Things were better now. Lewis and Y/n had found a balance, they had reduced their workload, prioritizing more time together and with the girls, and that made everything lighter.
As promised, Lewis took his three girls to Maranello. The trip came in handy, as he was testing Ferrari's new car and would have to travel to Italy anyway.
The Italian winter greeted them with a biting cold, but the sky was clear and the sun tried to warm the city. They were already at the Ferrari factory, walking towards the entrance. The girls were beaming with excitement.
Marie, as always more reserved than her sister, surprised everyone with her excitement. She held her mother's hand tightly as she skipped along the path, her eyes shining at the opportunity to learn more about cars.
"And did you know, Mom?" Marie began, looking at Y/n expectantly. "That Schumacher's Ferrari F2004 was one of the most dominant cars in Formula One history? He won 15 races that season!"
Lewis and Y/n exchanged surprised looks.
"Wow! That's really amazing, Marie!" Y/n encouraged, smiling at her daughter, who, a little shy, smiled back.
Lewis chuckled softly, placing his hand on his daughter's head. "You can work as my engineer when you grow up, you know? I think I'll need someone smart like that on my team."
Marie and Y/n laughed together, while Pietra, on her father's lap, remained oblivious to the conversation. Unlike her sister, she wasn't as interested in car curiosities. His eyes were fixed on his father's neck, where his small, warm hands glided over the skin.
Lewis soon realized where his daughter was playing and smiled. It was right over one of his tattoos—the one with his daughters' names on it.
"P...I...E...T...R...A" The girl spelled loudly, catching the attention of her mother and sister, who were walking beside them.
"Very good, P!" Lewis encouraged her. "And what do you think it says?"
The little girl frowned and then smiled proudly. "ROSCOE!"
The three immediately burst out laughing, Pietra looked at each one with that confident smile, thinking she had guessed the name that was written on the tattoo.
Lewis had to pull the youngest up so she wouldn't fall off his lap while still laughing. She was definitely the jokester of the family.
Marie, still laughing, poked her sister in the ribs. "No, P! It says PIETRA!"
The youngest opened her eyes wide and looked at her father in surprise. With a quick gesture, she placed both hands on his cheeks, making him turn his face towards her.
"OH! THAT'S MY NAME!"
Lewis let out a loving laugh. "Yes, that's your name. And right up here is your sister's name, too."
Pietra tilted her head, watching carefully. "But... where is Roscoe's name?"
There was general laughter again. Y/n shook her head in amusement. "Wow, I feel forgotten here. Doesn't my name count anymore?"
Lewis smiled and winked at her. "Of course it counts. But yours is on my chest, right next to my heart."
As soon as they reached the factory entrance, Lewis swiped his ID card, unlocking the door. His photo appeared on the monitor, and Pietra pointed at the screen in surprise.
"Dad! Ferrari is your fan! They put your picture there!"
Lewis chuckled, tilting his head slightly. “That’s just my name tag, little one. If it was Uncle Charles, it would have his picture on it.” He explained briefly.
Pietra nodded, understanding.
As soon as they entered, Lewis placed his daughter on the floor, and the two girls were fascinated by the surroundings. Marie observed everything carefully, absorbing every detail.
An engineer from Lewis soon appeared, greeting the family. Y/n gave an encouraging look to her daughters, who shook the man's hand in a shy but polite greeting.
"Well, Miss Hamilton. Your daddy told me that you were excited to see the Ferrari house, so I'll be your guide today through the factory and the museum." He explained kindly and the girls smiled excitedly.
Lewis and Y/n exchanged knowing looks when they saw the girls' excitement. Marie, always curious, began to ask the engineer questions as they walked ahead of her parents.
"That girl knows more about cars than he does," Lewis muttered, making Y/n chuckle softly.
"I think we should get her into college right away, so she can start working with you as soon as possible."
Lewis smiled proudly as he linked his fingers with his wife's and followed his daughters through the factory.
The girls wore winter clothes, matching in small details. Marie had a red bow in her hair, which held back her mother's straight locks. While Pietra had a red headband in her hair and defined curls, she had also decided to wear her favorite red boots.
She said it was to get in the mood of the team. Lewis and Y/n laughed when she made that statement before they left the house they rented for the trip.
As the engineer led them through the rooms, Marie asked questions with a twinkle in her eye.
"And these parts here?" She pointed to a table with different components displayed. "Are they part of the car's engine?"
The engineer raised his eyebrows, surprised by the intensity of the six-year-old girl's question. He looked at Lewis and Y/n with a smile before gently lowering himself to Marie's height.
"Excellent question! Some of these parts are for aerodynamics, helping the car gain more stability in curves, and others are part of the engine, ensuring more power. For example, this one here..."
He began to explain the differences, while Marie listened attentively, absorbing each piece of information as if she were in an engineers' meeting.
The guide never expected the tour to be more interesting for a child than for adults.
Further back, Lewis and Y/n watched the scene with pride, but also with amusement.
"This sounds like a conversation between two teammates" Y/n muttered, crossing her arms.
"And she could still be right about everything she's saying, which is even more impressive" Lewis added, chuckling softly.
It was then that he realized something. Or rather, he realized the lack of something.
Turning her head slightly, she saw Pietra standing a few steps behind them, staring at the ceiling with her mouth slightly open, completely uninterested in the pieces in front of her and her sister.
He held back a laugh and nudged his wife in the side. "Look at Pietra."
Y/n turned around and had to stop herself from laughing out loud. Pietra was still fascinated by the bright chandelier on the ceiling.
The little girl turned excitedly to her parents and pointed upward. "Look how it glows! Can we have one of those in our house?"
Lewis and Y/n exchanged an amused look.
"And this one is going to be an architect" Lewis joked, chuckling softly.
Y/n laughed too, as Pietra finally gave up on the chandelier and returned to her mother's side, holding her hand as they continued their tour.
Moving on to another room, they passed close to the area where the engineers worked directly with the parts for the Formula 1 cars. The guide looked at Marie with a smile and pointed.
"This is where you'll be working in a few years."
Marie smiled excitedly, and Lewis and Y/n shared a proud look. It was amazing to see the brilliant little minds they were creating.
As they walked down the hallway, an engineer from the Formula 1 team passed by them, patting Lewis on the back and waving to Y/n. Then his gaze fell on the girls, and he smiled.
"Ah, so you must be Mini Lewis 1." He pointed to Marie, who laughed softly. "And you, Mini Lewis 2." He pointed to Pietra.
Y/n and Lewis laughed. But Pietra narrowed her eyes, as if she were analyzing the man, and then extended her hand.
"I'm actually Pietra Hamilton"
The engineer held back his laughter at the cute gesture and shook her small hand. "Oh, nice to meet you then, Pietra Hamilton" He said amusedly.
After he said goodbye to the Hamilton family and walked back down the hall to work, Lewis chuckled and looked at Y/n.
"P is a member of the public." He joked, and Y/n laughed along.
When they reached a room filled with old overalls, trophies, helmets and medals from the drivers who had passed through the team, the engineer turned to Marie with a challenging smile.
"Okay, let's see how much you really know about Ferrari" He said. "What was the team's first Formula 1 title?"
Marie smiled and replied without hesitation: "It was in 1952."
The engineer's eyes widened and he let out a surprised laugh. "That girl is a genius!"
Lewis smiled proudly, placing one hand on Marie's back and the other on Pietra's as he guided them and they continued exploring the room together.
Further back, Y/n gave Lewis space to have a moment with the girls, but smiled at every funny comment from Pietra or every impressive curiosity from Marie.
Suddenly, she felt a hand on her shoulder and turned around, finding a familiar face.
"Angela!" She exclaimed, smiling and hugging Lewis's physical therapist. "I missed you!"
"Me too!" Angela laughed.
"But what are you doing here? I thought you were on vacation."
"I came to bring some documents about the start of the season for the team. Some things related to the training schedule, physical evaluations and adjustments to the pilots' preparation program." She says smiling, still with a hand on Y/n's shoulder.
She and Angela became great friends as soon as they met at Mercedes. The physiotherapist was a great friend of the family and adored the girls. Until then, when Y/n went into labor with Marie, and was in the garage watching Lewis race, the woman helped her calm down and accompanied her to the hospital. She stayed by her side until Lewis left the track and was able to stay by her wife's side while Marie was born.
The physiotherapist was definitely an important part of the family. And Y/n was more than happy to hear that she was back working with Lewis, now at Ferrari.
Angela then pointed to Lewis and the girls. "Looks like today is bring-your-daughters-to-work day."
Y/n laughed. "Lew has wanted to bring them to see the factory for a long time."
Angela smiled, watching the three interact. "Did you know that when Lewis first came here, he said he wanted his daughters to have memories here? He said he wanted them to have the Ferrari as part of their family history, just like the Mercedes was."
Y/n smiled lovingly, watching her husband and daughters from afar. While he laughed at something Pietra had said and Marie was leaning against him looking at the trophies.
Angela looked at the watch on her wrist and sighed. "But unfortunately...I have to go, I still have a flight to catch."
Y/n hugged her again. "We need to schedule a meeting to catch up."
"For sure!" Angela smiled and hugged Y/n too, before saying goodbye and leaving the room.
After leaving the trophy room, the guide took them to a gigantic space where several Ferrari cars were on display, from the first models to the most recent ones.
Marie gaped, putting her hand over her mouth as she looked at everything in awe and walked slowly, as if trying to process all the information her clever little brain had received at once.
Lewis leaned over to Y/n and smiled. "Look at that face. I think we just found Ferrari's new chief engineer."
Y/n smiles lovingly at her eldest daughter, her chest filling with affection. "You should make her your second pilot" She says to her husband and laughs.
The two walked hand in hand, watching the cars and the girls' smiles.
Pietra seemed a little more interested than before, but not to the point of asking questions. She enjoyed racing and traveling with her father, but the technical details were not her strong point. She left that part to her older sister.
Marie, on the other hand, recognized several cars and mentioned old drivers. "That's the car Niki Lauda won the 1975 title with!" She let out an excited squeal.
Lewis and Y/n exchanged an impressed look.
"I think she'll know more than I do soon" Lewis muttered.
While Marie explored everything, Pietra had fun in another way. Looking at all the aesthetics and colors of the cars. Saying that one was beautiful. No, wait! That one was prettier.
"Daddy, take a picture of me with this!" She asked several times, posing next to different cars. Y/n laughed at the poses the youngest made.
But then, in the center of the room, was one of Ferrari's newest models. Pietra looked at him with shining eyes and, without realizing that she couldn't climb, prepared to climb him.
Lewis quickly handed the phone to Y/n and laughed. "Whoa, whoa, young lady. You can't go up there."
He picked her up before she could climb into the show car. Pietra laughed.
"Oops! Sorry, Dad!"
Lewis laughed. "It's okay, little one. Just pay attention to the warning signs." He smiles. And he put her down again, and Pietra ran to Marie, who was still fascinated by the exhibition.
Y/n and Lewis looked at each other and smiled. "This day will stay in their memories forever" Y/n said.
