What if Simon goes back fo rhis card, but she won't give it back unless he tries again?
prev. next.
"sound it out, big fella."
simon huffs and glares at the barback in the corner of his eye. the man's pretending not to listen, working a damp cloth over a two-top that's already shining.
the place isn't even open yet. the door's propped ajar with a brick, and it's hours before service starts. he came early on purpose, figuring he could grab his card and go. maybe avoid this exact interaction. but no. here you are, dangling it in front of him.
he could take it. just lean over the counter, swipe it out of your hand, maybe get a handful of your hip and a squeeze in the process. but no, you had to go and get cute about it.
"'and it over."
"nice try. you know i mean whatever line you were going to feed me the other night."
"wasn't gonna feed you a line."
"no? then what the fuck was that? a disappearing act?" you lean forward on the counter, elbows resting on the wood, fists tucked under your chin. it makes you look pixieish, face tilted up, playing at innocence, but the glint in your eyes says otherwise. you're enjoying this. "performance anxiety?"
a lick of heat lashes over the back of his neck and curls around his throat until he swallows. "slip of the tongue."
your mouth takes on a shape he'd find annoying on any other face. you tilt your head, and he swears he can almost see a spade tail swishing behind you.
"right. so then what was the plan?"
"there was no plan."
"mm," you hum, skeptical, dragging it out. "and that's why you've sat closer each time you come in? that wasn't you working up the nerve?"
he could lock a single hand around both of your wrists, hoist them above your head, reclaim his card, and get a good long look down your top. easily. he must harbor some kind of masochistic streak to keep talking. it grinds his teeth.
"no, and you're gettin' on my last nerve—"
"i bet i am," you cut in, cheerful and unbothered. "so why don't i make this easier for everyone, and…"
you pull back, then rise onto your toes, leaning over the bar to reach him. he watches, fingers twitching, as you slide the card into the front pocket of his shirt and pat it twice.
"there's a note taped to the back," you smile, wicked and triumphant. "my number. call it. unless you'd like to run for it again."
simon remains frozen for a beat, your hand lingering just long enough to burn its shape into his chest. his jaw flexes, gears gumming up in his head.
you pull back, light on your feet like you haven't just tucked a grenade into his shirt. that teasing gleam in your eyes, daring, like you're so sure he won't do something. a baited hook, glaring and obvious, as if you don't care he's big enough to snap the line.
he exhales hard through his nose. "you're a pain in the arse."
you grin, wide and unrepentant, backing away with your hands in your apron. "you'll get over it. or not. but you'll call me first."
he watches you retreat through the door to the back, disappearing before he can think of anything clever to say. his mind wiped. instead, he stands there, stuck.
the barback clears his throat, breaking the silence with a nervous chuckle. "she got you, mate."
simon cuts him a look harsh enough to make the man flinch, but he doesn't say a word. he turns on his heel and strides out, letting the door slam against the brick.
later, in the quiet of his flat, he studies the note like it might combust. he twists the corner, staring hard at your name and number. been ages since he got one. longer since he called a bird up.
he doesn't care. shouldn't care. but you've got an attitude, quick and cutting. poking the bear, prodding the bull. testing to see how far he'll let you go. mouthy.
he wants to see what you can do with it.
#lunch time write. lightly edited..#got a couple variations of this in my inbox and this is the only one i'll answer.#bartender is like a game-nullifier.#ghost x reader

Can you do Jayce and Viktor finding out that one of them got reader pregnant (Viktor thinks there’s no way he could got reader pregnant because of sickness) but when the baby is born they look just like Viktor?
OOPS… - JAYVIK X READER
synopsis: y’all fucked up, literally and figuratively. You’re pregnant. You didn’t plan for this, even though you should’ve; y’all fuck like rabbits. But now you’re at the end of your pregnancy, you can’t help but wonder which one of your partners knocked you up.
warnings: pregnancy, mentions of morning sickness, changes in appetite/appearance, weird cravings, giving birth (not detailed), pre-established relationship (YALL ARE MARRIED) Grammarly is my beta
genre: m/m/f
p.s. cute and funny request… may I pray this never finds me. I'd probably only get pregnant for them and they're not real. To any reader who's experienced this and or has kids, you're a trooper and I salute you, cause fuck that!
The three of you had an accident you can't help but think as you look at a positive pregnancy test. Most babies are oopsie babies, you comfort yourself.
You never planned for this, this was never in your equation. But you feel a small sense of fondness, its proof of your love; your boys.
You wish somehow this baby was both of theirs. They could have Viktor’s eyes, Jayce's nose, your smile. They'd be perfect. But that's impossible, so only of your lovers knocked you up.
You wonder who did it.
Oh well… now you gotta break the news to them first. Then you can speculate who fertilized one of your eggs.
· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·
Essentially ten months pass by in a flash. Your stomach gets bigger and bigger, your back and feet ache, you can’t stop throwing up the first trimester, your cravings are wild and your boys get you whatever you want no matter the time. Even if it’s dead at night.
Everything was normal that day until your water broke. You three rushed to the hospital and got set up in a delivery room. Jayce and Viktor are nervous, pacing, and worriedly looking at you. Giving birth can be incredibly dangerous, and they don’t want to lose you.
They’re by your side the whole time, holding your hand, putting a cold towel on your head, motivating you. They made the process as easy as they could. The three of you even joke around.
“I can’t wait to see which one of you knocked me up.”
Jayce and Viktor choke a bit before laughing, “It could be either of us honestly. We’re kinda like rabbits.”
“Jayce!”
“What?”
“It’s probably Jayce’s. I can’t imagine my illness makes it good for my own fertility.” Viktor adds quietly. His tone low and a bit melancholic. You and Jayce look at him and deny his statement. “You don’t know that! Have you been gotten tested or is it an assumption?”
“Assumption.”
Then you scream, and your boys panic pressing the call button on the side of your bed. Two nurses rush in and ask to check your dilation, you agree.
One nurse checks, then the other nurse. One states you’re fully dilated and the other rushes to call for the doctor.
Now it’s time to deal with one of the most painful moments of your life.
· · ─────── ·𖥸· ─────── · ·
You’re panting, your entire body hurts, and you think you may have broken Jayce’s hand. It’s all worth it when you hear your baby cry.
“It’s a healthy boy! Congratulations!” A nurse says as she lightly cleans your baby, making sure not to let the fluid from birth stay on his skin for too long; we don’t want him to become hypothermic.
She hands your baby to you and his cries immediately cease. He looks up to you and you gasp lightly. He’s Viktor’s. He’s 100000000% Viktor’s.
They’re identical.
You tear up lightly and sniffle. It’s like looking into a tiny mirror of your partner. Same eyes, even though babies are typically born with blue eyes; your baby has Viktor’s golden eyes. Same eyebrow shape, same nose, same lips. They even share the same beauty mark by their eye.
You laugh a bit and your boys look over to your tiny boy. Jayce’s eyes widen as he chuckles, and pats Viktor on his shoulder. Viktor just stands there speechless.
“I carried you for essentially ten months and you come out looking just like your daddy? You’re perfect!” You coo at your baby, your baby coos back at you and you have to hold back a squeal.
“You can’t have kids, huh?” Jayce jokes and Viktor grumbles. Viktor’s demeanour isn’t very scary due to his beaming smile as he looks down at his baby. Your baby. Jayce’s baby.
“So, what’re we naming him?”
You blank for a second. Shit, you didn’t think of that. Oops.
“I never planned on having kids, so I never planned any names.”
Viktor looks blankly at you, “Me neither.”
The two of you look at Jayce. He shrugs lightly, “I didn’t expect to have kids but I did come up with names when I was younger. I always liked James for a boy, and Rose for a girl.”
“You romantic. Rose, really?”
“At least I thought of names, leave me alone Viktor.”
You giggle at them, “James it is. James Talis. It does sound nice huh?”
Viktor and Jayce stop bickering and look at you with hearts in their eyes. Oh, it’s official. You’re now four.
Welcome to the world, James Talis. You’re already loved more than you could ever imagine.
The only men I’d give birth for. Hope y’all liked this!! Love ya ❤️

We’ve always seen Grumpy x Sunshine when it comes to Miguel and Reader. Today I present you with Grumpy x Grumpy
Reader who never showed a smile towards anyone in the Society.
Miguel who notices them in the group meetings. Every Spider has a sense of humour, they smile through the pain, but you didn’t. You were always with a serious expression. You were integrated, at the same time though, you seemed closed off. Not letting anyone come close.
Miguel who takes interest. There is only one place for a Grumpy person in this lab, and that’s him. Or at least, most people say he is grumpy, not that he believes it 100%.
Reader who enjoys spending time by themselves, recluding to the rooftop of the Society. A place that, weirdly enough, no one frequents.
Miguel who looks for Reader in the common spaces, but doesn’t have luck. He didn’t exactly know what he wanted with you, but there was something pulling him towards your person. Did he want to be friends? Was he just curious? No idea.
Miguel who has to admit to Lyla what he is doing, having to accept her teases. “Oooohhh Miguel has got a crush” At which Miguel rolls his eyes. He doesn’t. He doesn’t even know you! How could he have a crush? he definitely has. If it were any other Spider, he would probably not care, but you. You had something.
Lyla who, after an uncountable amount of mocking, takes pity on Miguel and reveals your location. Miguel who sees you through the security camera, sitting at the edge, dangling your feet.
Miguel who marches towards your location. No plan in his head. He was just going with the flow. His body guiding him towards what it wanted. You
Reader who is startled by the sudden sound of someone opening the door to the rooftop. Who the hell comes here?. You turned around, spotting Miguel silently watching you from the doorway. You turn around again, rolling your eyes. Whatever.
Miguel who approaches you. What the hell has he come here for? It’s been a looong minute since he has spoken to a woman, other than work stuff.
Miguel who just stands there, looking off at the distance, while keeping an eye on you from time to time. He was just testing the water, yeah.
Reader who finds it weird, but let’s it happen. Miguel is the leader of the society after all. Besides, you knew (or at least heard) that he was “grumpy”. Problem, you didn’t know if he really was, or like you, he was misunderstood by everyone. In doubt, better keep quiet.
Miguel who after a while, decides to go. That was embarrassing enough. But don’t get confused, he would come back, he just needed a plan.
Miguel who, the first week, just stands there, getting comfortable with your presence, hoping you do too. Until….
“You know you can sit, right?” “Uh… I-” He stutters, not expecting you to talk. You scooch over, even though there is plenty of space. Miguel sits, rather close. He enjoys the view now, but most importantly, the heat emanating from your body. He sighs, step 1 down.
Days turned into weeks. Now, you two were comfortable. Not talking much yet, but sitting next to each other, enjoying each other’s company while appreciating the skyline. Miguel hadn’t realised how much he needed this, relaxing. After a day being cooped up in the lab, this was a nice change. You would share food with each other, a lovely and quiet picnic between two friends? A boss and a worker? Co-workers? He had no clue, but whatever it was, he liked it.
But… he wanted more. He felt the need to know you better. So.. that’s how the conversations started. About whatever, whoever… didn’t matter. What matter was that step 2 was down.
Step 3 was by far the hardest one. Make you laugh. At least a small giggle or a smile, Miguel would be happy with either one.
Granted, Miguel wasn’t good with jokes either. He didn’t know how the other Spiders did it. But thankfully, as a man of science, he knew how to achieve a goal.
Miguel who spends quite some time observing the other Spiders. He never had a reason to, but now, he did. He thought that you would like it if he was funny, like the others. Yeah, surely, why wouldn’t you?
Miguel who writes some jokes and practises how to deliver them, over and over again. Lyla was having a blast. The big, “bad”, “grumpy” leader of the Spider Society, creator of Nueva York, was mad about another person.
