Disclaimer first: *I really like XY.* I think he's a great character. I think his actions consistently-#come from a place of deep trauma. While his reactions and actions put him in a villainous role he is still human about his hurt#and what I'm about to say is NOT intended to be a statement of causality or villianize a group of misunderstood people.#So with that said...Man oh man does Xue Yang have a lot of BPD traits. More that just 'character who is chronically manipulative'.#The impulsivity and emotional reactions and seeking stability makes him feel like he needs that control. But his past experiences tell him how thats impossible#He's the kind of person who goes 'if you don't like me then you better hate me for something substantial". do you guys fucking remember when music artists actually made or commissioned people to make song/album art for them instead of resorting to ugly ass AI slop?
i swear, it's always the artists with more money too. bring me the horizon keeps using AI art even though they basically shit money. incredibly popular artists that can very well pay artists using AI images to reduce costs. actually fucking sucks so bad. it just makes your song stand out way less

went to a good ol fashioned catholic funeral today. haven’t been to a real funeral since my grandma died (2018) and it was very nice tbh. got to see my family friends who i don’t see as often anymore. then got french food with my dad and sister and now im a bit drunk and took the dog im watching on a nice little walk at sunset 🥰 im a bit. emotional.

finally watching the production of The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall bc Think Of Me was stuck in my head and i almost started crying when i was singing along to "flowers fade, the fruits of summer fade, they have their seasons, so do we", and to be fair it is my first time watching a performance of Phantom that's like on stage since really i've only seen the movie, but i find it so fascinating that Christine is the one who sings out about the Phantom when the first accident happens, knowing where this story is going.
anyway, absolutely delightful so far. would be even better if it stopped cutting every half a second. like it's a stage performance please, we know you got a lot of coverage, just let the camera sit on something for like two seconds, you don't need to highlight it visually, it's not a movie, it's a filming of a stage performance please. also, this Carlotta is not Minnie Driver but she's fun.
