Okay part two of rambling about my oldish Inky Mystery AUs, so the last one is the Castle in the Sky Au but this one Holly's actually the main character [whereas the Castle in the Sky AU was jumbled between all of them but had more focus on dish family shenanigans and AliBends]

So this is my Parasite AU [finally found my notes for this one], where there's a wellknown epidemic of "parasites" more specifically dark creatures that escaped from hell and feeds on their hosts soul/emotions

Holly's father in this AU passed away from a parasite, but one day she wakes up and finds a parasite in her room she can NOT get rid of [it's Snowball] which she later finds out is feeding on her depression. However instead of the relationship being parasitic its symbiotic. She still feels sad and has her days but she can function easier.

Think of it as a really weird ESA cranked up several levels. She doesn't mention she has a parasite since she doesn't want to be quarantined in a facility, she wants to graduate. During that time she keeps notes on Snowball.

Alice works in the facility, Boris is infected with a parasite [can't remember what his did] but Bendy is fine asides how much more they struggle to get help due to their backgrounds. Cup is unlucky, he STARTS with just one and then gets ANOTHER, but he makes it a record with his end result being a whopping three parasites [nobody knows how he's alive] Holly also gets a second which is later a representation of the Cog

Holly now is trying to figure out how to help Bendy and Boris [out of her own kindness] and Cup [she made a deal that he stops trying to kill them if she gets it removed, she's not exactly happy to be in that situation] and tries to figure out the parasites and how, at minimum, to functionally live together in a symbiotic relationship, at best disconnect the parasite from the host completely

I've decided recently that Cup made a deal to be a "hero" alongside his brother when he was young and gullible. Unfortunately it leads to a lot of medical trauma [which is how he ends up with his own magical leech] and being separated from his brother, Mugs, whose now being used as a kind of "incentive" to get Cup to "keep helping"

Which is to cull parasite holders who are "too far gone" except the meaning of that has been heavily skewed due to his boss being corrupt, and Cup's specific flavor of parasites prevents him from really caring about that and he just wants his brother back [on good days]

Eventually the Bbros go to the facility and find Mugs whose not aware he's being held at [mostly] metaphorical gunpoint and Cup isn't aware Mugs is even there he does his best to keep the brothers updated on each other/together instead of separated and lost like he and Cup were

Some Warrior!Penelope ideas

Okay so just quick let me say, I don’t really like to swap the gods out just because then it affects the whole Trojan War?? But ignoring that, I wanna include the gods who would be in this au’s version of God Games plus some other things? (With Ares as her mentor btw)

The gods I think would appear would be: Dionysus, Artemis, Aphrodite, Athena, Zeus, then Hera. And in that order.

Dionysus: He wasn’t paying attention. He’ll just half ass it, so he probably just brings up how she couldn’t save Melantho from the cyclops. (Bonus: Melantho was one of Penelope’s servants in the Odyssey and she takes the role of Polites, no I don’t care that the popular switcheroo is Circe)

Artemis: Artemis would liken the sacrifice of Iphigenia (or I guess it’s Orestes in this au) to the killing of Andromache’s son. I’m not sure exactly, but yeah, just really really fickle Artemis.

Aphrodite: Probably the same reason, but in my headcanon, one, Penelope’s mom is a Naiad so she can’t die(?) and two, I don’t really think Icarius (her dad) and Penelope had a great relationship, so I always imagine Penelope was cared for by Leda. So she’d probably mention something about Leda I guess idk.

Athena: She would argue that, because she stole the Palladium from Troy (with god knows who, maybe Clytemnestra idk), she deserves whatever punishment the gods have given her.

Zeus: She’s not fuckable enough no I’m just kidding— (I actually don’t know so help)

Hera: No. that’s the answer, no. Until she gets to beat up Ares haha then it leaves on a cliffhanger lmao.

Bonus, for Thunder Bringer, instead of Hera sending down a lightning bolt to smite the crew, she inflicts them with madness? I’m not too sure how that would go, but like I just imagine that they kind of just destroyed their ship because they were all mad. (Madness Bringer)

Also, just for some general other information:

Ctimene = Eurylochus

Melantho = Polites.

