A collection of Oceanids of Whistold. I haven't figured out if all of these characters will have a role in the actual story, but Akvahma and Lym are both relevant at the very least. The rest I will have to play by ear and see who fits and who doesnt :)

Kofi is a strange scorpion running from his abusive family. While his mother and three brothers hunt for him to continue their abuse, Kofi finds himself running from his family and eventually making friends with Akvahma after he gets separated from Sheek and Clarestol. 

When Akvahma tells him of the prophecy, Kofi seeks out Clarestol to assist the prophecy team despite his own issues and young age.

Clarestol comes from the Woodland District, but now travels alongside her bodyguard, Sheek, as well as Tyrkuo and Akvahma as she works to escape from her abusive ex-husband, Kade.

When she learned of the prophecy, she quickly resolved to join Con’s team, but is struggling to meet with them and join them officially due to Kade hunting her down.

I know pretty much nobody cares about buying my book but -

To those who do, would it be helpful for me to add a page in the beginning for how to pronounce certain names? In the process of writing Whistold Book 2, and while I didnt have a pronunciation page in Whistold: The Power of Heroes, im wondering if such a thing would have been helpful to add.

For reference, Im referring to names like Tyrkuo, Akvahma, Lym that could be pronounced in different ways or could be hard to read/pronounce without a guide.

Ive added Akvahma and Specter Crow to my lineup!

Ive considered also adding Siy, but Id rather get attacks on other characters already on ArtFight instead!

Currently have 0 attacks on Ulysses, Bekuda, and Umo (and Akvahma, cuz I just added him today). I think everyone else has 2+ (from previous years, mostly) except Greaves who has only 1 attack from this year and 0 from previous.

In case anyone was curious, I do plan to do ArtFight this year! I hid all my Primordial Life characters because I don't feel like I want art of them right now, so if you want to draw my Whistold characters and maybe get some art in return, feel free to attack me on ArtFight!

I'm going to do all my art in the style of my Trading Card commissions (Relic and Umo in this post as examples) so if you want a neat card of your oc and cant afford it, I do like to revenge attack people who draw for me during ArtFight~

Greater Blue Ringed Octopus

Akvahma is a quirky blue ringed octopus who joined the Wildland Army alongside Sheek and Tyrkuo. Akvahma is a natural fighter, but has a tendency to make mistakes. Typical blue ringed octopus have extremely deadly venom, but unlike a typical blue ring, Akvahma has difficulty controlling the use of his venom due to a terrible skin condition that causes his venom to seep from his skin. Akvahma takes special care to avoid touching enemies and allies alike on the battlefield to avoid a painful death by his venom. Despite this, he is an incredibly friendly, albeit shy, individual and a strong ally for the Wildlands.

What would happen if I were to give the squishy octo boi a hug?

Akvahma's got a deadly skin condition where his venom seeks from his skin, so he doesnt let anyone touch him since it could be fatal! if it doesnt kill the one who touched him, itll be incredibly painful until someone can properly medicate the poison damage. I havent made a design for it yet, but he is usually around his friends wearing a face mask and full coverage of his body (including his tentacles!). I should design the outfit soon.
