I need you to know that watching and liking your last video wasn't enough, I need to wrap you in a cozy blanket and put a warm mug in your hands and tell you that some people are trash and that you are so brave and vulnerable and resilient and I'm so so sorry you have had to be any of those things, and that you are so so worthy of love and appreciation in any physical manifestation.
This is so sweet it actually made me cry ;_; i have lost so many friends here in LA who just disappeared because i can no longer do the more physical things i used to go out and do like long walks or strolling through museums without a ton of breaks. And the number of people who have told me that i just have to 'work through it' as if this is all in my head and not something that just....totally debilitated me in a matter of weeks.
i just feel like its so easy for me to be in love, but inevitably i end up with someone who doesn't want to love me in return. like its a habit i picked up from the abusive relationship or something. eventually you stop seeing anything in yourself worth loving let alone being attractive or god forbid 'se*xy'. i know I'm not the only person who feels these things but its still very isolating.

if i ever DO decide to move to the midwest, or just generally the US east, which is where the midwest is, ive got to start an influencer-style shortform video series where i try out non-Californian things for the first time from an extremely Californian-perspective

I was watching all of Ben's videos related to the states' haunts because it's Halloween, and here are my favs from "Table Regions: Northeast Haunts":
(my thoughts are in parenthesis)
1.) Mass staring somewhere everytime he appeared, looking like he's about to say, "They fr thought THAT was haunted?"
2.) Jersey: You can try and find the Jersey Devil in the Pine Barrens.. before it finds you ☺️
3.) Delaware: You can try to collect all 4 ghosts at the Governor's mansion in Dover. (We're collecting ghosts? Sign me up)
4.) PA: Stay in Hotel Bethlehem, ask for room 932, and say Hi to Francis for me. (I'm awful with directions so I appreciate how direct this was :D)
5.) Connecticut: If you go to Bruce Museum, you can see a couple of ghosts in love. (aww <3)
6.) New Hampshire: You can check out the New Hampshire Asylum for the insane... or the New Hampshire State Hospital. Whatever they're calling it. (are they nursing the dead in this hospital too? that's cool)
7.) New York: I would say you should visit the Amityville House, but I really don't want you to. (aww, is NY caring about us?)
8.) Vermont: The Vermont Police Academy in Pittsford is haunted by a ghost named Mary.. there's a lot of ghosts names Mary, huh?
9.) Rhode Island: You could visit the ghost dog at Forth Wetherhill in Jamestown. (Flo and Loui would attempt to pet it, and so would I)
10.) and lastly:

Sarah Warren was heartbroken to say the least. To hear that her once best friend had died in a tragic car accident hurt so much. She and Georgiana Moran had been the closest of the close when they were in college. They had started as freshmen roommates and became inseparable. Of course over the years, with marriages and children and moving away, they grew apart as people tend to do. They still sent birthday cards, Christmas cards, and shared the occasional phone call but with Georgiana, her husband James, and their two girls living out in Oregon and Sarah, her husband Frank, and their nine boys living in Connecticut, visits didn’t happen. It was just too hard with the families and work.
That didn’t mean that Sarah and Georgiana didn’t love each other still or forgot the promise they made to each other years ago on Georgiana’s wedding day, Sarah only a year into her own marriage. The young women, just starting their lives, had made a promise that if something should ever happen to either one of them, the other would take care of their family.
So when Sarah, who was still listed as an emergency contact for Georgiana, was called at three in the morning in early June, getting the terrible news, she kept her promise. Georgiana, James, and their oldest daughter had died in a car accident. A drunk driver had swerved into their lane when they were coming back from dinner…
But their sixteen year old daughter Lorraine had been unharmed, just a few minor cuts and bruises…but she was now an orphan.
That was why Sarah and Frank were now standing in LaGuardia Airport at the arrivals terminal waiting for her. They were now going to be a family of nine boys - and one girl.