Antinous = Calypso

Calypso = Antinous

All of Penelope’s encounters with monsters and gods are the same. Except, Amphitrite is the one angry with Penelope (the unserious reason is because Poseidon is too lazy to go deal with her so Amphitrite deals with Penelope instead + Polyphemus was her fav step kid lmao). And Antinous is swapped with Calypso. I would’ve kept Calypso on Ogygia but then the suitors of Odysseus felt weird. Like I just can’t imagine Antinous leading a bunch of other men to marry another man. So that’s mostly just cultural/historical reasons I guess, but if not for that, I probably wouldn’t have swapped them.

Truthfully… When I started the au, I wasn’t very interested in Chenya, horrible I knoww!! (ᗒᗣᗕ)՞!! but recently, i’ve grown a little bit of an interest in him! (The Cheshire cat and the Queen of Hearts have always been my favs in any rendition of Alice in wonderland.) Though, he was added in the very first draft for the Au! In fact, he actually had Jacks position of being a hunter you were close to before starting your missions.

So truthfully, he is in the au! I’m just currently deciding whether or not to add him officially… (It already happened to Fellow and Skully, so the chances are pretty high!)

Oh my goodness!!! (」°ロ°)」 I love the idea of a nekomata!! The thought of reader seeing a long time friend of theirs sprout tails and ears while throwing fireballs at innocent civilians is so painful! Imagine, you watching Chenya smile at you with that usual teasing demeanor, like you’re back to being a pair of hunters, evading your work husband (Rollo) with laughs of joy as if he’s not manipulating dozens of corpses behind him. You blink once and he’s popped behind you, whispering riddles about the fair future you’ll have if you leave behind this job, all the monsters who’ve fallen deeply for you. You turn your head to face him again, and he’s back at your front, a single clawed finger picking your chin up, his tails brushing against your hand.

It’s okay, if you come with him to the forest he originated from, he promises your days will forever be filled with carefree joy, the only worries you’ll ever need to have being the pranks he can pull on you.

Whether you decide to follow him into the forest, is up to you :).

My original thought, even though they’re closer related to dogs, I thought a kitsune would fit Chenya amazingly!! Their teasing/pranking nature, and feeding off vitality sound good to me. Plus, I may or may not be a sucker for kitsune… Wake up to the feeling of soft tails enveloping you, the sight of passed-out humans greeting you before quickly getting attacked by arms wrapping you in a tight hug. You look up and Chenya gives you the cheekiest of grins, petting your head like you’re the one with tails rather than him! Though, I won’t deny I love the idea of a Nekomata so much more!! I’m really considering making him that in the au honestly.

And is he kissable? of course he is!! Any monster is kissable in the eyes of MH!Reader!! Literally Pokémon’s: Catch them all slogan except instead of catch, it’s Date them all if you’re the affection type, or slay them all if you’re on the murder route! Either way, they’re all so into you either one works (Which really shouldn’t be the case but their monsters. They just assume your love language is stabbing them. Only you though, anyone else who tries ends up getting the table turned on them.)

But overall, you might see Chenya as an addition to the cast soon enough >:D, and if you kiss him, well it’s only fair you let him kiss you twice as much.

1) I have this sfkr eva style fusing au where post-nibel seph seeks out cloud to try and become one w him and its like similar to black materia arc ish. but basically in this au seph is motivated by being betrayed by people again and again and watching them die and shes unwilling to try again and believe in humanity and do human relationships the way normal people do. so she basically convinces herself that cloud will Fix Her as the only person who could ever understand her (s and j cell connection plus having killed her once is a bonus) and this manifests in her tempting cloud like in black materia arc to give into his worst instincts etc.

on cloud's end the same ish thing is happening where he's also very sealed off and unwilling to believe in himself or others again + the allure of being praised, needed, and whole w your idol AND SO instead of giving the black materia and having it pass thru the crystal OGstyle she convinces him thru the arc to like, basically merge w her end of evangelion style human instrumentality style etc. and this complete dissolution of boundaries is essentially equivalent to death (loss of self) in that cloud is giving up on facing himself and facing the world as himself and giving in to the comfort of becoming one w seph to become god and float across the universe forever across timelines or whatever alone and forever immortal.

ANYWAYS. he sinks into her chest slowly and it feels really good and sephiroth lets his hands melt into her and finally finally almost feels him touch her heart directly. anyways. after this either 1) avalanche shows up and has to fight a seph thats merged w cloud to wake him back up and give him a second chance at making the decision to Give Up or not OR 2) cloud decides last second that no, this is not any way to live and that this is just an elaborate way to die. and he pulls away and seph feels the warmth leave her and is like NO! YOURE MINE I OWN YOU DONT GO etc etc. but cloud is like. i'm sorry. and they last boss fight<3.

thank you for both your T sprout redesigns btw. I like the design of the normal T sprout, but I always felt he was sorta lacking on a interesting gimmick, So these are really cool to see!

