Obi-Wan Headcanons Pt. 1
Feels a surge of pride when he says something he privately thinks is clever that earns a cacophony of laughter from his men. He has to remind himself not to let that pride go too far to his head, but he can't help the slight broadening of his shoulders at the rare sound. He thinks the clones deserve to laugh more often, and he's more than delighted to be the cause of it, especially during such bleak times. When he hears one of the men repeat a line he'd once said or speak with a slight lilt that reminds him of his own, he wonders if fatherhood has similar moments of overwhelming pride.
Mentioned slightly in a prev post: His Padawan braid is something he keeps in his chambers on Coruscant. It's stowed away in a lockbox in his wardrobe, underneath many robes and tunics. He doesn't know why he keeps it - is aware it resembles some form of attachment. He doesn't do much with it except glance at the box it's in when his thoughts are especially unsettled. It reminds him of his master and the past... It reminds him he was chosen – trusted. As he watches Anakin's grow with time, he's caught off guard by the envy threatening to leak into his heart each time it whips over his Padawan's shoulder. When this feeling does arise, he meditates for a lengthy time, releasing anger and want for the past and replacing it with patience. Just because his master had been stolen from him does not mean Anakin is any less worthy of one. Anakin is not at fault for what happened, and resentment only leads to the dark side.
He indeed thinks about taking on another Padawan after Anakin has flown the nest, and he wonders what it would be like. Traditionally, the master chooses their apprentice, but this hadn't been the case for Anakin and himself, and it makes him wonder how he should know who to take under his wing. Qui-Gon hadn't quite gotten to that bit.. He feels unsure about his teachings at times, but watching Anakin with Ahsoka reassures him that he did well, which he hopes has made his master proud from whichever plane he resides on. He does know he feels Cody's presence strongly in the Force, and the signature he produces has become like a safety blanket for the Jedi; he likes to daydream about passing his knowledge down to the Clone, even if he wouldn't be able to utilize the teachings in the same way those with naturally high levels of midi-chlorians might... It's certainly a very non-traditional Padawan, though that's nothing new to him. He wonders - secretly, guiltily - if Qui-Gon could lend him some eloquence in persuading the Council to let him take on another unorthodox student. He's aware it will never happen. The attachment is unhealthy to say the least, which is the first of many problems the Council would list off for him if he were to ever bring it up.
After Satine's death, Obi-Wan is noticeably shaken. He does well at masking how he's truly feeling until he has a quiet moment alone in the fresher or his bed chamber, but Cody has become quite the expert at reading between the lines on the Jedi's face - which has hollowed considerably since he'd first met the general. Cody barks - yes. - at his men to stay alert and to comm him only if there is a Grievous-level emergency. As he walks through the echoey hallways of The Negotiator towards the general's quarters, his bootsteps and his heart clang loud in his ears. Once there, the doors do not swoosh open like they usually would upon his approach; he's no Jedi, but he's sure he can sense a heavy cloud of energy emanating from the room before him. A brother or two pass by in absolute silence, afraid of catching a stray from their commander, whose stress seems inextricably linked to their jetti's. Once they round the corner, Cody enters the code that ultimately leads him to quite possibly his worst fear come to life: Obi-Wan that isn't Obi-Wan. Except it undeniably is him. The typical rosiness in his cheeks has crept up to his lower lashes, and his breathing is rough and heavy. Cody's bucket is off in an instant, and he's crossing the span of the room to kneel before Obi-Wan's supine body. Cody doesn't know what happened exactly, but he can see that something is upsetting the general, and he loyally stays at his side the entire night. Eventually, once he's convinced himself he isn't a piece of human waste (and Obi-Wan asks him too), he climbs up next to the other man in the small bed and wraps both arms around him. Obi-Wan asks him repeatedly to hold him tighter, and Cody does his worst. (+ He wakes up in the middle of the night and Obi-Wan has maneuvered himself nearly completely underneath the commander. It's grounding to have Cody's weight surround him after yet another piece of his heart has been plucked out. He needs to be reassured he's not alone, despite knowing the Council would look down on him for the entire predicament.)
