What do you think of the idea of a demigod child of Rhea? How would Mr D, Chiron and the campers react to them? Would their Olympian siblings acknowlegde them in any specific way or just be indifferent to them?

I have a headcanon that while Mr D, isn’t the biggest fan of demigods he’d have a soft-spot for the child of Rhea. Because she in some myths raised him, cured him of madness brought on by Hera and also joins him and his followers in their parties.

Immediately everyone paused to stare at the demigod of Rhea. Not because the child of Rhea is anything wrong but it’s more so the fact that Rhea hasn’t been seen for a millennia by anyone aside from her direct 6 Olympian children maybe, so for her to go out and have a child with a mortal in that time is mind-boggling; almost unfathomable. 

The appearance of the demigod of Rhea would be the few times and everyone’s waking realization that Mr.D’s behaviour and attitude to them was all a lie, when he breaks for the Rhea demigod because yeah, not only she cured him of the curse of madness by Hera, but also taught him in religious rites which helped solidify him as a god. So there’s a sense of responsibility to take care of this demigod but also it’s a child of Rhea. So who knows what’s going to happen; especially when he will technically be in charge of you. 

It’s pretty hard for the Olympians to not notice the child of Rhea, especially the first 6 Major Olympians, that they have a new baby-sibling who is also a demigod. A squishy, half-mortal, half sibling. However, it’s very hard to criticize when the child of Rhea is basically just like her, which is very hard to argue against. 

There would be questioning of who the mortal parent is, how they were worthy of Rhea’s attention. But the bar is low for whoever the mortal parent is cause clearly they didn’t eat the child as soon as they were born unlike Kronos. The most important thing to happen is that Zeus isn’t the youngest sibling. Which isn’t good, because Zeus despite being born the youngest, will probably not be happy losing his very, long, youngest sibling rank and all the attention it came with it, especially with how he defeated Kronos.

Especially if the child of Rhea is a boy. 

Much to the glee of Poseidon and Hades, who is overjoyed but is hit with despair when he realizes he will have to see to his half-sibling when their time runs out. 

If the child of Rhea is a girl, there’s less reaction from Zeus but he will still not be happy. In return, Hestia and Demeter just cooing and coddling their youngest sibling and I think Hera might actually enjoy being an older sister; that is still motherly in a way. Hopefully.

As for the immortal grandchildren of Rhea are confused because technically the demigod of Rhea is their aunt/uncle but they’re so young, small, and weak (cough Ares), but take it in stride when eventually that is a good thing…

Cause I have a feeling because this child is their mother’s child but is also a demigod…they have complete ability to call out their behaviour when one of the gods do something, and they can’t really do anything because Rhea would not be happy. You’ve heard, “I’m not angry, I’m disappointed”, now imagine Rhea being THE QUEEN of that, delivering that statement this demigod child also able to make the gods feel that.  Much to the delight of a rotating number of gods.

You drew in a shuddering breath as you stood before the giant building. Once you did this, there was no turning back. You curled your fingers and rapped your knuckles against the door loudly. It took a few minutes but eventually the door opened, one of Valentino's handmaidens opening the door. "Please state your business". She said in her soft yet husky tone and you straightened. "I'm here to see Valentino, if he has a moment to spare." You said, trying not to give away how nervous you were. The woman tilted her head for a moment, as if she was thinking before opening the door widening. "He does. Please come inside". She stated before walking off. You followed her down the winding and twisting halls before the two of you came in front of another door. The woman knocked and a grumpy "come in" sounded from the other side. The woman opened the door and poked her head in. "Sir, you have a visitor." She said. Valentino raised a brow, lifting his head from his paperwork. "Well? Are you going to tell me who the fuck it is?" He spat and you pushed the door open more.

"Greetings sir. My name is (Y/N). I'm Anthony's little sister." You greeted before giving a bow. Valentino perked up and grinned slyly. "Oh I didn't know he had a sibling". He purred and it took everything in you to not clutch yourself with your spider limbs. "He's kept my presence a secret from you. He didn't wish for you to approach me with some... offer to work for you". You said, sitting in one of the chairs in front of his desk. Valentino frowned and laced his fingers. "Then why are you here?" He demanded and you looked up. "I wish to trade places with my brother." You admitted, looking him straight in the eye. Valentino laughed loudly before realizing you weren't laughing. "Oh you're serious". He said in shock. "Yes sir, I am. My brother is a good man. He's trying to better himself. And he deserves that. But he can't while under your contract. So I offer a trade. Let my brother go and I'll take his place".

Valentino's antenna twitched and he smirked down at you. "What makes you think I'll let my prized star go?" He questioned and you bit your lip. "When Anthony leaves, his movies will become a rarity. A collector's item. You can auction his things for a high dollar, people can and will pay thousands of dollars for them. And when everybody's in their frenzy of getting the last bit of Angel Dust. You can bring in me. A new face, a new star. His little sister. They'll go crazy. It'll be like having Angel Dust back. But younger. More innocent. Filled with so much potential". You had practiced this. You knew your deal was a juicy one. Valentino mauled your words over before grinning at you again. "Deal."

"I can't believe it!" Angel Dust said, he was laughing and crying. "Valentino. He... He said he's letting me go! Said a new soul came along, made him a deal he couldn't refuse. And all they asked for, was my freedom." He was thanking his lucky stars for whoever did this for him. "That's so amazing, Angel! You can finally work on redemption now! Like... full time without worrying about Val." Charlie said, her eyes practically sparkling from how excited she was for him. "If anybody deserves it, it's you baby". Husk said affectionately before kissing his cheek. "Good for you. As much as I enjoy suffering, Valentino is a despicable bug. It's good to see you free." Alastor said with a twirl of his cane.

