While i do prefer top!Lucifer, i have no problem with bottom!lucifer and top!alastor. If it wasn't for so many shippers using Alastor being taller as an excuse to woobify and mischaracter the ever loving shit outta Lucifer, I'd probably like bottom!Lucifer just as much as top!Lucifer.
That said, there is one scenario where I'd find portraying Lucifer as a UwU little lamb and Alastor as the big bad wolf looking to corrupt him acceptable. And that's if it's made clear that they are doing a role play.
Like, their usual dynamic is Lucifer topping Alastor, but that night they wanted to switch things up. Lucifer is canonically a switch, and if he wants a take a turn at being a pillow-princess while allowing Alastor a chance to indulge in the corruption kink he most certainly has, I'm not going to complain!
But! It HAS to be CLEAR that it is JUST A ROLE PLAY! Otherwise I'm backclicking tf outta there👋😑✌️
Lucifer is so far from an UwU little lamb that I just...my brain can't even fathom it. Even for a roleplay. That man is the farthest from being a innocent, lil lamb.
But I'm glad you're having fun! There's a lot of fun stories to read and art to see when you enjoy all options! Sometimes I do come across a top!Alastor fan art that's...neat. Like, it's nice. I like it. Give it a heart.
But, hhhhhh yeah, if it's established as some kind of roleplay, I can see that. If it's be for real, I'm running out of there so quick.
i do unironically think the best artists of our generation are posting to get 20 notes and 3 reblogs btw. that fanfic with like 45 kudos is some of the best stuff ever written. those OCs you carry around have some of the richest backstories and worldbuilding someone has ever seen. please do not think that reaching only a few people when you post means your art isn't worth celebrating.
EVERY SINGLE DAY there are MILLIONS of characters in their late 20s who get falsely accused of being father figures to teenagers when in reality the description of "weird older cousin" or "step-sibling that moved out before you were born" is 1000000x more apt
[ID: A variety of word art sentences strung together to form a post. Burning red text says “i use a windows pc”. Purple and blue all caps text says “I am aware that solitaire is no longer totally free”. Gritty blue text reads “it was just an easy comparison”. Bubbly orange text reads “I am also aware that minecraft costs more money now”. Clean silver text reads “im glad you liked my post though”. Bold golden text reads “Have a great day”. End ID]
It's still surprising to see people say that when they see the upcoming strike post I made that this is the first time they're hearing about it, especially because I've seen several posts now talking about the same strike.
That being said: regardless of what kind of blog you are, please spread the news about the genocide, the strikes, boycotts, etc.
Even if you are a small blog, spreading word allows for more people to know what's going on and also do their part in protests and strikes, and maybe even the right people will be able to do more than what you're able to do.
And reminder: there is an upcoming strike on February 18th-25th. Prepare accordingly, protest, boycott, call your reps, and spread the word so more people are aware.
louis mon cher the children on the cables are pronouncing me ‘cancelled’ i do not know what this means. je déteste this abhorrent phrase, i have never cancelled a concert, much less postponed, dieu nous en garde. they say i am ‘problematique’ and that my shows are unsafe for visitation. je ne sais pas this century will never cease to confuse me. louis they are blocking me. louis they are leaving me vile comments hiding behind the infernal animated cartoon faces they wear as masks. oui the ones with the women with brightly colored hair and large breasts. breasts do not function in this manner louis it is simply gravitationally impossible this is nothing more than a masquerade of vagabonds. je vais pleurer we must kill them all.
okay listen. im gonna say something here, I'm not black. however, the non black people in the tags (mostly the kendrick lamar tag) being like. oh well uwu 😔☝️how come no one talked before about drake being a pedophile and preying on black women etc? thats weird! uhhhh??????? black women have? for years???? yall didnt listen when they said 'hey this is weird' n it only got a considerate attention when it was about millie bobbie brown and still you people were like "oh whatever he still makes fire music" or whatever. and some people still are acting like this. so, listen to black women when they tell you they feel or know that something is not right. listen to black people.
the public reaction to i saw the tv glow is like a perfect case study into how cis people take up queer spaces and unknowingly mock and enjoy trans suffering. sitting in the theater, i had a pit in my stomach the entire time. so many times, i would tear up and then someone else in the theater would laugh. and i wouldn’t cry because how would they look at me when the lights came back on? because they don’t see it. they don’t see the pain. they think it’s funny. i left the theater completely silent, not saying a word to my boyfriend and he didn’t say a word to me until partway into the drive home. the people around us immediately got to picking it apart, explaining what it all meant to each other, dumbing it down, making theories. cis people see the the movie, just like transness, as something to debate. a conversation. something to dissect because it makes them uncomfortable if they don’t understand it in their easily digestible way.
Phil: I'm not sure what I think about this cape on the Elytra, I kinda like it? [Snaps his fingers] You know what it kinda reminds me of? It kinda reminds me of Techno's cape.
You don't wish your disability was worse or more visible, you wish your disability was taken seriously. Please stop confusing the two, I guarantee you would not get the support you need JUST by being more severe or more visible. Please listen to visibly disabled people when we tell you it isn't better on our side
Surgeon: have you changed your legal gender marker yet?
Me: no, I'm afraid to do so before I get a hysterectomy in this political climate, since people like me get correctively raped on a frequent basis I need to be able to access care that insurance would not grant if I have an M marker
Surgeon: ugh, yeah, I don't blame you, I completely understand