is 100% aware of Cody's feelings before Cody even figures out what the names of These Feelings are. And he adores, adores when the rest of the Clones hint at the fact they also see it, and Cody- Obi-Wan loves watching the copper tone of his skin stain slightly red when he realizes what his brothers are insinuating, and so openly! (The color is like the Jedi's favorite Nubian wine, which is an entirely different beast to tackle; he thinks sharing a bottle with Cody would only be right, especially considering he associates them so closely with one another now.) The point is, he thinks it's very sweet the way Cody works extra hard not to let his personal feelings sabotage the greater mission; it certainly helps Obi-Wan not feel guilty when he does the same. The Force communicates the unrest Cody's mind goes through at night, gives Obi a sense of where the commander's mind and heart are. He's flattered - hasn't thought of himself as physically appealing since that first year of the War, or maybe since that damned braid was shorn from his scalp - and smitten. He gets a warm feeling in the pit of his stomach when the Force bombards him with compliments and praise that go unspoken but not unfelt by Cody.

What subjects did Luke and Leia like best in school, high school that is. And did Obi-Wan or Anakin struggle with "New Math" like the Mister Incredible Meme? 😄
Ok just spitballing headcannon time:
I think Luke is a fine student who does okay across the board but isn't super into classes, and he's cool with that. He is one of those kids who finds someone to talk to no matter where he's seated, and he's generally well liked. I think the teachers, for the most part, like him because he's sweet and A Good Kid - even if he gets up to good natured shenanigans with his friends and is a personal fan of getting the teacher off topic so they run out of time and don't assign homework.
Leia is on the AP track and those teachers *love* having her in class because it's refreshing to have a student who is passionate and thinks critically about the material. She probably has one humanities teacher who is her sworn enemy - Leia thinks they're a pompous ass out to get her because they don't like their authority to be challenged, and the teacher is at the end of their rope with her malicious compliance, exploitation of loopholes, blatant disrespect, and rebellious nature disrupting their class.
Math is a sore subject in their household and Leia and Luke both know better than to ask for help. Obi-Wan insists on the importance of "new math" teaching math conceptually - even if he doesn't know how to use all the new methods himself. He makes the twins follow the examples that he doesn't understand (to the frustration of all when they get the wrong answers and he doesn't know what they did wrong where and why) and exhales a huge sigh of relief when they get to algebra and start working with equations again because this he knows how to do. Anakin says it doesn't matter how you do it as long as you get the right answers, but he confuses everybody ten million times worse when he suggests that they "do it the easy way" and then explains his mental math process which makes no sense to anyone else but him.

Stalker!ani
“Baby
please.” He whined quietly as if he were too weak to handle speaking any louder, his voice simply wouldn’t allow it. “I can’t-“
“Ani, stop. It’s okay.” You said, your eyebrows furrowed in concern as you carded through his hair soothingly.
“N-no!” He shook his head whimpering as tears filled his eyes, the sheen of them glistening in the low yellow lighting from the bedside lamp.
“M’close. S-so close.” He hiccuped, rutting into you with a vigor that he’d dug out from the depths of his chest. “D-don’t make me stop, please don’t make me stop.” He panted, a shaky hand coming up to cover your mouth to shield himself from your sweet voice.
“Fuckin’ god-d-damnit.” He muttered, his eyes fluttering as his blue iris disappeared, leaving a pool of black behind while his hips went slack and a powerful, warm gush of liquid poured out of your puffy cunt. “Oh
 Jesus.”
Then his eyes snapped up to yours, a look of pure, undiluted embarrassment causing his face to turn blood red. He looked completely mortified, shocked and a little disgusted with himself.
“I’m
oh shit- I’m so sorry.” He whispered, pulling back despite your protests. He sat back on his heels, kneeling between your soaked thighs, his knees pressing down into the saturated sheets.
The sight of it on your beautiful, soft skin, making it shiny and slick
paired with the way you were looking at him like he hadn’t just ‘accidentally’ pissed all over you. Then, you bit your lip and whispered words that he didn’t fully comprehend, he was too busy trying to make sense of why you wrapped a leg around him and reached for him like you were asking for him to keep going.