Also on a similar note here, what would be your take on T Cosmo? semi hot take but I always felt like T cosmo was in the same boat as T sprout.

I mean the only other toons who don't have any sort of special gimmick are the starter toons you get at the beginning, Poppy and Boxten.

As much as I adore the starter toons, and as much as I understand it was probably either a balance reason or a "we ran out of ideas" reason, it always felt kinda odd to me personally to group him and only him in with the starters.

Even if it's like a super simple one like Shrimpo where he's super slow with a long attention span, I would have liked SOMETHING ;-;

His ability would be to give a toon a "Rot heart", basically, gives you food poisoning. Your distractor, IS NOW SLOW. Your extractor, NOW IS DUMB. AND YOUR HEALING NOW HARMS OTHERS.

The way to get rid of this heart, is by either losing 2 hearts, or waiting for 10 floors to have it go away on its own (Mains, y'all are fucked if you get hit by Cosmo)

When a toon has the "Rot heart", their animation would be different (like more tired/weak/limping??). So the others would know that you're on rot time, AND give the toons more soul

(unimportant detail) If there was a sprout which died, and Cosmo spawns, then he'll have Sprout's (vintage/normal) scarf, and look even more in pain :3

Idk why I like making my fav ships/characters be miserable... Is it some coping mechanism or am I just a sadist???

Brain rotting in concepts rn cause i wanted to continue “Committed to the bit-“ and in the process i thought of such a fun concept that i just had to share-

Briefly in the “mandatory Dungeon’s and Dragons” oneshot (which btw- such a good fic one of my fav’s after going through like ur whole blog lol) You brought up TF 141 in paintball. And i’ve just had such a fun idea.

Consdier: Reader who is corralled into going to paintball with their shitty friends, who are only really going with the intent of ganaging up on reader. They go in an uneven number tho- (cause they were all gonna be on one team and have reader by themselves-) When the workers there are like- “Oh well- there is another group here.” Dunno why the 141 would be there, maybe another situation like the DnD one-shot where they’re being forced. And so, poor sweet reader who clearly was expecting this to be a liebe experience, gets to have the joy of 141 seeing them and deciding “yeah, you’re pretty and your friends are assholes- you need more ppl for a proper team? Cool, we’ll be on yours.”

Just image the pure shenanigans of it all, reader getting some well earned revenge and the whole debacle ends up them them losing their friends- but gaining (1)4(1) more <3

And you are sad? And getting ganged up on by the people you have been carrying any time you are played against them? Like you are the one that is beating them really, the team has always just been benefitting from taking orders from you.

”Your outfit is ugly as hell.” You blurted out, hands delayed in flying up to cover your mouth when you realised the words had escaped from you. The man--no, demon turns with flashing eyes, his tail swishing dangerously behind him. Oh my god, were those spikes embedded in them? Suddenly, you regret ever opening your mouth. This is why people always tell you to keep your mouth shut when you are in a sleep-deprived state. You could feel sweat beading at the side of your temple as you slowly backed away, edging to the bedroom door.

“Are you courting death, little lamb?” He hissed, taking a step closer. You took furtive glances around the room, swallowing hard when you realised the only makeshift weapon you had was the Econs textbook that Solomon had lent you.

The demon’s eyes had narrowed into slits, breathing coming out hot and heavy as if he was poised to attack you at a moment’s notice. Your grip on the textbook tightened as he advanced nearer to you, now a couple of steps away.

“Answer me, human--” The demon mocked you again, arms stretching forward presumably to attack you as you--

but anyways some fun facts about this!

Satan doesn't actually know why he responds to the reader's summon. (I took a lot of liberty with the magic here tbh. but solmare doesn't know how to write their characters/world-building properly so it doesn't matter if I butcher it!)

Also, this is set in the current universe? Kinda. Everything is the same except there is no human summoned to the Devildom. So this fic could be set before SWD happens or maybe not? It's up to the reader's interpretation hehe.

also this fr happened because I just really wanted to write a college au and then BAM! what if reader summon a demon. BAM! satan brainrot.

What do you think of the versions of the koopalings from Super Show? I usually hc them as just younger versions of the current koopalings

Thanks for asking! This is an interesting question.