While Marie was still watching the cars in fascination, listening attentively to the curiosities that the engineer explained, the door to the room opened and a relaxed voice caught everyone's attention.
"I hope you're not letting Lewis tell too many stories... He tends to exaggerate when he talks about cars."
Leclerc entered the room with an amused smile, his hair still a little messy from training. His joke got a few laughs and made Lewis roll his eyes, laughing along.
"Look who's talking, the guy who describes every curve as if it were a work of art" Lewis replied amusedly, going over to Charles for a side hug and a handshake.
Charles chuckled and then nodded politely at Y/n, who smiled in return.
The girls, curious, walked over to where their parents were talking. Pietra was the first to speak up.
"You're sweaty!" He said, wrinkling his nose, before shaking the pilot's hand.
Charles laughed. "That's what happens when you spend hours inside a race car."
Marie, more reserved, just waved and said a shy "Hi", receiving a friendly smile from Charles and a gentle greeting as well.
The pilot's gaze then fell on Pietra again, and he noticed the change in the girl's hairstyle.
"Wait a minute... what about your braids like your dad's?"
Pietra crossed her arms and pouted. "Mommy took them off for me. They hurt my head sometimes."
This made everyone laugh, and Y/n lightly ruffled her youngest daughter's curly hair.
Marie, always a little curious to see her father's teammate in racing gear, looked at Charles and asked, "Were you training just now?"
"Yes, I'm done with my training today," he replied kindly.
"How was the car?" Marie asked, her eyes shining with interest.
Charles was surprised by the question, but smiled excitedly. "Oh, he was good today! His balance has improved a lot since yesterday, so I was able to test out some fast laps."
"Did the balance change because of the rear wing or was it more because of the tire pressure?" Marie asked, frowning.
Charles blinked a few times in surprise.
"Wow, that's a great question!" He looked at Lewis. "This is your fault, isn't it?"
Lewis laughed proudly. "Her brain is working at a thousand miles an hour." He said, hugging his wife from the side and running his hand up and down her back, covered by a large coat.
"To answer your question, little Hamilton, it was a bit of both. We adjusted the wing for more stability in high-speed corners, but we also changed the calibration to improve traction coming out of corners."
Marie nodded, absorbing the explanation.
Meanwhile, Pietra pulled her mother's hand, making Y/n duck. "Mommy, why does he talk funny?" She whispers.
Y/n held back her laughter and replied softly, "Because he's not British like us, love. The accent changes depending on where the person was born."
Pietra nodded thoughtfully and went back to watching Charles as he talked to Marie.
After the brief interaction with the driver, the group moved on to another room, where there was a memorial to Niki Lauda. Marie looked around, her eyes shining with admiration.
"Daddy knew him, but I didn't..." She explained to the engineer who accompanied them on the tour. "But he seemed like a nice man, from the stories Daddy tells."
Lewis smiled, but his eyes were filled with emotion. The memory of Lauda always touched him deeply, even more so now that he knew that his daughter also admired the driver. Without saying anything, Y/n rested her head on her husband's shoulder and gently ran her hand down his back, offering comfort.
As Marie continued to gaze at the memorial, the engineer stepped away for a moment and soon returned with an old F1 steering wheel. He crouched down in front of the girls and smiled.
"Want to hold it? This one is an older model."
Marie carefully grabbed the steering wheel and immediately widened her eyes. "It's heavy, isn't it, Daddy?" She turned to Lewis, surprised by the weight of the object.
Lewis laughed and nodded, and crouched down beside her, patting his daughter's head.
As Marie examined the steering wheel with concentration, Pietra approached and asked with her innocent curiosity: "Where is the button to play music?"
Everyone burst out laughing, Lewis had to stand up and rest his head on his wife's shoulder to stifle the laughter he was holding back. Pietra was definitely the most spontaneous little person Lewis had ever seen in his life.
The engineer explained patiently, but smiling at the question. "F1 cars don't have radios for music, little Hamilton, only for talking to the team."
They continued the tour through a few more rooms. Pietra made funny and innocent comments, while Marie patiently corrected her sister and explained each thing. Even though she didn't fully understand, Pietra always nodded seriously, as if it were something very important.
Lewis and Y/n exchanged amused glances as they watched their daughters interact.
At the end of the tour, Ferrari had prepared a special surprise: mini red jumpsuits personalized with the girls' names.
Marie was delighted and clutched the jumpsuit to her chest. "Now I feel like part of the team!"
Pietra spun around with the jumpsuit in her hands before declaring, "I want a matching helmet!"
Lewis laughed and joked, "Hey, one step at a time, little grasshopper." Pietra laughed and spun around again, excited about the gift.
After the tour, Lewis thanked the team and their availability so he could bring his family to see the space where he worked outside of racing. They said goodbye to the engineer and chatted with some acquaintances who passed by the hallway as they walked.
And as they walked back to the car, Marie, who was holding her father's hand and bouncing excitedly, looked at Lewis.
"Dad, I want to live in Maranello when I grow up. I want to study Engineering and work at Ferrari!"
Y/n laughed when she heard this, while Pietra, on her mother's lap, played with the necklace carefreely.
Lewis sighed dramatically. "Oh my God, my daughter is only six years old and she already wants to leave home to study abroad!" He wiped away fake tears, making Marie laugh. "Please, slow down with that intelligence of yours, daughter. You haven't even reached high school and you already want to leave Daddy!"
Marie laughed. "I won't abandon you, Daddy. I love you so much."
Lewis was overcome with emotion and picked Marie up, spinning her around. The girl laughed loudly, full of joy. He hugged her tightly, feeling the immense love he had for his daughters and for the family he was building with the love of his life.
Meanwhile, Pietra, still playing with her mother's necklace, looked at her parents and mischievously declared: "I'm going to leave daddy to study abroad."
Lewis stopped abruptly and put his hand on his chest, feigning shock. While Marie laughed softly and Y/n looked at the scene with amusement in her eyes. "I raise you with love, affection and lots of strawberry ice cream and you treat me like this?!"
Y/n laughed along with the girls. Pietra turned around in her mother's lap, smiling at her father. "No, Daddy, I was joking. I'm not going to abandon you, nor Mommy, nor Marie."
Lewis sighed in relief. "Ah, that's great."
Pietra laughed and looked at her mother, who was shaking her head in amusement.
When they got to the car, Lewis and Y/n put their daughters on the floor so they could get in. Before opening the door, Lewis leaned close to his wife with a suggestive smile.
"I think I want a third mini Hamilton."
Y/n laughed, but felt her heart warm. Looking at her daughters, who were so full of life, and her husband, who was an incredible father and a wonderful partner, she knew that despite the challenges, they were building something special together. With love, patience and unity, their brilliant little minds would one day make a difference in the world.

On today's episode of Modern Househusbands (pffft), your faves and fatherhood:
Price - He figures he already has kids what with the way the boys (and his furbabies) constantly try his patience and make him proud at the same time so he's the Peepaw (as always) and you and Laswell are the Meemaws. As babies, they loved to pull his beard. Price also trimmed it once and it scared the grandkids (and Soap and you) so bad that he's forbidden from doing it again.
Gaz - If "It's What She Deserves" was a person, his kid would be it. The one who gives an immediate vibe-check. Such a sweetheart unless folks try them. If someone goes low with them, they go to hell. Gaz wonders where his little one gets it from (which earns him a HUGE side-eye from you). You and Gaz have had plenty of talks with teachers and you've had to tell your child to tone it down more than once. You two have also admitted in private that nine times out of ten, they're usually right on the money about these same people, too. At least you know nothing will ever get past them.
Soap - Is the girl-dad of the group. You two have three rambunctious daughters who have their dad wrapped around their fingers. Soap is the one who won't stop talking about his children. Ever. Everyone knows about them before the girls even meet them. One is also named Simone in honor of Simon. He's the dad who has no problem being the princess during tea time, wearing tutus, being on the bottom of the pyramid, having his nails painted, and gossiping with his girls. Oh, and you're all just jealous because he looks absolutely fabulous whenever they put makeup on his face. 😏
Tumblr media
Ghost - The one-and-done dad. He has a son who's his carbon copy physically but is a jokester at heart and Simon loves it because he'd much rather his son be that than have his personality. His son absolutely loves to take the piss out of him though. You know the video of the boy laughing at his dad's accent? That's Simon's kid when he asks him to say pasta lmao. You're tickled each and every time and Simon can't help but be amused by it all.
Roach - Has the most adorable daughter who, as a baby, would only really sleep if she was on his chest. The dad who builds pillow forts in the living room for movie night. Thanks to her, he knows the entire theme song of The Backyardigans like the back of his hand. She always makes Roach promise her before every mission that when he comes home, you all will go out for ice cream.
Alex Keller - Has a pair of twins who love to hog your affection from their father, so you're in the center of this tug-of-war between Alex and the kids which makes him roll those big eyes of his. He can't help but be proud of his kids, though, because one stays getting intel and the other uses said intel to kick ass and take names. Yeah, they're pretty much unbeatable as a team. Alex's heart skips a beat every time he walks through the door and they greet him by tackle-hugging him.
Alejandro - The one who has the most kids due in part because he stays getting it in lmao. He loves his big family, though. Has both girls and boys. Alejo's kids expect him home at a decent hour and if he isn't, he's grounded. The dad who absolutely relishes in the hectic mornings because it's all the more reason for him to continue on and it grounds Alejandro the man.
Rudy - The mother hen. Has two kids, a girl and a boy, and you two ADORE them, okay? Rudy can't say no to them, especially when your daughter hits him with puppy dog eyes or your son flashes that beaming smile of his. He's also the one who wakes up at the ass-crack of dawn to make y'all's lunches because they love it when he makes cute little shapes out of the food. Is also the one who leaves cute little notes in your bags, too, especially when he knows he'll be gone overnight. Damn, aren't you glad you wifed him up? 🥹
Keegan - Has a son who he thought hated him as a baby because every time he saw him, the baby's eyes would get comically wide. Then it turned into the baby being captivated by his mask and his eyes and then it turned into him crying whenever he saw Keegan without his mask on. Now they're as thick as thieves and even still, Keegan can't help but be amazed that he has a family now.
König - Has the chonkiest of the chonks yet the baby manages to still look small in his arms. Turns him into a jungle gym as well. König is the dad who is simultaneously amazed by his kid and afraid that he's a horrible father, despite all evidence pointing to the contrary. He also makes it a point to put them in extracurricular activities so they're as well-rounded as possible, especially from a social perspective. Your child also believes they'll be taller than König if only for the explicit purpose of saying they're taller than him lmao.
Horangi - The brains to König's child's brawn. The one who sees and knows everything. Or something like that. The two stay making plans and getting into shit and just being rambunctious kids. Horangi is big on establishing a strong moral foundation for his little one and isn't keen on telling them about his past life at all. Horangi demonstrates his affection more through action than anything. Might be more willing to divulge the truth when they're older but for right now, it's best left unsaid. Whereas König encourages their children's shenanigans, Horangi is more exasperated than not.