“Ani?” You said worriedly, “Hey? Are you okay- I mean you-“ He blinked, shaking himself out of his stupor before realizing he’d just cum on your stomach after his mind had gone to the land of delusion, a place where he’d imagined you begging for him to continue, despite what he’d done.
“Fuck!” Anakin huffed, running a hand through his hair. “I’m so sorry, I’m so, so sorry I didn’t mean to
 I swear I didn’t.”
[he lied, he did mean to.]
Ghost!Stalker!ani
“You’re a fucking idiot, you know that?” He scoffed, gripping your hair at its roots and tilting your head before slamming down your throat again.
“Ghost! Stop it! Please!” He mocked you in a whiny, high-pitched tone that let you know just how much he was enjoying this.
“I’m sooo tired.” He pouted, bringing up one hand to his mask, miming the act of wipping tears away. “I’m thirsty. Please!”
“It’s your fuckin’ fault.” He growled, ramming himself down your throat and squeezing your neck to make it burn that much more, tears prickling in your eyes as you choked and spluttered. “Fucking your stupid little boyfriend all damn day, while I was forced to watch and do nothing?” He shouted.
“So no. You can’t take a break.” He pulled out quickly, making you gag and spit a glob of saliva to the floor beneath you, gulping down fresh air.
“But, I’ll oblige you on that drink.” The mask he wore hiding the wicked grin gracing his lips as he smacked you, your mouth falling open instinctively in shock.
His thumb hooked behind your bottom row of teeth, holding your mouth open while he let loose a stream of hot urine into your unwilling mouth.
I’d love a piss kink blurb with stalker!ani for kinktober please
Slay
I’ll do one for stalker!ani and ghost ❀

i love au anicow, but everyday i fall more in love with canonverse anicow, where obikin go to a planet on a mission and anakin's connection with the force leads him to grow cow features. they go back to the council and no one knows how to deal with it, bc it's the first time anything like that has happened to anyone. so, they do medical tests on anakin, and while they try to figure something out, they ask obi-wan just keep an eye on his former padawan and report in the case of anything weird happening.
a few days pass and it's fine. to a certain degree.
bc anakin now has super fuzzy ears that look SO soft to the touch, they make obi-wan's fingertips ache to rub against them. and he now has two small bony portrusions at the top of his skull, that frame his face and somehow make it look even cuter than before. and he now has a tail that swooshes with his each move, motion which has forced anakin to forego his robe and have to cut holes into his pants (imperfect ellipses that stretch further with the weight of the fabric, bringing the line of his ass into view), or to sometimes ditch his clothes altogether, opting for the spacious freeing comfort of his cloak, the tail swishing under the garment, accentuating the knowledge of the nakedness beneath.
not to mention the darker spots that start forming across his skin, perfectly contrasting and bringing out the soft blue of anakin's ever-dazzling eyes.
so yeah obi-wan is fine. it's not like he has been harboring feelings for his padawan for an inappropriately long time—now aggravated by his cattle-like features—anyways.
everything is also fine, when anakin comes to obi-wan's room one night, the front of his tunic soaked, his face flush and brows furrowed, confusion and soft waves of pain swirling in the force around him.
"master, it's..."
anakin doesn't finish his sentence. he doesn't have to, with everything said when he pushes his tunic off his shoulders to reveal his chest glistening with a sheen of wetness that coats it. and no, it's not sweat. or water.
no, because in anakin's chest, from the soft mounds that his breasts have swollen into, from his pink, perked, nipples, obi-wan finds an opaque white liquid gushing out in lovely little drops.
there's milk pouring out of anakin's breast.
running along the curves and dips of anakin's stomach. glazing his skin with a white glow that reaches right above anakin's hipline, stopped by the waist of his pants.
there's milk soaking into the fabric of anakin's trousers.
and another liquid soaking into the fabric of obi-wan's own trousers.
yeah, everything is perfectly fucking fine.

