well, the new year is in a bit depending on where the fuck you are.

but what is everyone’s hopes for next year?

mine is much of the same,

“plz no more epidemic of the sars2”

“Plz can we have peace in our lifetime as promised by everyone”

“Plz can the government stop being bad”

“I hope crypto and NFT’s go defunct without people losing their life savings”

And probably shit tons of crying.

this year has been awful!

the next one we haven’t yet seen.

but I wish everyone a happy new year. (Tho Chinese new year isn’t until later, I can’t wait for it!)

WITH A GUN. gfrdfvb vfrdedrf #i am a very normal non anxiety having person i swear guys #worst thing i did here was have odys hands very visible for the qinny one. because i didnt realize the way they draw hands is very realisti #BUT THEIR WHOLE STYLE HAS REALLY REALISTIC ANATOMY I SHOULVE KNOWN #irunakis style is SO fun to draw in bc its a lot like some of my older art so its very familiar yk yk i wasnt worrying too much about makin #-things accurate. but i think that accidentally made me too comfortable and so i ended up straying a bit too much #i think a lot of irunaki and qinnys styles specifically is in the lineart. so me using my normal style of lines makes them less recognizabl #anyways. neals odysseus i have shit talked in private (its a good design it just feels uncanny w/ jorges voice to me) but hes really-#-interesting to draw. i wanna do style studies on neal their characters have a very. idk animated feels like the wrong word but like.#something like animated. feeling to them. theyre very distinct in shape i wanna do studies thats it #bigidiotenergy i found this morning while FINALLY looking at cloudysseus art and instantly fell in love w their design #i need to ruffle his hair. hes so silly. absolutely incredible design. but GOD was the style a nightmare #it was too late id already comitted to trying to replicate the styles. but ohhh my god its so far from my own it was so hard #theres so much detail in places i dont normally put any at all #and its like. WAUGH its scary i need to do anatomy studies in general maybe #uhh havent commented on the gigi one. he was really easy to draw though lol. weirdly enough gigis style was close enough to my current one-#-that i didnt have any trouble whatsoever? and i think its the most accurate too but only because of the lineart styles being similar lol #ALSO NOT TO PLAY FAVORITES BUT FOOP ODYSSEUS IS MY FAVORITE #I LOVE HIMMM I LOVE HIS SILLY SHAPES HE LOOKS LIKE A WEIRD CAT KINDA. I forget sometimes you guys have not watched half the shows I have,

you guys would EXPLODE if I tried to explain mort lore.

(from yk dream works's Madagascar?? yeah that guy? little brown lemur? yeah fucked up, almost completely crazed fever dream lore.)

anyway I was thinking about the cinematic parallels with chef and Chris from total drama and how it's literally the same fucking thing that happens in Hannibal mostly.

murderous eccentric loved by many: Chris

manipulates, doesn't care how many he kills because it's exciting: Chris

mutilates and disfigures people for his own enjoyment: Chris

wealthy: Chris

gets sent to jail because he's a fucking murder: Chris

pulls a good guy and turns him evil and is gay for him: Chris

I can go on and on, uh you may be saying

"what the fuck?? that happens in this show??? what's it even rated??"

it's PG, guys.. it's a kids show. total drama is surprisingly dark, it's awesome I suggest it if you like weird shows that are a spoof of survivor.

but my god is the show literally just Chris being fucking murderous and gay for chef the entire time.

THIS MAN HAS KILLED 78 PEOPLE HE CANNONICALLY WENT TO PRISON FOR IT. CHEF LITERALLY GOT HIM OUT.

(mostly it was the show getting another season, idk how they got him out of jail. 100% it was chef tho)

like they are full on murder husbands, this show is so chaotic and cringe but mostly just "CHRIS WTF" it's fucking great.

literally inlove gay murder husbands, it's fucking crazy how similar it parallels Hannibal (2013) while being older than it.

i love the idea of william actually being pretty decent at an american accent, but that, on occasion, he pronounces a word the british way with just. an american accent on top of it. i.e. matching the accent but still saying the syllables “mo-bye-uhl” instead of “mo-bull” for mobile.
