Okay but for real though, I do like to envision Athena as an alpha *most of the time*. (This isn't what you asked for but here's some background between the two of them)

When she first met Odysseus and he was a young child, Athena presented herself as an alpha because it just felt natural. After all, she's the goddess of wisdom and war. She should be perceived as powerful, but her designation doesn't stop Odysseus from wanting to befriend her in addition to their mentor/mentee dynamic.

Also, Odysseus was too young to have presented by the time they met, but it would've been pretty obvious that he was destined to be an omega. Athena probably would've taken Odysseus' secondary gender as some sort of challenge bc like... yeah why wouldn't a god as impressive as herself be able to make an omega into the greatest warrior ever?

But as Odysseus grows up and she secretly becomes more fond of him, things start to change. Athena learns that Odysseus is more receptive to her teachings if she herself presents as an omega because she feels more relatable and inspiring to him. He doesn't want to get bossed around by yet another bigger, older alpha, he wants someone who understands him.

So by the time Ody is in his late teens, Athena is still huge and powerful and all that stuff, but she shows herself to Odysseus exclusively as an omega. Deep, deep down, she prefers it this way too. To Athena, her being an omega closes the vast dichotomy/power gap between them ever so slightly and lets her feel as if she has a real, solid bond with her mentee.

Ody, in contrast, takes Athena being an omega as her wanting to be his friend (which will lead to mentor/friend thing in My Goodbye).

OKAY now onto the pregnancy, sorry for the side tangent.

I think Athena would be "disappointed" in Ody for getting pregnant because that means there'll be a solid few months where he won't be able to train physically. Also, him having a baby means less time they'll be able to spend working together.

But lowkey I do think she'd just take it in stride. Like "oh of course my omega apprentice got pregnant, mortals do tend to do that." She'll have to adjust her plans for him the same way a teacher adjusts their lessons when their students fall behind, but there's no setback that's too great for Athena.

So as "compensation" for not being able to train Odysseus as a warrior, she'd spend his entire pregnancy drilling him about strategy, history, asking his elaborate riddles, giving him ridiculously hard puzzles to solve, and doing everything imaginable to train him mentally to keep his senses sharp.

Like she kinda views his pregnancy as a physical illness and since she never really gave Ody a break before, even when sick, she won't stop now.

Like Odysseus could be bent over a bucket puking his guts out from morning sickness and Athena would be holding his hair back, asking, "Now, Odysseus, let's say you were pregnant while your kingdom was at war and an assassin has snuck into your palace at this very moment. How would you defend yourself?"

Odysseus, still spitting up bile, replies by taking the golden, and very pointy, pin in his chiton and reaching back to deftly strike at her hand.

"Very good. Next, let us presume there was more than one assassin. What do you do first? Call for help or stand your ground, and why?"

Ody would very much want her to stop talking at that point, but he knows she's only looking out for him, so he just goes along with it.

Hi. After hesitating/planning for gods know how long I started to write my first ever ABO AU about a month ago, called Bound by Fates . Here's the plot of the story:

'Spencer Griffiths is a rather shy and reserved daughter of Athena.

What happens when she realizes her alignment as an Omega ,not wanting to be 'tied down by a bond with gods know which Alpha ' , only to realize that hers is one of the more popular, outgoing boys , Louis Dupont,a son of Apollo?

How will they navigate the bond and the challenges between the two worlds they live in? Will their families find out the truth about their relationship?'

You may be wondering 'what the Hades this story is about. ' The simple answer is that I have been toying with an idea for an ABO story based around PJO for a while now and finally plucked up the courage to start it.

For those unaware of what ABO means , it's an abbreviation for Alpha Beta Omega AKA 3 most common 'aligments' you see in stories like this, though there can be more than 3 like this story will have,there will be 6 different ones in total.

Here are the most common personalities for each but you have to remember that not every Omega for example will act like mentioned below:

The 3 'main ones : These 3 will be more powerful than the others. Alpha can form a bond only with an Omega while Beta can form one with either another Beta or one of the minor alignments.

1. Alpha:

Traits: Dominant, natural leaders, possessive, and often physically stronger.

Role: Alphas typically protect and guide those around them, especially Omegas. They can sometimes come off as aggressive, but they are also fiercely loyal and protective of those close to them, especially their Omega's.

