The biggest change is the swap from my milk-encapsuled-frog (patent pending/j) to my Sona! I decided on the swap because

It felt too branded? It didn't feel personalized or really meaningful, just an extension of my username

My Sona holds alot more of my identity, it's how I express myself in art

The frog is so hard to pose. It's literally in a milk carton and the perspective issues do not help.

How tf am I supposed to dress-up that frog in outfits, like do I put it in a different bottle?? Do I drill holes in a cola can???

I do love my froggy fellow but for now he will be retiring (maybe they'll find a hobby or start a band, they are freed from profile picture duty's to go do whatever they want).

Also I have two watermarks now! A signature and one with my Sona that's very reminiscent of my old watermark. All of my new stuff is more vibrant now to reflect alot more confidence and improvement in my art! I can't really explain the rainbowy stuff lmao, I just think it adds a bit of whimsy and looks neat.

I hope y'all enjoy the changes, they're a bit jarring but I think they're a lot more me!

Would you ever plan on doing an art stream sometime? Or perhaps a game stream? :)

I used to do art streams, but I've gotten rather shy with my process in the last few years ^^;... Maybe some day I'll do another art stream.

I often think about doing game streams actually, but I don't know how many people would want to watch me play the kinds of games I play. But maybe I'll try it out anyway at some point! If it's something people are interested in.

i agree that theres zionist propaganda in the knuckles show and that it should be called out. but am i the only one who thinks that one big post about it going around (the one that sjust a bunch of screenshots with no elaboration or anything and has like 15k notes) is not doing the best job at accurately conveying whats going on in the scene or what the problem is when it comes to the content of the show itself. at least not to people who dont know what happens already. like im not accusing the op of trying to confuse people on purpose or anything its just that like i said the post doesnt really present the scene accurately and is missing a lot of context and the post in question is probably the only thing a lot of people are seeing about this when its not a very good source of information

EDIT: Wing's perspective made me question my existence so I redrew that.

I struggled to do Gabriel's armor so I drew V1 instead.

I don't think I even know how to properly render textures and stuff. Until now all rendering I do is flat color at the bottom + multiply and glow dodge layer drawn (almost all) with pure grey.

This time I tried drawing all in one layer, with who-knows-what-its-name-is-in-English watercolor brush.

Gabriel is another beast of its own. I can't even pick the flat color right. V1's blue armor is easier to handle.

Anyway, it's quite fun... but probably should've studied color theory or some rendering stuff like that.

i hate my dumbass school's elective credits i have to take. three fucking elective studios alongside the studio class for my bfa in order to make sure i only have to take two electives alongside my senior project. LIKE DAMN SORRY FOR TRYING TO GET MY BFA CLASSES DONE AND OUT OF THE WAY INSTEAD OF TAKING A BUNCH OF ELECTIVE STUDIOS.... also 26 credits when every class is 3 credits or 1 is in insane why is this not 24 credits needed. i should kill this school
