Xra
Created the Guardians of Whistoldâs continents; he wants them to be happy no matter what, and wants them to fit in.
In order to keep the Guardians happy, he created the Prophecy Heroes, therefore inventing the prophecy so the Guardians no longer had to fear the worldâs endless self-destructs (called âThe Collapseâ by Whistoldâs Guardians).
He is incredibly weak since most life on Whistold is composed of his magic; his magic behaves in ways it shouldnât for a Creator; Divine Magic naturally restores itself if used to create life, though Xraâs will not naturally restore itself for unknown reasons.
He is tagged âRotten Creatorâ since many believe his magic is tainted and rotting awayÂ
He fully supports Ukrassus and Evelynnâs goals with the Elemental Ambassadors and doesnât mind when their Guardian, Taffee, intervenes with the World as he sees fit.
Both Imperfect Creators are incapable of leaving the Rotting God Chamber.

What is the White Magic Organization?
The White Magic Organization, or WMO, is a private organization made to counter the Black Magic Organization. The WMO was founded by Tonshee when she discovered the existence of the Black Magic Org. Tonshee begged for the aid of Del when researching the differences between ordinary magic and Divine magic, and the two eventually worked together in their studies to stop the BMO and learn what they could about the magic of Whistold. The members of the WMO are typically individuals taken in by Tonshee as children that are taught the prophecy and the precautions they should take when around the BMO. Every member of the WMO is taught to defend the prophecy heroes, should they be encountered, and they are taught to study magic in safe and humane ways.Â
Aside from their magic studies, the White Magic Org. is also an organization that helps large groups of discriminated people. The WMO works to ensure that all possible people are happy and safe, and they make people aware of the Whistold Prophecy, untold history of Whistold, and the importance of Whistoldâs magic. The WMOâs most prominent members include the Elemental Ambassadors recruited by two Creators from a far off world. The Ambassadors help specific groups of people in need. For example, one member of the WMO rebuilt a village where defective/disabled children were sent to in order to help them survive and potentially lead them to create a less discriminatory world.Â

Specter
Specter magic is a specific magic that is seemingly random in origin. This magic essentially causes the individual possessing it a living dead entity, who can communicate and touch spirits while still being very much alive. Specters have a higher spirit sight as a baby, and they gradually lose their touch with the world of the undead, only being able to see spirits who want to be seen when they are old enough to realize that the people they are seeing are spirits instead of living people. Specters can attach spirits to objects in order to communicate with them better and use the spiritâs personal magic. Specters are in between the living and dead, and are therefore much more difficult to kill. Killing a specter requires the destruction of their soul, an extremely difficult task only possible with specific powerful magics or tonics.

Bekuda Winfrey
Age 16
He/him Male
Emperor Scorpion
Static Magic
Relatives: Neina (mother *deceased), Akshaw (father)
Friends: Teka, Munnu
Bekuda is a member of the Winsey Tribe in the Jungle District and is the son of Chief Akshaw. Since Bekuda was born with a Prophecy Mark, Akshaw has been teaching Bekuda how to use his static magic safely and efficiently for him to eventually be able to activate the Winsey Temple when The Collapse drew near.
Bekuda was taught to be friendly and attempt to befriend the other tribes of the Jungle instead of being immediately hostile towards them like the rest of his tribe. He spent some days with Scheemiâs tribe in order to grow accustomed to the different tribes of the Jungle, familiarizing himself with the people and the environment in both tribes. His involvement with both Scheemi and his father Akshaw led him to wanting peace among all the Jungle Tribes.Â
While waiting to play his role in the Harmania Prophecy, Bekuda works with his father, Scheemi, and his best friend Teka to try and stop the fighting between the Jungle Tribes. Though he hasnât had any luck so far, Bekuda is determined to bring peace to the Jungle, even if he has to wait until he becomes the chief of his tribe in Akshawâs place.
Extra Notes:Â
Bekuda is known to be somewhat dimwitted and goofy, so most of his tribe doesnât take him very seriously.
Teka is a part of Scheemiâs tribe, an immigrant tribe that originated from Oelo, but later moved to Harmania before Scheemiâs leadership. Bekuda finds himself wanting to be in Scheemiâs favor so he can talk to Teka more frequently.Â
Bekuda is very unconfident in his abilities, especially since lightning is an extremely dangerous element to wield in the Jungle District.Â
Bekuda loves mushrooms, but has trouble distinguishing which ones are poisonous, so he often gets sick.
Bekuda hates leaving the Jungle District since heâs never left the jungle. He doesnât mind talking to people who come from outside the jungle, but will not leave the safety of his tribe.

