for a while, it's mostly been through art and random hints, but this is fun sometimes

I was inspired by whereispearlescentmoon’s post on what types of hybrid Pearl is!

The one on the Left has small glowy details that I made removable as it may be too much for some people.

I have her as a Maned Wolf at the bottom, a Luna Moth in the middle and Snowy Owl at the top.

The bird poll didn’t specify which owl Pearl was, so I asked her chat on stream and the answers I got was snowy.

The owl’s also my favourite there! The wings worked out so well and I just really love them!

(It was well worth staring at numerous snowy owl wing photos trying to make sure I got the anatomy somewhat correct…)

i wasnt really sure what to give martyn because hes kind of just a generic cyberthemed anime boy but hey i usually give sunhats ribbons so might as well say its from his headband. also i dont really see immy as a canary (not dying first lately + never really got omen or herald vibes froom him) but its so characteristic of him that i didnt really know what else to put that would signify immy.

i had a whole diagram for how these wings work but i cant find it for some reason. anyway all you need to know is that they can be folded up and theyre based on luna moth wings.

Guys I know we’ve considered shapeshifter Pearl, but I wanna talk about shapeshifter Pearl who can’t control her shifts. Sometimes she can, in moments of desperation, force herself into claws or gils, but mostly it’s emotion based.

She’s a moth most of the time because it’s the closest to a “default form” she has and when she’s just having regular day with no big emotions, it’s just what settles over her.

On season 9, as she started to work on her alien base, she felt increasingly isolated as she worked on the alien landscape, as she disappeared into the foliage and the terraforming and the spores that hung in the air. Everything felt so far away, even Gem and Impulse were only right across the river, and she was so focused on the story of what happened to the humans and aliens, that she hardly noticed when her antenna got weird, or when she grew a tail, or her wings went away (she preferred elytra anyways, faster and less delicate than her own). She felt connected to the aliens she was inventing than any hermits. It wasn’t until she went to sketch one in her notes that she noticed their same scales on herself.

She’s a wolf in Double Life because of her desperation to make a connection to her wolves, her only friends. Shes a wolf in every life series after that because she can’t help but remember who good it felt to be the hunter. When she needs to feel safe and strong and like she can kill again, a wolf just feels natural.

I also think small, more temporary shifts might happen inadvertently out of convenience rather than emotion. Why was she a salmon for the first bit of season 10? Her body decided it would take less energy to turn into a fish than it would to keep going above to surface to catch her breath while fishing. Why was she temporarily a hare on Secret Life? She just started forming her dirt mound, got into a rhythm, and after a little bit looked down and found she had hands (feet?) built for building warrens. She went back to a wolf when she went red and needed to feel powerful again. Why was she demonic for part of Double Life? It was easier to be evil and terrifying than to be alone.

Legacy shivers his wings to their full span, allowing you to trace your fingers over the constellations and speckles of stars in awe. they flutter once, twice, before wrapping over you like a gauzy blanket, your back securely against Foul Legacy's armored chest. with a tap to your shoulder his claws begin gently preening your feathers, the poor appendages a bit bedraggled and neglected during your busy daily life. his touch is delicate, gingerly fixing bent and curled feathers and dislodging old ones to bring forth new down. he bites back a satisfied croon as your shoulders slowly relax, the soreness of your wings gradually eased with his careful massaging. your eyes open when his touch lessens, gratefully brushing the tip of your wing against his

I headcannon that Tango has a lot of nervous energy like sometimes he just seems to never stop moving either fiddling with his hands or walking around. I can also see that during that he can accidentally trigger his power like if he twitched his tail it’d be faster or accidentally flinches so hard he’s just suddenly took a few steps back. I can see the scientists confusing the tics as an act of aggression or rebellion so they’d punish him.