The next few months were filled with happiness. Angel had agreed to show his face for the auctions but other than that, he kept his distance from Val. He began to live, to thrive. It was the best moment of his life. Until it wasn't.

"Hey has anybody seen (Y/N)?" Charlie asked, a frown tugging at her lips. Angel Dust sat up, thinking about the last time he had actually seen you. "Yeah now that I think about it. I haven't seen her in ages..." Vaggie said in thought, looking up from her task of sharpening her spear. "Here, let me call her." Charlie muttered, calling your number and putting the phone on speaker. "Charlie, hey! Look, I'd love to talk but I'm at work right now." You said, your voice hushed. "Oh come on! We haven't seen you in ages! Can you maybe ask for the night off?" She begged, pouting at the phone as if you could see it. Shouting was heard in the background. "Fuck. Shit. Look Charlie, if I can come over after work, I will. But I can't really talk right now." You said. You tried to hang up as quickly as possible but not before Italian curses could be heard. Nobody else seemed to pick up on it. But Angel Dust did. Oho did he notice.

Back at the studio, Valentino had caught you on your phone and tossed you onto the floor. "I'm sorry! Look it was just Charlie. I didn't want her to worry. You know how she can be!" You said, crawling away slowly. Val growled, "Yes I do. Unfortunately." He spat. "Y-Yeah! So I just picked up and told her I couldn't hang out. That I had work and couldn't talk. That's all. I promise." You said, tone whiney but you tried to keep a smile on your face. Val scoffed and rolled eyes eyes. "Whatever. Now get back on that fucking bed and take this from the top. Movies don't make themselves, darling". He said before going to go sit in his directors chair. You swallowed thickly as three men stalked your way, each holding a different sex toy. Oh boy was this going to be a long night...

After shooting the porno to Valentino's satisfaction, you had been given permission to retreat to your room. You closed the doors and looked around the room. Anthony's old room... You wrapped the robe around you tightly, as if it could hide away all the new marks if you tied it tight enough to your body. Sitting in front of the vanity, you began to wipe your makeup off. Humming softly as you took care of yourself. You chugged some water before heading to the bathroom for a hot shower. You took your time washing your hair and spider fluff, washing away the days work. When you got out, you dried yourself off and wrapped yourself in a towel, ready to dress and maybe head over to the hotel. But as you stepped out and saw Val sitting on your bed, you knew that wouldn't be the case.

Val's long spindly arms reached out towards you and you automatically walked his way. Fingers pried away the towel to reveal your freshly cleaned, bare body. "Come to daddy". He cooed as he tugged you gently. You followed and sat on his lap, fingers brushing into his moth fluff. He hummed to himself, pleased with your obedience. "You did so well today, darling. I'm so proud of you. Please forgive me for getting angry with you earlier. Work can just stress me out sometimes". He spoke softly and you looked up at him, plastering a smile on your face. "I can't stay upset with you for long, daddy. You always make it up to me. All I can be is grateful." You cooed back and Valentino smirked down at you, fingers trailing closer and closer to your core. You shuddered and fought the urge to push him off of you. "Such a good pet. You're so good for me, aren't you?" He purred out, a hand going up to grope a breast, causing you to flutter your eyes and sigh against him. "Anything for you."

The next day you managed to convince Val to let you go to the hotel. With a pout and a bat of your eyelashes, he crumbled and gave you the day off. You opened the door with excitement and called out, "Hey guys!" It wasn't long before mostly everybody had accumulated towards the front. You gave everybody hugs and smiles, catching up with Charlie and the others. But as Angel Dust watched you, he saw the details that the others didn't. The bags under your eyes, bruises on your arms, the way you only smiled with your mouth closed. "Hey (Y/N)?" He called out and you turned to look at him. "Can we talk? Alone?" Charlie and some of the others looked at each other and you sighed, picking yourself up and approaching him. "Of course, Ant. What's up?" But your older brother just grabbed your arm and drug you up to his room. After closing and locking the door he approached you and practically shoved his thumb in your mouth. You yelped in surprise as he pushed your lip up, wincing when he saw your new gold tooth.

"It was you? Wasn't it? Valentino's new soul... the one that got me my freedom..." He said, tears welling up in his eyes. You took a step back. "I'm so sorry, Anthony." You said, voice shaking. "But why? Why?! I worked so hard to keep you safe from that asshole and then you go and fuck it all up!" He yelled and you just pressed your lips together in a weak smile. "Because it's my turn to protect you Anthony." You replied, tears welling up in your own eyes. Anthony pulled you close, hugging you and crying into your shoulder. "You deserve happiness, Ant. You always took care of me and Molly when we were growing up. Now it's my turn to take care of you". You muttered, tears streaming down your face. Anthony picked his head back up, hands cradling your face as you gave him a sad grin. "Has he hurt you yet?" Anthony asked softly, already knowing the answer. You tried to choke back your sob but it didn't work. "Oh shit... He's already slept with you, hasn't he?" Anthony said in shock. "It's so bad, Ant. He's already laid hands on me. My body. I feel so dirty. I hate it. But I had to. I did it all for you, Ant. All for you." You sobbed as your whole body trembled.

"You're so fucking stupid". He sobbed back, running a hand through your hair. "I love you so much, Ant." You cried, hugging him tightly. The two of you sank to the ground, cradling each other and sobbing. "I love you too, sis".

