The weirdest thing about The Studio Job is NOT that it's sort of a meta promotion for Christian Kane's album. It's that we NEVER see Meg Manning*'s brother after the first scene. Like, the debilitating assault on him is the impetus for the entire episode but she never visits him in the hospital, we don't see her sitting by his bed, gently holding his bandaged hands, she doesn't relate the crew's plans to him, or tell him about her new fling. Does she even have a brother? Do we even see his face at the start of the episode?
*I know this character has a name and I know the actress has a name but she'll always be Meg Manning to me