Graves - Two words: Boss Baby. His little CEO. While he's not above spoiling his kid, they've also gotta earn that one toy and/or game as well. They are charming in their own right and Graves is very hands-on as a parent, even when he's away. Especially when he's away. Makes it a point to keep his occupation hidden from them and, to your surprise, has expressed that he does NOT want them to follow in his footsteps. He's okay with being the snake if it means his child is protected.

*part two of the original!*
**read part one here!**
pairing: bob floyd x f!kazansky reader
word count: 3.6k
summary: during his time back at topgun, bob finds a found family within the daggers. now that the special detachment mission is over, the daggers are being recognized for their success, and all of their families are gathered around them. when rooster recognizes an esteemed guest arrive with shiny new wedding bands, bets are on who the admiral's daughter is married to.
based on this ask! (thanks for the best ideas frank <3)
warnings: mentions of injury and hospitals, a small section of angst, dagger family love, phoenix being my fav ever, angst followed by more bubble gum fluff.
-
Years later, after a long engagement and an intimate backyard wedding, flight school and master's programs, TOPGUN (the first time,) and a handful of deployments and moves, Bob and Y/N Floyd now lived in a cottage-style home not far from the beaches of North Island. Well, they did for the past few months, since Bob got his call back to TOPGUN. Y/N didn't mind, she knew what she was signing up for when she married a Navy man, she only missed Bob now more than ever. She occupied her time by walking their dog, visiting her Dad who lived only a ten minute drive away, and rewatching her favorite TV show while she waited for Bob to come home at night. This mission had been different from the others, not that Bob nor her Dad could tell her much, the details had been fairly secretive. Y/N only knew that Bob left early in the morning, almost always before the sun, pushing his glasses up his nose and kissing her forehead. He'd return home after the sun had set, reeking of jet fuel and sweat. He'd be exhausted and dirty, but he'd make sure to take his sleeping wife from the couch to their shared bed before going to shower the day off of him. He'd be gone by the time she woke every morning, but there was always a post-it on her coffee mug in his scratchy handwriting:
Love you, miss you, mean it.
Y/N knew about his new teammates, the cocky Hangman, the kind and charming Rooster, the pranking, jokester duo of Payback and Fanboy, the smooth talking Coyote, and of course the infamous Maverick, who she knew better as Uncle Mav. Maverick had been in and out of her house throughout her whole life, which Bob was somewhat shocked and also unsurprised to know. She knew every time he was about to go into the air, accompanied by his new partner, Phoenix, who he talked about most of all. Y/N would hear her phone ding with a message, checking it quickly to see Bob's name flash across the screen.
In the air with Phoe, love you, miss you, mean it. x
The phrase that had started as an inside joke had slowly become a term of love that she looked forward to every day. It gave her something to look forward to, a sign that he was okay, that at least for a brief moment in time, he was okay.
After a week or so into his new training, Y/N began to notice some differences in her husband. He was still mostly himself-quiet but talkative in her presence, talking about his day with an upbeat attitude, but any mention of their present mission would send the corners of his smile downward a bit. Y/N didn't fully understand why, but with the amount of talented pilots and WSO's on this mission, she knew it was a dangerous one.
Several days later, Y/N woke up feeling...out of place. She had woken earlier than normal, considering how late she had stayed up waiting for Bob to get home. She felt uneasy, but blamed it on her lack of sleep. She continued her routine like normal-coffee, breakfast, walking the dog, starting the laundry-but every time she started a new task her mind began to wander. She knew she was likely overreacting, her mind playing tricks on her. When she came in from her walk, she immediately checked her phone, her thoughts taking over. She breathed a sigh of relief, there were no terrible messages or missed calls, only random notifications from her installed apps. Y/N still feels shaky for reasons she can't explain, so she reaches for the one person she always calls when she feels this way. It rings for a few seconds before the call picks up and her father's voice fills her ears.
"Hey, pumpkin! What's going on?"
Y/N sighs, biting her lip.
"Hey, Dad, sorry to bother you at work, I just, I've got a bad feeling I can't shake...I-I don't know what's wrong with me."
"Hey, hey, none of that. Nothing's wrong with you," her father's voice was calm and comforting. "Remember what we do when you have thoughts like this?"
Y/N was about to respond when her phone beeped with another incoming phone call from an unidentified number. Y/N's eyebrows furrowed, she recognized the local area code.
"Dad, let me call you back, I'm getting a call."
Her father signed off quickly, and Y/N's heart hammered as she answered the other number.
"Hello?"
"Hi, is this Y/N Floyd?"
"Um, yes, this is she. May I ask who's calling?"
"Mrs. Floyd, this is the Naval Medical Center of San Diego. You've been listed as the emergency contact of Lt. Robert Floyd-"
Y/N's ears seemed to flood with water, unable to hear anything the nurse on the other line was saying as she sank onto the nearby chair, forcing her brain to tune into the words coming through the speaker.
"He is in stable condition, he is alert with no serious injuries. We would just like to keep him overnight for further observation."
"O-Okay, um, thank you. Am I allowed to see him?"
"Of course, he's in room 431, just visit the desk before to get a visitor's pass."
"Thank you."
Y/N hung up the phone and collapsed against the back of the sofa, her chest heavy and eyes overwhelming with tears. Her phone beeps, reminding her that her father was still on hold. She takes a deep breath, wiping away her flurry of tears before pressing the button and rising form the couch, in search of her keys.
"Hey, everything alright?" Her dad's soft voice entered her ears.
"Uh, no, no," She couldn't keep her resolve, her tough facade faltering quickly. She knew that Bob was fine, that he hadn't been hurt, but the phone call had terrified her. "Bobby and his partner had to emergency eject, he's at the hospital. I-the nurse said he was fine, but it scared the shit out of me, Dad."
She pulled her keys from the bowl by the door, all but racing towards her car as her father tried to calm her, reassuring her everything was fine.
-
Bob leans back against the pillow on the hospital bed, his few scratches and cuts already bandaged. Phoenix had been the same, the dark haired pilot now sitting in a chair next to her backseater's bedside.
"My wife is gonna kill me," Bob's quiet voice finally broke the silence, his eyes toward the ceiling.
Phoenix wasn't an idiot-she knew that her partner had a wife. Bob was quiet, private, especially with the other members of the squad, but Phoenix was incredibly observant. She noted the gold band on the chain around his neck under his flight suit, and the Polaroid picture of him and a girl tucked into his chest he glanced at from time to time. She'd never press him to talk about it, but she noticed.
"Doubt it," came her reply. "She's probably freaking out though. Not a common occurrence that your loved ones have to eject a fighter jet."
Bob's eyebrows raised, "When your father is the Commander of the US Pacific Fleet, you get used to it."
Phoenix's eyes widened, her jaw dropping. "Holy shit, Floyd! You married an Admiral's daughter?! Iceman's daughter, no less! I never would have thought that. Innocent little Bob, with an Admiral's daughter."
Bob chuckles lightly, sitting up with a slight groan. Footsteps sounded behind them, Y/N appearing before both of them. She had been crying, Bob noted quickly, her clothes disheveled as if she had simply ran out of the house.
"Baby," Bob's voice came, Y/N saying nothing as she approached him, doing nothing but wrapping her arms around his torso, her head tucked into the crook of his neck. She nearly cried at his familiar touch, his familiar smell-jet fuel, sweat, the lingering scent of his cologne. Any other time, she would've pushed him off lightly, telling him he needed a shower, but now, she wouldn't have cared if he smelled like rotting food. Bob's muscular arms held her tight, kissing the top of her head.
"Robert Floyd, you scared the living shit out of me. Never do that again."
He knew his wife's words were in jest, she had been shaken by the news of his ejection, but was thankful he was okay. The couple broke apart, Y/N's hands pushing Bob's hair that had fallen in his face, his hands on either side of her hips. Y/N turned to the girl in the chair, her face clouding over with embarrassment.
"I am so sorry, I completely barged in without even speaking. You must be Phoenix. I've heard so much about you, it's so great to meet you. I'm Y/N."
Phoenix smiles, "Natasha, it’s great to meet you too. Although I can’t say the same, Bob here keeps all intel about you on pretty tight lock. Don’t blame him though, the others would probably give him hell for snagging an Admiral’s daughter.”
Y/N blushes but laughs heartedly at Phoenix’s jab, the two quickly falling into a conversation with one another. Bob sits back and watches, his thumb rubbing his wife’s diamond ring and wedding band where their hands intertwined. As he watched the two women bond, he began to think of the rest of his found family. He wanted to introduce Y/N to the other Daggers, for his favorite people to finally all know one another.
-
The perfect opportunity presented itself in the form of the Daggers’ recognition ceremony after their successful mission. All of the Daggers and their respective families would be present, and of course, Ice would be there as well, as long as numerous other Navy personnel.
Under the summer sun of North Island, each of the Daggers sported their dress whites, their families in chairs in the crowd. Bob sat next to Phoenix, the pair exchanging knowing glances when people they knew arrived, or when certain family members arrived in a sort of over-the-top fashion. Phoenix had nudged him harshly with her elbow when Y/N arrived, dazzling in her sundress, sunglasses over her eyes as her arm was interlaced with her father’s.
“Since when was Ice Spice married?” Rooster’s voice sounded amongst the small crowd the Daggers had formed. “I swear I saw rings on her left hand. I mean I haven’t actually seen her since we were like sixteen, but I didn’t know she got married.”
“Ice Spice? The hell are you talking about, Bradshaw?” Hangman’s southern accent responded, eyes squinting as he looked into the crowd. “You mean Admiral Kazansky’s daughter? ‘Ice Spice’ where’d that come from?”
“It was her nickname, we grew up around the same people, most of the kids nicknames were extensions of their Dad’s call signs. Baby Goose,” he gestured to himself. “Ice Spice.” He gestured to Y/N. “I didn’t even know she had a boyfriend though, God I’m out of the loop.”
Bob couldn’t help but grin to himself, almost glad he’d not told anyone other than Phoenix, whose brown eyes were piercing the side of his head, as if to say ‘are you gonna say something?!’
“She’s gotta be married to someone here, though, right?” Coyote’s voice sounded. “Not like she’s coming to all her Dad’s events for shits and giggles. My money’s on someone higher up, some other Admiral or something.”
Fanboy scoffs, “Who? Cyclone?” His voice is laced with sarcasm.
“No fucking way,” came Payback’s reply. “She’s way too good looking for someone like him. Way too young too, he’s ancient next to her.”
All Dagger eyes were locked on Y/N from across the pavilion, her smile wide as she spoke with another Admiral’s wife Bob couldn’t quite remember the name of.
“I’m gonna go with Javy’s theory. Nobody under Ice would be man enough to try to date his daughter. I’m a cocky son of a bitch, but one look from Iceman makes sweat roll down my back.” Hangman’s response was honest.
“He’s not so bad,” Bradley spoke. “But you’re not wrong, he’s one hell of an intimidating man. You’d have to have balls of steel to approach him about dating his daughter, especially if you’re under him.”
Bob smirked, remembering just how nervous he had been on Tom Kazansky’s front door at seventeen years old.