Captain John Price - Bogeyman

You know how he said that someone has to make the bad guys afraid of the dark? Yeah

I take that quite literally

Bogeyman are usually supposed to be an imaginary creature used to frighten children into good behavior. They're the thing lurking in the closet, the monster under the bed that isn't there when you check

Except he very much is, lingering on the edge of your periphery at night

His deal isn't scaring children, though. No, he's above that

He might be a bogeyman but he's still keeping his morals and intentions very well. He's still going after the real monsters of the world

He's always lurking in the dark, in the shadows, waiting to make his appearance and scare the every living daylights of whoever the next victim is

Or he's in between, stashing in the dark as he moves from place to place between targets

His appearance isn't drastically different, aside from longer limbs, sharp claws, and glowing eyes that follow your every movement in the dark. I also like giving him sharp teeth!

You know he's near if you catch the faintest whiff of cigars on the air. You may not see him but he's there, waiting for his chance

As long as you haven't done anything too bad lately, you have nothing to worry about. Maybe you can try to make friends with the monster under the bed

Lieutenant Simon "Ghost" Riley- The Black Dog

I know I've done literal ghost Ghost and I LOVE cerberus ghost (Alone operator my beloved) but the black dog is just so fitting to him

They're spectral hellhounds associated with death itself - seeing one is a sure omen that death is near

They're also associated with electrical storms and crossroads, or places of execution and ancient pathways

The conversation of the two Shadows talking about Ghost mentioning that if you see him it's already too late had me thinking on it

If you see HIM, yeah, its likely death is near, imminent, and is looking for someone with your name

His appearance is that of an extra large black wolf like dog with shaggy fur, menacing teeth, and glowing red eyes. I still give him the ability to talk for extra menacing points

The skull is iconic so thought the dogs are usually solidly black, what identifies it as HIM are the few white stripes on his chin

That doesn't mean he's necessarily bad. As much as he's an omen of death, he can be a guide too - especially to those who are lost along the way

He's a creature of the night and shadows itself - you won't find him around in the day, he waits til darkness comes so he can truly use it to his advantage

Like the shadows said, if you see him, it's probably too late. Pray you're not the one he's seeking on behalf of death - much less, you're not the one he's introducing to it firsthand

Sergeant Kyle "Gaz" Garrick - The mimic/shapeshifter

I had to REALLY think on this because he doesn't strike me as any monster in particular. The only other one I'd really associate with him might be something like a poltergeist or a hitchhiking ghost

The mimic is a shapeshifting creature that can shift to match its surroundings, whether that be people or objects alike

I just saw it as him because, while he might appear charismatic and harmless on the outside, there's a whole lot he's hiding up his sleeves

He's adaptable, uses his environments to his advantage, and was the ONLY one in his class who escaped the facility and evaded capture in the RTI testing (I think that's the name for it and that part, correct me if im wrong I probably am)

Mimic/shapeshifter really fits his vibe well because he becomes what he needs to be

Of course, like any mimic, he lacks a 'true form' which is an amorphous flesh colored vaguely humanoid shape with razor sharp teeth (they all have sharp teeth, noticing a trend with these monsters)

That being said, he's not usually presenting as that. He's taking the form of whoever or whatever he needs to get the job done

I cannot emphasize how much you do not want to be on his bad side or have to deal with HIM going after you

He can be absolutely anywhere as anything. You're not going to be able to tell until its likely too late. That's his thing and he's GOOD at it

That said, he still has his humanity, he's still himself. You have to do something to piss him off or be one of his enemies to earn his ire and spite. Luckily he's mostly harmless

Sergeant John "Soap" MacTavish - Selkie

I know I know, werewolf Soap is what everyone probably wanted. and I FULLY agree and love werewolf/dog coded Soap BUT HEAR ME OUT

FIRST OFF they're apart of Scottish folklore so we already have that going

Selkies are creatures that can shapeshift between a seal form and a human form by removing their seal skin. They typically hide their seal skin, because without it they cannot return to their home of the sea

They're usually harmless and simply want to be among humans or on land for a little while before they return to their lives at sea. However, they can become extremely violent, vengeful, and destructive when provoked

Soap just naturally has more of that seal personality! Smart, curious, playful, a bit cautious - and certainly has plenty of bite when provoked. Don't let that cute face fool you, they're hunters under the turbulent waters

SO NATURALLY I'm going to want to make him a seal creature

In seal form, I give him the appearance of a harbor seal! The main distinction is he has a more prominent ridge of fur running down his spine and he's a slightly darker shade than the other seals

In human form, he's still himself! Pretty blue eyes and all, ignore the slight webbing between his fingers it's totally just a genetic condition

He's absolutely no joke, though, no matter how cute and cuddly he looks. You do NOT want to play around with him under water, or you're being dragged down to where you're not seeing the light of day again

Just leave him be, bring him a fish or two, and you'll be fine

(I love selkie soap and seal soap in general its so him. But i will dually take Kelpie! Soap too)

I'm going to try and approach this a bit differently. We have all been in a position where we desperately wanted something from a show. We can all relate to the desire for something you love to become canon. I still fret about whether or not they'll actually give us Buddie. Yes it has been sign posted but it's been sign posted for years and we're still waiting. Anyway I say that part to say this next part. They are sign posted. The canon signs are there and there everywhere. None of it is made up from nothing. Yes there are headcanons but that's true of every ship. But most of the headcanons have canon scenes that they stem from. The BT stuff is all headcanon. I keep seeing gifs of Buck with gifs of Lou from other acting rolls and them being tagged as bucktommy. Those gifs have nothing to do with 911 and aren't Tommy. None of it is based on canon. It has all come from their cameo conversations with Lou. And that genuinely dumbfounds me. Because now I see less and less Buck and it's increasingly Tommy centered.