Miguel, nervous af, goes to your spot. After meeting for quite some time, you two developed a routine. Always at the same hour, same place.
Reader who is already there, waiting. You really enjoyed meeting with Miguel, you felt he was the only one who understood you.
Miguel who slowly approaches you. He could feel sweat dribble from his temple, down to his neck.
Miguel checks the paper on his hand. Yeah, these jokes would do.
Miguel who, after a peaceful chit chat, feels comfortable enough to start trying with the jokes. They were awful, to say the least.
“How would you describe Spiderman’s perfect home? The world wide web!”
Miguel who after every stupid joke watches your reaction. At first, you are confused, but as jokes go by, he can see you trying hard not to smile.
“What is–” “What are you doing?” you said, your lips tugging up into a smile. you were so adorable. “What do you mean?” “The jokes” you clarify, your smile widening. “I– I was trying to be funny, like the other Spidermen. People seem to like them. I–” “Don’t” you interrupt, your tone and expression serious.
Miguel wanted to be swallowed by the Earth. He scrunches the paper and fists it. This was all a waste— “I like you just the way you are” You confess, making Miguel snap his head towards you, eyes wide like plates.
“You– you do?” He must have misheard you. “Mhh” you mumbled, nodding. “Just,” you bite your lip, debating if you should say it or not. “Just be my Miguel. The one you’ve always been” And you smile as bright as the sun, warming Miguel’s hug.
“Your Miguel” he repeats in a trance. You nod, biting your lip, trying to suppress the smile that had been printed on your face. Nothing could wipe it now.
Miguel mirrors you, smiling from ear to ear. He looks at his clenched fist, the paper sticking out. He looks at you and laughs, throwing the paper into the city. “I’ll be your Miguel then” He scooches closer to you, giving you the opportunity to lean on his chest, as he rounds your body with his arm.
“Yeah, my Miguel” you sighed, closing your eyes and melting into his touch. His warm body and heartbeat lulling you to sleep.
Miguel who kisses the top of your head, before resting his cheek against it. He sighs, step 3 and goal down.
To the world, you were two Grumpy people. But between you, days were spent between laughs and giggles. Kisses being interrupted by smiles. Just seeing each other made you happy. Life was warm, yellow and red, all together. It didn’t matter how the rest saw you, just that you two were happy and in love.

We meet again | In-ho x Fem!Reader | Ending
Summary: It was only one night for fun, you never thought you would see him again. Even less in a place like this one.
P1 P2 P3 P4
Warnings: S2 Spoilers - Canon violence - Pregnant!Reader - Non canon background for In-ho - Use of (Y/N) - Angst - Protective!In-ho - Medical inaccuracy - grammar mistakes - NON CANON EVENTS - Wrote before S3 so no idea how things will play. This can be really OOC - Would add more things but I would Spoil the ending -
You had no idea where you were at first. A light, then a flash of a person, multiple voices talking all at the same time. And the repeated sound of a machine.
A hospital? That was your first idea.
But what about the island ? The games ? Was all a nightmare your mind had conjured ? And what about your baby ?
Panic went throw your body, muscles screaming from your sudden move. You felt something in your nose, oxygen ? And your arms full of differents vials.
Soon a lot of nurses and a doctor came into the room. Trying to calm you down. Trying to settle you down and prevent you from ripping off the different medicines they were giving you.
But you did not respond. A sudden move made you hit someone, you had no idea who that person was.
Next thing you knew dark was once again taking over you.
The second time you woke up was different. Somehow your body felt lighter, like something was missing.
Wait.
Why was there a big pain in your stomach? Why did you feel less heavy ?
With trembling hands you moved the small hospital blanket and saw with horror a big scar on your belly.
The scream you left alerted the medical staff once again.
"Miss miss!! Please calm down, breath" A nurse said besides you
"My baby...you took my baby!! You screamed at her tears falling down your face. "Where is it? What did you do!!" The desesperation in your voice was clear, raw emotions filled you as you took a look around the white room.
"Miss listen please. You have been asleep for three weeks, your baby its fine I promise" The nurse said taking your hand "We had to remove it...your baby its a premature one but its fine"
"I want to see it, please"
The nurse gave a small nod signaling another nurse to go and find your baby.
"Take deep breaths, the doctor will come to check on how you are doing"
"I just want my baby, please I just want to see if its-"
The nurse returned a white blanket around a small body. Your body felt light like all was a dream. As she approached you and let you take a look. Your baby, sleeping without a care in the world.
"You can hold him Dear"
Him, it was a boy. A beautiful boy.
Carefully she passed the baby to you, you took it looking at him with so much love and care. You could not believe how something so fragile and cute could be here right now.
"Hello Little One...im your mom. Im sorry I was not here when you arrived"
The baby opened his eyes revealing deep dark ones, it did not scream at first reaching to touch your face with his small hand.
"Babys knows their mother" The nurse said smiling as she saw how you rocked the small kid a tiny smile on your tired face, and a few tears in your eyes.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
Turns out someone from the staff found you outside unconscious and they took you into emergency care fast. Your vital signs were stable but they were still worry over your baby and the low amount of iron you had.
The first week you were in intensive care, the doctors and nurses checking you every hour, making sure you were progressing for good and so was your baby.
However, things got complicated and they had to proceed with a emergency cesarean when some tests came out wrong. You and your baby were in vital danger and that was the only option.
Your baby was born premature, being 2.5 kg low birth weight, it was took to special care since you were still unconscious and recovering from the surgery.
Luckly your baby started to gain weight as soon as they started to feed him with special formulas, it soon got good color and all his still under developing organs were alright.
It was safe to say that by the time you woke up your baby was healthier than you. Did you care ? Of course not, you would give your life for him.
Breast feeding him was easier than what you did initially thought. And everybody was happy that your baby was so eager to be natural feed. It was important for mother-baby bond.
Days went on, the Hospital where you were was close to the coast town you once lived. You were confused and wondered how you had ended up there. Last thing you did remember was eating food under the watchful eye of a guard then nothing.
You were suprised by the visit of your Friends from town, someone from the hospital had contacted them since you had no parents alive and your brother was not responding.
Even the bar owner from where you met In-ho came by, to scold you like a old father. How could you ran away ? They were a small yet powerfull town and they protected their people.
During these days lots of things happened.
You discovered that your debt was all paid, your brother was found in another country and was now paying for what he had done. You were not interested in the details of that.
Your original house, the one from the town was still under your name and clean as if someone had been keeping check on it. But no one knew a thing.
Once you were free from the hospital and at home with your baby you discovered another thing.
When going out to buy groceries and baby food, you checked your account only to see so many zeros...hell you almost fainted there.
But you did not win, then why ? Was this their way of compensation ? You were repulsed by it and for months did not touch the money till it became impossible to keep going without doing it. You could not work yet and the others insisted on you resting.
Life was once again slow...like all of what had happened was a nightmare. Something you had made.
Did you go to the police? No. You could only imagine what they would think if you ever decided to talk, and you wanted to keep your baby safe.
Oh your dear son...it had his father's eyes and your hair. A perfect and beautiful mix. You would cry at night thinking on him. In-ho....who could not met his son, and your son that would grow up without a father.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
Jun-ho stood besides In-ho part of him wanting nothing but to kill his own brother and other to...well he was still deciding on the first one.
"You shot me! Without a dam care" Jun-ho said to his older brother who just moved his gloved hand like it was nothing.
"You left me no choice, it was to keep you safe..."
"Thanks to you I lost my job because no one would fucking believe me"
"And you blame them?" In-ho asked "You are still a naive kid, but you are my family and my blood..."
"Why let Seong Gi-hun live? Why me ? You killed the others, the team..."
"Because, there is a small balance I have to keep" In-ho said voice cold and eyes sharp "I cant stop this. Its a never ending circle, its not up to me or you. Or anyone, it goes far beyond that"
"I still dont understand...what makes you think I wont-"
"I have a favor to ask you" In-ho cut his younger brother off, who gave back an incredulous look.
"Really? After everything, you have the face to ask me for a favor?"
"You have a newphew" In-ho started pulling out the pic of a woman and a small kid, a few months old. "I met her once, then here again" He smiled saddly at the memory "Such a cruel fate...but I loved her, and him.." His finger passed over the photo.
"...You must be kidding me" Jun-ho said letting himself fall besides him in the dark couch "You- Do you realize how fucked up this is ? And what ? What do you want me to do ?"
"Check them for me. She does not have a family, and im dead to her-"
"Oh so you lied" Typical of him.
"Yes, it was for the best. Thats why im asking you to check on them. To be there for them. I dont care if you hate me but they, they deserve a family and I cant give them that"
Jun-ho pressed his lips seeing his older brother show a vulnerable side that was so...odd. So strange to see.
"Let me see them" Jun-ho asked looking at the pic, well various pics. You were smiling in most and the little baby looked healthy. He could not help but feel a jump at his heart, this kid was his newphew....even if his brother was far from perfect...He was right. Not you or the kid had the fault. And if he was the only family you two could get then he would do it.
"Fine, but im not doing it for you but them" Jun-ho accepted giving the pics back.
In-ho nodded taking a black envelope and passing it to him.
"What is this?" Jun-ho asked taking a peak inside.
"Your new name for when you met them, I never told her my real name. And some background so you dont go there without a reason. It would be too strange and last thing I want its to scare her"
Jun-ho took a deep breath opening the envelope getting ready to read and memorize his new identity.
Things you do for family.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
One year passed. Your life was back to normal. Your dear son grow up everyday, triying to give him everytning you could and be the best mom.
Reading different books and being helped by the older woman from town was like heaven. You could carry your life on your own.
Your Friends loved your son, the amount of gifts he would get each time they visited...you had to tell them to stop it.
There was the money too. While you could live your life without having to work you decided you wanted to do something with it. And after long talks and hours you finally decided what to do.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
One morning you were just there, the TV on with a kids program as you studied some pappers. A knock at your door took you by suprise.
Slowly you got up and went there, still unsure but the person behind the door knocked again this time faster.
Jun-ho stood outside your door. Anxiety and fear on him. He had read your file and his background multiple times. But the idea of finally meeting you and his newphew....scared him a lot.
He knew he was not his older brother...knew he would not fill a place he had left. But he also wanted to be there for you and his newphew, after seeing how much you loved the kid...
The door opened and a heavy silence fell between both of you.
Jun-ho saw it all, the suprise on your face and the look of small recognition over him. Even if him and his brother were not twins they did share genetics and by what he had read about you, you were not stupid, he was sure you were putting together the pieces by now.
"Hello" He paused not sure how to continue, even if he had prepared himself for this moment for so long.
"Hello...may I know who you are ?" You asked already blocking the door. Your eyes went over his face, taking the small details as your brain slowly connected him with In-ho.
Could it be ?
"Im Oh Jun-ho...In-ho's younger brother" He said the fake name with centrain disgust but hide it behind a smile.
"Younger brother ? He...he never said he had a younger brother..."
Of course not. He shot me that fucker-
"He is-was" he corrected himself "he was a reserved man", He went missing some time ago, the leads I followed made me come here. And some people said they saw you with him one night...
Well that was a lie. He knew that because thats whats he was suppose to say to you.
"Are you...still looking for him?" You asked your voice barely a whisper. Jun-ho could see your shoulder tremble, he knew you thought his brother was long dead, and it broke him to have to lie to you.
If you could only see how much you are hurting her
"Yes, thats why im here. Can I come in? I promise it wont take long. You can ask someone to come if you are not comfortable with a stranger in your home" Jun-ho added knowing you most likely would be a bit admant on letting him in.