The thing with Anakin TCW is that I try to reconcille both "versions" of Anakin, but because I keep in mind that at the end of the day, TCW is a serialized kids show, and he's also a general and in charge of a padawan so he must be really charismatic for that to work (long rambling ahead)
This show came in an era where shows ran long, with very random plots per episode and just very few that advanced "a plot", so characters that are new for the show get more development (since they were at zero), and Anakin with already three movies (technically 6 if we count the original trilogy), a mini series, and a bunch of books and comics, feels more flat for the very short narrative purposes.
The way i see it, TCW can be like seeing Anakin from someone's else eyes, like that's probably how Obi-Wan and Ahsoka and Rex saw him, cocky and sassy and fearless and daring and untouchable and cool and sometimes with anger coming from apparently nowhere, and the movies are the actual "omnipresent" look, we see how actually deeply fucked up and scared Anakin is!
TCW gives like a very pink tinted glasses view of him, a very standarized version of him, since the "otherness" that he has in the prequels was really hated (and with otherness i mean that he acts alienated and tormented, is because of the trauma, but also because he can be so easily read as neurodivergent and/or queer; movie Anakin looks like he might as well be a giant walking target for bullying, so to speak), so TCW Anakin looks like he totally would have never ever been bullied, he's the cool kid.
If I don't constantly keep on mind this is probably Ahsoka's POV, it can be a bit hard to connect, like the last episodes in TCW, when he sees Ahsoka, he's like 2 days before ROTS, and he looks so cheerful and normal and sassy, but then if you look at ROTS, he looks so tired and beaten up and just depressed after that battle. But Anakin, in AOTC and ROTS, in general, is a person that looks like doesn't even want to be there at all, he looks like he would rather turn invisible.
I don't have that many problems with Anakin in TCW except for certain arcs (looking at you clovis), because many things in the show do add to Anakin's narrative and character (or more like, pilling up even more trauma onto him for the big moment), but it's not a complete look because by the point we should see how he's dealing or coping with something the episode ends and the next episode is about something different. TCW is plot focused and there are very little "breathing" moments before the action, and is not very character focused. Which leaves the audience with the task of remembering that whatever happened in the show is another piece of the puzzle that may or may not fit perfectly with the character that was presented on the prequels.
"This episode very painfully reminds you that he was a slave, and he's angry about it, very angry...for one bit of the episode, let's go back to the fun action." It touches it, but it doesn't explore it, if you get what I mean? Like, we can only imagine if he had difficult weeks after that or how even was the conversation after all that whole mess, just as an example.
I agree that Anakin in TCW is a incomplete version of his character, because TCW focuses a lot on the Clones and Ahsoka and other little stories, however I also think it does add lots of stuff to explore, even if the show didn't explore it deeply, but touched on it.
And I understand too why it causes such a division, and why some may prefer the TCW version more, and why some may prefer only the movies version.
I mainly use the movies, and then take from TCW what I feel like it fits/makes sense for him, and shake TCW a little bit if i need to, although i still really love it : D

One of the biggest arguments I’ve seen used by the Ob*d*l*s against Anidala, is that scene in the ROTS novel where PadmĂ© says she could trust OW with the secret of the rebellion and was hesitant to tell Anakin and I just wanna say:
Padmé wasn't an idiot. She was an extremely intelligent and competent woman, perfectly able to understand that loving Anakin and thinking that he could be trusted with a certain politic-related matter were two very different things and reducing her choice regarding who to trust with an important political matter only on the basis of her feelings of romantic love diminishes her professionalism, and this is why I say y'all could never understand her.
PadmĂ© didn’t have to "love" OW or even like him at all to know he was the perfect Jedi to ask for help in a secret political matter.
That's the point being made in the novel, she’s hit with the realization that Anakin in this particular moment could not be told this piece of info because of his relationship with Palpatine, and PadmĂ© specifically mentions in the Junior ROTS novel that she didn't want to make Anakin “keep a secret” if he didn’t agree with their stance because it’d be “unfair.” So this also played a part in why PadmĂ© didn’t think it best to inform Anakin about the Rebellion. It honestly had little to do with her actually lacking trust in him, and more to do with the circumstances she was in not allowing her to be open with her husband and her not wanting to make him choose between his wife and his “father figure.”
