mtl: relevance in south korea - now vs in 5 years

for bts, blackpink, seventeen and twice

decided to experiment with this

NOW

bts

jungkook: it really looks like a fate, so obviously.. he seems to be the most relevant member as of now (wheel of fortune)

suga: he seems to be liked for what he’s currently doing (ace of cups)

j-hope: he is definitely admired and appreciated even in the military, there can be more events, news from there in the future (6 of pentacles, 7 of wands)

rm: there might be some sort of offer for him that’ll be very beneficial to him in the upcoming days/months, the potential is actually there; it looks like the koreans want him to collaborate with various artists (knight of cups)

jin: to me his current relevance back in south korea is quite stagnant, similar to rm, there is potential for the future but it will happen very, very later, like after his military time (4 of cups rx)

jimin: not sure what’s going on too but his individual relevance is also with stagnant vibrations to me, could be affected more or less negatively because of his solo debut that happened months ago (5 of swords rx)

v: there are definitely some sort of losses, this could be in any aspect apart from financial one: there can also be isolation, salary mistreatment and so on, so unfortunately, i am not sure if the korean armys (most of them) are ignoring v’s solo debut (5 of pentacles)

blackpink

lisa: currently the koreans think the most positive for her, they think she invested her time in the group with building her name for herself, also i see them talking about a big house, i specifically imagine a big one in 2 floors, many grass and white walls outside (king of pentacles)

rosé: they could think that she’s very, very emotional to the extent she is too emotional; however i do think that this time this is about her mistreatment from the company she’s been in - the blinks who bias her want her to have more individual activities RELATED TO SINGING or variety shows in some way (queen of cups rx)

jisoo: they’re very divided of how they perceive jisoo, and i do feel a lot of questions: there can be misrepresentation from her side as well as her showing what she truly is; i am certainly unsure if they think positively or negatively for her (2 of swords rx)

jennie: they are so disappointed in her, i only her “whore”, “hoe” inside my head, the people who watched her are in disbelief of what jennie showed in the idol and a little bit before that (after the tv series too) and they don’t seem to like her anymore (mostly; 10 of swords)

seventeen

both s.coups and wonwoo seem to have positive relevance from the korean audience! similar to bts’ suga, they seem to be very happy with what they’re doing; with wonwoo there’s difference though, if he’s lacking activities somehow, it looks like the koreans are fine with that because of what wonwoo is behind the scenes (for both of them 10 of cups, i received others for wonwoo however i cannot share anything)

both hoshi and the8 are also having positive relevance from the korean audience towards them: i can say it’s similar as s.coups and wonwoo; with hoshi there’s the difference that it can be quite stagnant at times so if he’s one of the most active members, don’t wonder why, he has to do it in order to be relevant for longer time (2 of cups; for hoshi i received also 5 of pentacles rx)

dk is doing great, however similar as blackpink’s jisoo, the koreans are also wondering if that’s really him. these questions really shake dk’s relevance and it can be .. mixed. (10 of cups, ace of pentacles, 2 of swords rx)

woozi has the potential to do great if he tries a bit more. he has already fans, woozi has to just keep himself busy and do some activities alone. (the sun, 4 of pentacles rx)

vernon might be more talked in any philanthropy-related actions from his side in unspecified to me timeframe, he seems to want to do it for quite some time. (page of pentacles, the devil rx, queen of wands)

dino wants to do something individual and it looks like he’s working on it: it can be song? the potential for it to be relased soon can be possible, but it can be uncertain; i think that the koreans are waiting for something individual from him such a song or something else, so that’s possibly why i started with what dino wants to do? (2 of pentacles, page of wands, the empress)

joshua seems to be very brave for the current events surrounding him. the koreans are focused on his current scandal because he can change somehow how idols will date .. (knight of swords)

seungkwan has the potential to change his current relevance with something that he might’ve done or will do in the future. it seems to happen in longer time, possibly months. as of now, his relevance is stagnant. (10 of swords rx)

mingyu’s relevance is similar as bts’ jimin: quite stagnant but possibly worse than before. i am not sure why though, i just don’t have knowledge so.. sorry (5 of swords rx)

both jeonghan and jun’s relevances are the worst out of the group in my cards’ opinion and i do see thoughts that can be similar as jennie’s (blackpink) - i am not sure how both of them are treated individually so it can be mistreatment as well as the koreans not wanting to see whatever both of them are doing now. the koreans can be really disappointed from both of the boys and they might be fans of other people now. they can hate them and want one or both of them to leave the group, or want them to change their individual activities. (2 of cups rx)

twice

jihyo is definitely opening new doors for her individual career, the koreans would love to check her in the future such as solo activities, songs and so on; i personally think that this is what koreans have expected for jihyo to do (the fool)

dahyun has established herself enough and the koreans would love her to do whatever she was doing until now even more (ace of swords)

nayeon has also established herself but with some hardships towards her, although she is booked, koreans want her more and more; i keep hearing “where’s nayeon for real” and “we want nayeon” (ace of pentacles, 7 of pentacles, 7 of wands)

mina is also somehow relevant back in south korea however they are hoping for her to have (if she has, then more) individual activities in south korea, they’re currently dreaming for that, possibly manifesting too (page of cups)

sana’s popularity is very stagnant, the koreans want her, the energy is similar as nayeon when they’re saying “we want to see sana”, “where is she”, “jype, can you make her be in .. somewhere here?”. the koreans think that they don’t do anything for sana in south korea, they want her too (7 of pentacles rx)