And you were. Ever since you came back and saw that account with so much money, you were always checking over your shoulder. A fresh set of alarms were installed at your house, and you made sure to double check everything.
It was safe to say you were ready to kill for your son. And even if this stranger had some resemblance with In-ho...
"Wait here" You told him closing the door and texting your friend who worked at the local coffee from town explaining everything
His responde came quick, telling you to bring the stranger there and that he would keep an eye on him and in your son.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
"Alright lets go" Jun-ho hear you said, he turned around his heart beating fast at the sight of his newphew and In-ho's son.
Genetics did not lie. It did look like him.
"Right....were to?" He asked trying not to eye his newphew too much to not make you suspect that he knew more than what he was telling you.
"There is a coffee shop near, we can talk there"
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
Jun-ho knew when he was being watched. Years in the police and as a detective have sharpered his senses. Of course he knew the friendly barista was giving him the side eye since you two ordered a drink and took a seat on a table a bit away from the rest.
He also took note of the guy who came up with your drinks. A guy tall, taller than him and fairy muscular, he had give you a polite smile and almost a dead look towards him.
So far he did not feel very welcome. But it was fair. After all you were being lied and he was helping with that lie, so this was the smallest price he should pay.
If anything part of him should be greateful you had someone to look after you. He did read in your file about your parents death and the piece of trash your brother was.
Hell, he hoped he could be a better uncle than him.
"What did you want to talk about?" Your soft voice broke him from his thoughts
He blinked back and nodded, composing himself.
"As I said" He started slowly "Im In-ho's younger brother. He went missing a few months back...and I started to look for him"
Well months was a lie. Years by now.
"I used to be a detective in Seoul, I tried to find him and followed different leads but nothing would came out from it" He made a pause to take a sip from his coffee "Then I found out he was...hiding"
"Hiding?" You asked a bit scared.
So when we met he was hiding? Thats why he left so quickly?
"Yeah" Jun-ho felt his skin crawl back at the lies "I found out he was in debt and was going from city to towns. To avoid them. This was the last place he was seen..."
Jun-ho let the lie set on you. He could see your brain working, maybe trying to pull out dates and reasons too.
"Im sorry I was not faster" Jun-ho continued "I really wanted to find him, I wanted to bring him home..."
He saw you nod and a few tears forming on your eyes.
Jun-ho went to his pocket and pulled out a very old picture. A picture of a different time. When things were more simple.
"This is me and him" Jun-ho showed you "He was a fellow detective, I actually joyned the force becaue of him" Jun-ho said smiling at that time when he was inspired by In-ho.
You took the pic traseing on the younger features of In-ho, he looked happier, less tired and stressed than what you did remember from the games...
"And...you think he-"
The cries from your boy stopped you. You took him out from the stroller to try and shh him down. The little bundle of joy was just boring for what it seems. You checked the time and saw that his feed time was still for another hour.
"Sorry to ask but...that baby" Jun-ho started not really knowing how to proceed.
He saw you pull the baby closer to you, like you were trying to protect him from the world. Or maybe from him.
"I-" You took a deep breath calming yourself and your baby down. "Its true what you know. I did met your brother. We met one night at the local bar. The one near the docks. We passed the night together but he was gone when I woke up" The words died in your throat as you remember all the times in the game and the soft moment during Migle. When he was able to touch your belly and talk to his kid. "I discovered I was pregnant, but for personal reasons I left this town for some time"
Jun-ho did know. It was scary how much he knew but he faked that this was all new.
"My brother left a debt on me. I had to work in Seoul to pay it off. I was then able to return here. If In-ho was here during that time...I cant known. I was not here. Im sorry I cant help you more"
Like In-ho had told him, you would most likely not mention the games, the money you got, or the fact that you believed he was dead.
Jun-ho nodded and a few minutes of silence passed between both of you. Each one with their own thoguhts.
"I never got your name Miss.."
"Oh...its (Y/N)" You responded being too caught up to even think of that.
"And your son's name..."
"In-ho" Jun-ho felt his heart fell "I named him after his father"
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~
Even if the start of the conversation was tense and full of doubts on your side. The more you talked to Jun-ho the more relaxed you got. He showed you some more pics of him and In-ho and even shared some stories from when they were young.
It helped you to imagine how he was and how he could have been if he was outside with you and your son.
"I dont want to interrump in your life" Jun-ho had said as both walked together to your home "But I cant ignore the fact that I have a newphew...and if you let me I would love to be part of his life. I dont want to replace In-ho, I know I could never do it"
You looked at Jun-ho's eyes for any indication of a lie or ulterior motive. But found nothing, just a Man, a brother lost in the look for his older brother and now finding out that he was an uncle.
At the end your kid was an extension of In-ho, and you could not blame Jun-ho for wanting to be part of his life. If anything it was quiet cute and a noble wish.
"I...I dont mind if you are part of his life. Well our lives. I cant say im kind on going to Seoul but-"
"No, thats fine. I can work with what you are more comfortable" Jun-ho said remembering the strong emphasis his brother had made on pulling your needs first.
"Thanks, its a city that just brings back bad memories..."
Jun-ho nodded once more. He took out his phone and offered it to you.
"You can put your number..or I can give you mine. You dont have to save it just..."
"I will give you mine" You softly said pulling your contact information and giving it back. "Do you plan on staying more days at the town?"
Honestly? No. Jun-ho was already planning on leaving to rest in the next town and then go back to his brother.
But...a few more days could not hurt...
"Yes..I think I have a reason to stay for a few more days" He said smiling at the baby.
You smiled back then after giving it a long thought asked "Would you like to hold him?"
"Really?" Jun-ho asked being taken back so much he did take a step back and felt dumb for it.
"You are his uncle...I trust you will not let him fall" You said getting your kid who blinked at you giving a soft smile
"Never. I would never hurt him" Jun-ho said with maybe more force than needed.
When he felt the baby in his arms he felt so much. The little thing looked at him, curious on who this stranger was.
His little hands went to touch his shirt and Jun-ho could not help but smile. It did resemble the old baby pics his mother had of him and In-ho and in a way it felt wrong that he was holding his son before him.
But at the same time. He felt a deep connection, call it genetics, call it love, whatever it was Jun-ho did swear there that no harm would ever come to this kid. Or you, even if you deserved more than a lie. He would make sure you and your kid were safe.

4 Years Later
Laughted filled the kid's park as some ran playing tag and others pulled their friends in the hammocks.
Your son, now five years old was lost in a game of tag with other kids from his school. Part of his hair flew in the air under his hat as he smiled when he was tagged and went for another kid.
You watched it from a near bench. Your work being flexible in hours was a plus when it came down on passing time with him.
"Mom" His sweet voice called as he came running with a bit of sweat. The summer was soon coming and the heat was just staring.
"Yes In-ho?" You asked adjusting the hat on his head. After years you have been able to say the name without it hurting that much to the point of hold back tears.
"Yejun and the others wants to go to the near store to get ice cream, pelease mom can I go too?"
You knew he was begging to go alone with his friends. Even if you knew everybody at the Town and Jun-ho had been a presece on his life and yours that made you feel less lonely and safe...you still got worried over him. Like any mother would.
"Alright" You said giving him a bit of money "But stay close to Yejun, you think you can do that little one?" You asked smiling at him.
"Mom! Im five now" He said taking the momeny and blushing "But yes! I wont separate from them"
"Thats my son" You said seeing him go off with Yejun and the others.

A few months back on a different location:
In-ho stood over a big map, the island map and the new games that would be incorporated. It demanded new structures and more space. But after the last ones he needed to make this ones better.
The room was filled with soft jazz as he looked over the map and then at the games, a headache forming.
"Too much work for you?"
A voice he thought he would never hear in a situation like this one asked mocking him.
In-ho did not turn when Gi-hun entered the room, wearing clothes that resembled his own. The shaped mask removed.
"Its thanks to you that I have to make this games better" In-ho bite back getting a laught from Gi-hun
"The VIPs did not like seeing two lovers die last game and lose to me?" He asked getting a sound from In-ho
"Of course not. They are greedy pigs we both know it" In-ho responded turning back to look at Gi-hun.
If anyone would have told him that ex-player 456 and him would work together at the island In-ho would have actually laughted because the idea was absurd.
But here they were now. Usually Gi-hun was more on the security part. Kind of funny since he once wanted to end the games. But he also took a big part on picking up who the different recruiters have to to for.
"What do you want?" In-ho finally asked knowing Gi-hun would prefer to be on his part of the island than with him.
"I was just passing and seeing the calendar" Gi-hun said taking a seat. "The deadlines are close and your progress has been...rather slow"
"Im working on it. I will have it" In-ho said giving him his back again.
"I know its because of that woman and your kid. The kid's birthday is coming right?"
"Careful with what you say" In-ho said now fully turned killing Gi-hun with a simple look. But Gi-hun was not affected by it.
"You know, I did suspect you two were closer than what you two let out during the games...but to think you were the father.."
"Get to the point Seong" In-ho grunted
"I have a daughter too. She its in America as you know. Everyday I ask myself If i did the right thing getting back here and not going to her..."
In-ho said nothing already feeling where this conversation was going.
"But I change. I was never a good father. I tried but it was never enough. And after the first games..I was a mess. I could not see myself raising her. No after what I have done"
The jazz music played for a few seconds before he continued
"But its different with you. (Y/N) met you after you did win and while you were the only one moving this games. You two managed to connect and even create a life"
"She thinks im dead. And its better that way" In-ho said trying to even convince himself
"Dont you miss her ? Or your kid ? Dont you ever think on going to them ?"
Of course he did. Multiple times. The first two years were hell for him. Getting updates from Jun-ho about you and his son. His son who you have named after him. He did play the idea of going to you, maybe telling you everytning...but he was also scared. How would you react to it ? Knowing that after everything he was alive and on top of that he was the one behind the games ? No. He could never do that to you.
"Of course I miss her, I miss both of them. But seeing me would only make her miserable. She has my brother to help her out and my son has a great uncle. They dont need me"
Even it hurted so much to say it.
"Im just saying, I believe you have a chance. Your situation with her may be....complicated but if there is love then there is a chance"
"Since when did you become a psycologist?"
Gi-hun just laughted but without meaning it. Standing up he acomodated his clothes back.
"Im just saying, you may live in misery the rest of your life if you dont do something"
"Get out" Were the only words Gi-hun got in response.

Present time:
In-ho ran behind Yejun and the others, ice cream in hand.
"Cmon run faster!!" Yejun called over his shoulder and In-ho tried to without letting his ice cream fell.
A hard air breeze hit him on the face pulling out his hat.
In-ho watched it flew back, running towards it. It was a hat Jun-ho his uncle had got him. He could not afford to lose it.
Plus you would be pissed and would remove his game rights for a week at least.
Just as he was about to pick it up another hand a bigger one did.
Both In-ho's looked at each other. One not knowing the connection they did share and the other with the hear up in his throat at the sight.
Yes He had seen the pictures, but there was nothing that could compare on seeing his son on the flesh. He had his eyes and your hair. Being a perfect combination of both of you.
"Sir...thats my hat. Can I please get it back?" In-ho asked keeping a safe distance from the strange man.
In-ho smiled nodding offering the hat back, his son eyed him for a moment then took it making sure it was well put on his head.
"You should not lose it. Its a good hat" In-ho said getting a look from his son who gave a bow back.
"No I wont, thanks Sir!" He responded bowing
"I dont think your mother would like you losing it"
He saw his son's eye get bigger and he almost laughted at it.
"N-no, she would hate me for that"
"Hate its a strong world. She would be angry but im sure it would pass" In-ho said now a full smile on his face.
"...Yeah but she wont let me play videogames if I lost it" He hear his son whisper. He also took notice of the ice cream now starting to melt. He pulled out his wallet and handed some wones to his son who did not move.