I'll start saying that I've recently finished re-watching the Super Mario Bros. 3 Super Show with my sibling and we wanted to re-watch the Super Mario World one, too. So I saw their show version very recently and have a fresh memory of them all.

Short answer: (in my HC) The Super Show ones are not the younger version of my Koopalings, but I took some charateristics from them to give to my current (or younger) Koopalings!

Long answer: I personally like to think about the Super Show whole universe as one of the many alternative timelines/versions of the Super Mario World, so I see the show Koopalings too as alternative versions of the games/current ones. For my HC/AU, I am working on my personal view of the Koopalings + Jr. as kids. Most of them are quite or totally different from their Super Show versions, but I wanted to take some inspirations from details I liked about their personality in the show, too, as little references!

For example, Larry cheats a lot. I think he started cheating when he was little, considering the amount of older siblings he had to fight to impose himself. And being the youngest - exception made for Jr., that being the official Heir is a spoiled brat and will be always protected by Kamek or one of his careteakers - he could not win a single fight without finding the smartest (or dirtiest) way to do it. I want to think he was especially unsufferable when he was younger, while now he only cheats when needed (that's still often). I took this from his Super Show version and from Super Mario Kart 8 description.

Wendy is another example. Right now she has style and everything but it's not hard for me to think about a child version of her being extremely bratty and demanding as Kootie Pie is in the Show. I also love the idea of her being (or thinking herself as) Bowser's "favorite" when she was little, along with Junior probably, being the only girl and everything. But I also see my younger version of Wendy being actually cute and affectionate to her adoptive father in a sincere way.

(BTW Kootie Pie is probably my fav from the Super Show Koopalings, NGL)

I can kinda see Bully resembling a younger version of Roy, to be honest. But I personally was mostly inspired by his Super Show name. In fact I mostly headcanon kid-Roy as a tiny Dragon-Turtle that wanted his indipendence most of all and fighted a lot with his siblings, even before being adopted by Bowser, and resembling an actual "bully" for the most time he had to spend around younger siblings or underlings.

For my HC Ludwig, I actually took two details from Kookie in the show: one being baby/kid Ludwig HATING brushes and totally refusing to cut his hair, resulting in a blue mess of wild hair running around until he was like 12 or so; the other one is the French Fries joke in the last episode, when Kookie can only think about the Fries when King Koopa goes to France. Well, you can guess who is the one that always, casually and classily, orders French Fries at restaurants among my HC Koopalings.

I do not have much to say about Morton, Iggy and Lemmy compared to Big Mouth, Hip and Hop, except for the fact that I am saving the characters of Hip and Hop (or, to be honest, an inspired, fan-made version of them with the same names) to be future twin sons of Iggy - when all the Koopalings will be adult, with their own domains and everything and some of them with their own new families and kids! But this is a very long story and who knows, maybe I'll tell you in a distant future ;3

Modern au where the girls meet in college and get assigned random roommate and they’ve never met before because they are all study abroad students spending a year in the US. Lily from England is with Dorcas from an African country ( I don’t know which one to choose if I don’t choose mine lol so I’ll leave that to you). Mary ( not sure which country but I’m getting middle eastern vibes) is with Pandora ( I kind of want to give her mythology roots like Greek yk ? ). Marlene ( I want to give her Indonesia what do you think ?) with Alice ( definitely Europe vibes here )

Anyway they meet and bond about discovering American culture and how ridiculous some of the stuff is and they do make American friends but they keep coming back to each other and they become closer and closer but also the time comes that they each have to go back to their countries and you have a really tearful/angsty goodbye

Just feel like giving them really different backgrounds because it’s women history month and women from all around the world should be celebrated and also people from a lot of different countries are just really cool as a friend group

Anyway some head cannon for this au

Each of their dorm is fully decorated to the point you can see their personality when you enter the room

Mary is the kind to stay up to do homework and Pandora wakes up really early which creates some funny situations between them

All of them fight over who has the best cultural food ( Lily is not allowed to participate she is British/lh)

They do the American college thing to the full extent like going to football games, having parties and stuff and still aces their classes somehow

Hi hi!!! Sorry for taking so long to respond to this, I saw it a few days ago and was too tired to respond and I’ve just been in a state of brain mush ever since.

Okay, I love this idea SO SO much! Especially them all coming together to be confused about American culture lol, I think that’s so funny.

I 100% agree with all of these ethnicities for them as well, I can see it all clearly (the Pandora being from Greece just makes sense idk why more people don’t HC this).