“What about you two? Where are you placing your bets?” Mickey looked over at Bob and Natasha.
Phoenix’s smile widens into a sly grin, the one she gets when she proves Rooster wrong, or gets one over on Hangman in the air.
“Girl like her-gorgeous, high-ranking father, everyone seems to love her. My guess is on someone you’d never expect, someone out of left field.”
Hangman nods, contemplating. “What about you Baby on Board?”
Bob’s eyes widen beneath his glasses as he scrambles for a thought. He looks over at his wingman, Phoenix giving him a look that undoubtably means to play along with it.
“Uh, I gotta go with Nat’s theory.”
“Course you do,” Coyote jokes. “So $100 on the bets, winning team take all?”
The Daggers agree unanimously, Phoenix’s grin almost slimy with satisfaction.
“Floyd,” a slap on Bob’s shoulder jolts him into sitting straight before turning to look at where the voice came from. “Good to see you, man. Haven’t seen you and the missus around much lately.”
“Admiral Jones, good to see you,” Bob shakes the older man’s hand with a firm grip. “They’ve been keeping me busy. I think we’re coming to the barbecue Sunday, you and Mrs. Jones enjoy Boston? How were the grandkids?”
The Daggers watch intently as the most reserved member of their group chats animatedly with an Admiral that they’d only seen in passing, Phoenix stifling a chuckle at the secret only she seems to know. The Admiral walks away after a moment, and Bob turns back to the group, who all look at him as if waiting for an explanation.
“Neighbor,” came Bob’s short reply.
“Missus?” Rooster’s voice speaks, his whiskey colored eyes shooting down to Bob’s hands, his wedding band glimmering in the sun. “I’ve never seen you with that.”
“Oh, no, probably not,” Bob starts. “Wear it on my dog tags when we’re in the air.”
“Bob’s married, and we’re all bachelors? Never saw that coming.” Hangman’s voice pipes up.
“It’s always the quiet ones,” Payback’s retort is the last chuckle as the ceremony begins.
Admiral Kazansky opens the ceremony, introducing Maverick and the other members respectively, honoring them and finishing out the ceremony as quickly as professional. As the service ends, the Daggers distribute but keep close quarters, looking to see who the Kazansky girl ends up running to. Meanwhile, Phoenix watches as Bob interacts with nearly every member of high-ranking in attendance. He goes from bumbling, awkward Bob, to some other version of himself that makes dad jokes and has a firm handshake.
“Well Phoe,” Rooster speaks as he sits down in the chair next to her. “The only person I’ve seen her hug is Mav, and I know it’s not him. Should I just ask her myself?”
Phoenix face breaks out into a full blown smile as she watches Y/N make a quick sprint through the crowd of Navy uniforms to get to her husband, her arms thrown around his neck as her smile could blind.
“Won’t be necessary, Roo. I think the mystery has been solved, and I’m about to be $300 richer.”
Rooster’s eyes cut to his childhood friend embracing his teammate, Bob’s hands resting respectively on her waist, his blue eyes locked on his wife.
“Holy shit. Bob? And Ice Spice? Jesus-you-“ he turns to face Natasha. “You knew!”
“They’re high school sweethearts. Got married right after he finished the Academy, been together ever since. Live in one of those cute cottage houses by Penny’s, got a Corgi named Solo. Frequent guests at most Navy personnel barbecues, birthdays, weddings-it was Bob’s story, didn’t seem right for me to tell.”
Rooster sighs, standing to tell Coyote who stood talking with his sister. Javy’s eyes widen, looking over at the couple who is now talking to another Admiral and his wife, Y/N’s laugh fading into the crowd of voices. Javy nudges Jake talking beside him, Jake’s cocky grin fading as Mickey and Rueben have both already noticed. Their looks of shock fade momentarily as Bob pulls Y/N towards their direction, a smile plastered onto his face. Y/N’s smile is bright, her arm intertwined with her husbands, her pastel purple dress blowing in the sea breeze.
“Floyd! Got somethin’ you’d like to tell us?” Hangman’s shit-eating grin faced Bob.
Bob let’s out a chuckle. “Y/N, meet the one and only Hangman.”
Y/N smiles, nodding, “Pleasure to meet you, Lieutenant Seresin.”
“The pleasure is all mine,” Hangman gives Bob a wink as Bob flips him off in response.
“Ignore him, baby.” Bob’s voice is full of good-natured humor, used to the teasing. “The tall one is Coyote, next to him is Payback, Fanboy, of course you know Phoe, and R-“
“Bradley Bradshaw,” his wife’s voice speaks. “How long has it been?”
She approaches Rooster with her arms wide open, Bradley reciprocating her hug.
“Too long, Ice Spice. How’d a nice girl like you end up with our Bob here?”
Y/N’s eyes furrow, her smile never faltering. “Um, when Dad and I moved, Bobby and I went to the same high school, been together ever since, high school sweethearts.” Her eyes sparkled as they met Bob’s sapphire ones, her arm going back around his arm. “What can I say? He’s a charmer.”
The Daggers hovered for nearly an hour, all taking turns swapping stories with Bob and his wife, getting to know one another. They mostly told stories to embarrass Bob, jabbing at him and his ‘balls of steel’ for not only dating, but marrying an Admiral’s daughter. Commending him on his royal stupidity for hiding his wife from them, all commenting that she was infinitely cooler than Bob himself. Bob took them all in stride, giving Y/N a kiss to her head before Phoenix began chatting with his wife. Standing in the center of the big group of people he considered family, his wife on his arm, charming them all, his heart swelled in his chest, warmness blooming, the same warmth he had felt when he spent time in the Kazansky house-true familial love, understanding someone without having to say a word.
As the Daggers split off one by one, leaving only Bob and Y/N, he pulled her close, hand on her waist, the setting sun and light breeze a picturesque backdrop for their night.
“Hey, Floyd?” His wife’s sweet voice reached his ears.
“Yeah, Floyd?” He chuckled back, pulling her in closer, leaving a kiss on her temple.
“We should have a celebration of your successful mission. A real one, not a formal one like this. We could invite everyone, all the Daggers, and their families. We haven't had Nat around at the house yet, and Dad would love it, would give him and Uncle Mav more time to conjure up how to terrorize the Navy even further.”
Bob nods, “I like that idea. Sounds good, I’ll text the group, see what weekend works best." His voice turns serious. "Thank you, baby, you’ve always been my biggest supporter, feel like I don’t tell you that enough.”
His wife is quiet for a moment, her focus on her shoes walking on the ground. She looks up at him, her expression serious.
“I’m proud to call you my husband. Always have been, but just thought I should remind you. And as much as I’ve missed you through this special training, it’s nice to see you have other people who take care of you, appreciate you like I do.” She’s quiet before she starts again. “All that to say, love you, missed you, mean it.”
Bob laughs loudly into the air, stopping to pull his wife into a proper kiss, one a tad more inappropriate than the chaste ones he’d given her after the ceremony. The two finally break after a need for air arises, their pupils blown wide as they stare at one another.
“How long do you think we have until your Dad notices we’re not at his place for dinner?” Bob’s voice is deeper, sultry.
“Long enough,” his wife replies. Bob smiles and picks her up into his arms bridal style, her laughter boisterous as he races her back to his trusty pick-up truck parked close by, his chest so full of love for her he simply can’t contain his wide grin filling his face.
As he starts the truck and peels out of the parking lot, he looks over at his wife, her curled hair blowing in the wind from the rolled down window, her pastel purple dress highlighting her best features. He’s hit with a wave of nostalgia, a younger version of his wife in this same truck-her hair a bit longer, her eyes still wide with new love, a purple corsage on the same hand where a wedding band now sits.
“What?” She giggles, noticing his stare on her as they’re stopped at a red light.
“You’re beautiful.” She blushes pink, just like she had at the bottom of her childhood home’s staircase, the night Bobby had uttered those words through a shaking voice.
He thinks of seventeen-year-old Bobby, the version of himself who had said those words for the first time, more in love with Y/N now than he was then. If only seventeen-year-old Bobby could see him now, maybe he wouldn’t have been shaking with nerves, sweating through his rented tux. Bob smiles to himself as Y/N leans to turn the radio up, a folk song they both love.
He shakes his head, maybe it’s best his younger version didn’t know the outcome. The nerves were good, healthy. Even shaking, stammering teenage Bobby had more nerve than he thought. After all, he was there to pick up an Admiral’s daughter.

if it’s no trouble could we get another part to DILF/ nanny reader? Maybe like a willing reader? Bc I know of a hot dad wanted to date me who am I to say no? Lol great work!!!!
Cw: fem reader! jealousy, possessive/obsessive tendencies, Quio and Miki butting heads, the plot thickens
Synopsis no.2: 【featuring you being caught in the middle between your coworker and employer literally and figuratively. Miki obviously hates your employer and makes it well known meanwhile Quio does the same vice versa. The Dilf tried his best to put his and Peina’s plan of seducing you into action. But he’s constantly getting interrupted. And He’s honestly so close to snapping at this point.】
☆*:.。..。.:*☆ ☆*:.。..。.:*☆ ☆*:.。..。.:
“I wish you’d stop by here more often after all you’re already part of the family."
The Dilf sighs melodramatically, electing a small giggle from your lips. Seeing how he acted so distraught due to your absence. While he led you and your coworker to the living room, gesturing for you to take a seat on the couch.
“Oh that’s kind of you to say Mr. Evinis but I can’t possibly impose on you guys. Plus I’ve still gotta work my boring office job”
You replied with a mirthful tone at his sweet comment truly feeling as if you’ve made a second home within your employers household. You’ve already grown accustomed to his friendly work staff and of course his darling daughter who was l always clinging onto you like a baby kitten. And the fact that her father was so chivalrous and kind didn’t help your own little crush from forming on the single dad.
“Oh perish the thought sugarling~ we’re lucky enough to even be blessed by your radiant grace. In this boring household.”
Quio reassures with a charming smile, as he makes sure to fluff up some fancy decor pillows for his lovely lady. After placing the plush pillows down where you’d sit, He then put a hand on your shoulder giving a comforting squeeze.
“In fact me and the little squirt have always gotten excited at seeing you pull up and we’d be more than happy to keep you hostage here if possible”
The Dilf admits in a cheesy manner, which made you feel at ease. From how sweet his insistence at you dropping by often to hang out was. Being none the wiser to how he was being 100% serious. About the part where him and his daughter briefly molled over the idea of keeping their lovely nanny hostage at their mansion. Since they honestly couldn’t get enough of how addicting your sunshine liken presence.
Lit up every dark lonesome corner of the estate and they’d be damned if they every let you get a chance to escape from their sights. brandishes a pearly grin at the thought of being able to cater personally to his future missus.
“Also if your boring office job is what’s holding you back from spending quality time with us then I can think of a couple solutions to—“
“Um, let me stop you right there man. Whatever you’re pitching would be nice and all but I need my work wife.”
Once again you missed the small micro transgression within the Dilf’s facial features as his eye twitched at the irksome interruption done by that worthless dickbag.
“Aha work wife? With someone like you? I see you’re the type to joke around huh?”