Tumblr media
However, PadmĂ© knows OW’s political ideas aren't tied to ONE particular person but to a philosophy, one which is closer to her own, at that point. None of this was ever meant to be hinted as “romantic” or even remotely insinuated as romantic. It’s strictly professional and even the tone of the scene makes that so abundantly clear.
All I’m saying is that, some of these proshippers are doing the most out here to try and prove their ship, like my loves? You forgot a very important thing called ✹ context ✹ and regardless of her rational thinking, PadmĂ© still went out of her way to try and talk out all of this Rebellion secrecy stuff with Anakin when she confronted him in the scene where she asks if he ever thought they were “fighting on the wrong side.” PadmĂ© didn’t trust OW in the same way she trusted Anakin (with her entire self and being) she had the level of trust and love for Anakin that was only meant for him.
Tumblr media
Mixing up her unwavering faith in Anakin as her husband with her trust in OW’s devotion to duty as her comrade/ally is purposely deluding yourself, because the two aren’t the same and therefore can’t be compared. An example of this is: PadmĂ© constantly putting more value to Anakin’s words over OW’s in the end of ROTS when he came to tell her of Anakin’s “crimes”. She completely disregarded what OW had claimed about her husband and instead made her way to where Anakin was herself, to ask him directly. Despite what the truth was, this is proof of her trusting Anakin unconditionally, and I didn’t even think I had to spell that out because it’s as clear as day.
In conclusion, PadmĂ© didn’t trust OW more than Anakin, she just knew the circumstances she was in didn’t exactly make it easy for her to openly talk with her husband about these matters and that’s part of what played into the issues they had in ROTS, it’s exactly what Sidious wanted.
#star wars#anidala#anakin skywalker#padmĂ© amidala#sw novels#revenge of the sith novelization#revenge of the sith junior novelization#avoiding tagging and using full character names because I don’t wanna attract those weirdos on my post#haters dni#anti ob****d*la#i’ve seen shippers claim that ow and padme would make a better couple simply because they both value duty and share some of the same ideals#even though padmé’s strong sense of duty doesn’t define her personal identity#she’s always wanted to leave behind her responsibilities to live a simple happy life with her husband#she stays out duty and care for peace and justice in the galaxy#which is actually a trait she shared with anakin not ow#anakin is loyal and dutiful because he cares about helping people and that’s padmé’s aim too#ow stays to help people because of his devotion to the jedi#that’s not the same#saying she’d be more compatible with ow is like the punchline of a bad joke#in every way padmĂ© shares more in common with anakin when it comes to the core of her personality#and relationships aren’t built off sharing ideals mind you#it’s about connecting and sharing core values which is what anakin and padmĂ© always had#there’s a reasons why padmĂ© and ow argued a lot in wild space#padmĂ© says the one thing her and ow can agree on is loving anakin otherwise their mindsets clash way too much#compatible? never in a million years.#padmĂ© herself disagrees#and apart from the fact that canonically padmĂ© never shows romantic interest in him#nor does the narrative include ow as one of padmé’s love interests

Maybe don’t diss someone with literal reflective beskar in their feathers.
Idea based off @yukipri ‘s Winged Clones AU: Take Flight, Brothers All
I read that the clones could use their wings to blind enemies if angled with light correctly, and then this happened. The first page is literally what happens in Ch. 3 in the fic, I just thought it would be funny if Cody “accidentally” got back at Skywalker while on a conveniently sunny planet.

The thing that kills me about the Star Wars prequel trilogy and why I will die on my hill that my problem is not that Star Wars is a tragedy, its that its a badly written tragedy, is that Anakin Skywalker was at his closest to being a good Jedi when he was ten years old.
