Anyway, the card itself was about MC and Barbatos going to the past and Barbatos reflecting on his history, and how ultimately the place he ended up the happiest is the present day Demon Lord's Castle because Diavolo and MC are in his life.

And this didn't happen outright in the card, but can we appreciate that the non-bloomed version of the UR implies the one thing that can make Barbatos cry is how important Diavolo (and now MC) is to him?

I know that the fandom is mostly female because it's an otome game, but are there any queers in the fandom? And Obey Me is comforting to you?

I started the game before I knew about my identity and while I was still a minor trying to deal with the whole repressed, Christian BS + religious trauma, and Obey Me really helped me accept myself and feel alive. I mean, they're just some demons (+ plus non-demoms) who do not have any care for sexuality or a gender presentation and are so unhinged themselves that they would accept any type of MC that's thrown their way. They might be written for a "female gaze," but the fandom is completely accepting and very nice to people regardless of how you present or identify.

So, I'm curious if any queers (yes, it can be gender, sexuality, romantic preference, or a mixture of the above) find comfort in this game too?

The RAD School Play

Imagine a school play at RAD. Complete with auditions drama, handmade sets and a whole lot of the regular brand of Devildom shenanigans.

So now, you’re the director and the judge for auditions instead! Diavolo is very proud of this new plan because it solves the problem of getting a more reasonable number of actors, whilst also firing up the auditions. No one wants to look foolish in front of MC after all.