Clarestol Emmel
Age 25
She/her Female
Virginia Opossum
Mind Magic
Relatives: Bonnibelle (mother), Dedrik (father), Christoff (triplet), Caliber (triplet), Moon (daughter *deceased), Kade (ex-husband)
Friends: ???
Mune âClarestolâ Oculus is a wanderer who grew up in the Uku Wetlands by the Wildland Kingdom border with her mother and brothers. Clarestol is a triplet born to Bonnibelle and Dedrik Oculus, though her father went missing and has been presumed deceased since before she and her brothers were born. Her brothers Christoff and Caliber were her only friends growing up since the family lived in such a remote area.
As a teen, Clarestol found herself with a love for adventure and would often travel to the Woodland Kingdom across the river in hopes of meeting new people. One day, she met a man named Kade Emmel, who she eventually began to date. By the time she was 18, Clarestol and Kade were engaged and had plans to move to the Woodlands away from her family home. Once the newly-wed couple were married, Clarestol quickly found herself pregnant and opted to become a stay at home mother for her baby. Gradually, Clarestol became isolated from her family, and Kade was the only person who she was able to regularly talk to.Â
After the birth of her daughter, Moon, Kade became physically abusive with Clarestol. Despite being isolated from her family, she eventually escaped from Kade and went to live with her family in their new home in a small village in the Woodland Kingdom. While she was out filing divorce paperwork, the village was attacked in an act of terrorism, and there were no survivors from the incident. Mune found herself in the Woodland Medical Facility under the care of Sheek Tecilla. Now, âMuneâ is currently listed as a missing person after disappearing from her small village home before the terrorist attack..
Extra Notes:Â
Clarestol immediately changed her name from Mune to Clarestol upon escaping from Kade in hopes that she would be harder to locate. She hasnât legally changed her name or finalized the divorce with Kade, but has a restraining order against him upon escaping from his abuse.
Clarestol used to prefer having short haircuts, but started to grow out her hair to hide the spiral mark on the back of her neck upon learning about the Prophecy from her mother.
Despite not being at home during the terrorist attack on her home village, she was still in the area, and was badly injured as she tried to locate her family amidst the chaos. Moon did not survive the incident and was deceased at the time the Woodland Medical Facility recovered Clarestol.Â
Despite Clarestol surviving the incident, news reports about the terrorist attack report that there were no survivors in hopes that Kade would assume she was also deceased. Unfortunately, this did not deter Kade, and he quickly found out that she had survived. He is still attempting to track her down.

Lucius Everest II
Age 25
He/him Male
Arctic Timber Wolf
Radiant Magic
Relatives: Luka (mother), Lucius I (father), Lucina (twin)
Friends: Greaves, Relic, Kamu
Lucius II is the current king of the Wildland Kingdom born to King Lucius I and Queen Luka. Lucius was raised with his twin sister Lucina until the night of his parents assassination on the twinsâ 9th birthday. Lucius woke to find his parents assassinated and his twin sister missing, and was then raised by the Kingâs servant, Druik Gaeven, and his new partner Teek Truslow. Due to the assassination, Lucius was hidden from the public and lived an isolated life in the Wildland Castle, unable to leave for any reason.Â
When Lucius was a teenager, a badly injured teen was captured and locked away in the Wildland Castle. Lucius came to befriend this injured teen, Greaves Ester, and called for him to be released from the Wildland prison. Eventually, this new friend became a soldier for the Wildland Army and was Luciusâ only way of getting information about what was happening outside the castle.
Ever since he met Greaves, Lucius has been searching for information left behind by his father about The Whistold Prophecy with the help of Guardian Relic, who guided him in the form of an inverted bat as he pored through the Wildland library for information about the Prophecy and The Collapse. Lucius is currently planning an escape from the castle with Greaves and Relicâs help so he can find the other people marked by the Whistold Prophecy.
Extra Notes:Â
For his own safety, Lucius always parts his hair in the same direction to hide the crown mark on his forehead.Â
Lucius suspects that his twin sister might still be alive, both due to not seeing her body and due to not seeing any blood in her bedroom after the assassination. Lucius has left her room untouched since her disappearance, save for cleaning it on a regular basis.
The Wildland Royal Family is the only family of white-furred wolves in Harmania, so the Everestâs are very particular about who they marry. Lucius does not accept this family tradition, or any of the Royal Familyâs typical rules.
Lucius grew up very close to Druik and trusted him more than most others at the Castle, but the notes he found from his father suggest that Druik might not be a good person. Lucius now believes Druik might be behind his parentâs assassination and his sisterâs presumed kidnapping.