tzuyu’s relevance is stagnant overall but has the potential to rise a bit more, koreans are willing to see more of her and would like to give her second chance (permission: 8 of pentacles; 8 of swords rx, the high priestess, 5 of cups rx)

jeongyeon’s career is quite stagnant but they want to move on, i doubt the koreans will change their mind about her and don’t want to see her alone, individually even (temperance, clarifying card: 6 of swords)

momo’s relevance is quite stagnant to my cards, and personally i’m not sure if that will change with the time, they might expect her to do something reckless and they could be afraid that whatever she can do will affect twice (9 of swords rx)

chaeyoung’s relevance is similar to blackpink’s jisoo - they seem to be divided with their overall opinion however i feel that the koreans didn’t liked her anyways, they might doubt what the fuck is she still with the group (2 of swords rx)

IN FIVE YEARS

bts

jin will start his new beginning in 5 years: this can be related to change in his career such as him being more active in variety shows or acting - this will make his relevance rise very, very high, especially in the Internet (the fool)

both rm and jungkook will build their names enough to be as relevant as ever and they will stabilise their names just fine; however if they decide to have a family by that time, the koreans will want more activities from them (ace of swords)

suga will decide to change his path too, specifically in making beats or producing songs: this will make him to earn just enough and i feel him saying “this was worth it” - the koreans will like his path and will like his creations anyways (queen of swords, ace of swords, 8 of pentacles, page of pentacles)

jimin’s popularity will be just fine, but can involve some lawsuits here and there. nonetheless of his relevance in that time, he will be personally satisfied, so i can see him popular just enough. unfortunately, i am not sure if he will be masisvely popular or sort of relevant but up to there (justice)

v’s popularity will also be just fine, he seems to have built his name quite okay, however i see his relevance being stagnant and not gaining at least some fans. he could try to create or start something by that time or his korean audience might want from v to do something new (the magician, 10 of swords rx)

unfortunately, j-hope seems to give up whatever he’s established in five years or will take some sort of hiatus, therefore, hoseok won’t be mentioned (almost). alternatively, he might be very busy and packed with activities and the koreans will want him to take rest but honestly, i personally doubt that it’s this. (4 of swords)

blackpink

jisoo will have bigger relevance than now at least in south korea. the koreans will like her more. (10 of cups)

lisa will also be appreciated a lot in south korea, they will say how professional she is, these things, she’ll be appreciated for her hard work + i’m hearing again investment for some reason (king of cups)

jennie will do better in 5 years in south korea. her it girl impact won’t change, it’s stable. (3 of pentacles)

rosé: uncertain (the sun rx)

seventeen

seungkwan will literally shine like a star in 5 years, koreans will talk about him the most out of 17 (6 of wands)

both jeonghan and hoshi will do very well too, it looks like south korea is their home place for their individual career, they will also thrive there and the koreans will be satisfied (4 of wands)

woozi will also be very happy and in his niche; similar as seungkwan, jeonghan and hoshi will thrive in south korea and the koreans will be happy (ace of cups, 10 of cups)

jun will be also doing well, the koreans will want him to do more opportunities even though he will do enough, so he’ll also be packed with work (ace of pentacles)

dk will also do well in my cards’ opinion, however he has to be cautious of what he’s doing. it looks like dk will be more prone to scandals. the koreans won’t doubt him but the authorities might do. (the moon + with permission: cannot remember the card sorry but it was upright positive minor arcana for sure; the chariot)

the8 can be as relevant as the half of the group but with less activities or so. he will have enough individual fans just to communicate with them but it looks like they will just wait; i am not sure if he will do something outside of seventeen as of now (page of cups)

s.coups, joshua, wonwoo and vernon will have stagnant career; unfortunately it looks like they can drift away from the k-pop idol life; wonwoo might do the best out of them as the koreans might mention about it here and there (s.coups: 4 of cups rx; joshua: 5 of pentacles rx; wonwoo; 3 of swords rx+strength+4 of cups rx; vernon: 10 of swords rx)

dino might be caught into a scandal in 5 years, therefore the koreans might doubt him (2 of swords rx)

mingyu will do the worst out of everyone if he tries to have individual career back in south korea, he might drift away from the idol life and try to do something else (9 of wands rx)

twice

tzuyu will blossom in my cards’ opinion. she will start with her individual activities around that time, the opinions will be very positive (page of pentacles)

jihyo will do very well, she will really shine and will be responsible for many things; she might have creative freedom somehow so i won’t be suprised if she leaves jype; the opinions will be positive, she’ll be the star for the koreans (10 of wands, 6 of wands)

sana will do well, however like dk, she has to be cautious of future scandals. the koreans will love her nonetheless but still.. (the chariot)

nayeon will also do well however she has to be cautious of scandals in the future too, she seems to have hidden traits and it’s more prominent with nayeon than sana because it looks like whatever she hides is true; i doubt the moon is about her intuition this time (4 of wands, the moon + with permission: 10 of swords rx, queen of cups)

chaeyoung’s relevance will be stagnant as i can see possibility of her career path being changed (temperance, clarifying card: 9 of swords rx)

dahyun will be less relevant than now as there’re people who envy her and want to sabotage her (3 of cups rx)

mina will be restricted to do anything in the idol sphere at least in south korea and might even try to change career paths because of it (6 of swords rx, 2 of wands rx)

jeongyeon isn’t even wanted in the korean spotlight in 5 years, i hear “go do something else like work in a office shoo” (2 of swords)

momo: uncertain (the moon + with permission: 10 of cups)

Anon, as I was compiling this list, I realized that most Green Flags are Blue Boys. Lesson to be learned here is get you a Blue Boy. I also noticed that BLs are doing a much better job of presenting non-toxic personalities when it comes to our queer boys, so there are A LOT of Green Flags roaming these global BL streets.