2. Beta:

Traits: Balanced, more neutral between Alphas and Omegas, with the ability to fit into most situations.

Role: Betas are the peacekeepers, often mediating between the other alignments. They don't have strong biological drives like Alphas and Omegas but are still essential for maintaining balance.

3. Omega:

Traits: Sensitive, nurturing, and often more submissive but highly valued for their empathy and insight.

Role: Omegas, while physically weaker than Alphas, often possess heightened emotional intelligence. They are deeply intuitive, often understanding the unspoken needs of others, and can be very strategic.

The 3 'minor' ones: These 3 won't be as powerful as the main ones but will be necessary for everything to work between the alignments.

1. Gamma:

Traits: Intelligent, strategic, and highly analytical. Gammas are problem-solvers who think quickly on their feet.

Role: Known for their intelligence and sharp minds, Gammas are often advisors or tacticians in battle or conflict.

2. Theta:

Traits: Empathetic, intuitive, and deeply in touch with their emotions and those of others.

Role: They can sense or manipulate emotions, acting as empaths or spiritual guides.

3. Delta:

Traits: Resilient, patient, and adaptable. They are resourceful and often overlooked due to their quieter presence but are essential in stressful situations.

Role: They thrive under pressure and can persevere through tough conditions, making them excellent supporters in crises.

The alignments above are meant only for demigods meaning that a legacy ,mortal,satyr,nymph ,etc can not be one of them, even though nymphs and satyrs will know the truth while only those mortals with Clear Sight can know the true nature of the alignments and bonds between them. .

Also ,those demigods that are at least 17 years old and have found their mate (but not necessarily have mated with them yet) can shapeshift into a wolf form .

Actually I change my mind, I think that Bobby is also a beta. He has similar energy to Chimney were they can dominate and lead but it isn't their default or go to thing.

Hen is an alpha because she paves the way, she's fearless, she controls and captivates a scene and doesn't default to looking to others for guidance.

Eddie and his more traditional upbringing, is an alpha but like he had to be. It would make for such an interesting fic, if he was actually an omega and hid the results and you know trans a/b/o fics are so good.

Buck alpha, though he doesn't want to be intimidating and has the gentle giant energy.

Ok but omega ody going into labour while with Athena. She brings out an axe to help and then is utterly traumatised because why do mortals birth like that she thought offspring came out of the head?! Also why is the baby a baby not a fully grown adult 😭😭😭

I absolutely think Athena would be way more in touch with mortals than this but yeah sure why not:

For Ody to go into labor with Athena around, I think he'd have to be otherwise alone. So maybe he snuck out of the palace because he was sick of constantly being hounded by the royal physicians. No doubt his mother would also constantly smother him and order the servants to do the same.

Athena joins him and they take a little walk together. Neither of them think anything's wrong until Odysseus stumbles over himself. Athena catches him, but they both smell... something in the air.

Ody looks down and boom, his water broke.

Athena thinks nothing of it. She summons a small axe to one hand and a chisel + mallet in the other, asking Odysseus which he'd prefer.

He looks at her like she's crazy and says he needs to get back to the palace ASAP. Athena is like "Oh of course. Mortals die of childbirth all the time. Well, they do tend to perish when their skulls are cracked open, so that makes sense."

She uses a bit of magic to get them there faster, masking herself from everyone but Odysseus' sight as the servants hurry him to his birthing suite. They get him settled on the provided bed and do all sorts of things to calm him down, like massaging his muscles and rubbing his skin with warm oil. Athena is like "Yup this checks out. Definitely don't want to be stressed when they crack your head open."

She even keeps quiet as a priest prays to Artemis for a safe birth for both the child and the dam despite Athena being right there. Because surely, at any moment now, Odysseus will ask his dear mentor to do the honor of delivering his child. After all, what mortal's hand could possibly be more steady or precise than her own?

Athena is honestly a little excited and a little nervous. She's never delivered a human's offspring before. But she doesn't trust the midwives or physician to do the cutting and/or splitting. What if they accidentally kill Odysseus?

As someone who's vanquished many foes in battle, she's confident that she can get Odysseus' head open just enough for the child to pass w/out killing her mentee. And right now, Odysseus is looking quite stressed and seems to be in a lot of pain. There's some blood coming from his lower area but hey, maybe that happened when Zeus bore her as well. Or maybe it's a human thing.