"Your ice cream is melting, this is so you can buy a new one"
"Mom says to never accept things from strangers that everything has a price" His son responded making him smile even more.
"Your mom its very intelligent, if I tell you my name would you accept it?"
He saw his son brain go wild but at the end nodding.
"Im Oh In-ho"
If his son's eyes could get any bigger then these would be out of his face. His mouth open in suprise.
"You....you and me- we"
"IN-HO!! IN-HO DEAR WHERE ARE YOU" The desesperated screams from you cut his son's words off.
"MOM!!" In-ho called turning back seeing you going towards him with Yejun and Yejun's mom behind.
"What did I tell you about staying with Yejun?" You asked checking him for any injury "What happened ? Why did you got separated?"
"A strong wind took my hat and then this man returned it and even offered me money to buy ice cream since mine is melting-"
"Men? What men?" Yejun's mom asked looking around
"What? He was right...there" In-ho said to a now empy space with only some wones on the floor now.
"We should go back. I will tell the police to check this zone" Yejun's mom adviced you taking his own kid's hand.
"Yes, lets go In-ho"
"But mom! The Man and I had the same name!!" In-ho said all too happy to notice the look on your face.
"What..."
"Yes!! He told me his name was In-ho too, and that since I knew his name I could take the money"
For a few seconds you did not move or say a thing. It could...no it could not be. Maybe it was another men with the same name.
"Lets go In-ho. I will get you another ice cream on the way home"
"But mom the money..."
"Leave it, and you are grounded"
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
For your son that day was lost in his memory like many others. For you it was a day that made you get hope back. Hope that maybe just maybe In-ho was alive and because of the danger he was not showing himself.
But even if that was the case. Time passed, and never a thing like that one happened again.
Jun-ho had listened to your rant that same night throw the phone trying to calm you down while thinking that he would kill his brother. He came next day as a suprise visit for In-ho but it was to make sure you were alright.
And so, four more years passed. Your son now ten years old full of life. A top student, a kind soul.
He was now able to go on his own between home, school and your flower shop.
Yes, after lots of goes and backs you managed to start your own flower shop. It did take time but you were glad you did. It was the only one in the town and was near your house and In-ho's school.
Jun-ho had said it was fitting for you. He was there during all the tedious process till the big opening.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
"I will be going for his birthday" Jun-ho said to his brother in his aparment in Seoul.
"He will be ten by now" In-ho whispered drinking some beer Jun-ho had.
"Yes, (Y/N) planned a big party for him" Jun-ho said smiling at your different ideas
"She is a good mother" In-ho said smiling looking at the empy glass
"...You should go"
"Werent you the one who did threat me last time? If I did show myself again ?" In-ho asked
"Thats because you ran away like a coward. (Y/N) was paranoid for days and her mental state got bad"
"Yes, thats why its better to go on like this"
"Really? Is this what you want? See your kid grow up from the shadows?"
"Jun-ho.."
"Listen I know, what you do is dangerous and you lied to her. But now its Gi-hun who does most of the things at the Island. You are there more like a face of sorts"
"Jun-ho I lied to her. She thinks im dead"
"I know. But so did I. I lied to her to help you. But I know her, I have know her for the past nine years. She still loves you, and I dare to say she still waits for you to return to her"
"She is good, but she wont ever forgive me.."
"Thats were you are wrong. Will she be angry? Yes, and with reason but will that anger be bigger than her love for you? No. Trust me on this. That woman...she loves you too much. You dont deserve her"
"I know"
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
"Uncle!!" The voice of In-ho sounded between the laught and other kid's voices.
Jun-ho smiled, seeing how tall he had got. Each day he looked more and more like a perfect mix of you and his brother.
"Hello Sport" Jun-ho called back messing up his hair.
"Stop it! Mom does this enough" In-ho said separating and re doing his hair.
"Does that mean you dont want your birthday gift ? Directly from Seoul ?" Jun-ho asked crossing his arms and smiling when he saw the quick change in expression.
"No-no!! Of course I want it" In-ho said taking Jun-ho's shirt and seeing behind his back. "Where is it?!!"
"Wait wait, your birthday its tomorrow" Jun-ho said pulling him away but still smiling "Why dont we get some ice coffee for your mom and some ice chocolate for you?" He asked and his newphew nodded.
"Yes! Mom said there is someone getting married next town and they left her tons of work" In-ho started to say walking towards the coffee store knowing the route by memory with Jun-ho besides him.
"Really? And she can handle it alone?"
"She hired someone! Not sure who he is, does not talk much. Dark hair and kind of tall"
Probably someone In-ho himself sent Jun-ho tought rolling his eyes
"Uncle?"
"Mhm?"
"Are you upset?" In-ho inoccent voice asked "I- mom says we need to look out for these who care about and I dont want you to feel bad" In-ho said looking to the side.
Jun-ho smiled, his heart doing jumps at his sweet newphew. It did seem that he had got your caring personality.
"Im fine Sports. Dont worry, lets get you that ice chocolate and a drink for your mom"
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
This is a bad idea. In-ho's mind said as he walked the streets down where your store was. You should go back, nothing good will come from this.
In-ho stood just a few meters away from your shop. He sweet alluring smell of the different flowers hitting him.
He saw the guy he had sent to help you (not that you needed to know that) get out with lots of boxes and putting them inside a ban. He drove off. In-ho knew it.
It was now or never, the last chance.
~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○~○
You moved around the back of the store. Checking different recipes and dates. The weeding next Town have proved to be a challenge for you. So much you had to hire someone to help you out.
But things were going good. Even if some days your body hurt from moving so much. Or your fingers tremble from making the different flower arrangements.
It was worth at the end, seeing the happiness in others. It gave you a sense of...comfort, and part of you liked to think that In-ho watched over you. Specially when you tended the greenhouse right next to the store. The natural smell and the connection with the dirt...it felt good. It grounded yourself.
You would close your eyes and imagine that he was standing there. Just watching you work with a rare yet soft smile, one that was saved only for you.
"Mom? What are your favorite flowers?" You kid had asked when he was seven years old while you two planted some seeds.
"My favorite flower...and from where comes the question?" You asked back passing him something to clean himself up.
"Well...I like games. And animals, but I have a favorite one...and you like flowers"
"So I must have a favorite one then?" You smiled and he nodded
"Well....I think my favorite ones are Iris..and do you know why?"
He said no and you explained.
"There is a thing, called Language of Flowers, and in them Iris means Hope. I believe its a good thing to have"
"But we studied languages at class and that was never mentioned!" In-ho said somehow offended by the fact that such a thing was never teached to him.
"Oh my dear, I can teach you if you want" In-ho agreed almost getting up to go for some papper and pens but you stopped him.
"Shower first"
"But mom-" A single look from you made him stop "Alright"
A few weeks passed, while you were at the store In-ho entered running, almost knocking a few flowers.
"In-ho! No running inside the store" You said getting up and going towards him but he ignored you pulling out his notebook.
"A chrysanthemum Mom!! You are a chrysanthemum" In-ho said signaling a drawing of the flower then an arrow and a silly draw of you.
"What..."
"Because, chrysanthemum means eternal beauty !! And mom, you are beautiful and eternal" In-ho said showing you the meaning under the draw.
You cried hugging him.
"Mom? Are you...crying?"
"No Son...im just happy. Im just really happy.
The sound of the door opening indicating that a new costumer have arrived made you came back. Not hearing your son or Jun-ho's voice let you knew it was not them.
"One moment please!" You said giving the flower arrangement its final details, the white and pastel yellows giving the cala flowers its final touch.
You left it there and went to the front moving your hair, to try and look less of a mess.
"Welcome! How can I help you-"
Your world stopped. The air in your lungs vanished and your vision went from zero to thousand. A few tears forming.
There was no way, you blinked, maybe you were seeing things again.
But no, there he was. In the flesh. Chest raising and falling indicating that he was alive.
Your In-ho, the Man you loved.
"Hello (Y/N)...we meet again"

Notes:
ITS FINALLY HERE!! THE END OF THIS SERIES. Thanks a lot for these who read this since part one and waited till this end. I had a hard personal time but was able to pull it out!! I truly hope you like it.
And if you are reading this after you read this in one go Thanks too!!
This was my first series. I never really planned on making one. I wanted it to be two parts but I kept adding things. And then the ending got longer as my brain gave my more ideas.
And yes I used flowers for meaning, I google them! So if something is wrong...well sorry.
Questions you may have:
Is this really the ending?
A) YES!! This is the ending. Its happy or sad ? Not even I know, I would call it bittersweet.
Would you ever write more for this?
A) If I do its going to be pieces of them as family but nothing complex.
What was In-ho doing these nine years?
A) Working as the Front Man and being too scared too approach the love of his life. But he kept a close eye on her.
Why is Gi-hun now helping with the games?
A) Easy, because its a fanfic and I wanted that end for him. Besides i feel like it fits him. He is too broken to go back to a normal life.
The guy (Y/N)'s hires is the guard from S2 EP7 ?
A) Well he dies in canon but you can think its him but older!!
Did Jun-ho felt romantic feelings for (Y/N) at some point?
A) Up to you to decide! I dont think (Y/N) would ever move from In-ho so I can assure you. She never slept with Jun-ho or had any interest in him as a romantic partner.
What happened to (Y/N)'s brother?
A) Up to you! But he never shows again in her life and In-ho Jrs does not know about him.
Did my favs survive the games?
A) Again, up to you!!

"Yeah, I'm just a little nervous about you being behind the wheel, Eddie," Robin said.
"Oh, I'm not going to drive her. I'm just starting this baby up," Eddie grinned. "Harrington's got her, don't ya, big boy?"
Eddie was already so close to him, his lips near his cheek. Steve frowned. God. Was Eddie flirting with him? This didn't seem very fair. Eddie gets accused of murder, gets thrown into all of this, and now Steve has to reject him because he didn't like boys. Although, he appreciated the attention and the way he had slammed him up against the wall. . .It also wasn't hard to notice the way Eddie looked at him when he took his shirt off. Poor guy. Steve turned his head and was about to open his mouth when Robin moved. She tripped, falling onto Steve’s back. In the process, it caused Steve to fall into Eddie, their lips bumping against each other's.
"Oh, shit, I'm so sorry!" Robin gasped.
"I guess I can cross that off my bucket list," Eddie said with a grin and winked at Steve.
Before anyone could say anything else, the owners of the RV tried to get in. Steve did it without thinking. They needed to switch spots and quickly, too. Steve patted him on his backside to get him out and rushed to replace him. He took off. The entire way to the War Zone, all Steve could think about was kissing Eddie. . .his hand brushing up against his backside just then. . .the hand pressed against the small of his back when they were walking in the Upside Down. . .the way he liked it when Eddie leaned in. He still tried to process it all when they got to the War Zone and even after in the clearing when he was making molotov cocktails with Robin.
"Hey. . .Robin, do you think maybe you can push me into Eddie again later?" Steve asked.
"What? Why?" Robin asked in disbelief.
"I need to test a theory," Steve said, his chest growing warm at the sight of Eddie with Dustin.
"What's the theory?" She asked.
"I like a boy," Steve said as he continued to gaze at Eddie.
"Oh my god!" Robin exclaimed as she nearly dropped the molotov. "You like Eddie!"
Robin slapped a hand over her mouth, her eyes wide. Steve grinned. He couldn't help it. . .her expression was so comical. He couldn't be mad at her. Judging by the way everyone's head had snapped in their direction, they heard Robin.
"I told you! I knew you would like him!" Dustin shrieked. "Didn't I say that Steve would like him, Lucas?"
