in all honestly one of my favorite scenes from The Raven Cycle is when Ronan dives into the acid pool after Opal (in trk) and he's dying, pretty much, and then Adam saves him, but he doesn't realize it until he looks over at Adam crouched in front of the pool with his stupid rock formation or whatever. I don't know, it's just. it's such a something scene, y'know? it makes me feel things.

What the fuck is up with Hook

Why is he at some random prep school? He’s already got the hook hand, so Peter Pan has already cut it off meaning he’s been to Neverland, also he says he’s a captain so like why the fuck are you here

I hate this movie so fucking much, nothing about it makes sense to me, why is Hades a teenager, why did they make some fankid of a Sofia the first villain instead of using one of the many Disney Villains that exist, why is Maleficent a lackey, why am I devoting so much of my time to try and make sense of this movie

eventually, adam goes back to college once michael and him are out of the cage, both for a sense of normalcy, and also to fulfill a promise he made to his mom before she died, that he would graduate.

in the beginning, adam makes michael promise to not subconsciously tell him the answers when he's doing his work.

...but during finals season, when adam is drowning in essays and labs, he asks michael to just, maybe take over, just a bit, during a lab or test. just to make it a bittt easier.

and michael refuses, of course. because he promised adam he would never do that, and michael never wants to break one of adam's promises.

and, yeah, adam thinks it's sweet, but also like, come ON michael please just write this discussion post about the circulatory system for him.