He replied in an tone of condescension giving Miki a mean spirited smile. And an idle glance over full of scorn at the self assured confidence in this boy, who was proclaiming that his darling was his work wife.
“Well I am quite the jokester—wait what the hell do you mean by someone like me??”
You nearly busted out laughing at how Miki got a miffed expression on his face from the subtle dig done by the famous actor. You didn’t necessarily claim to be Miki’s work wife as nice as his company was. He was an utter shitty coworker to have when you’re trying to get shit done. Whenever you two were paired it’d be him cracking jokes while you were working like an effective machine.
“Well If anything they’re my work wife, no my wife, since yknow she’s looking after my kid like the little darling angel she is”
Quio nearly purred with a sharp edge to his voice as he blatantly rubbed it in Miki’s face the sheer difference. Between the two of them and how he was ultimately more important in your standings.
“Anit that right sweetness?”
The single dad hummed with a sickening sweet expression that resembled a hopeful doe eyed buck. His shouldering eyes never failed to make your heart do kick flips from how they always seemed to focus on purely you. Almost as if you were his world, his missing half. You got extremely flustered that you could barely even respond to his words. Until Miki let out a sneer and fixed his apparent love rival a shrewd scowl.
“Oh please as if! She’s your Nanny, not your substitute wife. Plus I already called dibs on her first, my guy.”
The sight of that damned flea mansplaining on the couch with the slinging over his arm right behind your head. Made Quio imagine ripping that same offending arm from our his socket and bitch slapping him with it.
“Dibs? Are you insinuating that she’s an object to be possessed by the likes of a peasant like you?”
He taunts snarkily, dropping his nice guy facade as makes his way to sit right in between you and Miki. Squeezing his bulky frame in the middle of the couch he gracefully crosses his legs as he swats off the offending arm behind your head and replaces it with his own.
“Tch! Now you know that’s not what I meant. It’s always you actors spinning fabricated lies. And the fuck did you just—“
“Miki don’t you think that it’s time for you to go soon? You’re gonna be late for work”
You interjected seeing how things were getting out of hand between the two offending men. Quio merely gave a smug smile as he saw Miki begrudgingly get up with an scowl on his face. You were right he had to go soon since he couldn’t be late for his promotion into higher management. He didn’t tell you that yet because he wanted to surprise you on the day you both worked the same shift.
“Ah fuck your right, thanks for the reminder what would I do without my precious work wife?”
Miki emphasized loudly, Shooting a glare towards the A-listed actor as he then gave you an abrupt hug goodbye whilst still glowering at the Dilf. The two seemed to be exchanging a clash of mixed silent threats behind your back.
Quio “gently” nudged Miki away from his darling with a hard shove with the pointy tip of his shoe upon his midriff. Making your coworker stumble back with a sharp exhaled grunt escaping his lips. Good, he hoped that fucker gets sore down there. The single dad was always about getting his get back by being petty whenever someone blatantly tried to piss him off.
“Alright that’s enough Casanova wouldn’t wanna keep your bosses waiting yeah?”
The Dilf chirped in a sweet noncommittal manner as he briefly pulled you into a side hug. As if to cleanse you from the poor touch Miki had given you. Miki had to bite back his tongue since he really couldn’t afford to waste time with the man’s shenanigans. And rolled his eyes he could only afford to shoot you a word of warning with concern shining in his eyes before he made his way outside of the million dollar manor.
“Be careful… You know how actors are, always so full of shit. Call me when you’re done I’ll come to pick you up okay?”
“Yeah yeah, don’t let the door hit cha on ya on the way out Miki”
Quio sassed as he couldn’t wait to have that cocky fucker out of sight and out of mind. There were so many times where the actor came close to acting out. One of his many aspiring roles which consisted of him being a deranged serial killer. It would’ve gave him peace of mind to choke out that lanky shithead and watch the life leave his eyes.
But he had better things to do at the moment rather than drone in about how he’d murder Miki in cold blood. Like wooing you over for instance which was unfortunately put on pause due to a pest intent on getting in the way between you and him. So he feels a sense of relief wash over him as Miki leaves, knowing that he can finally have you all to himself.
“It seems like you two get along well enough already”
You caught the Dilf off guard with your off handed comment as he gave you a raised brow and an apprehensive smile. He shook his head slightly and gave a dark chuckle at how naive you were to perceive their little spat to be that of a friendly origin. When they clearly wanted to go at each others necks.
“It would seem so… But hey I was wondering if you’d be interested in—“
His phone decided to go off in the most headache inducing way. He could hear the annoying ringtone which indicated that his manager was calling and he bit back a snarl from being interrupted once again. Collecting himself he excused himself from the couch not being fore taking your hand in his and giving it a small chaste kiss as he gave you an apologetic gaze.
“Sorry about this sugarling I’ve gotta take this call I’ll be right back”
With his servants taking leave at his behest today was the day he planned on tying the metaphorical knot with the cute Nanny that stole both his and his little girl’s heart. So his manager had better got a pretty damn good reason for bugging him on his day of vacation leave. Or else they’ll get added to the hitlist alongside that damned coworker of yours.
I’m thinking of making this into a mini series, let me know if I should continue!o(≧v≦)o

Can you do fizzaroli and asmodeus comforting their teenage adopted child after she/he/they had a rough day today?
Ooooh! My second Helluva Boss request, that’s so exciting! I can’t wait to work on some Helluva Boss! Let’s give some love to best Achillean couple!
Fizzarolli and Asmodeus- Ruby in the Rough
Tumblr media
Fizzarolli is an energetic and somewhat crude man, that energy is also applied to his parenting style. He is caring and affectionate but also energetic and can accidentally be oblivious about his child’s problems with his jokester attitude. Though, he will make up for his mistake and unconditionally spoil his child rotten
Asmodeus, on the other hand, is the most doting and considerate parent of this pair. He’s more calm and a bit playful, though. He loves chatting and bonding with his child as often as he can, cuddling his child and can recognise every problem they may have instantaneously. He is one of the best comforters and huggers in Hell
Fizzarolli and Asmodeus, together as parents, as a married couple, as a father and father tag team, for their adoptive young teenage Hellhound daughter. You. A cute fluffy red fox-patterned and red fox-coloured Hellhound; Fizzarolli absolutely adores you and Asmodeus wants to squeeze your little cheeks
Asmodeus is the first one to notice his and his husband’s daughter’s distress. The way your fluffy tail is drooped and dragging on the floor, your voice is softer, your attention is averted. Fizzarolli, unintentionally, doesn’t notice your problems until his husband points it out
Then. As the usual wholesome doting couple they are, Fizzarolli and Asmodeus let you go to your bedroom and speak to one another in how they’ll approach comforting you. Of course, Fizzarolli offers buying you a gift whilst Asmodeus proclaims they should just raise up your self-esteem
And since they can’t decide inbetween each… they pick both
Fizzarolli barrages into your bedroom and basically throws a new phone case present into your lap whilst jumping up onto your bed to hug you as Asmodeus calmly sits down and hugs you right away after his husband, brushing through your hair gently with his mighty claws
After a bit, both fathers respond to hearing their precious fluffy Hellhound cry at her parents’ loving hugs. Crying in relief that both are immediately coming in to help you. You already feel so much better with both Fizzarolli and Asmodeus silently waiting for you to speak and hugging you
Of course… your problem is that people were mistreating you for being a Hellhound, a species of demons considered as meaningless animals, not as people. Asmodeus and Fizzarolli are already psychically speaking to one another on hiring assassins to kill the demons daring to harass their beloved little gemstone
“T-they… he was just so rude” You mumble out gently, long dog-like snout pressed into Asmodeus’ mighty big feathery chest whilst he holds both you and his husband, Fizzarolli to him whilst Fizzarolli keeps his thin but metallic robotic arms coiled around his hellhound baby girl like rope tied around your waist. His long imp tail wagging, Asmodeus couldn’t help but chuckle under his breath at seeing his imp lover so excited to hold their child, even when she is so upset
Asmodeus then whispers out, his dark blue beak slightly brushing over your soft hair, inbetween your tall fluffy red fox-like ears. Fizzarolli is mainly there for physical support, having the right as your upbeat and cheering up father whilst Asmodeus is the King of Lust and the king of Emotional Support, speaking for the both of the parents
“Darling. Whatever those fools said. They are wrong, you’re not ugly, you’re not a useless gross canine, you’re not a pet. You’re a beautiful, unique young lady that deserves all the love and admiration in the Lust Ring”
Just hearing Asmodeus’ smooth, silky and comforting voice alongside Fizzarolli’s warm big hugs is a one-two punch of extreme love to your heart and make all the dread, heartbreak and image problems wash away… well, mainly all of it. Though, both can sense when you’re not fully happy and both are still hugging you. The Sin holds both his husband and his daughter to his chest whilst the Imp snuggles his daughter in his husband’s hold
“I-I… I’m not a flea-ridden gross mangy mutt?” You ask gently, almost like a little child. Not even like a fourteen year old. It’s precious, both dads’ hearts are melting and Fizzarolli openly expressing how cute he finds their daughter with a soft ‘awww~!’ under his breath, even with his deep raspy voice. Asmodeus then nods and speaks gently again
It doesn’t take a big pep talk for this dads to cheer up their child from any problems she has
“Never, babygirl. You’re gorgeous, you’re talented, you’re filled with loveable joy and you have much ambition. You’ll slap down those fools when you become successful”
As soon as Asmodeus finished, Fizzarolli chimed in. Unable to stop himself from stating what’s on his mind and what he’d considered comfort. Asmodeus doesn’t really mind and your fluffy long tail flicks in curiosity at your Papa for what he wishes to add in to his husband’s truthful statements. As classic Fizzarolli fashion; it’s energetic, playful and a bit silly but passionate
Both promise they will make sure you’re successful, wealthy and beloved when you’re a fully grown adult
“You’re warm as well! People should be pouncing on you for snuggles and affection, rosydoll”

TNMNTOBER DAY 22:
HEADCANNON
The Nightmare Bois!
I'd like to think they are genuinely allies.
Tumblr media
Yog would be the strong-willed leader of the group (charming and persuasive, always makes sure his allies won't divide. Will set the world ablaze to protect his family. Loves his daughter Quachil, and his future children if ever he'll have more brides alongside his beloved Ishtar ahem, cough cough... Nacha cough! Doesn't mind polygamy.)
while Zog is his second in command (since the worm man is the brains of the group, also the laid-back one and the jokester. Has a pet furless rat named Skin. Loves to eat human food just like Barbatos. Overall entertainer to both Astral Residents and humans)
Barbatos is the youngest (the most intimidating-looking of the group but the most harmless, has a soft spot for kids and animals, loves human food, especially sweets. Can get a bit too gullible and naive. His older brother Exael looks after him)
Abducius is the troublemaker (the craziest of them all, but never leaves you behind. Fearless and risk-taker. Sometimes shirking his duties as an executioner and tends to do his hobbies which is sewing "real life looking mannequins" as he calls it 💀⚰️ and likes taxidermy. He considered them as his 'arts and crafts'.)
and then we have Teutates, the most serious one. (The mystery guy. The quiet one who prefers to observe people and what surrounds him. Finishes the job without any questions. His father Ah Puch would say it's in his nature, but there's more than that. Dislikes small talk, especially with strangers who are rude and obnoxious. Will kill if he has to...unless if you can convince him otherwise)

Random HH thought 2: Electric Boogaloo
I just realized his relationship with Niffty must have confused some people when they first see the two together.