Kiza Erynn
Age 14
They/She/He Intersex
Skunk Shapeshifter
Shapeshifting Magic
Relatives: Layla (mother), Aero (father), Faerie (adoptive mother), Desmund (adoptive father), Yen (adoptive brother)
Friends: None
Kiza is a shapeshifter born to Layla and Aero Bochlen, though they did not hatch in their care. When Kiza was a baby, they were found on the doorstep of an orphanage in the Desert District. Kiza had a number of minor health issues as an infant, so they were very isolated from the other children in the orphanage. Eventually, Kiza was adopted by a couple named Faerie and Desmund Erynn.Â
Demund and Faerie made their living using thievery and were known to move around a lot to hide their crimes and prevent people from learning about Kiza and the abuse and neglect they were suffering from. Kizaâs adoptive brother Yen was the only other person who knew about Kizaâs existence since they were hidden from the public and prevented from going to school. When Desmund and Faerie were both out of the house, Kiza was locked in the basement, sometimes with Yen, but usually left alone.
When Kiza got older, they found ways to use their shapeshifting to sneak out of the house while Desmund and Faerie were out of the house. While exploring the world outside their home, Kiza eventually ran into a shapeshifter named Felix who worked to help them escape their abusive home.Â
Extra Notes:Â
To avoid getting caught by their parents, Kiza shapeshifted into a fox who went by the name Kiki. Kiki was fairly well known by adults, but never had any friends close to their age since Kiza was only ever out of the house during school hours or the middle of the night.Â
Yen encouraged Kiza to shapeshift into small animals like mice or birds so that Kiza could join Yen at work and get food and toys that they wouldnât have access to otherwise.
Kizaâs favorite animal to shapeshift into is a small orange bird since they can fly around and see lots of different people.
Kiza loves animals, especially smaller animals like frogs and lizards.Â

Greaves Ester
Age 25
He/him Male
Timber Wolf
Pyro, Spectral, Spiritual Magic
Relatives: Dove (mother), Felix (father), Jay (father, legally), Mieka (sister), Lenna (sister)
Friends: Kamu (partner), Lucius
Greaves is the general of the Wildland Army and King Luciusâ closest ally. Greaves was born and raised in the Desert District with his mother, Dove Ester, and father, Jay Ester. Greavesâ family lived a secluded life in the Desert where Greaves had no formal access to schooling. Greaves devoted most of his childhood and teen years protecting his younger siblings, Mieka and Lenna.Â
When Greaves was a teen, his parents became progressively more abusive. Jay and Dove gradually stopped returning home, and eventually burned down the family home, killing Lena, Mieka, and Greaves. Somehow, Greaves woke up in the charred remains of his home as a Specter. Unsure how he survived and not knowing where to go, Greaves wandered the Desert District until he was captured by Wildland soldiers where he met Prince Lucius II and slowly befriended him.Â
While at the Wildlands Castle, Greaves suffered through heavy depression and found himself coping by doing work at the castle, eventually becoming the Wildland Army General. As time passed, Greaves started to work with Lucius and Guardian Relic in researching the Whistold Prophecy. While Lucius researched the Prophecy, Greaves left the castle and the Wildland Army now refers to him as an exile.
Extra Notes:Â
Greavesâ third eye on his forehead is somewhat sensitive so he tends to cover it with a blindfold.Â
When Greaves woke up after the fire, he had a lantern at his side with no visible damage. The lantern houses spirits that Greaves encounters, starting with one of his younger sisters.
Greaves typically stays in his inverted wolf form, even around Wildland Castle, due to his large size. He doesnât like the feeling of looking down on everyone.
Greaves has a tendency to burn his hands, but his fur grows back fairly quickly. He usually wears gloves to hide his hands and avoid questions about the scarring. Despite the fur growing back quickly, his hands are still rough and scarred even when the fur isn't burned off.
Due to the fire that killed him as a teen, Greaves is somewhat hard of hearing and has a poor sense of smell, though heâs gotten used to it and never mentions it, so most people donât realize.