Since you already mentioned two of Greenest Flags, King and Tinn, I excluded them. I'm also not including the heteros like Takara-kun to Amagi-kun's best wingman Katori, To My Star's best CEO Kim Pil Hyun, To Sir With Love's best brother Yang, or Light on Me's bestest best friend Namgoong.

Honestly, I think this list is less about Green Flags and more about me appreciating my Best Boys:

Confident Green Flags

Chopper - Never Let Me Go

My Lamb Chop could do no wrong. For the first half of the series, I didn't even believe he could be so good, but he proved until the VERY END by not killing his dad that he was a good guy through and through.

His friend group was doing the MOST every damn day, yet he stood by them and their boyfriends. He pushed them to examine their true feelings, was the easiest going of the cult prefects, and even gave his friends an alibi at the end when all hell broke loose. *He's with Namo in the upcoming book

Jin Xun An - My Tooth Your Love

He knows a good therapist. He knows boundaries. He knows what he likes. He knows he ain't got time for this bullshit. He knows things.

Korn - Cupid's Last Wish

This man deserves a damn medal for putting up with Win's bullshit. Oh, and then Win's MOTHER was the reason for their separation, yet Korn didn't want to divide Win's family, so he kept it a secret. People forget just how effed up Win's mom was. Korn not only had to deal with all of that, but when Win got his period, Korn did not hesitate to buy every single pad and tampon in the store, secured chocolate, and used a warm water bottle to help with Win's cramps WHILE HE HELD HIM IN BED. He is the best BL dad yet has no kids.

Cake - My Only 12%

This man was NOT a green flag until he figured out how he truly felt about Eiw, then he was a green flags parade. He told Eiw that if Eiw was gay, then he was gayer. He wanted to be out in the open to everyone immediately. He supported Eiw through his loss and constantly assured Eiw he wasn't going anywhere.

King - Hit Bite Love

Much like his fellow green flag, Wat, King's friend group had no chill. They even tried to murder someone, but our babyboy was giving nothing but hugs and love. He supported his friend when he came out, his mom taught him to practice safe sex, and he was willing to cover up for the murder. Oh, and he has a resume for love like another Best Boy, but not a confident Green Flag, Cherry Magic's Kurosawa.

Togawa - Old Fashion Cupcake

I was on the fence about him because he kissed Nozue on the cheek while he was asleep, but my hamster was just bursting with love for his longtime crush. Even when he was pouting with his bitter chocolate ass self, he was still trying to help Nozue, and that's what makes him a green flag. Even in his pain, he tried to help instead of harm.

Pluem - Ghost Host, Ghost House

Copy and repeat - Even in his pain, he tried to help instead of harm. He had reasons for being upset at Kevin's family and the way his life had turned out, but he took that anger, sat in it, then released it. He made his man food often. He also knows how to have sex of the homosexual variety, and was quick to let Kevin know. He is what Eat, Pray, Love wished it had been.

Mork - My Ride

He loves his gay uncles. He loves his gay boyfriend. He loves his nephew. He loves the food his uncles and boyfriend make him. He loves his life. Even when Mork had every right to be angry at life, he was never pressed. Instead, he took his guy to a local fair and was willing to take a bullet for him. What a guy!

Tangmo - Great Men Academy

I'm not getting into the mud about Great Men Academy's plot and if it's a BL therefore if Tangmo is a BL green flag because HE IS. Period. Baby was a prankster from the start, but once he saw how it affected Love, he gladly volunteered to be his mentor, was a good friend to Vier, took the competition seriously, but not to a toxic level like some..VIER...and told Love that he liked Love regardless of Love's gender. Period.

Thun - He's Coming to Me

If Korn is the best BL dad, then Thun is the best BL baby. He spent his entire life making friends with ghosts and helped solve one's death. He gave this ghost the life he didn't have a chance to live, and when his entire life was turned upside down, he still did the right thing. He also brought his (ghost) boyfriend to meet his mom, which 80% of the alive boyfriends don't even get in these BLs. Damn! He got his man in life AND the afterlife.

Mico - Hello Stranger

Mico isn't a green flag; he's a walking pride flag.

Homie was simply trying to pass his class in a pandemic and ended up getting stuck with the rude lazy jock. He was doing the Lord's work with Xavier all while trying to get both of them to pass the final presentation. Yet he was never mean to Xavier. He spoke to everyone with kindness, openly cried, and kept the heart light and plushie in the background of every Zoom call with NO SHAME!

Kim Jong Chan x Woo Seung Hyun - The New Employee

LOOK AT THEM! No words. Just feels. Lots of gay feels.

Amber x Pu Le Chien - DNA Says Love You

Like most Taiwanese pairs involving younger folks, they go well together with minimal toxic traits (see also About Youth), but what makes these two green flags was the understanding that went into their relationship. They both accepted not only who each other had become, but who they had always been, mostly to each other.

