and the last synth player had pots omg it’s a generational curse everyone who plays synth develops a chronic illness

i play music and have fun with my friends :)

i am 100% convinced i have scoliosis but as the synth player i’m allowed to drag over a timpani stool to sit on during inside practices so i’m feeling better than i did last week lmao

because my back was hurtinggggf and i’ve recently developed the ability to pop my upper back as well as lower so. that’s not great

full day band camp day 1 recap

the guest percussion nstrutore was said person with the little stutter luckily i say all my dumb shit in my head so i was vocal mimicking him… in my mind

he helped a lot he just had us repeat little sections and i didn’t have much to work on but mallets did so they got better

all the freshman are nice and funny and goofy and whatever except for this ONE KID and he was on a week long trip and got back today and every time he’s around the freshmen boys get so obnoxious and unfunny and like middle schoolers it pmo ALSO his entire and i mean god damn entire personality is hunting and fishing like for circle time eeeeevery damn question has to head back to hunting with this kid

there’s also this one girl and she’s highkey rlly annoying she doesn’t fucking listen to what the director says so she always starts in the wrong places and shit also in circle time her answer is always “idk” like she doesn’t answer anything except for when she just says stupid fucking shit like quandale dingle bitch that’s not fucking funny ????

i miss xylo real bad u guys like ik synth is considered prestigious or wtv and like xylo is the easiest mallet instrument but like ughhhhhhh i miss it so much

doc g made pit push out to the field an hour before we left so we only played full band for like thirty minutes

i saw the theatre director a total of three times today and he said hi first two of the times and then i went into his room and said hi once

also the list of sayings ari and i have picked up from this band camp alone so far