Buck is the character the show cares about and they know that. I don't know enough about the SWAT theory to speak to it's truth or not but the timing of its renewal and him going 911 dark does somewhat feed into the rumor. I don't know, it's bad enough so many of them have become horrible towards Eddie but now they're starting to change who Buck canonically is to fit their headcanons of Tommy (the whole damsel in distress nonsense enrages me). And while I understand the desire to push for what you love, basic knowledge of the show has to play into your expectations at some point. It will be interesting(terrifying) to see how they react when his arc finishes, and he himself stated it was an arc(hello people he said this) so I'm just forever dumbfounded as to how we got here and I'm someone who genuinely tried to see where they're coming from.

Yes Nonny. Yes! All of this! This has been on my mind for so long now and you managed to summarize it so beautifully.

I simply do not get how we got here. A couple of months ago, everything was great in this fandom. We had no great expectations of Buddie canon, but we were happy to be on ABC so we could maybe get some more Buddie scenes. And we did get them. Season 7 was great for Buddie.

Unfortunately it also brought along Tommy. I was and still am thrilled for Buck being revealed as being bisexual. It's wonderful! And the initial thrill of it was exciting. I immediately started tying this in to Eddie. A lot of us in the Buddie fandom have long since theorised that, as soon as one of them would come out, the other would follow because it would be the only thing to make sense. Buck and Eddie have both been queer-coded for so long now and finally we would see some movement in their story.

Imagine my surprise when suddenly some people decided that Tommy was the best thing that had ever happened to Buck. It was all Tommy this, Tommy that, Tommy with the sun shining out of his ***. I was so confused. Even some of my Buddie mutuals who I had known for years, just kind of gave up on Buddie and started worshipping at the altar of Tommy Kinard.

And the fact that Lou started spouting his headcanons in those cameos definitely didn't help either. Some people really believe in those headcanons.

And listen, nothing against headcanons. I have some of my own. But there is a reason why they are called 'head'canons. It's because they are things you see and recognise in a character, but they aren't discussed in the show, so they aren't 'canon'. They remain 'fanon'.

Now, don't get me wrong, ship and let ship. But there is a difference between normal 'shipping' and liking the pair, and the total craziness the Tommy-hype has become.

I know a lot of people that are multi-shippers and I have mutuals who like BT as a transitional relationship, but ultimately still want Buddie. I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the people who suddenly started talking down on Eddie as if he was treating Buck badly and how he was a bad father. And how, even if he were queer, Buck would never choose him over Tommy. Where did that come from? They didn't say that before. Why now?

And I ask the question: What is so special about Tommy? I keep seeing people that say Buck is in the best relationship ever. HOW? WHAT? WHERE? What do these people see that I don't see?

We have seen Tommy in a handful of scenes. In all of those scenes he has been dismissive, disrespectful and frankly not very interesting. There is no chemistry at all with Buck either. I mean, if there had been some palpable chemistry I might have liked it more, but it just seems as if Lou is going through the motions in those kisses. If they are such a great couple, where are the little couple things? Where is the handholding? The little in-jokes? Nothing! I mean, Oliver does his best to keep their scenes somewhat afloat, but Lou is clearly not even trying. So I truly do not understand this strange -almost obsessive and gatekeeping- behaviour when it comes to Lou and Tommy.

It's obvious-- and anyone with eyes can see this from miles away-- that Tommy is a narrative device to have Buck explore his bisexuality. Every single thing in the show, but also around the show, is pointing in that direction.

Think about it. There was no promotion whatsoever for BT, only for bi Buck and Buddie. They had one abysmal interview where they talked for 2 seconds about BT and Oliver looked like he wanted to be anywhere but there. They have given Tommy no screentime whatsoever. He is only there when it is required for Buck's storyline. It practically screams: plot device.

Then we have Ryan giving interviews where he, once again, talks about Buck being a co-parent and how Eddie will explore himself in season 8. How he will push that refresh button and he will ultimately find the partner he needs. All gender neutral by the way.

I mean, look... I admit to having been delulu in the past over small things when it comes to Buddie. What can I say? It's been a long 6 years. But this? This is no longer about being delusional. This is full-blown 'in your face': BUDDIE IS HAPPENING! It's all right there when you look at it logically.

But yes, somehow, we are wrong because our ship isn't canon and it's apparantly homophobic to be against a canon ship?

So yes Nonny, I agree. And listen, I do too still fret sometimes that I might be seeing things that aren't there. It's in my nature as a libra to doubt everything.

But then I start putting all of the evidence in- and outside of the narrative together and... it can only lead to one thing: queer Eddie (which is about time) and eventually Buddie.

And imagine the payoff that will be. Imagine how the viewership will get a boost. So many more people would turn in. Bi Buck was big, but the fan favourite queer slow burn getting together after 7 seasons by then? The internet will explode. It will be epic.

For 6 seasons we have been rooting for these men to open their eyes and to see what is right in front of them. There were plans to go there, but FOX stopped it. Now they are on ABC and obviously ABC is okay with queer characters on their shows. I mean, look at 'Grey's anatomy'.

So yes, I proudly declare myself no longer delulu and 100% certain that Buddie is in the works. There is no more need for clown noses and clown cars. We are beyond that now. It's a matter of 'when', not 'if'.

