These take place between the end of season 2 and the beginning of season 3, when Jin and Yin manage to sneak on the ship with Mei just before the heroes take off. They were found almost immediately and everyone was on the fence about having them on board but obviously, they couldn't just kick them out, so they let them stay. But Wukong was worried that the two demons had taken Mei against her will, so he tried to separate them, which very much backfired when Mei overheard her brothers talk about their deal.

Safe to say, Mei isn't a fan of Wukong in this AU

bro i'm watching a compilation video of minghao and junhui on 潮音戰記 and why is this so hecking dramatic??? these are the videos i watched (part 1) (part 2)

not gonna include screencaps because it feels weird screencapping other people's reactions

i mean it started off really cute with them just having fun

i had heard about the drama with the rapper that minghao admired who didn't want to collaborate and yeah that was oof. that story line was outlined well in the compilation video because it showed how minghao really admired that rapper and junhui was trying to cautiously encourage minghao's enthusiasm. like minghao's excitement at the opportunity to collaborate was cute! but the moment shit went down was :S minghao was insisting that he was fine but that doesn't really matter, junhui just wants to comfort minghao because rejection hurts, especially from someone he looked up to.

side note i feel like yan an grew close with junhui and minghao as well...it was nice how he came over with junhui to comfort minghao. and in another part when minghao wanted to give medicine to junhui he asked yan an if he could pass it on to him and yan an was all yeah i gotchu fam.

yan an had to leave the show because he didn't feel well so junhui was stressed about doing his performances on his own.

junhui was challenging himself in the vocal department and minghao was constantly worried about his health. minghao literally ran out of his seat to go to junhui on the stage. he was trying to lighten up the mood and get junhui to relax because junhui was sooo tense.

i got to the part where junhui sacrificed himself to keep ma boqian + minghao and eric zhou + wu jiacheng in the competition and it's like?!?!?!?!?!?!? when the guys figured out what was going on they were all like don't you fucking DARE.

minghao kept clinging to junhui and trying to get him to go back but...ultimately he said he knew why junhui did it and he would have done the same.

but also when junhui was talking to jiacheng and eric zhou...jiacheng looked away because he was feeling the feels TAT

when minghao got eliminated junhui was cheering him on like they have each other's backs ALL THE TIME