Athena startles at the first of Odysseus' screams. This isn't a low whine to indicate discomfort. It's not a battle cry, either. It's a sound of pure pain. As soon as he empties his lungs, the midwives & his mother + wife get him off the bed and seated on a strange chair with a large portion of the seat missing.

(Two notes- I think it's insane that it was common practice in ancient Greece for women start labor by laying down and THEN getting moved to a birthing chair because like... idk about you, if I began to experience the worst physical pain of my life I wouldn't want anyone manhandling me.

And two- I HC Odysseus' mother as an omega. So she'd definitely be there to coach her poor son through his labor. Also, despite childbirth being strictly regarded as an omega's ordeal, I do think Odysseus would want Penelope to be present. She's still a woman so there's not too much taboo crossing there. And having her familiar scent nearby is really comforting to him.)

At that point, it finally crosses Athena's mind that humans give birth very differently from how she was created. There is so much blood and other bodily fluids, it's wet and smells terrible, Odysseus is red in the face from his screaming and exhaustion, and it goes on. For. So. Long.

Hours. All night and into the morning, Odysseus is pushing and pushing and Athena is just watching from the corner of the room and wondering which other god cursed her poor mentee with this demon of a delivery. Because surely, this isn't normal, right?

At one point, Penelope put her hand on his shoulder to calm him down and Odysseus physically snapped at her and bit her hand.

Penelope doesn't pull her hand away, she doesn't even flinch, not until Odysseus lets go of his own volition. He seems to have gone downright mad. At another point in the birthing process, he screams at his midwives and even his own family to be quiet, even when no one is speaking. He yells at them not to touch him even when no one is.

Athena is horrified and bewildered by his behavior but literally everyone else in the room acts like it's completely normal. Like this is expected.

"Yes, Odysseus," his mother murmurs, having been on her feet for hours and yet not tired at all, "Let it all out. It'll be alright..."

"Stop telling me that!"

And his mother continues to hush and shush him, no fear or anger on her face. Only love and concern.

Athena wishes childbirth was as easy as making a neat split in Odysseus' skull and pulling the child out. Whatever in Hades this all is... it is beyond even her comprehension.

At long last, a tiny fleshy thing drops out of Odysseus and into a midwife's waiting arms. It's cleaned and dressed in white cloth, with the staff declaring it's a boy!

Odysseus slumps in the chair, at last being able to cradle his son. Penelope leans over his shoulder with a smile and all at once, his sanity seems to have returned to him. Odysseus smiles, exhausted but clearly very happy, as his alpha kisses him on the cheek.

Penelope says, "Well done, my beloved."

She's crying, as is Odysseus' mother. Tears of joy, no doubt. Odysseus seems to have shed every tear he could possibly have as he finally gets to recline and relax.

In all his life, he's never looked so fragile, so mortal.

Odysseus spots Athena in the corner of the room and asks to be left alone for a moment. He wants to pray, he says. It takes a great deal of convincing for his mother & wife to leave his side, Penelope seems intent on being removed only by force, but they don't want to argue with the poor omega who just spent 12+ hours giving birth. Odysseus assures her it'll just be for the shortest moment.

When it's just the three of them, (Ody, Athena, and Telemachus) he asks if she wants to hold the baby. Athena politely but swiftly declines, thinking the little thing in Odysseus' arms must be as soft as clay and just as easy to misshape.

Curious, Odysseus asks her what it was like to watch.

"It was... unlike anything I've ever seen."

Odysseus smiles softly. It seems he has no strength to laugh.

He asks her a question that catches her by surprise, "What was I like?"

"What do you mean?"

Odysseus truly doesn't remember long stretches of his birth. He asks again what he was like. Athena decides he doesn't yet need to know about how he snapped at everyone in the room. Now, she can see it was only a coping mechanism for someone in terrible, terrible pain and all the mortals understood that far before she did.

"Rest, Odysseus. You've fought a great battle," she says, before taking her leave. She flies out of the window in the shape of an owl and heads to her abode on Olympus. Athena sits down at her loom, the pattern for a baby's blanket already fully drafted in her mind.

