[11052023] Bot Practice: V1

I really wanna get into drawing robots so I can draw my characters but lack experience. Decided the best way to go about it is to draw fanart of existing bots so I can learn like, what everyone else does. Lol

First bot to my mind was V1. I've drawn him before but never really drew with the intention of learning. Went ahead and took the first image I found and heavily ref'd it as I lazily sketched, allowing myself to make mistakes because hey, here to learn, not stress over perfect details.

nobody asked but i want everyone to know that when i draw karlach doing a happy tail thrash, it's stimming. i'm drawing her happy flapping. i'm not trying to compare karlach to a dog (or, rather, i'm not trying to condescend to her or minimize her pain or awareness or intelligence). i think everyone knows she's got big feelings and she's a very physically emotive and fidgety person (we've all seen her little dance) so it just makes sense to me that she would vent her excitement physically somehow.

also it's what i would do if i had a tail. i'm stuck using my hands lmao

YOU PLAYED ULTRAKILL HOW WAS IT

i played it once at a coworker’s house a few months back! it was WONDERFUL. i don’t remember which level i stopped on but i was playing for at least an hour. the movement and handling in the game is everything i love about playing scout in tf2, and the music is just DIVINE! the looks and environments of the game also had me exploding with joy and the whole thing is just so insanely satisfyinggggg i miss my wife [playing ultrakill] tails. i miss her a lot

hi everyone uh thanks for dropping by.um id like to make a disclaimer i think meta knight is cool n funny i love the dude.but my take on him is i think there should be nothing interesting going on w him bc it would piss him off.he had a completely normal life did alright in childhood activities he has no cool dark backstory to be a dark warrior or wtv n it drives him insane he should be this cool dark tragic hero but his parents still send letters during the holidays.i just think w the trend that hes portrayed as cool n mysterious yet silly w the cutesy face n the love for sweets thatd rly fit in.i think he has npd also
