Isaac Yeah okay I think Isaac is my third favorite, at the very least.

I got waaaay too excited when he showed up to take down Cora lol.

And then the way Scott leaped over him and kicked her and the little smirk Isaac had was just...so good. I love him.

Scott Derek and Isaac going off to chase her down and Scott literally being the adorable wonderful human being he is and making sure the girl is okay.

And he just approached her so gently and never got too close and gave her her space but also really wanted to make sure she was okay.

Ahhhhh. I love him so much.

Stiles My FAVORITE thing about the amount of spoilers I got for this show before I actually started it--particularly with Stiles' scenes--is finally getting context for some of the iconic Stiles lines I've heard.

Case in point:

Most Sherlock Holmes adaptations I've seen tend to place their Final Problem towards the mid point of the series (or even a bit earlier) - it's also in my opinion the best way of going about it, so you have time enough for the characters to adjust after the reunion but they know each other well enough for the events of Fina to be devastating.

Sherlock & Co is done with 20 of the adventures. How many are there? Fifty-something? Almost sixty? Let's say we'll be entering mid-point territory after the 25th story.

So let's pretend for a moment that we have 5 more stories until The Final Problem. Ok.

Estimating an adventure at 3 episodes each, that would mean little over 3 months - maybe 3 and a half? Starting, of course, from the end of Sign of Four, which will be somewhere in December.

So let's say 3, maybe 4 months into 2025. That would be, what? Late march, early april?

Early april?

John having to tell the listeners that Sherlock is dead, in early april?

Quick calendar search reveals what I was praying it would - the 1st of april will be on a Tuesday next year.

Still wild to me that the Avatar team saw a guy write a love story between a stick and a monkey and were like "This is the guy who we need to write Rangshi and Yangvik" and then he ended up making two of the best couples in all of the Avatar-verse TT0TT

maybe it's to maintain a sense of tension & turmoil that would eventually reach an explosive peak, a sense of tug-of-war, a back-and-forth to hammer home the ideals they want to deliver and for the viewers to chew on, but although these arguments regarding hiroshi & his stance as a man torn between his loyalty for his country & the loyalty for his Filipino friends and lover is of course important, how they write these scenes & the points they present from this week alone is getting too repetitive...? literally the argument scenes from last night & tonight between adelina & hiroshi is basically the same; the ideas were the same, the dynamics were the same: the aggressive, radical adelina, bristling rage and fear over the injustices she's seen thus far, and the cautious, inspiriting hiroshi, all hopefulness and reassurance one moment as a lover, defensiveness and sternness as a japanese soldier in another. this debate will be ever-present ofc, it is one of the series' biggest conflicts, but it is unfortunately so easy to tell when it is a.) being pulled up as a main topic to move the plot along / be a necessary conflict for character development/introspection / be the conflict to deliver the morals & messages the writers want to send to their viewers, or b.) when it is being pulled up only for the drama and filler to pass the time. like watching the characters sit down to argue for 10 minutes, do other things for the plot for 2 minutes, then sit down again to argue for the next 20 minutes. lol.

And then the way that Isaac just walks up utterly confused, and then Stiles just smiles all cheekily and supportive and continues with:

"You are the hottest girl."

And Isaac's confusion only furthers, but he just totally rolls with it, so then when Scott says:

"I'm the hot girl."

Isaac just gives him that affirming nod and goes:

"Yes you are."

And then the way Scott SMILES!! OMG that was the CUTEST THING!

And then the way ISAAC smiles with that little head shake at the pure ridiculousness of it, but also with the cutest little glee on his face I CANNOT!!

THAT WAS ADORABLE!!

AND SO FUNNY!!!

AND LITERALLY THE BEST!!

dedicated to @aimixx for letting me dump all my kn8 to her. this idea takes place during the invasion of kaijus no. 9-15. reader’s a member of the defense force — division and rank unknown for now — and wields a scythe (my maka favoritism and the seele main in me jumped out).

they’re close with the characters i’ve listed in the tags (that i could think of atm lol). with the chaos going on in this arc, i was like, “let’s make these hcs boiling hot.” here it is: kissing your really strong s/o in the midst of battle.

but then i went like, “nah, even better.” those characters won’t be their s/o. what if they’re the reader’s crushes (separate btw in case yall didn’t get that). reader pulls them into a kiss, with blood and scratches on their faces, with hell raining on them, with the determination to stay alive, as their confession to their crushes.

yeah, kissing your crushes in the midst of chaos is so romantic because i said so.

cater going all out for a birthday party for idia, but not in the conventional way like he would love to, but in a way he thinks idia will actually enjoy that wont upset or stress out idia on his birthday. he sneaks idia into his dorm room, so no one knows idia’s there, just in case anyone wanted to go to idia’s room to wish him a happy birthday, and he has a big cozy fort, with plenty of pillows, blankets, and stuffed animals set up in front of the tv for them to cuddle and watch whatever idia wants. he gifts idia plenty of small cute things, plushies, anime merch, ect. and he also gets idia a brand new game system with a few different games idia’s been wanting for a while, as well as some co-op games so they can play together, despite cater not being great at video games. he gets plenty of candy and snacks for them throughout the day, despite not being fond of sweets, and eventually brings out a birthday cake for idia that he decorated himself and had trey help him bake. and he also made sure to beg trey to agree to stay somewhere else for the night so idia could stay the night, especially just in case idia fell asleep, which is precisely what happens at the end of the night because after staying up really late they both fall asleep curled up together in the fort