I also like to think that since he got his powers he became a nervous pacer since he just has the desire to break into a run. Most of the time he’s pacing in the cell and can do so for probably a good amount of time if he’s stuck in his head for long enough. When he’s in that headspace it would probably take his cell mate or someone knocking on the glass/ trying to get his attention for him to stop. (I write with experience, I’m a pacer and god it’s hard to stop moving sometimes XD)

Also side question, is there a specific species of moth Pearl is based off of? Also is there anyone who hasn’t had many headcannons for them? I could see if I can come up with something

X!Tango is SO fidgety even with the power suppressors on. Poor guy constantly has to be moving. He’s restless even in his sleep.

As for Pearl, I think she was originally based off of a cecropia moth, but I’ve designed her wings to just look threatening. I’ll get around to posting that reference eventually.

-Jimmy is a canary guy, I saw his third life outfit interpreted as a sweater and liked it, he’s got coal stains on his wings hehe. Also in the double life panel he got antennae and the weird freckle things on his arms. His antennae are meant to be like Pearl’s bc siblings

-Scott’s a starborn! So the things floating around him are meant to be stars! Usually his design has longer hair but I decided he gets shorter hair for third life and it grows out through the series

-Mumbo moth guy my favourite headcanon for him ever. He’s got a feather from Gri and you can’t see his hands here but he does have a ring, which I tend to keep throughout his design because I miss them, Martyn does too but normally it’s around his neck

-no many notes on Martyn, Dogwarts banner headband heh

-Tango!! Many thoughts on him, kept his mechanical arm from create. He’s got Phoenix wings and I forgot them here but usually he has blaze rods floating a round him, like Scott. I’ve also decided blazes get antennae

-Etho’s got flowers from Bdubs in his hair, I love them, they cause me so much pain. He’s also got black pained nails

-Bdubs moth guy, no notes really, his hair is in a ponytail but you can’t see it

A parrot avian in some universes, a shapeshifted watcher in others, it’s a 50/50 which one I decided to go with

Avians in my mind take on the wing patterns of a bird they connect with, which usually happens at around 18-23. Instead of facial hair they grow feathers around their cheeks and in their hair.

His earring is a present from mumbo ^^

The gold detailing on his wings have the watcher symbol and suns on it, and his shoes have suns too! (why suns you may ask? “Grian” is the Irish word for sun, and according to my myth/history nerd friend there was an Irish sun goddess named Grian)

Life series hybrid headcanons I really like that aren’t the main headcanon for each charachter

Cleo:

Mainly a zombie, but I really adore mouse Cleo. It’s kinda random and obscure but I was just throwing things at the wall with random hybrids ages ago for those hybrid swap posts and came up with mouse Cleo and now she’s one of my fave hcs ever.

Scar:

Mainly a vex, but I see him as a moobloom. The flowers are related to each season, Third Life being lilacs, Last Life being poppies, Double Life is cornflowers, limited life I’m not sure on, Secret Life is sunflowers, real life he’s a mooshroom, and Wild Life it’s bamboo.

Pearl:

This one’s hard because the main one is definitely moth, but wolf is too popular to put as my “uncommon headcanon” so imma go with cat. Cat pearl is really funny to me, especially in the context of Double Life. Kitty in charge of a pack of wolves, peak humour.

Martyn:

Another tricky one but this time because there’s no real commonly agreed on headcanon for him from what I’ve seen. Everyone really makes him a human or some random hybrid. Personally I usually see him as a phantom hybrid (I could ramble about phantom Martyn for ages <3 I love him <33) but also cat Martyn is super fun, especially in Secret Life. He also just has wet cat vibes.

Etho:

I see arctic fox Etho or eldritch being Etho the most, but personally I see him as a snow lynx. I just think it fits him and it looks good with his white hair. Also snow lynx in a white castle in Third Life then the snow fort in Last Life? It fits so good imo.

Jimmy:

Canary Jimmy is obvious the most common one, and I totally understand why, but with the canary curse being gone it’s opened my eyes to breeze Jimmy. It was the first thing that popped into my head when I thought about hybrids for him, and I think it’s such a cool concept. It also matches with Tango in Double Life, blaze and breeze, I love it. Begging y’all to see my vision here.