Kofi Wood
Age 14
He/him Male
Deathstalker Scorpion
Tainted Magic
Relatives: Konstance (mother), Kobalt (father), Koda (sister), Koko (brother), Kovu (brother), Koni (brother)
Friends: None
Kofi is a troubled teen who escaped from his abusive mother and siblings and now seeks help within the Desert District. Kofiâs mother, Konstance, was consistently physically and mentally abusive to Kofi throughout his life, only showing compassion towards his brothers, Koni, Koko, and Kovu. Kofi found himself able to trust his sister Koda after she transitioned and was ridiculed by Konstance, Koko, Kovu, and Kovi.
Kofi lived his life in the basement of his childhood home, often starving for days at a time and left in the lightless room until his siblings felt like taunting him. Kofiâs mother would only come down to the basement to give Kofi minimal food (just barely enough to survive) and would frequently beat him into submission if he tried to argue or fight his way out of his confinement. Kofi gradually found comfort in his sibling, Koda, who would sneak food down to him when the rest of the family wouldnât notice. When Koda came out to Kofi, he was the only supporter she had.Â
Eventually, Kofi managed to escape with Kodaâs help. The siblings had planned to live as runaways together, and intended to meet up in a specific location after Koda scrounged up food and supplies, but she never met up with him. Fearing the worst, Kofi went on the run, alone, and is seeking help from anyone who he might be able to trust.Â
Extra Notes:Â
Before learning about the Prophecy, Kofi believed his family hated him due to the strange mutation he has - odd serpent-like creatures that have been growing out of his head since infancy. Since he has no control over these creatures, they tend to be aggressive against anyone who threatens Kofi, especially his family.Â
Since Kofi never left the basement of his house, he doesnât know how to read or write, and has no idea how to talk to people other than his family.Â
Kofi has undiagnosed PTSD from the abuse he suffered throughout childhood. He has regular nightmares which sometimes cause the serpents to lash out in their sleep. Kofi sometimes gets bitten by the serpents unintentionally, so he has a lot of hidden scars on his scalp.
Kofi prefers skin-tight clothes since oversized or loose clothes make him feel uncomfortable and he isnât used to moving around in loose clothing.

Carben Rutledge
Age 25Â
She/they Genderfluid
Pygmy Rabbit Shapeshifter
Ice, Shapeshifting Magic
Relatives: Ceraar (mother), Urbik (adoptive father), Ulysses (grandfather), Samar (grandmother)
Friends: Cotton
Carben is a shapeshifter working with the Forest Army as both a field medic and a medic defender who was raised by General Urbik Farken in the Forest Kingdom. Carben was born in the Twin Mountain District to a shapeshifter named Ceraar Rutledge and was raised by her grandfather Ulysses Utsuro until she was taken in and adopted by Urbik at age 6.Â
Growing up in the Forest Kingdom, Carben found herself among the Forest soldiers on a semi-regular basis, especially when the war between the Forest and Wildlands began when Carben was age 8. Carben got used to being around soldiers and found herself training as both a medic and a defender when she reached high school age. Despite her usually soft demeanor, Carben was a dedicated medic defender and found herself on the battlefield protecting medics from harm using her ice magic abilities.
As Carben grew older, Urbik gradually started to talk to her about the Whistold Prophecy that she was born into. Carben kept her mark a secret from everyone except Urbik and was gradually introduced to the White Magic Organization, who she began to work alongside to learn about the Prophecy, what it means, and how to prevent The Collapse. Though she didnât know the WMO members personally, she communicated with them regularly through text as she worked to understand the role she had in the Whistold Prophecy.Â
Extra Notes:Â
Carben reconnected with Ulysses when she started communicating with the White Magic Organization, but she hadnât seen him in so long that she forgot what he looked like or how his voice sounded.
According to Ulysses, Ceraar had no romantic partners, so nobody knows who Carbenâs father is.
Carben has a very strong interest in fashion and often makes her own clothes using thrifted clothing to make new outfits for herself. She started making clothing for Urbik over time, though he rarely gets to wear the outfits she makes due to him always being in uniform due to the war.