Ai & Nhai - Ai Long Nhai

Before you say "WTF?!" let me state that they are green flags FOR EACH OTHER and literally no one else. Nhai is a brat, but Ai needed that. Ai's mom is ridiculous, and we've seen many BL boyfriends run away after meeting such an opponent, but Nhai truly said "I'm not dumping your son, but I am gonna bully you, bitch!" and they lived happily ever after. I need more brats being green flags for the men who love them because someone has to tell the waiter the food ain't right and the parents to fuck off!

Bas - I Told Sunset About You

Korea: Kisaeng entertainer and courtesan, c. 1900

Kisaeng (also spelled gisaeng), sometimes called ginyeo (기녀), refers to female Korean entertainers similar to the Japanese geisha and the ancient Greek hetaerae. Kisaeng were not prostitutes but, rather, artists. Although many casual observers mistook kisaeng as prostitutes in Korea, kisaeng entertained aristocracy or royalty, such as the yangbans and kings, as artists.

First appearing in the Goryeo Dynasty, kisaeng served in the government as entertainers, required to fill a variety of roles. In addition to entertainment, those roles included medical care and needlework. Many worked in the royal court, but they also served throughout the country. They received careful training, frequently achieving accomplished in the fine arts, poetry, and prose, although nobility often ignored their talents due to their inferior social status.

Kisaeng, both historic and fictional, play an important role in Korean conceptions of the traditional culture of the Joseon Dynasty. Some of Korea's oldest and most popular stories, such as the tale of Chunhyang, feature kisaeng as heroines. Although the names of most real kisaeng have been forgotten, history records a few for outstanding attributes, such as talent or loyalty. Kisaeng Hwang Jin-i represents the most famous.

Yu Sheng (鱼生) or Yusang in Cantonese, meaning “raw fish” in Chinese, is a salad dish comprising thinly slicesd raw fish and various seasonings that are mixed together as diners toss the ingredients. It is a dish usually eaten during Chinese New Year. Traditionally a simple dish with few ingredients, the yusheng recipe has evolved over the decades and now comprises a wide variety of ingredients. Our second yusheng for this Lunar New Year is a small serving of Grand Fortune Abalone Yusheng (S$49.90++) from White Restaurant. In line with the coming Year of The Rabbit, this yusheng comes with an auspicious rabbit ornament.

Today, the common form of yusheng is the 七彩鱼生 (Seven-coloured Raw Fish salad) served in local restaurants during the Chinese New Year period. Also referred to as 发财鱼生 (Prosperity Raw Fish Salad) or 新年鱼生 (Chinese New Year Raw Fish Salad), this colourful take on yusheng was said to be created in the 1960s by chefs Lau Yoke Pui, Tham Yui Kai, Sin Leong and Hooi Kok Wai, together known as the “Four Heavenly Kings” in the Singapore restaurant scene.

The ritual of eating yusheng during Chinese New Year involves all the people at the table tossing the salad and uttering auspicious phrases. The dish is deemed auspicious because of the homonymic meanings behind its ingredients, which suggest blessings and good fortune for the new year: 鱼(Yu) is a homonym for “fish” and “abundance”, while 生 (Sheng) means both “raw” and “life”. Together, yusheng implies “abundance of wealth and long life”. In the Cantonese dialect, the dish is known as 捞起 (Lo Hei), where “lo” implies “tossing up good fortune” and 起 (Hei) means “to rise”, again a reference to a prosperous business and thus its popularity with businessmen during the new year celebrations. The ingredients of yusheng vary among restaurants, and one such recipe is presented below along with examples of auspicious phrases that may be uttered as each ingredient is added.

Step 1: All at the table offer auspicious greetings.

Words: 恭喜发财 (Gong Xi Fa Cai - Wishing you wealth and good fortune) or 万事如意 (Wan Shi Ru Yi - May all your wishes be fulfilled).

Step 2: Add fish, which symbolises abundance or excess through the year.

Words: 年年有余 (Nian Nian You Yu)

Step 3: Add pomelo over the fish for luck and auspicious value.

Words: 大吉大利 (Da Ji Da Li)

Then dash pepper over the ingredients for greater prosperity and fortune.

Words: 招财进宝 (Zhao Cai Jin Bao)

Pour oil, circling the ingredients to symbolise the multi-fold increase of profits and to encourage money to flow in from all directions.

Words: 一本万利 (Yi Ben Wan Li) and 财源广进 (Cai Yuan Guang Jin)

Step 4: Add carrots to the fish, indicating blessings of good luck.

Words: 鸿运当头 (Hong Yun Dang Tou)

Then place shredded green radish on the fish, symbolising eternal youth.

Words: 青春常驻 (Qing Chun Chang Zhu)

Next, add shredded white radish for prosperity in business and promotion at work.

Words: 风生水起 (Feng Sheng Shui Qi) and 步步高升 (Bu Bu Gao Sheng)

Step 5: Add condiments. First, sprinkle peanut crumbs on the dish, symbolising a household filled with gold and silver. As an icon of longevity, peanuts also symbolise eternal youth.

Words: 金银满屋 (Jin Yin Man Wu)

Sesame seeds follow, symbolising growth in business.

Words: 生意兴隆 (Sheng Yi Xing Long)

Add deep-fried flour crisps in the shape of golden pillows, with wishes that literally translate to mean that the whole floor would be filled with gold.

Words: 遍地黄金 (Bian Di Huang Jin)

Step 6: All at the table stand up and toss the salad an auspicious seven times with loud shouts of Lo Hei (捞起) and other new year wishes.