Lizzie:

Fairy Lizzie is the common one, and tbh it’s mine too, but my uncommon hc for her is cat! (Wow there’s a lot of cats on this list it’s almost like they’re my fave animal-). She’s skittish, cute, awkward at times, but can be incredibly deadly when she feels like it and locks in. Also empires season 2 reference ;3

BigB:

This is same as Martyn, there’s no popularly agreed headcanon for him, but I guess I’ll use creaking since it got super popular from Wild Life, but I’ve not seen it much outside of Wild Life. My rare headcanon for him is curly haired mouse! I don’t have a lot of reasoning for this one I just think it’s cute.

Tango:

Everyone’s seen blaze Tango, it’s the universal headcanon by everyone, but holy shit bee Tango is so fun. That one post about it has blown my mind, he’s so cool. Angry lil bee. I love him.

Scott:

Scotts a tricky one (again) cause like the others there’s no super common one, but I see him with pointed ears a LOT so I guess elf is the main one. My rare hc for him is unicorn, which is so insane to me that that’s rare. It’s so obvious?? It’s so perfect???? Why do people not see the vision…

Mumbo:

Vampire Mumbo is obviously the most popular one and again it’s my normal hc for him but bat Mumbo is my guilty pleasure. Not vampire bat, just bat. He’s got lil bat wings and lil fangs, he has those claw hook things on his inner wrists. He’s just a lil guy. I love him <3

Skizz:

I don’t watch Skizz much but from fanart I’ve seen him as an angel the most. I really like angel Skizz and it’s probs my main hc for him, but butterfly Skizz <3 he’s so silly. Huge buff scarred man screaming LETS DANCE at you and then he’s got huge butterfly wings. What a guy!

Bdubs:

Obviously moss/glare is the common one, and mine too, but holy shit sniffer Bdubs. Please. Looks super similar in design but I think him impulsively finding flowers and plants for Impulse and Etho and Cleo and such is super funny.

These nexts ones were REALLY hard, I struggled to think of something for these ones cause I see them so strongly as the popular ones.

Joel:

He doesn’t necessarily have an agree upon one other than bug but I can’t use ogre as the rare one cause I feel like that’s also super popular. I don’t really like tiger Joel all that much personally so that can’t be my rare one so idk 😭. Fairy I guess, matching with fairy Lizzie. Also it’s funny that he’s this scary evil guy, and then he’s sparkly and has fairy wings.

Gem:

Deer and fox are the popular ones and honestly it’s perfect I wouldn’t change a thing. There’s nothing here that can be improved upon, it’s perfect.

Grian:

Grian is so avian I can’t think of anything else, he’s just a fuckass bird. What do you want from me /lh! Also Watcher obv.

Ren:

Okay what do you want from me here. He’s a dog, he’s a wolf, he’s renDOG. What am I supposed to do here. Anything else doesn’t fit 😭😭!! I couldn’t come up with something for him. He’s just a dog.

Impulse:

Same as Ren, he’s IMPulse what do ya want me to do LMAO. I did see cow Impulse once and I think that’s really cool so I guess that’s my rare one for him ;3

Mainline Pokémon Games Based on How Buggy They Are: A Thread

Red, Blue, & Yellow

Pretty buggy. The Butterfree line set the stage for regional bugs and emotional trauma. Everybody loves Scyther. Inspired use of Cordyceps when designing the Parasect line. Kabuto and Kabutops should have been Bug to honor trilobites for founding Arthropoda. 8/10.

Gold, Silver, & Crystal

Yes, we had Scyther, but what about second Scyther? Scizor, Heracross, and Shuckle are legends. Game Freak decided to invite arachnids (Spinarak and Ariados) to the party, truly redefining what it means to be buggy. 9/10.

