When I’m gone from this beautiful planet what is the legacy I want to leave behind? It’s funny. I didn’t even know I needed or wanted to leave a legacy. I just panicked that I didn’t want to leave my kids. It used to fuel my anxiety terribly. While I’ve done a lot of work, there is always more to do. Life is a bit like that ya know, While I could do a million piles of laundry (or sometimes it feels like it anyway) there is always more to do. The past couple of weeks almost had me back in the cycle of those bad habits. While yes I thought a lump was more than it was, this time instead of being frozen in fear I felt proactive about the legacy I want to leave behind. How do I want to be remembered. What do I want people to think about when they hear my name? Because it’s not the victim of life I want to be known for, I don’t want people to feel sorry that I drowned by #mumlife Or that I was so overwhelmed and burnt out. I want people to be inspired by what I achieved because of my struggles, I want my kids to know how much they are lived, how much Inspiration they gave me. I want family & friends to remember the fun adventures we had. So, do you choose victim or inspiration? The destination is your choice regardless of what is on our path to get there. The law of attraction works, there is no question about it. The issue is, that it works in the same way either it is to bring you good fortune or bring bad fortune in your life. Everything we do, comes back around to us. This I learned the hard way as it was God's/infinite Intelligence's best interest for me to experience the pain and agony I had caused in others. Let's go back to 1985 the year I lost my daddy to the hands of the "Colombian Guerrilla" and a corrupt government. I was 1 and in turn it caused people to try to overcompensate for my loss and begin to give me everything I wanted in a way I began to believe, that I got things basically because I deserved them since "I did not have a daddy." I became an ungrateful girl, broken because of the loss of my father, selfish because I believed that the world owed me everything, and eventually as I grew, I also left behind the first love of my life my Lord, my God. My choices worsen as I got older and the "martyr" mentality, my ego, kept bringing false entitlements to a beautiful life for which I wasn't even thankful for. Every negative experience fed it, and I ran my life on autopilot, angry, vengeful, ungrateful, boastful and more. These past 7 years I learned that #karma is nothing but a synonym to the law of attraction. Funny prior to those 7 years I was the one at the other end of that karma. I am not angry at my current life situation or the ones that are offending me, not because it doesn't hurt but because I finally understand that people are the way they are because of their previous life experiences and paradigms. #dontjudge just accept everything for what is, #infiniteintelligence works in different ways for everyone. #colombianblogger #trusttheprocess #thinkandgrowrich #napoleonhill #adversityisagift