Action: Mix ingredients by pushing them towards the centre, which is an encouragement to push on the good luck to all at the table. Some may lift clumps of the salad as high as possible to symbolise the increase in good fortune.

This Yu Sheng (鱼生) only came with five small pieces of abalones so we enhanced it with an additional can of baby abalones. When we are ready to toss, we found out that the restaurant had mistakenly given us two containers of oil instead of one oil and one yuzu sauce. Without the sauce, there is no sweetness, so sis quickly juiced a couple of Mandarin oranges to replace the forgotten sweet sauce. Overall, not a satisfying eat due to the lack of a crucial condiment.

Tekken 8 adds Feng Wei, closed beta test set for October 20 to 23

Bandai Namco has released a new gameplay trailer for Tekken 8 showcasing Feng Wei in action.

The company also announced that the next closed beta test will run from October 20 to 23. Get the details below.

The Tekken 8 closed beta test will let players test online head-to-head competitive play with cross-platform matching, raising the level of competition by letting them pair with others regardless of where they play. They will also be able to test the Tekken Fight Lounge, an immersive lobby where players can interact with one another and access new features and game modes. In the lounge, players can create custom Avatars, communicate with other players with chat and emotes, set up matchmaking, and experience the deep customization and variety of game modes via four distinct areas called Battle Area, Customization Shop, Tekken Dojo, and Beach Area. The lounge will also feature the return of Tekken Ball, the beloved mini game that first appeared in Tekken 3 where epic battles are “fought” on a beach volleyball court. The Tekken 8 closed beta test will let testers try out features in the Battle Area and Customization Shop. More features for the Tekken Fight Lounge will be announced soon. The closed beta test will have 19 characters that include many returning favorites as well as new fighters. Jin, Kazuya, Jun, Paul, Law, King, Lars, Jack-8, Xiaoyu, Nina, Leroy, Lili, Asuka, Hwoarang, Bryan, Claudio are coming back to this beta test, while Azucena, Raven, and the newly announced Feng will join the playable roster. There will also be a variety of environments that highlight the rich detail and dynamic sets in the game, some of which players may recognize from the many gameplay and character reveal trailers released so far. These include Urban Square (Evening), Yakushima, Rebel Hangar, Sanctum, Arena, and Ortiz Farm, a new stage that has been added since the closed network test.

Synopsis: Luna is a young paralegal trying to maintain her new found independence and enjoy life. Too bad her job sucks and her boss is the worst. As if that wasn’t bad enough, she encounters a vampire named Jungkook who changes her life in more ways than one.

Jungkook is a shield and protector of the vampire kingdom of Korealis. He’s trained his entire life to block out any and all distractions and focus solely on becoming the strongest. While investigating a potential threat to the kingdom, he encounters Luna who turns out to be more than he could have ever imagined. It becomes his job to protect her, but he can’t tell if what he’s feeling is his devotion to the job or perhaps something deeper.

Secrets are uncovered. Lives are on the line. Hearts are tested.

|| Ch. 28: To Be With You ||

The plan is meant to be simple, though the guys know the execution will be a challenge. When Jungkook and Luna arrive they find that plans have already changed from when the guys discussed it in their group chat earlier.

Yoongi will conduct the interrogation. Namjoon and Jungkook will stand guard inside the room with him in case Hyungwon tries anything. Everyone reluctantly agreed to let Luna have her moment to ask Hyungwon what she needs to ask him, but they won’t allow her in the room until Yoongi is done. If they feel Hyungwon may harm her in any way she won’t be allowed near him. Jin’s father forbid him from being in the same room as Hyungwon. He watched his father die at the hands of Saakhan Venom, he’s not about to risk losing his son the same way. Whether Jin has one shield or 100 shields, King Hojin’s word was solid and final. Instead, Jin, Taehyung, Jimin, and Hoseok will be monitoring the interrogation in the next room as they’ve done before. Luna will remain with them until Yoongi gives the signal that she can enter.

Park Hyungwon was brought in by prison guards and has been waiting in the interrogation room alone. Everyone is gathered in the monitoring room anxious to get things going. This could become a huge moment in Korealis history, and they’re determined to make sure it all works out smoothly and in their favor. Everyone’s lives depend on it. Yoongi, Namjoon, and Jungkook all prepare themselves then enter the interrogation room.

Though he put up a fight the day before, Hyungwon doesn’t seem to be bothered by the fact that his hands are cuffed to the table and he’s about to be questioned about a variety of crimes. Regardless, he doesn’t say a word. Every question Yoongi asks him is met with a shrug or a small chuckle of arrogance. It only pisses Luna off more.

Yoongi begins presenting evidence to Hyungwon in hopes it will coerce him to talk, but still he sits there with a silent smugness about him. He doesn’t budge when asked about the unofficial portal they caught him attempting to use. He remains stoic as he listens to recordings of the captured SV members describing the organization and what their plans were. Whatever Yoongi typically does to force information out of people, it’s not working on Hyungwon. Even the guys are concerned that he’s either choosing to not use that power for some reason, or Hyungwon is just that strong.

Whatever it is, Luna doesn’t care. All she sees is red. She sees a cocky smug asshole who ruined her life and ended the lives of the ones she loves. He’s the reason why she spent so many years struggling to find her fit in life because she was so different. He’s the reason for everything wrong with her.