Ruby, Sapphire, & Emerald

This generation is loaded with bugs! Game Freak realized their mistake in not giving the Kabutops line Bug typing, making up for it with Anorith and Armaldo (who are based on Anomalocaris). They fumble the recovery, however, in not only depriving the Flygon line of Bug typing, but forever making them second fiddle to the Salamence line. The Beautifly, Dustox, and Ninjask lines introduce some interesting approaches to Bug-type evolution. Volbeat and Illumise are there. 7.8/10.

Diamond, Pearl, & Platinum

DELELELELELEWHOOOOOOP! A smaller collection of bugs this gen, but a well-rounded one. Vespiquen slays. Scorpions get some love via Skorupi, Drapion, and Gliscor. Writing this post is making me realize that slugs, snails, and nudibranchs like the Magcargo and Gastrodon lines aren’t bugs. We grew up thinking snails were bugs, right? Anyway, Yanmega rules. 8/10.

Black, White, Black 2, White 2

Game Freak’s magna opera. Truly the buggiest games there are. While you have to wait until Pinwheel Forest to encounter your first bugs, you’re rewarded upon arrival with Sewaddle and Venipede, the larvae of the Leavanny and Scolipede lines. From there, you encounter the Crustle, Galvantula, and Volcarona lines. Game Freak has some more fun with Bug evolutions, having Karrablast steal Shelmet’s armor as they evolve into Escavalier and Accelgor (inspired by the real-world interactions between the ground beetle family Carabidae and the gastropods they feed on). Durant is our first proper ant, and we get our first (and only . . . ) legendary / mythical Bug in Genesect. These games made Bug my favorite type. 10/10.

X & Y

A big step down from the previous generation. This game hardly has any bugs. Do you like butterflies? You get a butterfly. Vivillon is a lovely butterfly that comes in all sorts of colors, but SURELY there are more bugs than that in France. 6/10.

Sun, Moon, Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon

Giant isopods! Diving bell spiders! Giraffe stag beetles! A true return to form. While the native bugs of Alola are great, we are also introduced to the ultra beasts, two of which (Buzzwole and Pheromosa) are really cool bugs. It seems they were going for wasps and bee flies when designing the Naganadel and Ribombee lines, but they don’t really work for me. Faint blemishes on an otherwise buggy generation. 8.5/10.

Sword & Shield

Centiskorch is the greatest Pokémon ever made. I have them tattooed on my arm. Blipbug is the worst Pokémon ever made. I see them in my nightmares. Interesting that they’re both Bug Pokémon, and that Game Freak really min-maxed with them. Fortunately, Blipbug evolves into Dottler and Orbeetle, who are great. Snom has a place in everyone’s heart, and Frosmoth is elegant as can be. 9.5/10.

Scarlet & Violet

I love Rellor and Rabsca! I . . . don’t really love the rest! Iron Moth and Slither Wing are great, but they’re nepo babies. Tarountula and Nymble are nice, but Spidops and Lokix leave something to be desired. Orthworm is a a big worm. At the end of the day, these games would be alright if they weren’t so wonkily coded and glitchy. Wish there was a better word for that. 7/10.

Fallen Angel reader is trying to explain what exactly the exorcists are, as they thought the Yans already knew about them and the role heaven plays in hell.

Dark Au Reader wakes up with someone hovering over them in an unknown room and immediately punches them. Where's Kitty? Where Kurt? Where are they? What's going on? ( they woke up in the new headquarters, the others are safe and getting treatment, and they just gave Scott a bloody nose. Their parent is glad they feel healthy enough to move, but please dont punch anyone else.)

Og Creed Reader also wakes up in a dark room and immediately breaks someone's nose, but they know exactly where they are and did it on purpose. Victor would be very proud if it wasn't his nose they broke this time

Haunted mansion Reader is given a box of clothes from their employers. The clothes are old and belong in a museum more than actually being worn, but they appreciate the gesture. Tho they wonder how the odd family knew their size?