#im not an anakin apologist by any means because I get the point of his character and Im not pro or anti jedi#my only real opinion on all of it is similar to what I was saying about Peter and Tony and the MCU yesterday#its badly written. its EVERYONE being contorted into shapes that dont make a ton of sense in service to#getting characters to where they need to end up for certain things to occur#my opinion is not that Anakin is inherently bad or good or that the Jedi are inherently bad or good#its that their entire conflict was set in motion by forcing the Jedi to act in ways that felt massively OOC when they were#first interviewing him as a kid and like.....I ACCEPT that the Jedi are supposed to be for the most part kindhearted and empathetic and all#of that which is why its so noteworthy in my opinion that this does not match with how they were FORCIBLY portrayed in those early movies#in order to ENGINEER the idea that this kid in desperate need of support but already with a lot of good instincts and positive traits#came to the order of kindly supportive literal empaths and everything went downhill from there#like kindly supportive literal empaths would not in my opinion look at a kid trying his best to be brave & stoic in completely intimidating#circumstances and surroundings and be judgmental and fairly dismissive about it as though theyve never met a kid before let alone a#traumatized one and the fact that thats kinda what happened is in contrast to how a lot of pro anakin people frame that NOT proof#that the Jedi order are inherently bad its that in that key scene and multiple others#the Jedi order were BADLY WRITTEN in pursuit of one pre-determined outcome that mattered more to the script/Lucas than#being true to their core conceit and characterizations. and thats just one example out of dozens I could list and the same holds true for#anakin's side of things so thats why I always steer far away from SW discourse#because Im like the problem with the characters in terms of the most iconic arc is not really any of the characters so much#as the plots refusal to let them actually consistently BE characters rather than just fixed and contrived stepping stones on the way to#the desired endpoint

The novelisation of the Phantom Menace has made me so incredibly sad, where little Anakin sees an injured Tusken and decides to disobey Watto to sit by the Raider until he wakes up. Anakin has such a deep, loving heart that he was willing to suffer the consequences of disobedience to make sure a Tusken Raider would be safe, a being he was taught all his life were brutal and cruel. And in this chapter, Anakin admits that the only thing that truly scares him, is of losing his mother. That juxtaposition, that note of I will care for this creature to I fear losing my mother, put so much more weight onto AOTC, and of Anakin's rage. He broke, and he lost himself to his rage. When faced with what he did, he rages against the world and his actions, before breaking down into further sobs at the loss of his mother and the actions he made. His worst fear was realised, and he became the monster that everyone claimed the Tuskens to be.
It'll be interesting to read the AOTC novelisation, to see if this scene is ever called back to. I just find it interesting, and further showcases the depths of Anakin's feelings and compassion, as well as the pitfalls that such strong emotions come with. For if you feel compassion and love as deeply as Anakin does, so will you feel the destructive nature of all of your rage. And that, that is Anakin's biggest weakness; he feels too strongly to ever truly control it.

Kit, kit kit!!! In the couples counseling AU what would a anakin do if Obi-Wan seriously started considering dating someone else for real? Or like, what if Ashoka starts introducing potential partners for Obi-Wan?!
oooo what a question ok
i think honestly anakin would be able to rationalize it to himself after some very late night pacing. he would think ah yes this is great because obi-wan my most beloved master deserves more than casual one night stands in the lower levels with people who don't know to touch him worshipfully after all his body has been through and done for the republic and the galaxy. it's the people sleeping with obi-wan, that's the problem! that's what anakin doesn't like! obi-wan deserves to be vulnerable and feel safe with someone, he deserves someone to kiss up and down the lightning scars decorating his chest, the saber wound scar on his thigh, the freckles over his shoulders, the---
ANYWAY, what anakin means to say is it's a GREAT idea for obi-wan to start dating around. he deserves to find someone like anakin's angel.
of course, for safety concerns, anakin will need to meet them immediately and vet them to make sure their intentions are true and pure when it comes to his master. it's very important they pass the anakin test before spending alone time with his master. that's his master.

This is like, the weirdest headcanon ever, but I think that the Jedi would be like, terrible in regards to STEM. Like, if you wanted to go into STEM, you'd best be going to Coruscant University or space Community College because you ain't getting classes at the Jedi Temple. Qui-Gon believes that midichondrians impregnated Anakin's mom with like zero evidence other than a vague answer of "there was no father."
Everything about the Jedi screams "philosophy, humanities, ethnic and gender studies." This is like, humanities school paradise. No grades, no rigid structures. The Jedi teach their kids in beanbag shares and have weekly circles where everyone shares out their interpretation of space Macbeth or Romeo and Juliet. The Jedi have reading lists of literature throughout the galaxy in time (the Jedi Library definitely had the largest collection of books in the galaxy, which pisses me off that its not a public archive) and have a set amount of books you need to read by the end of the year. The Jedi write on-demand essays every other day in class alongside laser sword training, and have three essays due per week.