“Why is THE RADIO DEMON of all people letting this little demon who suspiciously acts like a child hang around all the time?”
Think about it, from an outsider perspective (specifically I’ve been wondering about the general Overlords’ perspective, Carmilla’s and Husk’s because they work near Alastor for years): They literally look a bit too close to each other and Alastor has never shown romantic interest in anyone AND He’s a guy in Hell. They could assume the literal worst.
Only to realize that Alastor is actually taking a protective almost-parental role and sees her as a genuine friend and kinda surrogate daughter (To make this clear, I don’t want this to be read as infantilizing Niffty. I mean an adult daughter to Alastor).
Imagine someone like Husk. Finding out the guy who owns his soul constantly interacts with Niffty, assumes he sold his soul to someone even worse than he thought only to realize: “Oh she’s like his daughter… Oh god, does that mean I have tolerate her crazy too???”
Or Carmilla, someone who probably doesn’t like Alastor as an individual thinking it’s kinda funny to see this massive threat to Overlords wearing a bow Niffty made for him with immense pride and casualness of any dad. She also could make comments that could get under his skin with it, because he refuses to see himself in any genuine parental role or admit his close friendship with anyone
“How’s your little friend?”
“NO CLUE, WHAT YOU’RE TALKING ABOUT!”
“Niffty.”
“OH! MY ASSISTANT IS DOING GREAT.”
“Mmhmm, bring her to the next Overlord meeting, I would love to have my daughters have some company of similar status.”
“HAHA, CARMILLA, YOU ARE QUITE A JOKESTER! WHY WOULD I BRING SOME RANDOM SOUL I OWN TO A MEETING JUST FOR THEM TO PLAY AROUND AND DO NOTHING USEFUL???”
*Does exactly that next meeting, all the while annoyingly glaring at Carmilla who is subtly smirking*

Adam Should Have Been That Dad Jokester Instead Of That Immature Dick Master
Tumblr media
Instead of being an obnoxious misogynist, he should have been the ultimate giver of dad jokes. Seriously, he should totally be that dad jokester and he would even designate himself as one. He would be all about being humanity's number one dad due to be the ancestor of all humanity. Seriously, rewrite him to being that where he's the ambassador to hell because that's how much he cares about his descendants and is open to listening to ideas to help his fallen children not be products of massacres. Also totally sees Charlie as a surrogate daughter due to the times they've met because it's stupid she doesn't know he was the og Adam. I totally want her to see him as a borderline father figure who begins to support her dream over her own father despite thinking it's flawed, but due to loving her he motivates her to do her best.

Any general or relationship HCs for the Domino boys who we didn't get a lot of airtime with? I'm curious what your thoughts are on Hevy, Cutup and Droidbait (esp Droidbait bc fanon has probably made him my fave) if they didn't die on Rishi.
Hm...I'm sure I have something rattling around my brain box (but, like, it's early and it might not be good lol)
I think Hevy is a protector. I see him as the oldest of Domino Squad, and he takes it seriously.
He's fiercely protective of his squad, usually taking the blame for things that Cutup or Echo do.
He brings that same level or protectiveness to a relationship. He's the boyfriend who carries a backpack everywhere, and he has everything from snacks to a first aid kit in his bag.
He has "Eldest Daughter" syndrome. RIP Hevy.
I think he's a little anxious when it comes to relationships. He's not the most fun (that belongs to Cutup and Echo), and he's not the smartest (that is solely Fives), and he's not as adventurous as Droidbait, so he worries that his partner will find him boring.
Jokes on him, anyone who picks Hevy loves boring just fine.
Hevy is also part of the 501st.
Like I said higher, Droidbait is adventurous. Whether it's going someplace new with his brothers, or with his date, everyday is an adventure.
Has never met a challenge he won't meet head on.
I think that's how he meets his partner. At a competition or something along those lines. And they keep competing against each other until one day Droidbait challenges them to a date, and they're not going to take that lying down.
Their relationship is very "anything you can do, I can do better". Which, when applied to romance, is a bit excessive.
Actually, Droidbait's relationship with everyone is, "anything you can do, I can do better". It doesn't make him very popular but with a very specific group of people.
Luckily, he's part of the 212, and Cody has a pretty solid handle on him.
Cutup is the jokester. He delights in delight and if it was remotely possible he'd work a job where he can work with kids.
Of all of the Domino's, he's the one who wants 7 kids, or more.
He's also the most romantic. When he wines and dines a potential partner he does it right. With music and flowers and cheesy lines.
That continues when he has them locked down, but he also throws in some humor on his dates. He wants his partner laughing so hard that they have to lean against him for balance.
Like Droidbait, he's part of the 212.
Ah, I wrote more for Droidbait than the others. Sorry.

I Love Loving You (Two)
Cody Rhodes x Black OC
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Previous One-Shots: When a Man Loves a Woman and When a Woman Loves a Man
Summary: Cody and Charm Rhodes have built a life together that most people envy—a successful marriage, thriving careers, and a growing family.
Previous: I Love Loving You (One)
It was a chilly Tuesday evening when Cody and Charm made their way to the high-end restaurant where they had been invited for a double date. The night had a sense of anticipation to it; it had been a while since they had seen their friends, Dwayne and Solana, outside of family gatherings, public appearances, and the occasional neighborhood interaction.
But tonight, it was different. This was a celebration. The couple had just opened their very own restaurant, and as successful as the opening had been, they wanted to share the moment with those who had supported them.
Solana and Charm had been close friends during their college years, bonding over late-night study sessions and shared ambitions. When Charm married Cody, Solana was her maid of honor.
It was Charm and Cody who had been the ones to set up Dwayne and Solana on a blind date. The two hit it off immediately, sparking an undeniable connection that led to a whirlwind romance. A year later, they were married. Not long after, they welcomed two beautiful daughters into their blended family.
Their shared success and journey had brought them even closer as friends. Now, they were entering a new chapter of their lives with their restaurant, a dream realized, and Cody and Charm had been among the first to hear about it. The four of them were close, but life had been busy, and they hadn’t spent as much time together as they would have liked.
As they arrived at the restaurant, the elegant atmosphere wrapped around them like a warm embrace. The soft glow of chandeliers illuminated the interior, casting a golden hue over the immaculate tables and crisp white linens. The smell of freshly baked bread and sizzling entrees wafted through the air, immediately making their mouths water. The restaurant exuded a sense of luxury, but it was also welcoming, a perfect blend of opulence and warmth.
Solana and Dwayne were already waiting at their reserved table, looking as glamorous as ever. Solana, with her radiant smile and impeccable style, had recently stunned audiences with her performance at the Super Bowl 2025 halftime show with Kendrick Lamar. Dwayne had his arm around her, his proud smile evident. There was something about their chemistry that was undeniable, even after all the years together.
Charm and Cody exchanged smiles as they approached their friends. After all this time, it still felt special to get together like this. They greeted each other with enthusiastic hugs, the warmth of the reunion filling the air.
“It’s so good to see you both!” Cody said, pulling out a chair for Charm before sitting down.
“You guys are looking amazing,” Charm added, her hand resting on her stomach, where the small bump of her pregnancy was now noticeable.
Solana beamed. “Thanks! We’ve been working hard on the restaurant, but it’s all worth it.”
“We’re so proud of you,” Charm said, her voice filled with genuine admiration. “You both deserve this success.”
Dwayne leaned back in his chair, grinning. “It’s been a wild ride, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.”
The waiter arrived promptly, setting the table with glasses of water and offering them the wine list. Solana and Dwayne exchanged a glance before declining the wine, aware that their guests wouldn’t be indulging in alcohol either. Charm, pregnant as she was, didn’t feel the need to explain her abstinence, but Dwayne, who was always the jokester, raised an eyebrow in mock surprise.
“Charm, you’re not having wine?” he teased, winking.
“Not tonight, Dwayne,” she replied, grinning. “I’m off the sauce for a while.”
Cody laughed. “You’re lucky, Dwayne, I’m not sure I could handle Charm with wine tonight.”
The mood lightened immediately, the laughter filling the air. Solana, who had always had a playful sense of humor, joined in. “Maybe that’s for the best. We don’t need a repeat of the last time we went out, right?”
Everyone chuckled at the memory of a night where too much wine had led to a comical but slightly embarrassing incident involving a spilled glass of red wine and a very serious attempt at karaoke.
The server brought out the first course, a crispy calamari salad, and the conversation turned to the food. Charm had always been a foodie, and her pregnant cravings had only intensified her love for food. Solana, too, was a self-proclaimed foodie, always eager to try new dishes and savor the flavors of the world. As the calamari was set down in front of them, Charm and Solana exchanged a look that spoke volumes—they were both excited to dig in.
Charm took her first bite, savoring the crispy texture and the delicate flavor of the calamari. “This is incredible,” she murmured, her eyes widening with delight.
Solana, equally enthusiastic, nodded. “It’s like a little piece of heaven on a plate.”
They ate in harmony, their shared love of food evident in every bite they took. But as the meal progressed, something caught Charm’s attention. Solana was eating just as much as she was. Now, it wasn’t unusual for Charm to have a healthy appetite, especially given her pregnancy, but what was Solana’s excuse for eating just as much?
Her curiosity piqued, Charm leaned over to Cody, who was laughing with Dwayne as they reminisced about a wrestling event from years ago. “Hey,” she whispered to him, “Solana’s eating as much as me, and I’m the one who’s pregnant. What’s her excuse?”
Cody glanced over at Solana, his eyebrows furrowing slightly in thought. “I don’t know, maybe she’s just hungry?”
“You think she’s just hungry?” Charm asked skeptically.
“Well, you know, she’s probably just enjoying it,” Cody teased, nudging her.
But Charm couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off. There was a knowing look in Solana’s eyes that seemed to suggest something more than just hunger.
As the meal continued, Cody and Dwayne were deep in conversation, reminiscing about the days when they had first met. The jokes flowed easily between them, and the laughter of the two men filled the air. But Charm’s mind kept drifting back to Solana and the subtle clues she had noticed.
Eventually, as the plates were cleared and the dessert menu arrived, Charm decided to excuse herself. She needed to stretch her legs and give herself a moment to think. She stood up from the table, and as she was about to head to the restroom, Solana stood as well.
“I’ll come with you,” Solana said with a smile as if she knew what was on Charm’s mind.
The two women made their way to the restroom, and as they stood side by side at the sinks, washing their hands, the atmosphere shifted. Solana took a deep breath and sighed.
“Charm,” she began, her voice quiet, “there’s something I’ve been meaning to tell you.”
Charm turned to face her, the hint of concern on her face. “What’s going on, Solana?”