"Yeah, man," Lucas said in amusement. "You called it."
Steve smiled and shook his head. Once again, Dustin was missing an important part of what had just happened.
"I just don't know why Robin was so surprised," Dustin said.
"I like you, too, big boy!" Eddie yelled, winking at him again, and Steve blushed.
Robin leaned closer to Steve, smirking as she lowered her voice.
"Theory proven. Steve Harrington likes a boy," Robin said.
"It seems like the worst possible time to realize this," Steve said.
"If not now, then when?" She asked, and then she squealed as she leaned against him. "Neither one of us is straight! This is great! Ooh, I rhymed."
"Settle down, Buckley," Steve said, his eyes twinkling with mirth.
"You should do something about it," Robin whispered.
"I don't know," Steve said, glancing at Nancy. "There's still something there, too."
"We live on a gate to hell, Steve," Robin said. "I think it's okay to like both of them. Anything is possible."
"I think I'm going inside for a bit," Steve said.
"Okay, well, I'm here if you want to talk some more or freak out about it," Robin said.
Steve smiled at her, grateful to her before heading into the RV. He closed the door and sighed. It was all such a great distraction, but it was only momentarily. The pain was very much there. Steve shrugged out of his new jacket and camouflage shirt. He didn't have any time to change his bandages at the War Zone. He had to figure out how to change the bandages, but how could he possibly get the ones on his back and arms? Steve grabbed the first aid kid and started peeling Nancy's piece of torn shirt off of his stomach. Steve cried out in pain and wept harder at the wounds in his stomach. His flesh had been torn away and devoured. . .He could feel the road rash on his back and arms. It felt as though he had been kissed by fire. He tried to keep it all together, tried not to let anyone know how much pain he was in. . .the mission was too important. Steve collapsed on the floor and fell onto his knees. He tried to focus on what he was feeling emotionally. . .Eddie or Nancy? The door to the RV opened, and he jerked at the sound of their voices. . .Jesus, did they hear what he was thinking?
"Steve!" Eddie and Nancy yelled.
The door closed behind them as they rushed to his side.
"I was just trying to change my bandages," Steve groaned.
They quickly helped sit him up, and Nancy immediately started unraveling the bandages.
"Shit, these need to be cleaned," Eddie cursed.
"Oh, Steve, why didn't you tell us you were in this much pain?" Nancy asked.
"I didn't want to be a distraction," Steve said.
"You had no problem being a distraction when you ripped off your sweater, flashing Nancy and I your tits," Eddie grinned, and Nancy giggled.
"You know what I mean, asshole," Steve laughed. "I just - ,"
"You're not a burden. We know about this. You're important, and not just to the mission," Nancy said softly. "To all of us."
Steve smiled at her. Nancy and Eddie went to work cleaning his wounds.
"I'm just wondering how you expected to get the ones on your back? You would have had to twist yourself like a pretzel," Eddie said. "Mm, pretzels."
"Hey, I've got moves," Steve protested.
"He's a ninja," Nancy teased.
"Sounds like an inside joke," Eddie said.
"The first time he snuck into my room, he landed awkwardly, got up, and proudly declared himself a ninja," Nancy said.
"Sounds adorable," Eddie grinned, flashing his dimples as he looked softly at Steve.
"It really was," Nancy said fondly.
"So, letting me in on this, and letting me feel you up - ," Eddie said.
"You're bandaging my wounds," Steve said.
"Do I or do I not have my hands all over you?" Eddie asked.
"Well, then I guess that means Nancy's feeling me up," Steve said.
"I'm not going to lie, Steve," Nancy said seriously, and Eddie laughed.
"I guess that means we're friends now," Eddie said.
"No," Steve said quickly, and Eddie frowned. "I mean, yes. . .I like you, Eddie."
"I like you, too. What's the problem?" He asked.
"No, I like you," Steve said.
"Okay. . .you said like differently that time. What are you trying to imply here?" Eddie asked.
"I like-like you, Eddie," he said.
"Okay, so you really like me," he said. "So, why can't we be friends?"
"I'm romantically and sexually attracted to you," Steve replied with a loud sigh.
"What! But Nancy - ," Eddie said with wide eyes. "I thought - ,"
"Oh, no, I'm still very much in love with her," Steve said. "So, yeah, all very confusing. . .although, I guess not, really. I definitely have a type. . .nerds with big hair and big eyes that make you fall for them."
Nancy laughed.
"Now that I'm thinking about it, I definitely think you were crushing on Tom Cruise just as much as I was," Nancy said.
"Shit, I think you're right. I've never been straight," Steve said, laughing.
"What? Did you think I turned you queer?" Eddie asked.
"Like magic," Steve said with a goofy grin.
Eddie and Nancy laughed as they finished wrapping up Steve. They helped him up off the floor before helping him back into his shirt and jacket.
"You're good to go, bug boy," Eddie said, his hand caressing Steve’s collar. "I mean, big boy - fuck, I meant, well, you know what I meant."
"I just want you to know that you don't have to do anything about this or feel like you have to. . .I just thought I should be honest. I was just completely honest with myself, and I wanted to do the same with you guys," Steve said. "You both have inspired me to be myself and realize what's important. Eddie, more recently, and Nancy, well, back then, she gave me the bump on the head that I needed to see what it truly means to be a friend. I mean, I know that I'm slow, but I learn. . .according to my mother, I used to crawl backwards, I went so far backward that I ended up falling down the stairs. Eventually, I do move forward. So, I'll be okay."
Eddie smiled sweetly at him, playing with the collar of Steve’s jacket. Nancy placed a hand on Steve’s arm, also smiling at him.
"So, in that dream of yours. . .," Nancy said.
"With his six little chicken nuggets," Eddie said in amusement.
"Were you serious about that?" Nancy asked.
"I meant every word," Steve said to Nancy. "Left out an important part, though. . .the most important part. . .you were there. . .you've always been there."
Eddie wrapped an arm around Steve’s shoulder, leaning in close to him.
"I know that we've just started getting to know each other. . .," Eddie trailed off.
"There's room in the RV. . .hm, I could use some convincing, though," Steve smirked.
Eddie leaned forward and kissed him. Steve smiled against his lips as he returned the kiss, placing his hand against the small of Eddie's back. Eddie ran his tongue over the bottom of Steve’s lip, and Steve opened his mouth with a gasp, letting Eddie slip his tongue inside. Suddenly, Eddie pulled back.
"That's what you meant by convincing you. . .right?" Eddie asked and Steve laughed.
"Yeah, Eddie, that's what I meant," Steve said.
"I think I'm definitely going to need some convincing," Nancy said, her cheeks red.
"You are?" Eddie asked.
"Well, Steve wanted me in the RV first," Nancy smirked.
"Trying to make this into a competition, Wheeler?" Eddie asked.
"What if I am, Munson?" Nancy asked as she stared directly into his eyes.
Eddie grinned and pulled her flush against him. They each kept a hand on Steve while they held onto each other. Eddie pressed his lips to Nancy's, smirking into the kiss. Steve felt the warmth inside his stomach grow stronger at the sight of them. He should have been jealous, but there was no jealousy here, only longing for the both of them. Their hands clutched each of his shoulders tightly as Nancy deepened the kiss. Nancy and Eddie's hands slid into the hair at the nape of Steve’s neck. Steve moaned softly as he felt them gently tug at it. Eddie pulled away with a gasp.
"Is that enough to convince you, or do you need more?" Eddie asked.
"I think we've both been convinced," Nancy laughed as she looked at Steve's face. "Haven't we?"
"Yeah, definitely," Steve said.
Nancy touched Steve’s face gently and kissed him. It was sweet and soft until Nancy pressed her lips further against his, eager to taste him again. God, how he missed her lips and the way she gently touched his face. He wanted to keep kissing her, but his head was starting to spin. He broke the kiss.
"What's wrong?" Nancy asked.
"I feel a little dizzy," Steve said. "I think I need to sit down."
Nancy and Eddie guided him to the couch. Steve couldn't remember the last time he had eaten, so Eddie quickly found a can of Spaghetti-os and a bottle of water. It wasn't the best, but it made Steve feel better. Yeah, it wasn't a good idea to forget to eat after losing all that blood, Steve thought as he scooped food into his mouth.
"You feeling better?" Nancy asked after he finished and set the empty can aside.
"Definitely," Steve said.
"I should have gotten you some food. . .I didn't think about the blood loss," Nancy frowned.
"Hey, I didn't think about it either," Steve said. "Don't beat yourself up."
"Honestly, I thought you were getting dizzy because of us, and I felt cocky for a moment," Eddie smirked.
"Hm, well, maybe a little," Steve grinned.
Nancy ran her fingers through Steve’s hair, looking at him fondly.
"I almost lost you," Nancy said.
"Eddie said that you didn't hesitate at all to jump in after me," Steve said. "Said it was. . .an unambiguous sign of true love."
"Well, he was right about that," Nancy said with a smile as she continued to stroke his hair. "I couldn't lose you. I spent a lot of time letting other people get in my head. . .as much as I try to tell myself that I don't care what others think, I do. I spent a lot of time letting those voices convince me that I was going to end up in a nuclear loveless family. I was so afraid of that happening. . .that I let it happen. Our relationship was wonderful, and I loved every minute of it. . .the one thing that got in my way was myself and the fact that those assholes got away with killing Barb. When you got yanked underneath the water, when the bats came after, I just couldn't you go. . .I realized that it was always you, Steve. So, yeah, I love you."
"I love you, too," Steve said.
Nancy leaned forward and kissed him, tucking a hair behind his ear. She broke the kiss and leaned her forehead against Steve’s.
"I am not quite there yet," Eddie said, grinning. "But I feel a great deal of affection for the both of you."
"There's no pressure, Eddie," Steve laughed.
"You know, I kind of like that you both are further along in this relationship than I am. It's almost like you two are the dungeon masters and I'm the player. . .," Eddie frowned. "I think I just turned myself on."
"I wouldn't even know how to be a dungeon master," Steve said.
"I'll show you," Nancy grinned. "It's not that different from leading a basketball team."
"You take that back, Wheeler," Eddie gasped.
"No!" Nancy laughed.
Eddie leaned back and crossed his arms, fake pouting. Steve and Nancy stared at him, watching the sun begin to sink down. . .a reminder for all of them that their mission to take down Vecna would soon begin. Eddie's face turned serious.
"You might be onto something. . .I kind of wish that I had gone to the game. Wish I had been more accommodating to Lucas, let him know that he wasn't turning to the dark side. . .it was a shitty thing to do. I think I was so afraid of forced conformity that I ended up feeling like Lucas had to choose one or the other when he didn't have to. As the leader of Hellfire, I was responsible for giving those kids a safe place for them to share their interests even if they didn't align with mine," Eddie said.
"Yeah, I think we were both afraid of forced conformity," Nancy said as she twirled a lock of Steve’s hair between her fingers.
"Hey, man, Lucas knows you didn't intend to be an asshole about it," Steve said. "He knows how protective you are of the game. As much as I tried to talk about it with him, Lucas just wanted the bullying to stop, and he still wanted to hang on to the game. You just don't know how much harder it is for him."
"Yeah," Eddie winced. "Jeff pointed that out as a possibility when I was complaining about it."
"He sees what kind of person Jason is now, though," Steve said. "And he also knows that he was wrong, too. . .which I think is something that you two really need to talk about."
"Yeah," Eddie agreed.
Steve could feel Nancy's eyes on both of them.
"Boys," she sighed happily.
"Aren't you glad Robin pushed me into Eddie's lips?" Steve asked.
"What?" She laughed.
"You didn't see that earlier? Eddie was getting the RV started up, and Robin tripped, causing my lips to meet with Eddie's," Steve said.