Mind you, just my humble opinion here. But I stand with it.

hello, people. as you may have known, i have deactivated my old blog (beandaifuku) since about a month ago or so. i really appreciate the love and support received for the blog and the memories created there. as it was my first time creating in tumblr, i am grateful that fun memories were created there, as well as the amount of friends i've made from there

i understand that it was hypocritical of me to delete that blog when i did say i will just keep it archived when i first moved here because i understand the feeling of having works you like deleted. firstly, i am sorry for that. so, i created a collection in AO3 where i have archived some of my works from beandaifuku to there. aside from that, i also have reblogged a few fics and works such as the headcanons to a side blog. you can visit them with these links

as of why i deactivated the blog in the first place—it is mainly because i want to fully move on from it. the writing, the works—they are quite immature writings, so to speak. there are works that i am NOT proud of and i do not want to see it existing. i know it won't fully get deleted since some people did reblog the works, but at least it will just stay in that bubble.

i have archived some fics but i definitely will not archive ALL works or drabbles i have done. because then, what's the point of deleting the blog if i'm just gonna have all works stay up.

and honestly, i also don't see the point of keeping it up when i do not even use the blog anymore. the blog was also infected with (porn)bots liking and following. and quite a number of my fics were flagged unfairly with community labels. as of now, i am very comfortable with my not-so-new identity and blogs.

now, onto some other things.

i know some people probably noticed my attitude on vampire!nikolai AU. frankly said, i have 100% moved on from it. i lost interest with it. generally, i do not really reblog those posts about writers and readers discourse/opinions—usually about how readers should at least give some comments or appreciation for the works a writer has done. i never talk about it, but that doesn't mean i don't care. in fact, i was heavily affected by it in the old blog.

that happened with vampire!nikolai AU after its so-called hype has passed. i was still enthusiastic about it as there were a few people giving asks about it. but that enthusiasm was not reciprocated, which led me to lose interest about it totally. i have completely moved on and i have other AUs i want to explore and write about, such as my latest ongoing series, Trash Sugar Magic.

on a side note, just saying, one of the reasons i'm not sick of stalker!au despite it has basically ended a few months ago is because some people literally analysed the fic and its details—which is like my favourite type of discussion. trust me, your enthusiasm towards a writer's work will keep their enthusiasm alive too.

i really appreciate people who love and find joy in my old works. i definitely am. it was a hard decision for me to deactivate it either since i know people are still tuning in. matter of fact, i have contemplated it for months and started by slowly taking down/privating the stuff i have posted there. and for that, i am deeply sorry.

these are all the information i could share. i honestly do not want to talk about it and keep the rest of my reasons private. but i hope you guys understand and respect my decision. i have no plan of deactivating doukeshi-kun and/or cherikolya. the worst i do in this blog are just blocking people indiscriminately and deleting old insignificant posts.

tldr; i deactivated the old blog because i have moved on and i don't want to see the fics i'm not proud of stay up and my enthusiasm wasn't reciprocated which led me to lose motivation and interest to continue on with certain AU.

Explanation for my unpleasant gradient and infected dynamic headcanon!

Ok let’s get one thing out of the way:

now for the people actually interested in why I headcannon as such, I’ll explain in this blog! So strap in for my ramblings lol.

WHY? AND HOW?

ok let’s get the obvious out of the way:

Unpleasant always appears from infecteds apartment. And ONLY infecteds apartment. Nothing else.

which is obviously weird. I know that other npc’s only spawn from one place (i.e infected from his own apartment or pest from the subway) but this almost always correlates with their lore in some way. If unpleasant had spawned somewhere else then it wouldn’t be such a big deal but this MAJOR evidence for my headcannon.

of course he could just be a really annoying roommate but I’ll explain this in my next point-

yeah that’s right, I believe that unpleasant is actually just a worried dad. Which explains why it always follows infected around and why it has such close correlation.

on top of that there’s infecteds skateboard, who the hell gets a skateboard directly based off of their supposed roommate? Unless of course. Infected actually looked up to unpleasant and based his skateboard off of it.

General headcannons + ramblings!

number one! Since unpleasant is pretty much fixated on ‘cringe’ things (skibidi toilet and unfunny 2020’s jokes) it could play a factor on why infected dosent like having him around, he’s chill. But he’s basically the embodiment of embarrassment. Whether that’d be through his habits (nose-picking, messy eating, etc.) or his humor (as stated before) he’s pretty much the dad that embarrasses you wherever you go.

on top of that, the difference and the opposite nature of both infected and unpleasant makes it quite hard for anyone to really think they’re even partially related. Which is why infected takes advantage of the fact that he can say he’s a “creep” / stalker and anyone can believe him.

However despite their difference in nature. Unpleasant and infected are actually not all that awfully different. They’re both mentally stuck in a period of time (2010 with infected, 2020’s with unpleasant) and they’re both ‘cringe’ in their own respective ways. So despite their opposing beliefs and humor, they’re actually not all that different.

this and unpleasant would be the type of ‘protective and nosey’ dad. Constantly trying to see what is up with his adoptive son while also trying to protect him ever since he got the infection. To which infected retaliates and pushes it further, thinking he deserves to live his life the way he sees fit. Even if it means getting in trouble sometimes. Which is probably why no one is comfortable with unpleasant, it only suspects everybody.

Nowww, onto what I do here!

