Self taught, raised in the grand newgrounds years. My studying was watching early 2000s newgrounders blossom, hehe. And Happy Tree Friends. That inspired me too.

Post-Collison and Pre-Collison. There is much more history on the pre-collision side, post-collision is a very new era for Theia.
Post-Collision marks the new world changed from the impact of a meteor, of which endowed the planet over with the essence of magic. If I've ever talked about Ziff If, he's to blame for this event. Major magic use is a 450 year long fad on Theia. They're still figuring things out.

in the old days would theia have black and white photos like in the real world? or did they develop colored photos first
The progress of technology is weird on Theia and so the timing & era in which photography was first developed would look much different than the era of newfangled photography of Earth... so the vibes would be different.
That being said, yes I think they would have been black and white at first. No specific date but I photography would have come into the picture (heh) around 150~ Pr.C, or 600ish years from the present day Theia (450 P.C).

Been incubating chicken eggs and they are finally starting to pip :3 excited for new little chicks
#pipping is the initial breaking of the shell#where they create a small hole with their beak#the time between pip to zip-- which is when they start zipping open the egg-- can be a few hours to a couple days#and only 2 of 8 have pipped so this is gonna be a week long thing it seems#lucky me though i have a super broody hen right now who will be the perfect broodmama :3

#as far as i know with my experience with ducks. you cannot sex them at this age.#male ducks will croak instead of quack when they are old enough but for a good while even once they look full grown#they all peep and sound the same#also male ducks will gain a curly feather or two on their tail after their first molt#but by then you'll have heard their voice and can usually tell#i dont know if its the same as sexing chickens but at least with day old chicks you check their cloaca in a very specific way to find out#but after a few days it becomes too difficult to tell. with ducks being bigger it might just be kinda impossible to tell at this age#nobody asked me but i wanted to share this information. Sex my duckling!?