Sentinel Reader is getting cooking lessons from Gambit. He even gave them a little apron! They don't quite get what food does and doesn't go together, but they got the spirit! They can't wait to show Kurt!

All of Reader Readerson's blood has rushed to their face because MeeMee Readerson just invited everyone to visit their family villa and insists on it. Let's hope this visit goes as good as the last and they don't get more embarrassed.

Moth Cryptid Au Reader has decided to take advantage of this weird situation and has tasked the invading Moths to help clean and restore the broken down mansion. (Under very careful instructions)

Bleeding Parts and Missing Parts Reader is wondering if maybe they went too far when magneto of all people show up demanding to talk to the Professor and saying a ghost is haunting them. (Kitty is gonna crack a rib from how hard she's gonna laugh. Readr decides no, they didn't if they can get their friends to laugh like that.)

Creator Reader is taking a well deserved nap (they are gonna need the energy)

Normal Reader has reluctantly showed up at the mansion doors with their sibling because the young one has lit fire to the couch three times this week with their mutation before Reader agreed they need help controlling it.

Isekai Reader just saw Jean put a load of laundry in and is having Tide pod flashbacks

Mutant Mutant Reader cries onto Evan shoulder about their family, while Logan has a horrible gut feeling he's forgotten something.

Crow Reader got a hold of McDonald's French fry coupons and has never felt more excitement in their life.

Half-Diamond Reader is sitting in their parent's old throne room. Not on the throne, but on the floor as they try to comfort a panicking pearl who spilled their strange human drink.

Blood of Dragon Reader is doing their mandatory wing exercises, not knowing the adults hope to get them actually flying soon.

Gargoyle Reader is getting their cheeks squished cause the Gargoyles stone faces just don't do that and they are fascinated!

Fnaf Reader just got scooped up by yet another animatronic who is so happy to see them and oh my goodness look at how you've grown! Are you eating enough Reader? Let's go grab a slice a pizza and then we can go to the arcade and laser tag and- (seriously Laura did you tell ALL of them?)

Reincarnated Reader is very awkwardly sitting next to Victor in a crowded roadside diner while he stares them down( Logan is telling them to leave but they are hungry and haven't eaten anything but jerky in a while and they just can't afford to leave)

Hidden in the Dark Reader has clawed their way into the vents. The yans can't see them, but Reader can definitely hear them yelling for them. They just need a minute to breathe.

Grian is sure he's gone crazy. A little moth woman? Flying around and hiding in his lamps?

Mad. He's gone mad, absolutely lost it, no other explanation.

Pearl (because, somehow, she speaks) is very unhappy with being put in a jar (he put holes in the lid, to make sure she didn't die) and given leaves and flowers to eat. She prefers actual food, thank you!

It's not all bad, though. Pearl likes to sit on his shoulder and whisper jokes into his ear, plus having a companion is nice. Helps with the loneliness of being in the woods by yourself.

His biggest issue now that he knows he isn't crazy, is that Pearl is really, really cute. He manages to give her tiny kisses on her cheeks. He threatens to eat her if she doesn't stop eating his honey and dripping it everywhere around his house. One tiny bug lady is enough, actually, he does not need a whole group of flies in his house!

(...would the flies also be women? Are flies men? Is Pearl one of a kind? He should ask her.)

He doesn't ask her, because that seems kinda rude, even though she pesters him with questions about being big all the time. Grian never considered how inconvenient it is until now! Though, he wonders if part of that is having wings (but he's not going to start that argument.)