I mostly criticize the Hellaverse (Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel) along with the actions of Vivziepop, but you also may see some criticism of Psychocuties, Disney/Nintendo/other big media companies who make really freaking bad decisions (and also what media they make, especially on the Disney side of things for that one), and whatever else I feel like lol

My favorite Hellaverse characters are Stella, Beelzebub, Vortex, Striker, Octavia, Vox, and Velvette (all with a few headcanon or rewrite aspects)! I also like Lucifer and Husk with a LOT of AU rewrites lol, Luci is the definition of wasted potential and canon Husk is just not great

As for the other side of the coin, the characters I hate include Stolas and Valentino, I don’t really hate a lot of characters since everyone else is just wasted potential 😭

on the topic of angel wings

I and a few others I write with have quite a few headcanons on how angel wings work and the culture surrounding them, so I figured I'd share because I want to know more people's thoughts too!

------- 'Default' Colours Typically, angels manifest with blue wings, like Gabriel and all the Virtues we see. However an angel's wings can be any colour and any combination, but the further away from blue you get, the rarer the presentation is. So something like purple is probably fairly uncommon, but reds and oranges or particularly monochrome black or white is quite rare, but not much is entirely unheard of. Generally, as angels age, their wings grow more and more vibrant, so the oldest angels tend to be the ones with the most striking colours. This is not always true, but tends to be the case.

------- Emotional Colours Like people, the way an angel's wings shift is unique to the individual. Some change drastically in colour like Gabriel's gold, others barely show anything unless losing control of their emotions. Generally I like to think that Council angels in particular have a very good control of their visible emotions, so their wings do not tend to shift colours often, and if they do, it's usually a practised and deliberate move.

------- Touching Wings It's pretty disrespectful to just touch someone's wings without warning or permission. Angels are often quite proud of the way their wings look, so having someone disturb the feathers or projection is very very intrusive and disrespectful. Preening is an intimate bonding activity between angels who are close, so it's quite the honour to be invited to preen someone's wings, or to have someone accept your request to preen theirs.

------- Fighting As such regarding the last point, it's seen as INCREDIBLY taboo and dirty to go for an angel's wings during a fight. It is only done by those who are desperate and cheap, which probably makes for an interesting contrast with V1 who, while it values its own wings, does not follow the same conventions as Gabriel when fighting him. Part of this is also because the wings are an extension of an angel's power, so heavy damage to them can be pretty heavy threat.

------- Docking of Wings One of the worst punishments the Council can give is using divine weaponry to sever an angel's wings from them. This is basically the worst of the worst version of getting your Light ripped from you. The lesser version is having flight feathers clipped as a reminder, but it's a deliberately painful punishment and is done in a way that is difficult to mask.

------- Dyeing This is a supposedly uncommon practice, initially started as body art, but now used in secret by many angels to dye their wings temporarily to help obscure their emotions. Some still do it for the enjoyment of art, like body painting, though in contrast many view it as a desecration of the body.

(Headcanons) Basically, the reader meets Douma and instead of treating him like a god figure/begging him for paradise/only caring about her own problems she instead is concerned since he’s literally listening to other people’s burdens ALL day long and grows worried for his mental health? She offers genuine kindness, expecting nothing in return! This surprises/confuses Douma because people either don’t like him or only view him as an object to trauma dump on. (I personally believe Douma is just as broken as the other demons. Everyone overlooks his trauma TBH.) The reader just genuinely cares about him as a friend and whenever she finds out he’s a demon she just accepts him for who he is and doesn’t run away like how Kotoha did. Then maybe that’s when Douma begins to fall for the reader?

now he’s grown more attached to you. but still, clingy isn’t the right word to use.

we all know douma has troubles with emotions, so he would ask one of the uppermoons on what’s he’s feeling.

he would ask daki, because she works at the house and deals with all types of emotions. her response:

“… don’t tell me you’re in ‘love’ with somebody? gross.”

of course, he would be puzzled by his profound new “love”, but he would be willing to give it a try〜

he spends the rest of his time painting you, collecting flowers and little desserts for you.

and when he sees you, he gives them to you, along with a few compliments!

although douma claims he’s already in love with you, it’s more so of a crush for now♡

hmm… i feel like douma would fall in love in stages?

with that being said,

he wouldn’t completely fall in love with you until enough time as passed where he can believe you won’t abandon him.

even then, he would still sometimes be in denial, since he went decades without love or emotions.

it’ll take him some time, but he’ll get it!

from here and on, he would often give you kisses and thank you for always being so kind to him!

never had he ever thought someone would care for him.

but not only did you tell him wrong, but you showed him wrong as well〜

so uhhh robot boombox au is pretty much just in my brain, i havent posted abt it or anything. but ive got vague ideas about it!

im gonna put bullet points under the cut in no particular order, cause again, this is mostly just concepts, so expect a bunch of yapping

in this au boombox would be created by someone, and was made to be a sort of 'testing device' for a manufactured gear (his boombox). while also being a sort of artificial life based on mimicry.