SCP-ABV-2 has been given to Agent Victoria of Mobile Task Force Tau-5 "Samsara" as she works better with handheld melee and firearm weapons rather than weapons being augmented to her body like with the other MTF Tau-5 units. Like SCP-ABV-1, SCP-ABV-2 is locked in a magnetic scabbard that can only be unlocked with her bio signature. Should anyone else try to get SCP-ABV-2, they will be hit with a sonic blast from a hidden device in the scabbard, ripping the flesh off their hands. Captain Irantu of MTF Tau-5 is the only one who can override this.

SCP-ABV-3 was given to the recently promoted MTF Captain William Miles of Mobile Task Force Athena-1 "Assassin's Creed". Like the other instances it is protected by a magnetic scabbard that can only be unlocked with his biosignature. Should someone try to steal it, they will be stabbed microscopic needles, hidden all over the scabbard, each one coated with paralysis venom. 

SCP-ABV-4 is contained at the Level 4 armory of Site-AP. Any further information has been expunged by Order of the O5 Council.  

SCP-ABV-5 has been given to Agent "Cain" of Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 "Last Hope". It was given as a sign of respect for his loyalty but also to fulfill a request he made some time ago, due to him taking no joy in solely relying on his anomalous abilities during combat. Thanks to the Department of Technology, Alchemy, Science, Magic and Warfare, the scabbard holding SCP-ABV-5 can levitate, obey the commands of Agent Cain, and keep SCP-ABV-5 out of enemy hands. It is also magnetically locked but by his request will only open on his voice command and has no defensive technology beyond that, especially not traps.

SCP-ABV-6 is contained at the Level 4 armory of Site-AP. Any further information has been expunged by Order of the O5 Council.  

Description: SCP-ABV is a collection of swords Created by Species of Interest: The ISU. Each Instance in a basic sense is no different to a regular sword in appearance; in practice however, each SCP-ABV instance is able to cut through any physical material on earth with ease. Additionally, each SCP-ABV instance has the basic ability of increasing the user's charisma/ intimidation towards others. A majority of the instances can also grant the user the ability to manipulate certain energies and certain materials in one way or another. Because what abilities an SCP-ABV instance might or might not have isn't consistent, is why the six instances are labeled differently from one another. 

SCP-ABV-1 can not only increase the user's charisma and intimidation but also project energy blasts from the blade on command. The user is even granted the ability to feel vibrations all around them, allowing them to sense movement and changes in the air. SCP-ABV-1 is also one of the only instances that allow the user to instantly teleport based on the user's memory of past locations. SCP-ABV-1 was discovered in 2008 during one of the first missions of Mobile Task Force Athena-1 "Assassin's Creed". 

SCP-ABV-2 is a katana that has the common ability to increase the user's charisma/ intimidation, project energy blasts, and is sharp enough to cut through anything. SCP-ABV-2 is another instance that can grant teleportation, this time limited to any location that is within eyesight of the user. The speed of the user can also be increased to Mach 1, without physically harming the user. All of these properties would make the wielder an unstoppable warrior if SCP-ABV-2 wasn't possessed by the memories of Genghis Khan.

Typical of ISU tech, SCP-ABV-2 carries the memories of past wielders, but Genghis Khan being the most recent and longest lasting wielder has his will implanted into the blade. Anyone who tries to wield SCP-ABV-2 will instantly be overtaken by him. It is for this reason it was entrusted to Agent Victoria due to her ability to resist such anomalous properties after her surgery that made her a member of MTF Tau-5. SCP-ABV-2 was discovered in 2009 when the Mongolian branch of the Foundation recovered using the Assassin's Creed archives. 

SCP-ABV-3, also known as Sword of Perseus, is a peculiar instance in that it doesn't grant its wielder an increase in charisma or intimidation. Instead, SCP-ABV-3 has the ability to absorb any form of energy and release it in any way or form the user desires. Like a battery the more energy it holds the more power and possibilities it grants the wielder. Most shockingly SCP-ABV-3 has the ability to grant a certain degree of control over the anomalous properties of artifacts created by Species of Interest: The ISU.