"Is that what made you realize you liked me?" Eddie asked, laughing.
"Yeah, I totally wanted to kiss you again," Steve said. "What made you realize that you liked me?"
"When you ripped off your shirt like a fucking stripper," Eddie said rolling his eyes. "You know you look good, asshole. It was the wrong fucking time to have a sexuality crisis and you gave it to me. Between you and Nancy. . .watching her swing that oar around like a sword. . .yeah, I definitely still liked women. So, thank you, you guys gave me a lot to panic about."
"You're welcome," Nancy and Steve said in amusement.
"The moment I realized I liked both of you, actually isn't that much different," Nancy said in amusement. "I both caught you with romance novels. . .of course, it was a long time ago with Steve and earlier this year with Eddie."
"Really?!" They asked, and they looked at each other. "You?!"
"I don't know why you're so surprised," Steve scoffed, raising an eyebrow at Eddie. "You heard about my dream. . .of course, I'm a romantic. I don't know why I'm surprised about you. . .cynical, my ass, of course you're a romantic. . .unambiguous sign of true love."
"I am never going to live that down," Eddie groaned and threw up his hands. "Okay! Jesus H Christ, I love love!"
"I think it's sweet," Nancy smiled. "Now, more than ever, we need to believe in love. Whether it's familial, romantic, or strictly platonic."
"Like me and Robin," Steve said with a goofy grin. "Platonic with a - "
" - capital p!" Nancy and Eddie exclaimed.
"Yes, we know," Nancy said. "It's strictly platonic with me and Robin, too. I definitely love her."
"Oh me, too!" Eddie exclaimed.
"Yeah, she's great," Steve grinned and then frowned. "But there's no one like me and Robin. . .I found her first."
"Of course," Nancy giggled.
Steve leaned back against the couch, smiling at the both of them. Eddie and Nancy were talking over him now, their hands over his knees. They were discussing the things to come, Vecna, and what had already happened. Steve listened to them both as Eddie talked about his guilt over Chrissy's death, his feelings, while Nancy did the same about her own guilt over Barb's death and how she had felt about Barb. Steve placed a hand over Nancy's and Eddie's back. They leaned into his touch, letting him know that they appreciated his silent reassurance. Whatever happened, they were going to get through it together.

Hello!!!!!! I was wondering if you could do a Damian Wayne x sick male reader and how he would take care of them? It could be hcs or a while fic, I don’t care lol I’m sick right now and honestly really like Damian haha (BTW I LOVE YOUR WORKS!!)
Do as I say, not as I do
Summary: An alien sickness is running through Damian’s house and he’s confident he can beat it. Pairing: Damian Wayne x Male!reader Wc: 1.6k tags/warnings: sick fic, alien sickness, fainting, general illness stuff A/n: hopefully you’re not still sick ik this took 4everrr
It’s not that Damian doesn’t like when you wear his clothes— you’re his spouse, of course, he absolutely loves when you wear his clothes. His pants, his shirts, sweaters, hell, he’d let you wear his socks if you’ve asked. It’s just… not while you’re sick, man.
He watches as you cough into the sleeve of his Nightwing hoodie, resigning himself to hand washing it before putting it in the washing machine once you’re done. He hides his negative feelings; not quite distaste, not quite annoyance. It’s a third emotion he hasn’t found just yet. You inhale and he can hear the mucus getting sucked back into your nose before you hack a flurry of coughs. A nearby tissue gets attacked with the boogers that went from your nose to your throat.
Despite the… disliking for germs and all things that could get him sick, Damian is not far from you. He hasn’t been more than ten feet away from you at any given moment. You smile when you see him walking back from the bedroom with a mountain of blankets for you to choose from. You’d said you were cold and when prompted, you simply said blanket. Never mind there were nearly twenty tucked away in one of the various dressers.
“Habibi, which one would you like?” He asks, showing each, still folded, blanket in his arms.
“The—“ Which comes out as a wheezy da. “— tiger one.” Amazing choice, he would’ve picked that one if he had to. Carefully, he shakes it open and goes to drape it over you when he sees you looking up at him expectantly. He sets the blanket down and leans over, wiping the sweat from your forehead before he kisses the spot. You hum, eyes closing at the warmth that spreads to your face when he holds you so tenderly. The blanket slides over you and he checks on the fireplace, adding another log for good measure.
He silently curses Jon for giving you some alien sickness, deciding that he’ll give him yet another earful when you fall asleep. Thankfully it wasn’t deadly, confirmed by J’onn, but it was a nasty sickness all the same. Expected to last nearly half the month but could last longer depending on your conditions. And Damian prides himself on his abilities; abilities that include making his home stress-free and sterile. Not clean. Sterile. He won’t allow even a single molecule of dust to enter the house without wiping it away. He, even though it pains him, had temporarily set up Alfred and Titus back at the manor until you were well.
You told him that part wasn’t necessary, but he insisted and you especially understand just how stubborn he can be.
Of course, at the news of this alien sickness, Bruce (and let’s be honest, anyone with a working, unbiased, mind) had requested you be set in the WatchTowers quarantine zone where you could be closely monitored. Damian refused, declaring himself the perfect doctor and he doesn’t need anyone subpar attending to his husband.
Just don’t let him know that every time he leaves the room you see one of the members at the window taking random tests to check up on you. A couple of times one of the speeders has done a drive-by blood sample or something else that requires being in close contact. It’s something you intend to keep a secret from him for a while.
Sinking into the soft pillow, you watch as he turns the channel to something more pleasant. He doesn’t want you watching crime or medical shows while you’re recovering; he thinks it’ll prolong your sickness with the stress. He also doesn’t want to bore you with documentaries. Or stress you with horror or thriller. He doesn’t want to watch RomComs because they’re either too good or too bad. So, cartoons it is.
“I don’t wanna watch Bluey,” You whine. “I’m a grown man.” He raises an eyebrow at you and you huff. To your horror, a booger flies out from your nose, landing on the floor several feet away from you and you try not to laugh and/or hide in embarrassment.
“I’ll put on Miraculous Ladybug, then,” He grabs a tissue and wipes up the mucus from the floor.
“Oh, yes.” The show plays and Damian starts on dinner. He’s a little unsure of what to make; he wants something healthy but nothing too healthy so you’ll eat it without fuss. He tried feeding you nothing but vegetables blended together the first night and you threw it up as soon as the bowl was empty. He knows you’re also tired of soup; he would be too if it was all he ate for nearly every meal for the past week.
He thinks for a moment, looking at the fridge doors and pictures of what foods are in there. There’s a lot, considering he’d allowed Dick (read: Dick begged him until Damian agreed) to help him with grocery shopping only for Dick to show up with a shopping cart filled with food. Not that he was upset; he even said thank you before slamming the door shut. He’d seen how Dick had an open wound on his face and he wasn’t going to risk any type of contamination.
His fingers drum on the countertop as he thinks before he stops and opens the door to double-check something.
“Beloved, how would you like a poke bowl for dinner?”
“Yes, please,” You cry at the idea of not eating yet another soup. He nods and begins to work, listening to your breathing and stopping every so often when it changes to something too harsh for his liking. You eventually sit up, cracking your back and watching as he chops up the avocado slices, splaying them nearly on top of the rice and other assortments. He drizzles on the kewpie mayo and sriracha like they do in recipe videos, cleaning the sides of the bowl with a napkin until it looks pretty. It’s like watching The Bear. Or BingingWithBabish.
Changing the channel to something you both enjoy, you open the blanket up for him. He sits close to you, your thighs touching despite the warnings that the illness is communicable.
You eat, happy that it’s staying down because it tastes so fucking good and you’d hate to throw up again. At some point you, though, between chewing on the last bite and setting the bowl on the coffee table, you knock out.
It startles Damian as he grabs you once he notices you were going down, suddenly limp. Putting a hand to your forehead, he chews at the inside of his cheek when he sees your feverish skin against the back of his hand. It’s not dangerously hot, just a little above your normal temperature. Checking your pulse, he finds that it’s normal and listens to your breathing; also normal. So, nothing that’s immediately alarming.
Perhaps you were simply fatigued, but he wasn’t going to take his chances. From a small box on the coffee table, he grabs a small flashlight and checks your eyes. They dilate as they should. He then goes into the closet to grab his inflatable cuff, which he would later tell you was exactly why he’d insisted on having one in the first place and tested your blood pressure. Normal. That’s good. In the same box, the cuff was in, he takes the glucose meter and pricks your finger.
Low.
Not dangerously so, but lower than he’d like it to be.
He doesn’t want to leave you on the couch but he needs to as he fixes a cup of a sugary drink and a small plate of your favorite cookies before he returns to the couch. You’re stirring at that point, grumbling as your eyes adjust to the lights.
“You worried me,” He admits, sitting at your side, gently brushing his fingers against your face. “Here, your blood sugar is low. Eat as much as you can manage,” Nodding, you take a long sip of the drink, relishing the feeling because Damian insisted on those crazy superfood drinks with nothing but kale and spinach.
“I apologize,” He blinks down at the floor. “I neglected to realize how important eating… fun foods are as well as healthy foods.”
“It’s okay,” You shrug, eating the cookie and then offering him one. He shakes his head, insisting you eat them. “How long was I out for?”
“No more than ten minutes,” He assures, putting the items back into the box but doesn’t put the box away. He inhales and checks your forehead again. It’s the same, of course.
—
That routine continues for another week. A week of tissues and sore throats. Not that you minded all that much, it wasn’t so bad spending all that time being doted on by Damian. At least until you woke up to the sound of him coughing his lungs out, reading blindly for his shirt.
“I’ll get the soup ready,” You hum, tossing the overs off and stuffing your feet into your house slippers.
“Don’t be ridiculous, I’ll go to the quarantine ward in the WatchTower.” He shakes his head. “You’re just getting over being sick, stay here.”
“Damian, no,” Pushing him back to the bed, he glares and grabs your hand.
“I do not want to get you sick, your body shouldn’t be under stress after you’ve just gotten over being—“ He’s forced to stop as he can no longer hold back his own coughs.
“I think I remember the recipe you like,” You mutter, checking his temperature. “I’ll tell Bruce you’ll be out of commission for a while.”
“I’m going to the Watchtower,” He insists, following you out of the room. “I’ve already contacted Father and he agrees. He’s on his way now,”
“You’re ridiculous.”
“I’m keeping you safe.”

OCTOBER MOON prologue
There was a single, short moment of silence before the commotion began. A moment of confusion and sick loss that weaved its way between and through everyone until it thinned into a desperate need to understand what they'd all just been through.
"He was so alone," Charley whimpered, pitiful, arms curled around his middle as he tried to forget the little boy who'd needed someone to stay with him so badly, "I didn't want to leave him..."
Rhonda scowled, "How could she not know!?" Spitting her anger through gritted teeth, gesturing widely as if the air was too close and she had to push it away.
Wally was frantic, hands moving as fast as his mouth, "I saw Maddie's dad—"
"What?" Weakly, tortured, "Where? Why did you get to see him and I didn't?" And Maddie began to tremble because she'd always known her father had died but she and her mother had never been given more than a feeble, 'it was an accident'. An accident that had rendered her father unrecognizable and dead. An accident that had driven her mother to the bottom of too many bottles and away from her daughter. An accident Maddie had never believed because she'd known, she'd KNOWN, it was a lie. But she hadn't visited him, she'd been stuck in a hospital room with a twelve-year-old girl and her great aunt, forced to watch as Then Deputy Baxter held his hat to his chest and declared a little boy gone.
It wasn't fair and Wally held her even as he explained, "Janet was there," to Charley and Rhonda who stared at him in disbelief.
