Brian Thompson of UnitedHealthcare Named The Misinformer’s Dead Rich Guy of the Year

It’s that time of year again where we look back on our superior elite overlords and honor the most notable one with The Misinformer’s yearly Dead Rich Guy of the Year. Just like every year, competition was rife, but one person stood out from the rest of the crowd, and that was none other than UnitedHealthcare’s very own Brian Thompson.

Murdered just a few weeks ago, Brian Thompson cemented a name for himself by indirectly murdering thousands of people himself, letting them out of their misery and helping them avoid the inevitable hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical debt they were bound to get in

He was one of America’s top medical experts, routinely denying thousands of people medical treatment daily due to them not being “severe enough,” killing hundreds of more people in the process and allowing them to not have to deal with these supposed medical issues.

Thompson’s selfless actions, constantly putting the deaths of others in place of his own, caused him to be an inspiration to millions of Americans across the nation, and allowed him to be a very wealthy and influential person in the process.

When Thompson was murdered, millions would mourn his loss, viewing him as a martyr for all the lives he helped save by killing them prematurely. This level of care and selflessness is why we are posthumously awarding Brian Thompson with our annual Dead Rich Guy of the Year Award.

So thank you, Mr. Thompson, for all you have done for this country. You are truly an American hero.

After making anti-trans attacks the center of his campaign, Donald Trump now claims he’s not preoccupied with stripping trans people’s rights since they make up such a small percentage of the population. Trump was recently named Time’s 2024 Person of the Year, and in his extensive interview with the publication said he agreed with transgender Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE) that lawmakers should focus on more pressing issues than where she will use the bathroom. “I do agree with that. On that—absolutely,” he said. “As I was saying, it’s a small number of people.” The interviewer brought up Trump’s assertion in 2016 that trans people could use any bathroom they wanted. Trump replied that he did not “want to get into the bathroom issue” since “it’s a very small number of people… and it’s ripped apart our country.”

“They’ll have to settle whatever the law finally agrees,” he continued. “I am a big believer in the Supreme Court, and I’m going to go by their rulings, and so far, I think their rulings have been rulings that people are going along with, but we’re talking about a very small number of people, and we’re talking about it, and it gets massive coverage, and it’s not a lot of people.” The comments run directly counter to the vicious anti-trans campaign Trump ran, spreading outrageous lies that schools are forcibly transitioning kids without parental consent and spending millions of dollars on anti-trans ads that many believe helped swing the election in his favor. The Time staff called him out on the contradiction, pointing out that one of the ads he put the most money behind declared “Trump is for us and Harris is for they/them.” “Well it’s true,” Trump replied. “Trump is for us.”

Donald Trump, who repeatedly trafficked in anti-trans bigotry during his campaign, told Time that trans issues “ripped apart our country.” This man is NOT to be trusted on trans-related issues (or any issue, for that matter).
