They just have to build hotel-like places for homeless people. These tent cities are ridiculous. Those people don’t have running water or electricity! How can they live like that? How can people let them live like that? It’s all criminal. In a prison, where you are supposed to be getting rehabilitated, you get a room, and a bed, and three meals, and tv. How is there not a place for the homeless where they can get at least all of that? Maybe get some training through computers. Everywhere in the west seems to be failing the homeless by letting these tents go up. Shame. Everyone’s guilty.