It doesn't take long until Pearl has her own little house in Grian's house. It almost helps with the honey issue. Almost. And though she has her own bed in there (Grian used a match box) she prefers to sleep on his bedside table. She's dropped the box on his face a few times by 'accident' trying to carry it over.

just going to dot point dump information so here you go! I'm also planning on writing a longer fic thats superhero AU based with some of these concepts, so look out for that :D

Every "smp" is a different timeline/universe, and they are all technically happening at the same time

Watchers are capable of "slipping" through these universes and experiencing them at will, while maintaining knowledge of the others

Grian, as a Watcher, sees people he likes and goes "you're with me now <3" and inflicts this power on them (without asking or telling)

Watchers are not evil, but their morals are skewed a little due to not seeing their people and deaths as final

When dead in any timeline, a character has their memory restored of all timelines. They are, technically, momentarily on the same level as a Watcher, but without the power to move into their other worlds. Similarly, they do not particularly care about death bc they are aware they will reawaken alive in another timeline (although they don't know that when alive)

"Slippage" refers to Gem’s knowledge and memory of her friends blending together over multiple universes (in this, mainly hermitcraft and wild life, but also some neutral worlds and a superhero one)

The water thing is about her base in hermitcraft s10!

Martyn as a Listener is aware of other timelines and can basically glean knowledge of them by listening into the communal stream of consciousness. He does not have a good time with this and pities Gem immensely for getting caught up in it all

Grian doing all this makes him basically the serial adopter of Watchers. You have no choice, you are Family now. This consists of himself, Gem, Cleo (i have my reasons), Jimmy (well not quite, but he's getting there), and Martyn as a kind of estranged cousin who does not want to come to family dinners

The red light at the top of the skyscraper is blinking at the rate of how many people have died so far. The third blink after her conversation with Martyn symbolises his death, and the nearly constant light at the end shows that everyone has died (bar Joel)

Deer Gem, mountain goat Joel (siblings), not-quite-avian-anymore Grian, moth Pearl, candlestick lookin' ass Tango, Etho is actually made of stone (homunculus type deal), extremely normal boy Martyn, bunny Lizzie

Important for you to know that a female rabbit and deer are both called a doe, so Joel fondly refers to his sister and his wife as his does (little guy standing between two very protective women)

At the top of his dinky little tower, Gem watches as Grian prepares for a funeral. She’s not sure who died, but he doesn’t seem too upset about it, so she doesn’t ask. Sanctity of death, and all. He tosses clothes to the side, muttering to himself. Without his shirt, she can see the tattoo on his back, the skeletal remnants of his wings poking through the skin. She can tell where his hands would have to lay to line it all up, squares inked on his palms like supplication.

Next to her, Mumbo swings his legs like a child.

“Think he’ll say anything? He’ll be mad when he comes back if Grian doesn’t.”

“What, like a eulogy?”

“Yeah, you know, honour the dead.” He elbows her side, cracking a grin. She smiles back wryly.

“I don’t think you’re honorable at all, Mumbo.”

He laughs genially, mock-bowing as far as he can while sitting on a bed.

“Dead or alive,” she adds for good measure, lips twitching as his giggles taper off.

Grian’s got a black blazer on, shirt unbuttoned, no tie in sight. He’s running his hands through his hair, peering out the window every time he passes, as if he was expecting to see some parade of chaos happening way down below the skyscraper.

“Which are you, Gem?”

“I’m always honorable, you know that.”

The elevator dings brightly, and Grian runs in, somehow looking worse for wear every second.

“Not exactly what I was talking about, but sure.” Mumbo smiles at the closing doors. “Want to see who turns up and cries?”

“Nah.” The ceiling is blurring slightly. “I should go to bed.”

“Aren’t you already?”

Stone slips to hardwood. It blurs together every time she blinks, like she’s drunk, like she’s floating. She remembers dying like this, once.

She’ll do it again one day.

For now, she rests.

I would like to show something off but first let me say a few things first.

I draw dragons, not people. I use bases for people, no, I don't remember where I got the base from, I did this one my phone while travelling so it's not great and I dont have the energy to make it better and Finally these where to just get my vision down and out of my mind to see if everything worked.

No I present Chimera Divorce Quartet. (There will be context for what brought this along at the end)

We have a Zombie, Gorgon, Vex, Blazeborn Cleo

A Moth, Avian, Merling, Wolf, Breeze Pearl.