(note, i am not well versed in robotics stuff, if something seems stupid uhhh whoops)

i havent come up with a creator or creators, but they made him with the intent of seeing if they could basically make an artificial demon that could get along with other demons well! (thats where his creators got the idea to make him a dj, or a glorified mp3 player came from.)

hes entirely mechanical, his power source is through electrical charging. he charges often, which comes across as him sleeping often.

i imagine him with a charger tail that can also somewhat extend.

his visor is literally attached to his face and would be more emotive than regular boombox phighting

i imagine he got let out to interact with other demons, he was given a lot of carefully monitored data, and even now seeks out ways to be more empathetic, and to be responsive to others emotions and to help them.

he doesnt become evil or anything like that

his 'skin' would be some kind of rubber or latex, used to protect internal components and appear more demon-like.

he has two speakers imbedded in his chest, and in the rubber skin there'd be mesh to let sound travel clearer, which happen to look like top scars ( :P )

in place of where a human heart would be, he has an internal metronome, which he can set the tempo of. it can also be heard if youre super close, like a faux heartbeat.

his horns work as a secondary charging method throughout the day, acting like low powered solar panels, (like the ones youd find on calculators).

his horns take in uv light and convert it to energy. amd they are covered with a transparent solid material (imagine something like resin) to give the appearance of a normal demons horn. however this means charging through his tail is much more optimal than the passive uv charging.

has a database in his torso containing specifically music knowledge. audio can be downloaded to there and sorted and dissected to make him work better and understand the tastes of demons

in his heads a mini computer.

his mouth is a simple metal open close rectangle shape, with small components that either make the faux-skin sides of his mouth pull up (to make a smile) or down (to make a frown)

also in this au rgb trio still a thing because i am insane abt them

i imagine skate and sling learn that boombox is a robot, but they still care for him and treat him the same as before

he doesnt 'feel' anything in a person sense, and he hasnt gained sentience or anything. his programming makes it so he's drawn to other demons, and wants to make them happy. and in return, he feels 'happy' when he accomplishes that.

he learns about friends and other relationships and such, and if he has a few people he's especially close to that he can make happy just by being around, it means he's achieving his goal.

so he does have favorites, mostly because he learned that demons tend to have favorite people, and therefore replicated that behavior

he's in a qpr with skate and sling, who r both dating eachother, theyre all very affectionate.

sometimes if he gets too many positive inputs at a time, you can hear his fans running quicker (like, example, his partners are being super sweet to him, verbally or physically.

he doesnt know who made him, nor really cares to find out

when he was made, he was given the knowledge of about a 17 year old, and the mentality of one. he counts his birthdays as aging, being currently 23.

sometimes when him, sling and skate are sleeping together, he'll play calming music directly from himself.

he doesnt sleep, but shuts off non-essential components and kind of pretends to sleep while charging. since he has to be plugged into a socket of sorts. usually during that mode hes sorting any files, or things he's collected. throughout the day

sling and skate dont know that he isnt actually sleeping, and think he's just powered off

his gear works as youd expect, able to play music and use its abilities. he's just also able to directly play music from his body

when being created, he was made first, and the idea of an artificial gear came second. which is why theres overlapping abilities that may seem redundant.

his creators are no longer alive

his creators were from playground

he would likely be 'killed' for having an artificial gear and used for parts if certain people knew (the law)

-dating HongJoong would definitely begin by him being too shy or intimidated by you to approach you but, when he does, he doesn’t regret a single thing.

-he probably saw you when he was out & about with the boys & you caught his eye, one of the members sees this & encourages him to talk to you.

-“Hyung! I see you eyeing her, go talk to her. Or are you too scared?” Yunho joked, being Joong’s pain in the ass & of course Joong, red ears & all scowls at him before making his way to the isle you’re in. The beauty isle.

-you walked around a bit & searched for a good primer & moisturizer but couldn’t seem to find the one you wanted & he saw that cute pouty look on your face & took his chance.

-grabbing a product he was somewhat familiar with due to his makeup artists always teaching him what’s best, he makes his way to you; “If you’re looking for a good base this is what I use sometimes.” the accent evident in his voice & the ATEEZ shirt evident on you as you turn your shoulders towards him, you both stand there, eyes wide, goofy smiles & you in awe of one of your favorite artists speaking to you & him in awe of how much prettier you were up close, an artist he had been following on the low for some time leading up to their debut.

-“Oh! Hi, I mean thank you.” You stutter a bit & he catches on. A bit of confidence growing in his chest he hands you the product & brushes his hand in yours, subtly but the spark surely makes it a noticeable exchange.

-“I like your shirt. Are you ATINY?” He smiles, that damn smile, it would become a big toy of his int he future. Always using it against you.

-“Yeah, I guess you can say that, I recently got into your group actually. I like your guys’ vibe.” He proceeds to ask you who your favorite member is & your cheeks pink up.

-“Well, seeing as my face is already answering for me, it’s you but, i’m more curious of why you’re here. Speaking to a random fan in a random store.” He admired your ability to switch the dominance but still letting him control the conversation. He found it sexy.

-“I saw a pretty girl, got a bit of courage & was trying to get more to ask for her number. What will her response be?” His eyes a bit darker now, a mix of care, curiosity & enticement.

-“Her response would be to give it to you. Her number of course.” You giggle at the last bit & he does too. You continue to chat until the other few members who had come to the store with him for some snacks come to find him. They introduce themselves & end up actually being very kind (duh) & you exchange numbers with HongJoong before parting ways.

-for weeks on end you two text anytime he can & he constantly apologizes for the lack of a set schedule, you continuously reminding & assuring you understood why. They were on tour after all.

-time zones, jet lag, production, composition, all still ran his day but, he now added in “communicate with Y/N” or “check in with Y/N” to his list.

-throughout the first 2-3 months you would FaceTime and get to know each other more until you tell him about a trip to Seoul you & your bestfriend had planned. you swear you saw his face light up more than you ever had & he asked for all the info.

-safe to say he is the type to set up a car to pick you & your best friend up & take you both around Seoul safely & securely so he can also join with some members for dinners, lunches or late night outings when they can.