One headcannon I’ve been having lately is that Marlene is Australian because like, she is literally the definition of an Aussie bogan in my head (if you’ve never heard of Amyl and The Sniffers go check out their music because I think they’re SO Marlene Band Au coded).

And any Aussie out there will know this well and true, but for some reason all aussies just dip to Indonesia (specifically Bali) every winter to escape the cold, like it’s actually amusing how many just disappear over there. SO many of my friends have gone on Bali trips it’s ridiculous.

Anyway, you suggesting Marlene be from Indonesia just popped the best idea in my head where like her dad is Australian and took a trip with his mates to Bali. I’m thinking they would frequent the bar next to their hotel and get drunk there every night and he fell in love with one of the bartenders that snuck him free drinks every time he complimented her and then they hooked up one night and she got pregnant without realising and then he went home and she freaked out. Luckily she got his number because they fell in love and then like she moved to Australia to raise Marlene. I think that’s such a funny cute way to tie our headcannons together.

And yes Mary is 100% the type to stay up so late where as Pandoras in bed by nine and up with the sun.

Their rooms would be the swankiest rooms you’ve ever seen.

They would 100% all bully Lily for her comfort meal, which is beans straight out the can, and would all shove their fav foods down her throat. She’d love it though and pretend to complain about it all the time so all her friends would keep making her all these amazing snacks and meals.

They definitely would get involved with the whole American college experience but no one is prepared for how Marlene acts at the college football games. She’d spend one third of the game complaining about how this isn’t real football (Insert AFL which she grew up watching with her dad - footy), a second third of the game skulling beer and challanging random college boys to drink offs and shoeies (idk how to spell it, when you drink out of a shoe), and the last third screaming so hard when their team gets a point or goal or however it works and going balisic and booing the opposition and screaming about the unfair umpiring, and she’d 1000% be the loudest there.

Some more (supposedly unpopular) thoughts on Zuko's image in atla

'cause apparently that's what I think about these days, geez

Okay, so, I'm not a great expert in style or character design or anything obviously, but I have some general theoretical ideas about it.

Here they are, basically:

1) In practice, attempts to "soften severe features" with, well, soft decorations more often than not make potentially attractive people to look just meh;

2) When you can't hide some feature, it makes more sense to incorporate it as an organic part of your overall image (yes, Zuko's scar, I'm talking about you);

3) Good man doesn't necessary have to look all soft and fluffy to remain a good man. If softness of decoration collides with character's constitution, it makes the audience more emotionally confused than anything, even if just subconsciously (e.g., thoughts like "So, he's a good guy now, but I am less attracted to him than before. Does it mean that I find good guys less hot in general?". ... Yes, it was surprisingly specific. And no, I'm not gonna elaborate.)

If we go all back to beginning though, originally, 13-year-old Zuko's elegant facial features allowed him to go in many different directions with his style.

... That's until Ozai made this choice for him permanently, oh dear that's the one way to put it.

Actually, Zuko was kinda lucky with his scar's shape (considering all the possible alternatives): it ended up looking more like a warpaint or a Bowie-like face decoration than a disfigurement it is wow, almost as if it was specifically designed by professionals with this exact tought in mind lol. And while I totally understand the human in-character desire to hide it behind hair, from the stylistic point of view, that's exactly what Zuko shouldn't do. With such a face, all attempts to avoid people's attention will only lead to the opposite effect.

Also, to hide the scar behind some fringes means to hide Zuko's overall striking features as well, which is a freaking crime against aestetics, if you ask me. His face bears so much more potential than that.

So, what I'm trying to say is this: paradoxically, Zuko manages to look good (yes, good) with supposedly "awful" season 1 haircut, and just meh with supposedly "sexy" season 3 haircut. Because "awful" haircut, while pretty eccentric, opens his features, turns the scar from a weakness into a strengh, and hence translates more character in a harmonic way, apparently.

While later-season-3 Zuko doesn't exactly look bad either (which is especially true when animators make a deliberate effort to depict him extra pretty for dramatic scenes lol I'm not blind guys), he mostly looks... unimpressive? Actually, more often than not he reminds me of a shaggy puppy that just made a puddle nearby, lol. Alternatively, he looks like some simple guy next door - kinda cute then a light hits right, but nothing special. And although I can understand the general thought behind this choice (symbolic humbling as well as he-needs-his-hair-to-wear-the-crown-in-universe-logical), "cute simple guy" is exactly what Zuko isn't. And no, bryke, he's not an emo boy either. He can be awkward turtleduck sometimes, yes, but never someone ordinary. His whole appearance was initially created with this idea in mind.