They all talked over each other, "What was she doing there?" - "Do you think Mr. Martin knows?" - "Maybe that's why he helped her move on; he knew she was dangerous!" - "He can't know, if he did, he wouldn't have let her near us."
Meanwhile, Ajay was urgently scouring the rows, under every seat, down every aisle, calling out Mina's name before disappearing at a run to the back of the stage, into the rafters, "Mina, Mina, Mina!" Over and over, heart in his throat, where was she, she never left the theater, where was she!?
But all of that faded into the background when you heard a weak, strained voice ask, "Why didn't you tell me?"
On your knees on the stage, staring blankly at the spot the farmhouse door had been, you tried to make your mouth work. Slowly, you panned to Xavier who stepped toward you, his face pained, his brow creased and eyes filled with so much sorrow it felt like a kick to the heart.
Meekly in return, you confessed, "I didn't remember," as if that solved the problem. A band-aid over a bullet wound, as true as it was. You'd been tested several times at your mother's stubborn hand for dissociative amnesia, unable to reconcile how you'd remembered Aiden's final moments. A lethal fall down the farmhouse stairs. A farmhouse in town, abandoned, on your way home from the elementary school. You'd gone in to escape the rain and he'd wandered off on his own. Had hit his head so hard on the stone wall, he'd bled out at the bottom of the stairs. You'd watched his spirit rise and then vanish. It was in your statement to Xavier's father. It was how you'd remembered it, in vague flashes, for the six years it'd been since it'd happened.
"I didn't......it wasn't like that." You repeated, forcing the words out around the lump in your throat. "I didn't remember..."
Xavier collapsed to his knees in front of you, devastated, "How? How could you not remember that? How could you not tell me!?" It wasn't harsh or mean or loud though part of you wished it was. It was a quiet expression of betrayal. And then, a breathy whisper, "He was my brother, too."
Maybe not biologically, but emotionally, spiritually, it was true. Xavier had held Aiden as a baby; had held Aiden's hand on his first day of kindergarten; had taught him big words to impress his teachers, and how to kick a ball into the net, and how to skateboard like a big boy, and how to—you shook, eyes welling with tears as Xavier continued to look at you like you'd just shattered his whole world.
"Xavier," Maddie said softly, her own voice shaky with grief, "It's not her fault."
Xavier exhaled deeply as he turned his head to Maddie, pressed his lips together, suddenly appearing anxious beneath the pain, "When did you get back?"
Maddie shot you a helpless look and you took the responsibility from her, saying in a wet tone, "She didn't, Zav."
Xavier was confused for a long minute, staring at Maddie as if he could piece her together like a puzzle.
He blinked several times, looked—really looked—at the students he didn't recognize, noticing their outdated apparel, their pale complexions, their...not-really-thereness. All at once, it struck him, a knife-twisting epiphany while your voice in his mind, carefree and purposefully teasing, told him and Mathilda about your hot football player ghost. He gazed at Wally Clark, the number 57 on the sleeve of his varsity jacket, and then swallowed.
Xavier's eyes closed almost as soon as his gaze returned to rest on you; his lips pressed together so you wouldn't see how the bottom one wobbled. His shoulders tensed, and, when he opened his eyes again, he couldn't stomach to look at you. In that moment, he understood like common sense exactly where he stood with you and it hurt.
"Zav," You whimpered, reaching for him, but he shifted away, shaking his head. "Zav, please," You attempted, shuffling forward on your knees. He stood, stumbled back a step and then grabbed his head, breathing heavy.
"No." He said, then louder, "No, no way." You clambered to your feet as he jumped off the stage. "It's too much," He said and you could tell he was fighting tears, "I can't do this." He marched to the top of the center aisle as you called after him, pausing only for a second to glance back at you over his shoulder, his expression utterly destroyed, and then he opened the door and left.
You made to run after him, but Wally grabbed you, pulled you to his chest. "Let him go, baby," he said, calm and soft, and when you struggled, wailing, folding forward, and falling to the ground, he went with you and cradled you in his arms. Let you cry out everything that had happened; with Aiden, with the farmhouse cellar, with the cult, and Amelia and Anabelle. All of it. Wally held you through it, shushing you, holding your head to his chest, rocking you, kissing your hair between variations of, "I've got you, baby, I'm right here."
As you began to recover, thick sniffs and small whimpers, you burrowed into the safety and comfort of Wally's arms, not wanting the others to see you like that. Unfortunately, you didn't have a choice. Your phone vibrated in the back pocket of your skirt. Wally shamelessly retrieved it, handing it off to Maddie without a word.
"Simon's here." She said, as somber and morose as the rest of them.
‗‗‗‗•‗‗‗‗
Quinn Wu smiled as they greeted the next customer at the box office. It was Friday. They'd planned on checking out Horror Con with their friends. On finally letting loose and enjoying a weekend like a regular teenager. That was until their mom had stumbled in drunk right as they were about to leave, their mom clearly unable to work her shift at Jitterbug Theater. It wasn't busy. They could've called their mom in sick and the other staff could've easily made do.
But their family was hard up for money and the rent was overdue by several days, the threat of eviction already made clear like blood painted on the doorframe. So, there they were, giving their best customer service smile to the next in line.
The woman was old but pretty, her hair tucked under a hat that reminded Quinn of something one would see in the 20s. She wore large sunglasses accessorized with chunky rhinestones that glittered in the fluorescent light. Her cashmere sweater was a simple black, her mink shawl a bright Barbie pink. She hobbled in tall, spiky heels toward the counter, her weight balanced on a cane that matched her sunglasses.
She was fabulous, Quinn thought, certainly the most interesting person they'd ever seen. The woman joked with Quinn as she waited for her tickets to print.
And then...then the world seemed to go quiet. The woman leaned in, her hand grabbing Quinn's when they offered her the tickets. With a grey-toothed grin, she said, "I'm so sorry your mother doesn't love you enough to let you have your own life," truly sympathetic. She lowered her sunglasses on her nose, sparkling blue eyes gazing deep into Quinn's.
Strangely, Quinn wasn't alarmed. Or offended. Or disturbed. They were resigned. As if the woman's words expressed a universal truth they couldn't escape. Quinn nodded, their eyes casting to the countertop.
The woman leaned in further and assured, "Don't worry, pet, I can make it all better."
Quinn's eyes flashed up to hers, hopeful. "Really?"
The woman nodded, "Just be sure to go to school on time and don't skip any classes. Be a good student," the woman instructed, very serious, "and I'll make sure you get everything you want." Her smile remained sweet while her eyes turned sharp. "I promise. But do you?"
Quinn pondered the question, tilting their head and staring at the woman in front of them who could give them everything they wanted. After a few silent seconds, the beat of their heart getting louder in their ears, they answered:
"I promise."

🖤Dark AU, Post Three, A Better World...
(Warning! This post mentions death, dying, gore, yanderes, and implied drugging. Do not read if this upsets you! You have been warned...)
• You weren't sure what you were expecting on being back with your team. You'd expected maybe some crying, or a lecture, or even being banned or kicked out... Not everyone being older, clingy, and seeming to harbor something dark within...
• Recovering is hard. Your abdomen had been cut open before you had... and while it had healed some after you and your friends came back... it hadn't healed all the way. So that meant your... "team"... had to bandage it, stitch the deepest parts closed, and then would not leave you alone. This would have been fine in any other scenario. Needed, or wanted, even. But everyone here just seemed off, somehow. Desperate. Darker. More dangerous. It's like when you and the others had ... they just snapped. And that wasn't good.
• Right now, you're sitting at breakfast with your friends, as well as the beings who appear as Logan, Victor, The Professor, and Scott and Jean. You feel small whenever their piercing gaze crosses over you, as though it's peeling back your skin and trying to see what's underneath, trying to find out why you won't give in. It feels heavy, intense, too much. You do your best to ignore them... even if that means having to try and drink the smoothie they made. The color is light, the scent sweet, and it makes your stomach growl. But you don't trust it. You don't trust them.
• Kurt seems to have no such qualms. He's busy trying to drink his own smoothie, sitting on the same side of the table as you, his tail wrapped around your ankle like a hand seeking comfort (or a chain keeping you attached). You can't blame him. You know that... You know you should have been more careful. That you should have planned harder, or waited one more day, or just done anything else differently to save you all from... His tail squeezes tighter, and his eyes soften at you. He reaches under the table and grabs your hand, giving it a light squeeze. You breathe out, trying to think about something else.
• Kitty sits on Kurt's other side, nervous. You smile lightly at her, trying to ease the tension, and she smiles back, timid. She drinks some of her smoothie, and you hum lightly as you peer at yours again. Pietro already went through two, but you understand. He has a fast metabolism, and he honestly needs every bit of nutrition and food he can get. You're worried. He's just been... he's been too quiet. Where Kurt clings to you or Kitty hugs the three of you as tight as she can, Pietro just keeps watch, guarded, his spine tense and his eyes on edge. You want to talk to him, to try and get to the bottom of what exactly is bothering him, but... you don't want the adults to hear.
• "Is your drink alright, dear?" You snap back up, jumping slightly. Right. You got lost in your thoughts again... You stare at the Professor, trying to shove down any surface worry or fear. "It isn't too acidic, is it? It's a berry mixture, but we tried to use the ones you liked." "It's okay. I'm just not very hungry, I guess..." "My dear, I insist you please try to eat a little. You need the nutrients and vitamins to get better."
• You can see Logan shift, ready to get up and "help" you. You don't know what they'd do, but you aren't sure you want to test the waters right now. You sigh, but take a sip. The cloying taste of sweet berries fills your mouth, and you feel your stomach tighten with pain when you think of not swallowing. You tentatively gulp it down, and feel a bit better. You don't like the way everyone stares at you, with too soft, too dark eyes, watching and waiting... You take another sip, and Pietro pats your arm. You lean into the touch, deciding you need comfort more than you need to be guarded right now.
• "You doing alright, bud? Just, take it easy, okay? You're fine, we're safe, okay?" he says, whispering softly to you. You nod, not wanting to talk about it. The conversation goes up again, but you let it turn to white noise around you, only listening for keywords or any hints of what secret the adults could possibly have...
• "Hang in their, mein freund. Ve vill be okay," Kurt whispers. You smile, more a grimace than anything, but you stay huddled between your friends. You feel safe here, if only with them...
• If he's being honest, Kurt doesn't know how to feel about all of... this. His mother, his sister, his whole family, they're all older! The world is strange now, speaking of peace and friendship rather than war and violence. The adults keep saying they are okay, that they are safe, that no one will hurt them, that none of them will leave them. He... he doesn't want to be left alone. He can't stand the idea. Kitty leans into his side, and Reader squeezes his hand again. He sighs. He is here. He is safe. They are all safe. God has delivered them, and He has brought them home. Kurt, he... he felt scared, when they had been captured. When they were experimented on, tortured, kept locked away and hidden, with no way for their family to find them. He felt so, so lost. So afraid. So alone. But his friends were there. Reader was there. And they had been willing to sacrifice themself, to be the scape goat, the sacrificial lamb, the one who took all the punishment, all so he and Kitty and Pietro would be safe. Then they gave up their own life, all so they could escape, or try to... He... he felt grateful to them. Grateful for them. They were like a blessing, an angel in disguise... Maybe... maybe they were...? Or maybe they were someone blessed, who helped others, who was beloved by God and His Heaven...? Kurt didn't know for sure, but... he couldn't let them get hurt. He had to keep them safe. They were his friend, they were family, and he couldn't bare to see them suffer again...