Solana hesitated for a moment before finally letting the words slip out. “I’m pregnant. I just found out.”
Charm froze, her mind racing. “What?” she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.
Solana nodded, her eyes filled with emotion. “I found out just before the Super Bowl performance. I had to keep it a secret, but now I can’t anymore. I’m pregnant.”
Charm’s hand flew to her mouth in surprise. For a moment, she was speechless, her mind struggling to process what Solana had just revealed.
“Oh my God, Solana,” Charm said, her voice filled with awe. “That’s amazing!”
Charm’s heart swelled with happiness for her friend. She stepped forward, pulling Solana into a tight hug. “I’m so happy for you,” she whispered.
Solana hugged her back, a tear slipping down her cheek. “Thank you, Charm. I’ve been dying to tell someone.”
They stood there for a moment, savoring the moment, before finally breaking apart. They both knew they had to head back to the table. The rest of the night would continue, but this conversation would stay with them forever.
The two women returned to the table, their hearts lighter. The couples finished their meals: tiramisu, chocolate pudding, and a few more laughs shared between the four of them. As they rose to leave, the evening wasn’t just a celebration of food and good company. It was a celebration of life, of friendship, and the unexpected joys that came with it.
Before leaving, they made a promise to meet up soon, bringing their kids together.

charmrhodes Well folks, pregnancy brain has officially claimed me as its victim 🤦🏽‍♀️... I’ve forgotten how to do my own makeup. 😅 So, naturally, I called in the big guns—my husband @americannightmarecody. And let me tell you, he ate y’all! He was out here naming products I didn’t even know I had and putting them in the right places. I was like, “Who knew Cody had such a talent for blending?” 😭🎨
But, of course, he couldn’t do it alone. Baby girl Cherish stepped in for a little extra help with the lashes. 💅🏽👁️ Between the two of them, they were serving looks, ok? I was feeling like a whole new woman by the time they were done. ✨
And when it came to the eyeliner? Oh, Cody had to call in the expert @trinity_fatu for some guidance, because even he knows when to admit defeat. 😂
I’m honestly just thankful he didn’t accidentally give me a smoky eye… or maybe that would've been a vibe? Anyway, here’s to the dads who are makeup pros in the making and to all the babies (and babies-to-be) out there, bringing out new skills in us all. 💖👶🏽💄 #PregnancyBrain #MakeupByDad #BabyGirlCherish #CodyTheMakeupArtist #MomLife #PregnancyGlow

americannightmarecody Ok, ok, I might have a future in makeup after all 😏. But big shoutout to Cherish for those lashes, she’s clearly a natural. And thank God for @trinity_fatu without her, I might’ve ended up drawing some serious eyeliner disasters. 😂 #MakeupArtistInTraining
trinity_fatu Honestly, I didn’t know Cody had it like that! 😂 I should’ve known better though, he's got the eye for detail. Glad I could help with the eyeliner tho, I was this close to making it a full-on cat eye! 😜🔥
Charm had always known how to sell an idea, but the one she was selling to Trinity and Jon that afternoon was far more than just a simple suggestion, it was an invitation to a new life, a life that seemed to fit so perfectly, it was almost impossible to turn down. Trinity and Jon had always been her best friends, the ones who’d stuck by her through thick and thin. She knew their relationship, their priorities, and what they valued most, so she had a good sense that this pitch of hers might work.
The couple lived in Pensacola, and although they loved their primary home, their family had slowly started drifting toward Atlanta. As more and more of their relatives made the move, it started to feel inevitable that they would need to follow suit, at least in part.
"I’ve been thinking,” Charm had said over the phone a few days earlier. “Y’all really need a place up here. At least a second home. Trust me, you’ll love it."
Trinity, who had always been the more skeptical of the two, had raised an eyebrow at the suggestion. “A second home? Really? I thought we were good in Pensacola.”
Charm had chuckled, knowing that this would take some work, but also knowing that, deep down, Trinity was more than capable of being persuaded. "You’re going to want to be closer to family," she’d added, giving the line just the right amount of weight. “And you’re not getting any younger. Plus, I’ve got something in mind that I think you’ll fall in love with."
Despite the playful teasing, Trinity couldn’t help but entertain the idea. The pull of family, the desire to be closer to her sister, Solana, who had already made the move with her husband, Dwayne, was growing stronger. So, they agreed. They would buy a house in Atlanta, if only as a second residence. That was the compromise. It was practical, it made sense, and it didn’t hurt that it would bring them a little closer to Charm and the rest of the family.
As the day to view the house drew near, Jon was a little more apprehensive. While he trusted Charm and knew she always had their best interests at heart, he wasn’t sure about the prospect of buying a house across state lines. It felt like a big commitment, one that he wasn’t entirely ready to make. Yet, there was something about the way Trinity talked about it that made him feel as if this might be the right move.
The first time they saw the house, Charm was positively glowing, her excitement palpable. Standing on the porch of her own home with her hands on her hips, she looked across the street at the massive mansion that she was so eager to show them. She could see the skepticism on Jon’s face, but she was undeterred.
"Trust me, y’all will love this place,” Charm said with a grin that was both convincing and reassuring. “It’s everything you need.”
Trinity gave her a playful glance. "I feel like this is payback for making you buy a home in Pensacola," she teased, nudging her friend’s shoulder.
Charm chuckled, the sound of it light and carefree. “It is,” she admitted with a wink, knowing full well that this was just the beginning of the adventure.
Across the street, Cody, Charm’s husband, was standing with their children in their driveway, watching the scene unfold with a smile. The kids were already running around, excited to see their friends. Charm waved at them, then motioned for Trinity and Jon to follow her.
As they made their way to the front steps of the house, a real estate agent appeared, walking briskly toward them with a warm smile. “Hi, I’m Tiana Harrison,” she said, extending a hand toward Trinity and Jon. “I’ll be showing you the house today.”
Tiana was professional, yet friendly, and immediately got to work, giving them a thorough walkthrough of the property. She started with the basics, describing the home’s layout. The mansion, a Mediterranean-style wonder, sprawled over 10,000 square feet, boasting five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and two half-bathrooms. As they walked through the rooms, Tiana pointed out the features that made the house stand out.
“Here we have the gourmet kitchen,” she explained, leading them into a space that felt both grand and welcoming. The cabinetry stretched ten feet high, and the appliances—Viking, no less—gave the room a luxurious feel. The countertops were made of marble, and a massive island dominated the center of the space. "If that doesn’t leave you enough space to cook up a meal,” Tiana said with a smile, “the home is outfitted with a full second chef’s kitchen downstairs.”
Jon raised an eyebrow, impressed despite himself. "A second chef’s kitchen?" he muttered, clearly trying to wrap his head around the idea.
"Yes,” Tiana nodded. “And this chandelier?” She pointed to the sparkling light fixture above them. “It’s just one of many designer chandeliers that add a little extra sparkle to the interior.”
The entire house seemed to shimmer, its beauty amplified by the dramatic light fixtures that hung in every room. The adjoining family room had a comforting feel, yet the space was grand enough to host a large gathering. Tiana continued her tour, highlighting the two-story great room, a formal dining area with two striking light fixtures, and a living room with a fireplace that looked like it belonged in a magazine.
“This is stunning,” Trinity said softly, gazing around at the open staircase, the wrought-iron railing curving up to the second floor, the vast spaces that felt both comfortable and extravagant.
As they walked into the owner’s suite, Trinity’s eyes lit up. The en suite bathroom was every bit as luxurious as the rest of the house. A freestanding tub sat beneath a large window, offering a view of the sprawling property outside. The double vanity, sleek and modern, mirrored the elegance of the room. But what truly stole the show was the custom-designed closet, complete with built-ins, jewelry cases, shoe racks, and mirrors. It was a dream come true for someone who appreciated fine details.
“I love this,” Trinity whispered, almost to herself.
Downstairs, they toured the finished basement, where a bar, game room, and custom wall seating made it clear that this space was made for entertaining. There was also wine storage, a home theater, and even an on-site beauty salon, which could easily be converted into another guest bedroom. It was clear that every corner of the house had been thoughtfully designed with both luxury and comfort in mind.
Charm’s enthusiasm was contagious. As they made their way outside, the resort-style setting greeted them with open arms. A pool with waterfall features shimmered in the sunlight, and the wraparound, covered patio offered ample space for lounging and dining. Dramatic outdoor lighting added an extra dose of curb appeal, making the home feel like a personal sanctuary.
Trinity was already sold. She loved the house, the layout, the location, everything about it felt right. Jon, however, was still a bit hesitant. This was a huge decision, after all, and while he could see the appeal, he wasn’t sure if he was ready to pull the trigger just yet.
"Well?” Charm asked, her voice filled with anticipation as they stood on the patio, looking at the sprawling backyard.
Trinity turned to Jon, her eyes shining with excitement. “Jon, I think we have to. This place is perfect. It’s everything we need and more.”
Jon paused, his gaze moving from Trinity to the house and back. He knew his wife well enough to understand that when she was this excited about something, it was usually for a good reason. And despite his reservations, he could see that this would be the perfect second home for them, a place where they could be closer to family without fully giving up their life in Pensacola.
“I guess we’re neighbors again!” Charm and Trinity exclaimed, jumping up and down in excitement. The sight of their joy was enough to make even Jon smile, despite his earlier hesitations.
Jon shook his head, but a grin tugged at the corners of his mouth. “Don’t go into early labor with all that jumping, Charm,” he teased, his tone lighthearted.
Charm stuck her tongue out at him playfully. “Now y’all can have those babies full-time, almost empty nesters,” she said, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
It was true. With their kids growing up, Jon and Trinity were entering a new chapter in their lives, and this house, across from Charm and so close to Solana, Dwayne, and Jon’s twin brother Joshua just seemed like the perfect way to embrace it. It would allow them to maintain their family connection, while also giving them a place to call their own in Atlanta.
After a few more moments of deliberation, Jon finally gave in, seeing how much it meant to Trinity. “Alright,” he said with a sigh, “let’s do it.”
As they signed the paperwork, it was clear that this house would be more than just a second residence, it would be a new beginning for them, a place where memories would be made, and where they could once again be close to family.
And with Charm as their neighbor, they knew this new chapter would be filled with laughter, love, and plenty of adventures.

Mending a Family 11/?
Prev | Next
Jason and Jazz bond, and Dick has a sort-of revelation.
Jason sat by the table after saying goodbye to Roy, Raven, and Lian and putting Danny to bed. After the revelation of Mar’i, the adults had sobered a little, and it had gotten awkward. Thankfully, the kids kept playing though Danny would side-eye Jason every once in a while. His knowing look reminded Jason that Danny was a sixteen-year-old trapped in the body of a five-year-old.
Jazz sat across from him with two cups of tea. She gave one to Jason and asked, “How are you feeling?”
Jason frowned; how was he feeling? A part of him was disappointed, but he understood.
“Jazz, when I came back, I killed people. I hurt Tim. It makes sense that Dick never told me he had a daughter. I’m doing the same thing now with Danny! Besides, nobody in their right mind would let a murderer around their child.”