So, "Bad prince with awful haircut" vs "Good prince with sexy haircut" lens helps to keep things in simple boxes, of course, but there's so much more nuance to Zuko's appearance than that, for better or for worse.

(Btw... Am I the only person who remembers what Katara canonically kinda defended Zuko's ponytail to Sokka? And they were enemies back then! I mean, you may think she has a bad taste if you like, but the fact remains).

... Lee-the-refugee-before-the-Jasmine-Dragon haircut is my fav though. But just like all the good things in Zuko's life, it couldn't last long, could it? (Ouch, negligent shagginess looks nice on Jet, but it doesn't do many favors for Zuko's high-contrast aristocratic beauty. I kinda hated it, honestly.)

actually i do have a very specific first impression of sidney which is that i was . can’t have been ten, probably closer to seven or eight and i was living w my dad and hockey was on and it was pens vs a team that was not the leafs, and i knew he was a leafsfan so i was like “why are you watching hockey if it’s not your team” and he was like “sometimes i like to watch it for sid the kid” and i was like. a kid? and he pointed out what must have been a truly baby sidney and i remember clearly thinking I Hope He’ll Be A Leaf Some Day… truly my delusions have always been there.

in fact in this au he leaves in 2012, and because there’s no hope of his returning the penguins are. Substantially worse in the following year, not only breaking hard from the playoffs but also doing a leedle light tanking to get themselves a similarly touted prospect… 2013 first overall pick nathan mackinnon.

This was… an interesting one to say the least. In this, Marinette is at the end of the rope- struggling with being both Marinette and Ladybug. So, of course the logical decision would be to fake her own death. Well, Marinette’s death, that is. Be warned, some of the excuses are kind of a long shot (for instance, she fakes her own death by using the mouse miraculous- only she doesn’t actually have the costume, she just looks normal.)

114,000 words- completely clean- characters do fall asleep on each other like…once, but nothing happens. Some passionate kisses, but that’s all. Lots of violence though, and blood and gore are a given. Character death is included as well. I recommend for braver readers.

They are 11, so while Mari does develop a crush for Adrien near the end of the fic, there isn’t much love. But honestly? I didn’t miss it. There’s so much action- I loved it. Whump fic. Must I go on? Jokes aside, this fic is amazing. Marinette and Adrien are captured by some psychopath, and are tortured. I mean really tortured. Like I had to walk away at times it was so much- and this is coming from the person who regularly reads violence and smut. But if you can make it through, it’s a wonderful story. I don’t wanna spoil anything… but they do make it out alive. Well… kinda. I’ll let you read to find out.

210,000 words- Okay, I know I like to joke around a lot, but this time I’m serious. This is a very graphic fic which includes torture, and I mean real torture- not just the stuff you see on TV, but the stuff you see in R- rated horror movies. The fic actually references that the plot is similar to a horror film that actually got banned from almost every country in the world because it was so horrible. (The fic isn’t as bad as the film, but it is kinda horrifying.) Just for reference, here’s some torture tactics they use: Forced piercings, locked in a closet for a month, food loafs (a bunch of leftover food that’s baked with poison that makes you hallucinate) and.. well, there’s blood. I’ll just say that much. PLEASE use caution when reading, I will not say that again. For extremely brave readers only. Oh, and a side not- not completely clean. There is a sex scene at the end, which is skippable but if you are comfortable I would read it.

OKAY BACK TO THE NICE FICS. This is actually a two-parter, and it’s nail-biting good. It’s a soulmate AU, naturally, where an invisible red string takes you to your soulmate. Please note that this is an older fic written before the more recent seasons, so Emilie, for example, is not dead. This also evolves into an alternate dimension AU, and it has a great plot.

120,000 words- counting both fics. As warnings go, there isn’t much to warn. It’s clean as far as smut goes, and, while there is definitely some graphic violence scenes, nothing too bad. I recommend for the reader who isn’t too bothered by the canon-fanon differences.

It’s a zombie apocalypse au, but it’s much more sophisticated than the usual zombies one. The actual word zombie isn’t used once in the fic. Oh and by the way, this fic made me cry. I have never cried from any book, tv show, or other fic in my life, but I cried in this one. Why? You’ll just have to find out!! Oh and also, this is only 2 chapters.
