Sirius is all "I mean if you go behind my back, I'll go behind yours lol" he is so cruel and mocking about it and he doesn't actually think it's a big deal because it's just sex and James is dating Regulus anyways, like he thinks James will get over it.

James got the love of his life (or an attachment) stolen by his best friend and Regulus is just realizing james might have leftover feelings as he seems genuinely hurt by it.

Lily low-key still misses her lost friendship with Severus. Like she thinks they could've stayed friends even if it meant she had to be compliant...to his compliance further. So she blames James for that incident and wants to get back at him by sleeping with his best friend.