Kiawe Seymore
Age 23
He/him Male
English Lop Rabbit
Plant Magic
Relatives: Eridelle (mother), Pierce (father), KaiLynn (twin)
Friends: Quincy
Kiawe is a wanderer living in the Mountain District who was born to Eridelle Seymore and Pierce Youngker. Kiawe spent his early childhood locked away in a basement with his mother and twin sibling, unable to access the outside world for any reason. At age 4, Kiawe was separated from his mother and twin sibling and remained with his father until age 8.Â
While alone with his father, Kiawe taught himself to avoid his father and gradually learned that whatever was causing Pierceâs violent outbursts was uncontrolled by him and was causing him physical pain. Pierce did not physically harm or even touch Kiawe in the time the two spent together, and Pierce avoided looking directly at Kiawe for reasons he didn't fully understand. When Kiawe was 8, he attempted to flee from Pierceâs care and was found by police as he wandered the streets aimlessly. Afraid of the officers, Kiawe ran away and found himself in the Woodlands District, unsure how he would be able to find his mother and missing twin.Â
After fleeing from his father, Kiawe met a shapeshifter named Tonshee Mead, who took him in and attempted to locate his missing family. Kiawe remained in Tonsheeâs care until he left to travel the Mountain and Woodland District in search of his twin sibling at age 18. He knows his twin is alive somewhere since he learned about the Prophecy from Tonshee and discovered that his mark would disappear if his twin had passed away at some point.
Extra Notes:Â
Kiawe comes off as very stern and cold to most people, but he never intends to come off this way. Knowing this, he isnât in any hurry to meet the other marked heroes of the Prophecy.Â
Kiawe met the star marked individual Carben Rutledge due to a few chance meetings between her father Urbik Farken and Tonshee. The two are friendly, but Kiawe is not used to people, so he doesn't reach out to her often.
Due to his past, he has a strong desire to help people who are struggling, including Sol, who he happens to meet while out in the Forest Kingdom looking for leads on his twin sibling or the other marked Prophecy heroes.
Kiawe gets along with pretty much any wild animal he comes across, partially due to his quiet nature since he doesn't startle them accidentally.

Sol (Reyes)
Age 21
14 February
He/him Transmasc
South American Coatimundi
Spectral, Wind Magic
Relatives: Ocean (father), Marie (mother)
Friends: None
Sol is a loner living in the ghost town, Littlebark, with no family or friends to keep him company. For as long as Sol can remember, heâs been alone in Littlebark following the plague that wiped out the town, so his only company is the spirits of the fallen residents of the town.Â
Sol knows that his birth name is Chrysanthemum after he investigated the town graveyard and found the bodies of all the residents except for baby Chrysanthemum. At age 12, Sol was visited in Littlebark by a shapeshifter named Felix Reyes, who helped him create a new name and identity for himself. Despite Felixâs insistence that Sol come stay with him, Sol refused, and stayed in Littlebark even after Felix returned to his far away home.
Sol spends his days planting flowers, collecting antiques, and gathering information about the former residents of Littlebark. He has very minimal reading and writing knowledge, so he gathered information by talking to the spirits he encountered, eventually learning that when they told their story, they would eventually fade away and Sol would no longer see their spirits anymore.Â
Extra notes:Â
In the time that Felix stayed with Sol in Littlebark, Felix taught Sol how to defend himself using whatever tools were available in the village - kitchen knives, short swords, and scythes. Though he doesn't need to fight, Sol usually keeps a retractable scythe with him in case of emergencies and it doubles as a useful tool when heâs gardening in the town.Â
Due to his attachment to his scythe, Sol unintentionally turned his scythe into a tool he could use to channel his Spectral magic, which he uses instinctively when he meets a spirit that needs to pass on.
Solâs Spectral magic has a unique ability that allows him to sense when people are lying.Â
Sol made it a point to match every Littlebark residentsâ belongings to their individual graves, putting everything in âmemory boxesâ of sorts and burying them with the remains of the residentsâ at their gravestones.
Though not very trusting of others, Sol tends to get very attached and somewhat clingy when he is around people.

