wait. hold it. what if... hear me out, think of this concept. what if all those times guillermo was trying to get a hug from nandor was simply because he was so used to getting that kind of affection when the cameras were off? so all those times guillermo attempted to hug nandor, nandor would have hug him in return if the cameras hadn't been present... and this is one of those "other things"

Me personally I do not think that Guillermo had or has a secret affair with one of the doc crew members. Nadja said he might have something going on with the one who looks like Nandor BUT… what if the one was actually Nandor?

I mean it‘s canon that Guillermo and Nandor do something when the cameras are off.

Nadja just didn't recognise Nandor properly because they quickly disappeared somewhere. And maybe Guillermo has given Nandor the Hoodie back cause it suits him and so it was also difficult for Nadja to recognise him by his clothes. Who knows ;)
