i will say shit like man i feel like my clothes don't last as long as they used to. like all my shirts feel so thin now. and my mum will find one of my shirts to point at and go you have worn this since you were 12.

like okay maybe it's been a decade but I'm still not ready to buy numerous new clothes

my only piece of stranger things merch is a racerback tank top that says "i dump your ass" in super colorful 80s font that i bought at an it'sugar in nyc like four years ago. after some intensive googling i have been completely unable to find any evidence that this tank top even exists much less was sold by it'sugar, but i guarantee it exists, because it is in my closet right now. it's possible i am the only person in the world who possesses this shirt

I think tumblr people would try and eat me alive if I ever admitted how expensive some of my clothes are. You dont want to hear how expensive my boots were. You dont wanna know how expensive the lehenga i got for xmas was. Hell don't look at how expensive my cosplay stuff was. Im below poverty line. I just choose to spend spare money in places that I either have already invested in (cosplay), or on things that are important (durable boots)