-the 2 week trip was the highlight of your guys’ relationship. it was when he asked to be closer to you, to have an official standing & title of Couple with you. (he asked you to be his girlfriend okay? he’s just a lil passionate & did it in a very poetic way because—Scorpio)

-those 2 weeks after 3 months of FaceTimes, Phone Calls, Texting & Voice Messages were where it truly began for the two of you, you were pursuing your own music career, your best friend an upcoming actress & he already being the Idol he was, made it all so much easier to understand your crazy schedules.

-it’s adventurous, passionate & terrifying all together but, 6 months after that meeting in the store, you move to Seoul, making it easier to be around him.

-You soon sky rocket into the music world/industry with your EP/Debut & he couldn’t be prouder. You were set to perform at Music Bank & he was definitely fighting to be there. He was, ATEEZ was & they all cheered you on with all their might.

-you hard launched that day, a picture with OT8 captioned “my 7 best friends & the love of my life as my biggest supporters (ATINY & Y/F/N) you guys better fight harder for me!”

-ATINY went crazy because they had speculated as well as your fans (Y/F/N) had. The Dispatch pictures/articles & Western articles openly talking about the two of you & how close you’d gotten, etc. This only confirmed it.

-dating an Idol as a Western Artist was a bit hard but, you made it work, soon that random meeting of two fans of each other’s work, became a connection, then a relationship & now 2 years later, you’re both on tour, making sure your scheduled shows line up in the same cities whenever they can just to keep each other close.

-per his words HongJoong has assured you “no matter how far apart we are, what time zone we’re both in, if it’s different continents we’re on, you’re always on my mind & in my heart. come on Y/N, we broke many stereotypes already, we were meant to find each other, we got this.” his hands in your hair while you’re both tangled in either his or your hotel room on the one of few cities you both were performing in at the same time.

-even with the hardships, you fought for one another, surprise trips (planned with each other’s companies/managers), big yet intimate dinners alone, dinners with your mutual friends, other members, staff, etc. anything to spend time together & with your guys’ people/friends was what made it so easy.

-you two bounce off the other’s energy. you being a producer as well, made it easy for him to feel understood & seen in his deepest & most intimate moments. he opened up a lot to you, like you did with him.

-this was only the beginning though, he had a lot planned for your lives together. a power couple if you will, is what he saw you as & you did too.

Preferred communication: Tumblr. Unless we plot some stuff together and I’m comfortable with you then I’d move to discord but often I won’t initiate on friend requests cause I’m shy. You'll likely have to be the one to send it or bring it up.

Experience: Been on and off RPing since I was able to type on a PC, so a bit over 20+ years ranging from chatrooms to paragraph forums to MMOs to Discord to Tumblr and even some VR thrown in there. Though I’ve helped run a lot of writing groups, I led one for several years that I retired from which was aimed at helping newer RPers learn the ropes based out of an MMO. My reasoning for retiring was simply a lot of pressure as it was around 500+ members at the time and my interest in the MMO was dying out. Though I’ve recently returned to Tumblr, before the nsfw purge I ran fanfiction and headcanon blogs for various fandoms and some light RPing. So I have a lot of scattered experience in fandoms and OC works.

Preferred roleplay type: I’m very flexible honestly as I’ll mirror who I’m vibing with whether it be just dialogue back and forth or paragraphs or even novellas! I don’t mind mixing up genres either as they are welcome to respond to me at their preferred type even if I’m not matching though I’ll often try to match to not pressure them.

Pet peeves & dealbreakers: Honestly, after leading a group of teaching beginners in writing there is not a lot that bothers me. I think a pet peeve I could say that really irks me is metagaming in the sense of not letting me play my character at all and basically writing out all my character’s actions for me unless discussed upon ooc for that scene.

Deal breakers for me are pretty common ones found in roleplaying. I will not tolerate someone claiming exclusivity over me as an RP partner and not allowing me to RP with others. I also tend to play combative or villain characters so someone forcing me to change them just so they can interact is really not something I can do with the exception of censoring certain topics or content for the sake of ooc comfort!

Loose example: I will not make my character nicer just so you can bang them (this one comes from the experience of being asked this more than once in past experiences before Alkas). Gotta earn that development if you want it. Otherwise, I’m all for toxic dynamics and bad endings.~

Other than that, making sure there’s a clear line between IC and OOC is a must. I am not my character and I will dip into themes I do not always see as okay morally.

Best time to write: I work as a 24/7 in-home caregiver, so honestly anytime is good for me. I have to occasionally leave my PC unexpectedly as I’m always on call and I also am awake at odd hours that shift everyday, so I cannot predict a schedule.

Are you like your muse? Personality wise? Heck no, Alkas is almost my polar opposite which is partially the intention. She’s very rude and abrasive and combative to the point she’s unreasonable and aggressively insecure. I think I would cry if I ever acted like she does to another person.

Of course, there are some parts of myself I have in her personality like we’re both Aromantic (though she’s Hypersexual on top of that and I’m Asexual (sex-positive). We both tend to be really awkward when it comes to actual friendships and keeping up with them, too. I also did put her living life close to mine since it was a RL reference just to make it easier on myself in her birthplace and ethnicity. Though I don’t know a lot about motorcycles, I certainly am going to be getting one soon and of course, I love greasers.

Physical wise? I shamefully admit her human form (and body type) is greatly based on myself. You never see it though, so it’s fineee.

For my imp, she's the gremlin that lives in my head based on intrusive and impulsive thoughts. For Rosie, I just try to stick to canon, so kinda in the kind motherly vibe cause people sometimes say I'm like that I guess?