KaiLynn McGanon
Age 23Â
They/He Nonbinary
Swamp Rabbit
Tidal Magic
Relatives: Eridelle (mother), Pierce (father), Kiawe (twin), Lester (adoptive father), Alice (adoptive mother), Melodia (adoptive sister)
Friends: Quincy, Akira, Cotton
KaiLynn is a magic researcher who grew up with his foster parents Alice and Lester McGanon and their daughter Melodia McGanon. Kai was put into the foster system when they were 4 after being found wandering the streets alone with no recollection of their family. Believed to be abandoned, Kai was taken in by Alice and Lester as a foster and was eventually adopted by the couple a few years later.
Since Kai was adopted into a wealthy family, they had access to a lot of special equipment to assist their pursuit into magic studies. As a pre-teen, Kai made themself a lab in the McGanon manor and began to study the properties of magic as he continued his school studies. After a failed experiment, Kai lost their right arm and eye due to the damage caused to them after an explosion occurred with the experiment. After this incident, Kai began to work on a little robot called RoBun that would be able to assist with grabbing objects and handling potentially dangerous magic samples as he worked.Â
After graduating high school, Kai pursued magic studies in college, strengthening his knowledge before returning to work at the family company. When pressed about the Whistold Prophecy by Soncalic White, Kai reluctantly agreed to meet him, using RoBun as a way of studying his new allies' magic as they worked to find the Prophecy Marked individuals and find information about the Prophecy itself.
Extra notes:Â
Kaiâs arm was specially made by Sollux Mellen, who was commissioned to make the prosthetic following Kaiâs injury. Kai isnât very personable, but found Sollux comforting, especially since Sollux, like Kai, is missing an eye and could help them cope with the changes.
RoBun was originally meant to help Kai pick things up and give them to him since he needed bedrest to recover from the injuries caused by the explosion that maimed him. When Kai recovered, he reformatted RoBun to help with their magic research, equipping it with magic scanners and analysis equipment.Â
Kai transitioned as a teen, originally identifying as male, then genderfluid, then eventually settled on being nonbinary. His chosen name KaiLynn is a mixture of his first name âKaiâ when he identified as male, then âLynnâ was their name when considering themself genderfluid, so they settled on KaiLynn to put the two names together.
When Kai transitioned, their family made it a point to make sure all the mansionâs workers were respectful to them, and they were let go if they were homophobic or transphobic towards Kai.Â
Kai knows theyâre adopted, and has attempted sleep studies and memory studies to try and figure out why he doesn't remember anything before his time in foster care.
Kai has a collection of glass eyes, but rarely actually wears any.