Jimin nudges Luna and she realized she had zoned out and didn’t notice Yoongi giving his signal for her to enter. Now’s the time. She can finally get some answers. Or at least try. She takes a deep breath and walks out of the monitoring room and into the interrogation room. Jungkook and Namjoon are standing on either side of the door and Jungkook is struggling to keep from taking Luna into his arms. He can tell she’s scared, but right now he has to maintain his position.

Hyungwon looks at her but his expression doesn’t change. She takes a second to gather the courage to say what she’s been wanting to say, but when she tries to open her mouth the only thing threatening to come out is words of hatred. She closes her mouth before anything comes flying out and she takes another breath.

“Do you know who I am?” Luna says in a low voice.

Hyungwon raises an eyebrow, but remains silent.

“Do you know who I’m related to?” She asks.

Still silence.

“Do you know what you did to me?” She asks through her teeth, trying to not let his unbothered demeanor piss her off too much.

“Care to tell me, sweetheart?” He utters.

Luna clinches her jaw a second then huffs. “Luna.”

“Luna?” He asks looking her over again. “Luna.”

“Do you remember Luna?”

“Of course,” he smirks. “I could never forget Luna.”

“Really? Why is that?”

“Because Luna changed my life. She gave me hope after a long time.”

“Then why did you kill her?!” Luna shouts briefly losing her temper.

“She broke her promise. A broken promise is something I don’t take lightly.”

“What promise is worth killing her over?”

Hyungwon stares at her a moment not making a sound. Luna can feel a fire rising in her every second he doesn’t say anything. He pisses her off so much.

“A promise she made me with her life. A promise she made because she was so desperate. A promise she made in my bed.”

Luna lunges forward but Jungkook quickly grabs her arm and keeps her in place.

“What the fuck did you do?” Luna growls.

“Come on, I know you’ve seen the movies,” he chuckles. “She wanted to be a star. I just made her promise me one thing.”

“You never made her a star!” Luna shouts really wishing that Jungkook wasn’t still holding her arm. “How can you kill her for breaking whatever promise she made when you never made her a star to begin with?! You’re no better!”

“Because she ran off with that useless human and tried to go back on her word!” He shouts banging his chained fists on the table. “She ruined everything! All because of him! She gave him everything she promised to give me! She ruined everything I had been working for!”

“What were you working for?” Yoongi asks calmly. He hopes he can cut through their shouting and bring their tempers down a bit so things don’t get out of control.

“I wanted to claim what is rightfully mine.” He says as if everyone should know. “She promised to help me with that, but then she gave her body to him.“

“You don’t own her,” Luna says still seething with anger.

“No?” Hyungwon smirks. “But I made sure I would own everything she had.”

“What?”

“It looks like you grew up well. I’m glad,” he smiles.

“What?!” Luna says lunging again but getting nowhere because of Jungkook’s hold.

“You are just as I had envisioned you would be.”

“What the fuck are you saying?!”

“You even have my fiery spirit.” He winks at her pissing her off even more.

“You fuck!” She lunges again.

“You definitely are more my daughter than his.”

“I’ll kill you!!” She breaks from Jungkook’s grasp and unleashes every ounce of power she has in her to blow Hyungwon into the wall and cause the chair he was sitting in to shatter on impact. The cuffs keeping him tethered to the table have broken to pieces spraying bits of metal across the room.

Before she can make another move, Jungkook quickly grabs her, opens the door, then shoves her into the hallway where Jimin and Taehyung are at the ready. He shuts the door again then joins Namjoon and Yoongi in subduing Hyungwon before he tries anything.

Hyungwon doesn’t move. He doesn’t react at all. He only smiles as he’s cuffed again and brought to his feet.

“She’s so perfectly strong,” he smiles. “Just like I wanted her to be.”

“We’re done here,” Yoongi says opening the door and checking the hall to make sure Luna is out of sight. He signals for the prison guards to come take Hyungwon back to his cell.

Jungkook is a little unnerved by how calm Hyungwon suddenly is. He put up such a fight the day before, why was he so calm just now? He had a perfect opportunity to try to run but he didn’t. He only smiled. That smile pisses Jungkook off. There’s something Hyungwon isn’t telling. It has to do with Luna and Jungkook doesn’t like that at all.

Taehyung can’t jump across the roofs like Jungkook can, but he was able to carry Luna to the roof and try to calm her down. Jimin stayed on the ground so he could alert them if trouble comes through the door.

“It’s ok Luna,” Taehyung says. “You’re safe here.”

“You should have let me kill him,” she growls through her teeth.

“No,” he says. “At least not yet. You’ll never get answers if you kill him.”

Luna sighs because he’s right but she doesn’t want to accept that. She wants to go back down there and end Hyungwon for everything he’s done to her and her entire family, birth and adopted. But she’s not so blinded by her rage that she isn’t aware of how much he opened up when she went into the room. He said no more than 2 words to Yoongi that entire interrogation, but once she was facing him he opened right up. He didn’t tell everything, but he told enough to make a difference.

“When this is all over,” she says more calmly. “Would he be sentenced to death?”

“I don’t know. Maybe? It’s a process though.”

“Whatever it is. Whenever it is. I want to be his executioner.”

“Oh…ok,” he stutters. “I’m not sure it would be allowed, you can watch-“

“He needs to die by my hands.”

“You’re scaring me.”

“I’m sorry,” she says backing down at the sight of his lips twisting into a deep frown. “This isn’t me. I don’t know what is me honestly, but this isn’t it. He made me like this and I don’t know what to do. Every time I think about it I just want to end him.”

