how to start a weight loss program at work
A ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet that typically consists of 60-80% fat, 10-30% protein, and no more than 5-10% or 20-50 grams of carbs per day. The focus should be on high-fat, low-carb foods like eggs, meats, dairy, and low-carb vegetables. Sugar-free beverages are also recommended. Highly processed foods and trans fats should be limited

Woooooot!!!
I have officially lost 20 lbs/9 kilos! I was 180 lbs/81 kilos at the end of June, then switched to a vegan diet (for medical reasons) I dropped to 164 lbs in less than two months. The last four vanished about two days after I stopped my ADHD med. The constipation was getting worse...and those last four pounds/1.8 kilo were proof I was full of shit.
My goal is 150 lbs/68 kilos. It'll make it easier for my husband to lift and carry me post-seizure. Those last 10 lbs/4.5 kilos will also mean clothes I've had packed away for the last eight years will fit again. Yay!!! Eight years ago, my seizure med was temporarily raised. In the span of three months, I went from 150 to 180lbs, and nothing I did could shake the weight. Going vegan took care of that! With the bonus of my joints no longer being swollen, and thus fewer dislocations and subluxations.
I'll be getting more exercise soon, with help from physical therapy to determine an exercise routine. One that won't fuck with my hEDS.
Right now, though, I'm very happy with the results.