A Pufferfish, Mimic, Glare Martyn.

And Finally a Unicorn, Merling, Starborn, Iceolliger (I guess?) Scott.

So originally these where for an AU I was making with the Divorce Quartet (Cause I love them so much) where they were used as experiments in splicing together different hybrid traits.

They all grew up in a lab together and watched as each of them became further and further from what they were born as.

Eventually (Like when their in their mid teens) they escape and have to try and live as normal of a life as they possibly can.

They all also had an element which is why there's Blaze, Breeze, Glare and Iceolliger in the mix.

Anyway Desgin talk

Cleo: Cleo was pretty easy, their hair snakes glow faintly and get an almost molten look when she's angry, their stitches glow, and I give her some warmer toned patches. I imagine that though they can't turn people to stone she can freeze people in place with their glare, she's got a higher magic affinity due to the Vex part, they can use their wings to fly but it does require a small bit of magic to do so. Her element is obviously Fire(also, she has a tail cause I just like doing that)

Pearl: The bird I used for Pearl (even if she just has some bird legs so she can perch on things) was the Pulver (the Aussie one) those birds are terrifying and I feel like people she make Pearl Aussie birds more often. I'm not gonna lie most of my thoughts were 'this would be cool' Salmon scaled hands just cause, a wolf tail cause all I can think of is happy Pearl with her tail wagging behind her, Pearl's element was air so she's part breeze I imagine she can shot off the breeze things around her arm.

Martyn: no thoughts pure vibes, I like Pufferfish Martyn, he's covered in spikes and if he gets mad and puffs up he tends to ruin his shirts (also spots cause pufferfish have those) his headband is a part of him with the small amount of Glare he has that's what he got. His element was just nature so Glare it was.

And Finally Scott: Once again No thoughts only vibes, his Stars change colour based on his mood he also has a higher magic affinity, his element was Ice hence the Iceolliger.

Also could you tell this was also gonna be a hero/Villian au?

I really like the idea that in session one, as certain people got smaller and bigger, that they also change in looks.

the first example would be Pearl and Mumbo, I have Pearl as a Moth and Mumbo(Still in concept mostly) is some sort of bug. As they get smaller they get more and more bug-like. their eyes change and they get alittle fuzzy, i don't know right now what Mumbo is, but for Pearl, her wings are bigger than her body despite her being smaller then normal. however as they get bigger, i don't exactly know what would happen.

the second example is Gem and Ren! Gem in my AU is a semi-shifter, aka she can change her hybrid type because of logic i'm to lazy to explain rn. either way, She's normally a dear, and her main skin for me, has always been a deer. tho she's very much more human looking then most semi-shifters, as she gets smaller her antlers, ears, tail, and legs look more like those tiny mouse deers(I think, they are called Pudu's, i also think they have sharper then normal teeth so thats funny, might be wrong tho). When she gets bigger it's a elk? could be moose, but, i am biased so it's elk. For Ren, since he's just, general brown dog, in the AU. As he gets smaller his ears, tail, legs(kinda) and general other non-human lookin bits looks closer to Chihuahua then stereotypical dog, and as he gets bigger his bits(idk how else to call them) look more like,,, um,, big dog breed,,,, Great Dane or Mastiff could work but Leonberger's are the fluffiest looking i see on the, biggest dog breed list, lol. Rendog's always been kinda fluffy to me,, so :3 yee.

either way, the first example is, hybrid looks are enhanced to be more like the animal they are the technical hybrid of, if the animal is alot smaller then them, then it's when small, if the animal is bigger(or maybe the same size even) then it's when big. The second example is the species or breed of the animal part changing to a different, smaller or bigger one.

I think some of the players don't change at all, outfits do to fit the, small, big, look, but in general, looks don't.

I don't know exactly who would be which but I like the headcanon alot so it is in my AU xD