“I understand, but you can’t let that hatred take you over. You’re the only one who can control it.” He holds her face in his hands. “You have to focus on who you want to be.”

“Who do I want to be?”

“It’s up to you.” He releases her face and takes a step back. He can hear Jimin whispering from below to let them know they’re clear to come back down. “Come on, I’ll help you back down.” He gets ready to carry her but Jungkook jumps to the roof and heads straight for her.

“Jimin is waiting for you,” Jungkook says waving Taehyung off. He stares down at Luna until Taehyung is off the roof and back on the ground. “Did you hurt yourself?”

“No,” she says unable to tell if he’s worried or angry with her. “I’m fine.”

“I told you-“

“I know, Jungkook,” she interrupts. “I know. I lost control again. I probably fucked everything up, and I’m sorry.”

He stares at her clinching his jaw tightly. He’s feeling so many things he doesn’t know where to start. He’s relieved, happy even, that this time she unleashed her power and didn’t harm herself in the process. But he’s also upset. Upset with her because she lost control, and upset with himself that he didn’t teach her how to maintain control in the first place.

“We’ll talk about it in my room,” he says taking her hand. “Let’s go.”

She doesnt resist and lets him carry her back down to the ground. He holds her hand tightly as he walks her across the palace grounds and back to his room. He doesn’t say anything at first, he only paces the floor as Luna sits on the couch watching him nervously. She knows he’s upset, she just wishes he would let it out already so they can move on.

“Jungkook,” she says trying to get him to speak. “I’m sor-“

“Shh!” He points at her then places his finger to his mouth. He paces a bit more then finally stops and looks at her. “I’m glad you’re ok. I’m upset that you lost control, but I can’t say it’s all your fault. I should have trained you better. I want to be mad at you, but honestly you got him to say more in the short time you were in there than Yoongi hyung was able to get out of him. I guess I can’t really stay mad at you for that, BUT we’re going to start training harder so you can control yourself.”

He sits down next to her and takes her hand. He looks her over from head to toe once again to make sure she doesn’t have a single scratch on her. He’s not entirely convinced that she’s not hurt since the last time she unleashed her power she was very weak after. Truthfully, he’s not upset at her for what she did, he’s mostly upset that he was so worried. He thought his heart was going to go flying out of his chest at the sight of her tossing Hyungwon to the wall. He thought Hyungwon would retaliate and take her first. He felt like he was suffocating in that brief moment. He’s upset that his chest was tight the entire time until he made it to the roof to see that she was ok. He’s upset that he’s fallen so damn hard for her that he can hardly breathe.

“So what happens with Hyungwon now?” She asks.

“I guess we’ll see,” he sighs. “The King may take things over, but I really don’t know.”

“Did I ruin everything?” She looks at him with eyes full of remorse.

“No, babe,” he smiles reassuring her. He places his hand on her face and gently strokes her cheek with his thumb. The way she’s looking at him makes him want to melt. “Don’t worry, it’s ok.” He leans in to give her a kiss. He’s been wanting to kiss her all morning, despite having kissed her this morning when they woke up, and as they were getting ready, and while they were on their way to the palace, and once more before joining up with the rest of the guys. He just can’t seem to get enough. He manages to pull himself away and stand. Why that was difficult to begin with has his head spinning.

“I’m going to shower,” he says running his hands through his hair which no doubt needs a wash after over 24 hours of blood, sweat, and some almost tears. “I need to wash the past day off.”

Luna nods understandably and he turns to walk into his en suite bathroom. He starts by turning the shower on to get the water to the perfect temperature. He removes his shirt and throws it to the floor with a sigh. Then he kicks off his pants and takes a moment to lean over the counter and look at himself in the mirror. Although Luna is fine, he still can’t stop his chest from feeling so tight. This is nothing like he’s felt before, he can’t tell if this is normal or he’s getting sick. Either way, his thoughts and worries are muffled when Luna steps into the bathroom and wraps her arms around his torso from behind. She rests her cheek against his bare back but doesn’t say a word.

“What are you doing?” He asks caressing her arms that are hooked on him.

“I need to wash up too,” she says.

“Ok?” He chuckles trying to ignore the way his heart is pounding just from her touch.

“The only change of clothes I have are still at your mom’s house,” she says with a pout that he can’t see but he can definitely hear.

“So what are you saying?”

“I’m going to borrow some of your clothes until we go back.”

“Are you asking me or telling me?”

“Yes,” she giggles.

“Such a pain,” he jokes. “Fine, get washed up then.”

“Can I ask you something?” She whispers against his back sending chills through his entire being.

“What’s that?”

“How come you didn’t show up on my cameras when you broke into my apartment, but you’re able to look into the mirror right now?”

“That’s what’s on your mind?” He asks amused at her random question. “It’s just something that happens. Human technology doesn’t exactly work the same for us.”

“That’s it?” She asks a little disappointed.

“What do you mean ‘that’s it’?” He asks turning around to face her.

“I thought you would have a more scientific explanation.”

“I told you before, I’m a shield, not a scientist.”

“Right, I forgot you use muscles not brains,” she chuckles.

“Keep it up and I’ll use these muscles to throw you back to earth.”

“Try it, bunny boy.”

“If you’re going to shower then get in there,” he says turning her body towards the running shower that’s now fogged the glass encasing it.