This powerful ability is why SCP-ABV-3 was entrusted to MTF Captain William Miles after his promotion. He was promoted to Captain after he alerted Foundation staff of the "Second Disaster" just in time for MTF Apollo-1 to cast magnetic shields all over earth and other Foundation owned planets, preventing loss of life. now with SCP-ABV-3 he can not only fight against GoI: Abstergo Industries but also against Entity of Interest: Juno as Abstergo Industries is currently trying to find a way to resurrect her. SCP-ABV-3 was discovered in 2012 in the same vault Juno was found in, though it was found purely out of coincidence.

SCP-ABV-4, also known as Harpe of Perseus, is one of the strongest instances of SCP-ABV. SCP-ABV-4 is able to manipulate all forms of energy without limitation. Such capabilities include projecting energy blasts in any direction with any amount of power, creating energy bombs and traps, manifesting energy objects and weapons, as well as manifesting energy fields of 2 to 40 meters in diameter. It can also produce its own energy and manipulate it for up to an hour before needing to recharge, typically taking 10 minutes. All of this makes anyone who wields SCP-ABV-4, a complete master of all forms of energy.

However, what makes SCP-ABV-4 truly dangerous is how it is fully able to manipulate Golem Stone. Golem Stone is a type of programable material created by Species of Interest: the ISU to be similar in texture to stone but is able to change shape on command. With SCP-ABV-4 the wielder would have full control over Golem Stone, making it take on any form and perform any task they wanted. Weather to create and command levitating weapons, turn into furniture or a fully customized house, or even an army of self-repairing golems that obey the wielder of SCP-ABV-4's every command, nothing would be off the table. Currently, the Foundation is in possession of [data expunged] kilograms of Golem Stone but has no way to utilize it without SCP-ABV-4. Despite this, SCP-ABV-4 was considered too dangerous and is stored in Site-AP with most of its containment information being erased. SCP-ABV-4 was discovered in 2018 during one of the Foundation's raids into an ISU. SCP-ABV-4 as well as the rest of the vault was shockingly revealed to be in the possession of [data expunged] before she died during the [data expunged] ambush. 

SCP-ABV-5, also known as The Excalibur, is actually one of the weaker instances of SCP-ABV despite its name. Yes SCP-ABV-5 can still cut through almost anything, but its unique property is to manipulate all forms of light in any way the wielder desires. Unfortunately, this is all SCP-ABV-5 is capable of making it unremarkable compared to the other SCP-ABV instances. SCP-ABV-5 was discovered in [data expunged]. SCP-ABV-5 was considered a perfect match for Agent "Cain" due to its limited capabilities going well with his distaste for overwhelming power. 

SCP-ABV-6, also known as the Sword of Damokles, is possibly the most powerful instance of them all. Like SCP-ABV-4, SCP-ABV-6 can create and manipulate all forms of energy at will of the wielder with seemingly no limitations. However, SCP-ABV-6 takes it a step further as it can use the energy to increase the strength, speed, size, healing capabilities, durability, and athleticism of the wielder. SCP-ABV-6 also instills an almost terrifying degree of loyalty to those who are around the wielder of SCP-ABV-6, making them willing to do anything the wielder desire. 

It is for this reason that SCP-ABV-6 was stored at Site-AP and its containment information is erased with very few knowing of its exact location. SCP-ABV-6 was discovered in 2018 at the same location and during the same incident SCP-ABV-4 was discovered. SCP-ABV instances are a good example as to why Abstergo Industries is a dangerous adversary of the Foundation and humanity. Had they gotten to SCP-ABV first, there would be nothing to stop them from controlling the entire world.

Hi. I'm currently working on a 3rd chapter of my first ever PJO fanfic,'Bound by Fates ' which is also an A/B/O story based around my 2 main OCs,who are (an Omega)daughter of Athena and

(an Alpha)son of Apollo respectively .

The chapter in question would be about the Alpha-Omega bond between them forming after a sparring session when neither of them would be expecting it to happen but their reactions differ drastically: He's calm and doesn't fight the bond like she does, leaving the arena to 'get away from the bond' and him due to her insecurities and trust issues raising to the surface.

However, I have a problem with how to continue the scene, because I have a few different ideas for it:

1. She'd run to the stables, going for a ride on her favorite pegasus in order to 'shake off' the bond .

2. She'd hide somewhere at the camp, hoping that he wouldn't start looking for her

3. She'd leave the camp despite knowing that monsters are in the move

4. Combination (which ones/ all?)

5. Something else (comment)