Sederick Pines
Age 17
5 May
He/him Male
Long-tailed Chinchilla
Water, Wind Magic
Relatives: Estelle (mother), Merridew (father), Tempest (twin *deceased)
Friends: Soncalic (partner), Tricket, Coraline, Cheese
Sederick is a teen living in Forest Castle Town who was born to Estelle and Merridew Pines. Sederick was raised by his parents and their family friend Gaz Whence in Forest Castle Town. Due to his fatherâs role in the Forest Army, Sederick spent most of his time with his mother when he was very young until an incident occurred between his parents that led to their divorce.
When Sed was 8, his parents got into a huge argument - Estelle didnât want Gaz or Sederickâs best friend, Soncalic White, to live with them anymore, and she was adamant about making them leave. Merridew was furious at her hatred towards his closest friend, especially since he was the one taking care of Sederick and Soncalic while she disappeared to go drinking on a regular basis. The argument led to an assault by Estelle, leaving Merridew badly injured and Sederick terrified of his mother. After this incident, the Merridew, Gaz, Soncalic, and Sederick moved to a new home and pressed charges on Estelle, and Sed never saw his mother again as she was sent to prison for assaulting Merridew.
Throughout high school, Sederick found himself interested in learning how to fight in order to defend people he cares about. While he didn't necessarily want to join the Forest Army, he found himself training at the Army Base alongside General Urbik Farken and his unofficial Uncle, General Sirius Obsol Jr. until he left the Forest Kingdom with Soncalic to find the other individuals marked by the Whistold Prophecy.
Extra notes:Â
The antennae on his head are some sort of genetic mutation that nobody can figure out, so he decided to make them âmore attractiveâ by attaching heart-shaped glasses to the ends. The color is one-sided, so he still sees clearly with them, and they double as prescription glasses since he does need them for his poor eyesight.
Ever since the incident with his mom, Sederick has regularly gone to therapy, which is where he unintentionally discovered his crush on Soncalic as a pre-teen.
As a chinchilla, Sed can't take baths in water and instead has a dust spray that he uses to keep clean (referencing chinchillas taking âdust bathsâ and rolling around in dust to keep themselves nice and soft). He also has a tendency to wear floral perfumes and is extra careful about keeping himself clean and tidy.Â
Sederick unintentionally found out about Gaz/Merridewâs secret relationship following his parents divorce and refuses to mention it to either of them for fear of embarrassing them. Similarly, Gaz and Merridew hide their relationship to make things less awkward for Sed and Soncalic (which isn't necessary).

Soncalic âConâ White
Age 18
2 November
He/him Male
Deer Mouse
Spiritual Magic
Relatives: Atlas (mother), Gizmo (father)
Friends: Sederick (partner), Blick, Adrian, Skylar
Soncalic was an orphan who spent his early childhood in an orphanage in Forest Castle Town. Soncalic was left at the orphanage as an infant for unknown reasons and remained there until age 4 when Gaz Whence and Merridew and Estelle Pines took him in following a fire that destroyed the orphanage. Soncalic was a timid kid who only opened up after meeting Merridew and Estelleâs son, Sederick.
When the orphanage caught fire, Gaz, who was working part time at the orphanage at the time, made an attempt to rescue Soncalic. Gazâ rescue attempt was successful, though Soncalic was the only child of the orphanage who survived the incident. Though Estelle did not want to be involved with Soncalic, Merridew and Gaz felt obligated to protect young Soncalic, especially when he immediately bonded with Merridew and Estelleâs son Sederick. Despite Gaz never being able to officially adopt Soncalic, Soncalic continued to live with Merridew and Gaz even to the present day.Â
As a teen, Soncalic took an interest in journalism and began an internship under Leslie Holmark. Soncalicâs interest in journalism stemmed from his strange prophetic dreams connecting him to a fated prophecy he had yet to learn about. Eventually, Soncalic resolved to search for the people he was connecting with in his prophetic dreams after he graduated high school.Â
Extra notes:Â
His nickname âConâ was a name that Sederick gave him when they were younger, and he tends to introduce himself as Con instead of Soncalic.
Con graduated a year early due to his academic prowess. He decided to wait until he was 18 before setting out on his journey to find the Prophecy Marked individuals.
Despite Gaz raising him, Con never considered Gaz a parent to him and considered Merridew more of a father than Gaz. This worked in his favor when he developed a crush on Sederick since, if the relationship stayed serious, Merridew could eventually be his father-in-law anyways.
Soncalic has known about his spiritual magic ever since he was a toddler, but never told Gaz or anyone else about his magic. He used his magic to secretly help Gaz recover from his burn injuries following the fire at the orphanage.Â