Luna looks back at him over her shoulder and smirks without saying another word. She turns back towards the shower and begins removing her clothes. Her shirt first. Then her pants. Jungkook’s eyes are glued to every inch of her body studying her every move. She removes her bra then her panties and steps into the shower.

She stands under the stream of water closing her eyes and leaning her head back. She takes in the feeling of the warm drops cascading down her neck to the rest of her body. Then she feels an arm wrap around her waist from behind. Jungkook is now standing behind her in the shower and he pulls her into his chest holding her tight. Her eyes remain closed as she leans back into him allowing his body to envelop her the way she loves so much.

Could she have waited to shower? Of course. She had just showered the day before while she was at his mom’s house. But what she wanted was this. This moment of standing under the water with him holding on to her. This moment of their bare bodies against each other. This moment she wanted to use to determine where her heart lies. She may not know who she is anymore, but she knows who she wants to be. She wants to be with Jungkook.

A Special Request

So I figured I’d make this a post of it’s own as it’s a bit too much to tack onto my interests blog and needed a bit more explaining on it’s own. This is another thing I would like asks for but it’s a special case. Gender Transformation Followed By Mind Break - This is a weird one, but it's something I've been interested in testing out for a while now with certain ideas for it floating around in my head. For those who don't know what this is, are curious, or just in case I've not actually used the proper term, I'll explain this one now. This is when a male character is transformed into a female via magic or some other shenanigans, and then fucked stupid to the point where they don't want to go back to being a man and would rather stay a woman to keep getting fucked by their stud.

Any male character from my series list is acceptable (this includes men not normally on my muse list like Katsuki Bakugou). A good example of what an ask may look like for this would be Ryota Mitarai attempting to use his brainwashing video to turn women into his personal sluts only for him to accidentally watch it and it somehow forces his brain to think he's a woman and even manages to change his body. When he wakes as a woman all his brain can think about is searching for the largest cock he can find and getting fucked so stupid that he forgets all about his plan and only wants to stay the personal slut of whomever he went to.

Another good example is far easier to think of, a MHA guy gets hit with a rogue quirk that changes him into a woman and then they get fucked stupid by them. Say Midoriya discovers his true quirk allows him to change a man into a woman, uses it on his childhood bully and then fucks her stupid until she forgets all about wanting to be a hero and wants nothing more than to keep servicing him.

I would be really appreciative of any asks of this variety that could be sent my way because while I know it's strange, it's been an interesting idea to me for a long while. You aren't obligated to send any of these in but you can if you would like and I would be very grateful if I received any but I figure it’s not everybody's cup of tea.

Hobipalooza. I couldn't see it in person but I was thankful for Hulu so I could watch him in all his 4k glory on my TV. When I tell you that man had me screaming and creaming. He was in his bag and the vibes from that day were immaculate. He ate. He outsold and out-performed.

2. Hope World Era. In it's entirety. We had all been waiting for Hobi's first mixtape to drop and it did not disappoint. I had that mixtape on repeat for a solid 2 months.

3. 1 Verse Hobi. IDK if he ever performed it live but ONE VERSE???? Top notch rapper J-Hope. So sexy, so confident, and so fucking good!

4. I Like It Performance. I think J-Hope looks so fucking PERFECT in that performance video. The fluidity of his dancing coupled with his singing???? Hit me right in the feels.

5. Wings Era Hobi. Wings Era was one of my TOP BTS eras in general, but J-Hope captured the pure essence of that era in his performances. BS&T was his era! JUST UGHHH WIFE ME UP NOW!

6. Hoseok making friendship bracelets for the other members on live. One of his cutest and sweetest moments. He personalized them with specific colors and beads and it was just so wholesome and the members appreciated it so much.

7. American Hustle Life Hobi. I'm pretty sure that was his first time in LA and though the series was super cringey he was so vibrant and positive the whole time. Also the friendship he developed with Nate was super cute.

8. The recent shoot he did with W Korea. He looked fucking stunning and so expensive and so PERFECT!

9. Save Me Era Hobi. I loved his part in Save Me so much. It was short but the most memorable to me. He just looked so...amazing.

10. Hope On The Street. I loved that very short time Hobi had the chance to just do some freestyle dance for the fans. He was in his element and seemed to enjoy himself every time. The one he did with V and Jimin was my fave. I love the Sunshine Line.

11. Arson Hobi, I'll admit that Arson wasn't my favorite song, but I was so excited for his first solo album. The time and preparation he put into the album was astounding. This album let us in deeper to who he is as Hoseok and that I really, really appreciate.

13. Hobi's birthday celebration. Whatever year EGO came out, 2020 I think. He did a live and he looked so cozy and cuddly and soft and huggable and I loved it so much.

20. Throwback to Hobi in BTS Rookie King. Please if y'all have never watched that variety show please do. It was like their first one and it was so fucking funny. There was an elevator prank ep and Hobi was flailing around on the floor of the elevator and a pretty woman walked in and the EMBARRASSMENT. I love that man.

22. Ab reveal. I think BTS was on an island doing a photoshoot for one of their Seasons Greetings packages and they were at a resort. I just remember a video and Yoongi literally throws the camera into a pool. Anyways Hobi is in the pool and he lifts up his shirt and BAM abs. Had me screaming and crying for days.

wow this took a lot of time. But yes. Hoseok is the only idol I've ever called my husband. He's been in the top spot since I've been into K-POP. Not only does he deserve a 💍 but also a 👑.
