[name] wanted to come to him for help, and yet they didn’t get the chance to. Because when they called out Link, of course it was too vague, of course any one of the other ‘links’ here with them could jump on the chance to help them. He knew though, that they meant him when they called out.
Because he’s the original link, the first, it’s why those boys gave him that nickname afterall. It was all to easy to ignore the one faint voice in the back of his mind, trying to reason with him that he was the very reason they were calling out for help.