“Just because you understand and can rationalize it doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt.”
Jason smiled softly at her, “What are you, my psychiatrist, now?”
“I don’t have to be a psychiatrist to know this affected you more than you want to let on.”
Jason sighed, “I understand; really, I do. But what pisses me off is that Roy told me that Dick is obsessively looking for me. All of them are. How can they freeze me out of the family, not at least tell me, ‘Hey Jason, you’re an uncle,’ and then call me family and use that as an excuse to hunt me down like a rabid animal?”
Jazz sipped her tea, “I think they’re probably feeling guilty now because they managed to chase you away. From what I’ve heard, they like to be in control.”
Jason snorted, “Yeah, they’re all control freaks that have no issue invading others’ privacy. Starting with Daddy Bats.”
“Do you miss them,” she asked quietly.
“I do,” he answered in the same volume, “but I burned those bridges long ago.”
They stayed in silence for a while.
“I hope I’m not overstepping, but you have become my family. I see how you act around Danny, and I am grateful that you parent and love him the way a parent loves their child. Our parents weren’t the best, so I’m glad Danny will get a second chance at childhood, and it’s all thanks to you.”
Jason smiled, “Well, at least I’m doing right by Danny.”
“You think—you think you’ll ever talk to them again?”
“Not when there’s a chance they’ll take Danny away from me. They see me as unstable, but I won’t ever hurt Danny. I don’t know if I’m a bad parent, but Danny has helped me more than I’ve helped him, and he’s keeping me sane.”
Jazz shrugged, “I’m not precisely sane myself, and as long as you don’t verbally tell Danny he’s the only reason you feel your mental stability is better, then I see no harm in it. It’s bad when a parent puts that pressure on their child. However, I have a feeling you’re saner than you think you are.”
Jazz finished her tea.
“Besides, you can’t be judged by human standards.”
Jason rolled his eyes; he stopped explaining to Danny and Jazz that he was utterly, one hundred percent human.
“Do you really think I’m a good parent?”
“Yes,” she answered without hesitation.
Jason sighed, “I miss my old family sometimes.”
“You want to talk about them?”
“I can’t talk much about the newer members, but Dick, he’s my oldest brother; he’s huggy, a huge jokester. There’s always a pun or quip coming out of his mouth. He didn’t; well, when I was younger, I thought he hated me. He was always yelling at Bruce, and most of the time, he ignored me, but eventually, he came around.”
“I remember one time he took me train surfing. It was so fun! I was hanging out with my older brother, my predecessor. He also stole Bruce’s car once and took me on a joyride after Bruce had grounded me.”
“There’s also Barbie. She helped me a lot with homework when I was younger. She’s—she’s also the only one that kept contact with me after all the shi—things I did. You remind me of her. She’s kind, same as you. And you both have red hair. She’s crazy smart like you are. The things she can do with computers,” Jason shook his head in disbelief.
“There’s Alfred. He’s like a grandfather to me. He taught me how to cook; he’s the one I miss the most, to be honest. I wouldn’t be surprised if he missed me, too, but he was giving me my space.”
Jason couldn’t bring himself to talk about Bruce. The man had been his father, but he had both disappointed Jason and been disappointed by Jason.
His biggest failure, Jason thought bitterly.
“Mom and dad,” Jazz started, took a deep breath, and continued, “Mom and dad, when they weren’t obsessed with their work, showed how much they cared for us in their way. Mom would make delicious fudge that got devoured quickly. Dad, he would call me his princess.”
“We’d go camping every summer until—until the portal opened. They had always been obsessed with ghosts, but they went into overdrive after the portal. They neglected us; Danny was being hurt. Eventually, it became too much, and Danny started detaching himself from everyone, including his friends, because he didn’t want anyone hurt.”
“I miss them sometimes, but I can never forgive them for what they did. They find out about Danny, and the first thing they do is attack! How could they?!”
Jazz was breathing hard, “How could they? They told us they loved us.”
Jazz started crying. Jason was stunned for a moment, and then he got up. He let Jazz cry on his shoulder.
Two broken people held on to each other. They may have lost an old family, but slowly, they would build a new one.
____
“Daddy!”
Dick opened his arms as his daughter flew into them. Kory floated right beside him and smiled softly at their three-year-old.
“Thanks for letting her stay with me for the week,” Dick said, “I needed this.”
“My pleasure. She wanted to see her daddy, anyway.”
Dick let Mar’i down and watched as she ran to her room.
“How’s the search going,” Kory asked.
Dick’s smile fell. They still hadn’t found any trace of Jason. Alfred was telling them to leave Jason alone and that he’ll contact them when he wants to. Roy stopped talking to Dick altogether, and Bruce was losing his mind.
“It’s not going well. Why, have you found anything?”
“No, sorry, but I haven’t been paying too much attention.”
“That’s okay. Wally and Superman are looking for him. We’ll find him, eventually.”
Mar’i decided to come out at that moment.
“Daddy, daddy, can we go see Grandpa Bruce,” she lisped, “and Uncles Timmy and Damian and aunties Cassie and Steph? Will Uncle Duke be there with the pretty lights?”
Dick felt a ping in his chest. His daughter hadn’t mentioned Jason. She had never met him, and Dick couldn’t help but feel guilty.  Would Jason have stayed if the family had tried to integrate him more? Was it because of them that he left?
That bothered Dick, questions. He wanted, needed to know why Jason left instead of coming to them.
Because you shut the door, his mind supplied.
It was right.

Emily writing again. That is my VERY lucky left hand in the picture holding up Marti's huge tits with my equally LUCKY right hand holding up the other. I have pretty large hands for a girl but just look how much larger those tits are! And each nipple is as wide as my three middle fingers combined!
This is the perfect picture to reply (kinda) to a comment left by one of our excellent followers, lovelyimpossibleobject, who tongue-in-cheekly commented on how many tons of tits are in our family. So we thought it would be fun to list all the ladies of Mountains Media - along with Michelle - who have appeared on this blog and give you their statistics including breast weight. I'll list them by weight of tits (both tits combined!) starting with the smallest and will update the list over time as other girls join us or as measurements change. Ages are as effective 7/15/2024.
Kaatje: 4'11" tall, 95 pounds, 24 years old, 30A bust, weight of tits < 1 lb, Marti's very capable assistant and self-proclaimed bodyguard, from Guyana, leg model.
Dana: 6'1½" tall, 140 pounds, 44 years old, red hair, 32B bust, weight of tits 1 pound, studio general manager and certified physical therapist specializing in women's issues, also a leg model with insanely long beautiful legs.
Roxy: 5'5" tall, 125 pounds, 27 years old, light brown hair, 34C bust, weight of tits 2 pounds, script writer and leg model and Marti's wife until January 2024.
Willow: 5'7" tall, 125 pounds, 33 years old, dark brown to black hair, 32H bust, weight of tits 4½ pounds, full time model and lover of things dark.
Emily: 5'3" tall, 135 pounds, 35 years old, brunette, 36I bust, weight of tits 7 pounds, full time model and jokester of the group.
Maria: 5'5" tall, 130 pounds, 42 years old, black hair, 36J bust, weight of tits 8 pounds, now a full time model but for >10 years was the top photographer of all the ladies, was married to Michelle for 12 years before divorcing December 2023, born in Sicily but moved to USA in her preteens.
Michelle: 4'10½" tall, 115 pounds, 48 years old, brunette, 34L bust, weight of tits 9½ pounds, Marti's daughter by her first marriage, formerly married to Maria, now full time high-price prostitute and is a business unit all to herself, still lives in Florida.
Marti: 5'4" tall, 145 pounds, 73 years old, naturally white hair but usually dyes it red-brown to brown, 40W bust, weight of tits 35 pounds (!!!), Michelle's mother and formerly Roxy's wife, considered the founder of both Studio M and Mountain Media, and I could write a ton more but won't because you guys know it all already!
Hope you enjoyed that little trip down Tits Lane!

- Medic AU -
A continuation of this post
Konoha's specialised medical unit is a unit that works directly for the Hokage. They are highly advanced medical ninja that are also trained in normal Shinobi arts, allowing them to blend in with other ninja. They are also trained for assassination, if its ever needed on missions. In combination with their medical knowledge and understanding of the human body, they are quite a deadly force.
This unit is a secret outside of the hospital and the staff directly under the Hokage, no one else knows of the capabilities of the unit members. Not even their team, leaders or members. They're sent on regular missions as regular medics, but on occassion they will be sent on more deadly and private ones to gather information or to recover any stolen records or supplies normal ninja can't know of.
The special medical unit also has its own uniform separate from normal medical ninja, a darker uniform that is usually accompanied by a surgical mask. Under the sash is a belt with pounches attached for their tools.
Tumblr media
Tsunade, seeing her four most recent students' teamwork and progress in the few years they've been training together, appoints them this role, with her star deciple as the leader.
Each member of the unit specialises in their own field that they work in and teach in.
Tumblr media
Kiba specialises in paediatrics. His calming and big brotherly nature fits well in the childrens clinic. A lot of children love Akamaru as well, who helps sick children walk around, listens to them read, and have naps with them. Kiba is also famous for handing out lollipops for every check-up and sometimes for no reason at all. He carries lollipops on him everywhere he goes, even sugar-free ones for kids with dietry needs. On the field, he and Akamaru use their sense of smell and tracking abilities to find anyone who's injured or stuck. He's the jokester of the group, as expected, and he often calls Sakura Tsunade's daughter, noting their similarities.
Tumblr media
Shikamaru specialises in diagnosing patients and coming up with strategies on the field. He is very attentive and studies up on everything he can, despite his lazy nature. He's often in the library reading up on illnesses, old and new, and on occasion he and Sakura will study together. He helps develop cures in the lab when he isn't out or with patients. In his career, he has helped with finding multiple cures alongside Sakura and other medics. He's also terrified of Tsunade.
Tumblr media
Neji specialises in surgery. He has great skills in finer and more delicate procedures and is regarded as the top male surgeon. On the field, he uses his Byakugan to help find anyone that Kiba's tracking can't. He can also use it to guide medic squads in the direction of groups of injured people. He takes the role of second in command when the captain isn't around, and is often tired due to Kiba's antics. Without his Byakugan, Neji's eyesight is quite poor close-up. So he uses glasses to read reports.
Tumblr media
Sakura specialises in toxin research and antidotes. She's the captain of the special medical unit, and in Tsunade's absence, she's the leader of Konoha's hospital. She is highly advanced in most medical fields due to Tsunade's private teachings and her fast learning. She grew a fascination for toxins when the boys joined and took on some of her work in the hospital. She spent months researching venom, poison, and making antidotes whenever she could. Every so often she will take time away to train privately with Tsunade to work on the Byakugō seal and her taijutsu.
Tumblr media
Akamaru has a uniform too! On the field, he carries supplies for the unit with his own special harness with four pouches for supplies. In the hospital, he has a far simpler harness with only one pouch that's full of lollies and candy for the children he visits. He also wears the bandana Sakura gave him.
Together, they work hard to keep Konoha safe and the medical department running smoothly.