Don't get me wrong, humanities is great. It's excellent, and I do think that if Anakin paid a little more attention in Ethics or AP Galactic Government, his political views might have been developed a bit more beyond, "Jedi Council but on a larger, evilier scale", but fuck, I would never want to go to Jedi school. I like creative writing sure, but oh Lord would I die if I had to spend every day analyzing books, and doing philosophical shit.
It makes perfect sense that Anakin "I built a robot at nine and enjoy doing the calculus necessary to refit warships" Skywalker would chafe in the Jedi Order. You put a STEM child in a humanities-oriented school.

thinking about anakin-posting-thirst-traps-on-tumblr dream, i have more thoughts!
what if anakin one day decides to record himself as he fucks himself on a dildo and, being the dumb, reckless teen he is (who was absolutely taught holonet safety, but nonetheless ignores it), shares it online.
and while i love the scenario where obi-wan finds the video and immediately realizes it's anakin. and it fucks him up
there’s a second scenario im really into (kinda unlikely bc i feel obi-wan would be able to tell anakin apart from a strand of hair, really, BUT for the sake of the idea, let’s IGNORE THAT) where obi-wan browsing galactic pornhub, comes across a camboy. he’s a human jedi padawan. he doesn't show his face.
and while obi-wan usu just ignores the jedi category that stares so blaringly at him, and who considers himself above watching jedi padawan porn, of all things.
he can't stop looking at this one. he finds himself so unusually attracted to him.
bc he looks so much like anakin.
his physique is so similar to what he imagines anakin's to be under his thick, loose robes.
and while he doesn't show his face. there's sometimes a few blond hairs peeking from the back of his neck.
and. his padawan braid. the wretched, alluring thing has a shade so similar to anakin’s, falls at his heaving chest so titillatingly, bounces as the boy's hand moves to thrust the dildo in and out of his hole
and it's such a stupid video. doesn’t even have that many views. obi-wan doesn't even know how he came across it. the title is literally something like ‘vid 1’
and the boy is not even that experienced. his hands are clumsy, and they blunder and shake while he strokes his small dick, rubs the tip with the base of his palm.
he's awkward and gangly and the videos don't even have audio in them. which is pathetic really, obi-wan is getting off to the stupidest, shittiest amateur porn vids that don’t even have sound. no moans, no grunts or whimpers, which would at least make the videos somewhat alright.
still. obi-wan has never felt himself come as fast as he has to those vids. has never gotten so hot with anything like he has with that boy’s vids.
and he knows. he knows. he knows why.
so yes, they may not have any audio, but he does fill in the sounds. with the voice of his padawan. imagines them to be similar to when they spar and anakin growls at his saber. or the content moans when he eats his favorite treats. he fills them in. his mind does, unconsciously. and so perfectly.
and so, obi-wan becomes a regular watcher of the boy's. checks for new videos everyday. waits and hopes for more.
(he even notices the way he does get slightly better at pleasuring himself through each video he uploads. though he never loses the boyish impatience, the desperation, the awkwardness)
it becomes obi-wan's guilty pleasure. the only way for him to somewhat satiate the ill desire that burns inside him

Not sure why, but I was just thinking about how much Anakin struggles with Jedi expectations and rigidity before his fall, and yet in some ways he's particularly dogmatic about Jedi identity and practice as Vader.
I remember doing a long liveblog of ANH many years ago on lj, before re-watching the prequels, and being like "does he recite Jedi catechisms or mantras every day before he leaves his breathing pod? Because that's the vibe I get."
And he does continue to identify himself as a Jedi in ESB and, of course, Luke's identification of him as a Jedi in ROTJ lies at the core of their tangled character arcs. But it's interesting that turning on the Order, calling them evil, and helping the Empire wipe out most of the Jedi doesn't lead him to abandon that part of himself at all. If anything, he's all the more aggressively doctrinaire as a fallen Jedi.