• Kitty thought she was taking all of this pretty well. Okay, they're in, like, the future. Surprise, everyone they know and loved was older! And scary! And... well, okay, so far were only taking care of them. Which at times felt scary, but no one was hurting them, or being mean or rude, so it was good? Right? She... she didn't know how to process all of this. Seriously, what had happened?! She thought all of them were goners, had died, and then they're back (not unharmed but they're alive!), and then they're captured by their team (their family) and brought back to the Institute. So, all is well, right? One would think that, but... she isn't sure. Sure, the others act the same, they say they love them, that they missed them, but... but then why? Why does she feel so scared, so wary, of them? Like they'll pop out of the shadows or keep them caged? They're their team! They're their family! They wouldn't do that, would they? She tells herself they wouldn't, that they care, that they wouldn't do all of this for them if they didn't... But Reader is wary, too... and they're her friend, one of her best friends... She wants this to be good, she really does. She doesn't want to be scared anymore! She doesn't want to be hurt anymore! She doesn't deserve that! Kurt doesn't deserve that! Not Pietro! And not Reader! They're all funny, and sweet, and brave, they're all nice (when Pietro isn't pulling a prank war)! So who should she trust? Her friends, or their family? She... she's not sure she can choose... but the moment something is wrong, she will get them out, and they won't ever be hurt again...
• Pietro has seen better days. Felt better too. What. The. H*ll. He and his friends survived H*ll on Earth. They put up with the secret, evil scientists and government officials and generals and soldiers, they took beatings, they were pushed to their f*cking limits, and then they DIED. What. Does. He. Do. How do they even begin to recover from this? And Reader... Look, he trusts them, with his life, he might add. But they just, they lied, to him, to Kurt, to Kitty, all so they could go sacrifice themself so the three of them could escape. How does he even begin to deal with that? How does he forget it? He doesn't want to accept it. He wished it hadn't ended like that. Why, why, WHY would they DO that?! They were supposed to escape together, no man left behind, but they let themself get caught and they DIED. He. He's just so... he's so sick. He's upset. He's scared. He's scared for them... Why would they do this? Don't they know he cares, that they care, that they love them, that they'd miss them? Do they think themself worthless? Does Reader hate themself? Do they know what they did? Do they know what they've done? He doesn't know how to talk to them about this. He needs to. He doesn't want them hurt ever again... he can't lose them ever again... they... they scared him... they let themself die for them, for him... He just wants all of them to be safe... He doesn't to hurt them, he doesn't want to make them cry, but if they can't save themself too, then he'll make it so they are. Even if they means... even if it means finding other means to do so...
• You're glad when breakfast is over. You feel tired, but honestly... you really want to just hug your friends and forget for an hour. But when you do wake up... you need to have a talk... You just hope they'll listen.

ross isn't quite sure what this is. if maksim were literally any other man on the god damned planet, he would call it flirting, because it feels like it. banter, casual and playful, tiptoeing into sexual and then dipping back out again, testing waters and making guesses at how easy it would be to jump into them. but this is maksim and it's not flirting, and ross has never felt as uncomfortable and unsure as he does when messages pop up across his screen and that stupid fucking goofy grin spreads across his face, impossible to stop from happening.
for a bit, he lets the messages lay, moves around the kitchen to start making himself something for dinner, leftovers from the night before, some rice and a fresh batch of chicken, quick and easy, trying and failing to compose the perfect message in his head. it doesn't have to be perfect, and he knows that. he's still thoroughly convinced himself that he's not trying to impress this guy. but when his phone buzzes again, and he looks at the new messages, and that same goofy grin appears, he's back to fretting over the perfect thing to say again.
[ Big Guy ⟶ ✉︎ ] i used to go hiking a lot back home with my sister and cousins. camping trips and all that. there's a place near my hometown called barrow falls, if you're ever in the mood to see different gorgeous waterfalls, i can't recommend it enough. [ Big Guy ⟶ ✉︎ ] was gonna take the ex there and pop the question before... well, you know that story, anyway. [ Big Guy ⟶ ✉︎ ] i don't, by the way. feel that way. i don't think it's ever the right move to dull your own shine to help someone elses stand out. this will be the last time i ever say anything nice to you, so savor it while it lasts, but i think you're a great guy, maksim, and having high standards is a testament to that. you want someone who meets you where you are, and there's nothing wrong with that.
his heart is hammering in his chest again, hard and fast. he's worried that sincerity is only going to get him mocked, and on that same vein, he's worried that that sincerity won't be taken sincerely. because he's not exactly been anything besides a pain in the ass to maksim before. a few moments of nice don't really change that, and if the other man thinks he's just putting on some show of it, something about the idea of that makes him sick to his stomach, too.
he blows out a breath, and then grabs the phone again, chewing thoughtfully on his bottom lip. worrying it enough that he can feel that little dent in it, the place where he bites at it a lot, the little divot where he's broken skin more than once.
[ Big Guy ⟶ ✉︎ ] i mean that, by the way. i'm not just saying it to say it. what time on saturday?
because it's much easier to pivot an awkward conversation than to try and pick it up and run with it even further. maksim will believe him or he won't.
[ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] I guess I sense them cuz they're usually being standoffish with me. When they start off that way or turn into a cold asshole after they realize I don't have a single submissive bone in my body, that's when I know it's another Dom. Have you seen those nature videos of two apex predators just staring tensely at each other until one finally leaves? It's just like that. 💀 [ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] Don't worry, I've played wingman before. They won't run from you just cuz I'm there.
He's surprised to read how sorry Ross is that his date didn't work out, though Maksim doesn't really dwell over it. He isn't so annoyed to just become jaded about romantic outcomes; maybe for him it wasn't that serious because he already did have a family, and thanks to his amazing parents, he knew what type of love could exist out there. He was brought up to have a healthy, high self-esteem in that he already knew he was great, and that the right partner would only highlight that greatness. There would be time for other dates and other Omegas to come along and dazzle him (though, one thing that doesn't really make sense is him rejecting easy sex for a night of naked texting alone in bed. He's grateful Ross won't ever become aware of the full details, won't ever be able to call him out on that uncharacteristic shift in behavior.)
What inevitably trips Maksim up is Ross calling him out on something else, his dark twin brows knitting together in response. He delays texting back then, lips pressing into a firm line as a heavier pulse stirs in his cock, subtly shifting the crimson fabric draped inadequately over his groin. He’s grown accustomed to Ross's bold, sexual remarks, but he’s damned lucky they’re not face-to-face right now. The tiny human has no idea about the twisted hedonism brewing in the darkening swirl of his blue irises. Slowly, the pad of his tongue drags along his bottom lip, clearly hungry for something, and only after wrestling his unruly thoughts into submission does he finally reply, his composure carefully pieced back together.
[ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] Depends. I'd have to see you wearing it first, yeah? So I know exactly what to think about when I'm fucking them. [ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] Yeah fucking right. You wish.
Whew. That was a close one. Nice fucking save.
He’s not completely insane------- yet. But it’s becoming abundantly more transparent that Ross wouldn’t mind taking him there. Maksim’s starting to suspect this human thinks he can play with him, like some sorta game. He seems to want a reaction out of Maksim, probably hoping to get under his skin the way he might have with one of his stupid fucking exes. But Maksim isn’t about to be wrapped around the finger of some arrogant, annoying human. It's not happening. It's not. Hell, he’d tear open the throat of another subby boy right in front of Ross if that’s what it took to make his point. Sure, it’s a massive risk... one that could entirely dismantle his carefully maintained secret. But clearly, Maksim's not thinking straight, not when his cock is throbbing painfully hard because of who's currently texting him.
Then, a photo rolls in. Something to pull his attention away, if only for the moment.
[ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] I think you should wear the smaller one. You want the cock to do most of the stretching, don't you? [ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] We're helping each other out. You said you needed it, and I'm kinda goin stir crazy here without something new to bite into. 😈 [ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] And there's not much to talk about? It was fun cuz we hiked around one of my favorite waterfalls, but nothing exciting. Just one of those dates where you don't really feel anything. He was a sweet boy just not my sweet boy, ya know? [ Little Brat ⟶ ✉︎ ] I could be too picky, though. You ever feel like that? Like maybe settling down and lowering expectations is the better option?

my niece stayed with us last night. it was pretty fun this time, probably because I was feeling better (if I'm already in pain or exhausted, I can't handle it). after we dropped her off, we talked to my mother for a little bit, and then drove to my in-laws. we were there for a few hours and because the guys were busy outside, i ended up talking to my mother-in-law for most of that time. it was... kind of good? I don't know. she actually showed some real emotions, just a little bit, but hey that's more than ever before! I even gave her a weird little shoulder squeeze/side hug, it was so weird.
anyway, I almost fell asleep in the car on the way home because I was so tired, and actually did fall asleep immediately on the couch.
#it's pretty annoying because my mother-in-law of course asked me how applying for jobs is going. I haven't applied for a single one yet#bc dude I can barely get through the day. I sleep for 12-16 hours a day. and I'm almost always in some kind of pain. and I'm not doing so#good mentally either. come on! I interacted with a handful of people in one day and had to sleep for like 6 hours.#anyway so I said it's a bit difficult because I'm constantly tired - it felt like the only thing she might kind of understand?#annnd she said its probably a vitamin D deficiency and I should get that tested (I won't because I'd have to pay for that and also I think I#read that taking vitamin D supplements doesn't actually help? I can't remember now and I don't want to look it up bc I know it definitely is#not the only or even main reason I am always tired.#I took vitamin D tablets for several months last year (?) bc my previous GP recommended it and. it did absolutely nothing at all#plus. like. I can't sleep. I sleep like shit. always. so. idk? that definitely doesn't help#and I sleep more when I'm in pain and all that too. so.#and she knows I have a bunch of health issues but. nope it's vitamin D because that's one thing and it's simple and here take a pill you're#fine now! wait why aren't you fine now? oh I guess you're just lazy 🙄#< that's 100% how that would go#ugh. Just let me sleep for 5-10 years. maybe that'd fix me....#like. I'm trying to get myself back (?) to being an actual human person again. I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with me. I'm trying to#live and not feel like I'm drowning every fucking day#finding a job is only gonna add more stress and exhaustion and everything. if I want to try to help myself this is the time to do it#okay rant over I'm going to sleep now#personal

STILL wide awake! i did not put down my phone! and now im hungry. so i will not be sleeping tonight ♥️
#purrs#also… im gonna admit it. ive been up for hours cleaning out… my toyhouse accounts. not cleaning them out but cleaning them up. and im so#FUCKING mad at my 18 year old self for giving away characters that meant so much to me to 12 year olds on warriors amino who never finished#their half of the art trade… and now so many of them are like. completely out of my reach and i can never get them back. im trying to ask#for the characters ive been able to find and track them down. which for ppl who actually love and care for them im sure is predatory and#annoying bc it’s like ok you made that choice so live with it. but im so fucking mad at myself and i wish i could undo it. i know it doesn’t#matter bc i don’t do that kind of deviantart stuff anymore but like.. i gave away characters who were so special to me growing up and now so#many of them are like.. on locked / unauthorized toyhouses or deleted or the person already owns them and is never trading them and#imjust so SAD!!!!!! over pixels i know. PULLING AN ALL NIGHTER over pixels. but im so saddddd aughhhhh#delete later#(i also did clean out photos and do practice drivers tests btw. but ive mostly been doing toyhouse stuff)#also im so sad and angry charahub went down and i didn’t even know it and i can’t access my data at allll like so much precious info#on there is gone forever. pain and suffering. also it’s worth naming im not in this to like have the best most expensive whatever designs im#doing this bc i desperately want to salvage every piece of my childhood / adolescence and never let go of anything in my life ever and when#i was 18 i thought i could run away from deeply permanently hurting and betraying a friend by selling all of my characters starting w the#ones they made me and then branching off into baiscally all of them to not make it look like it was just abt them bc i couldn’t bear to be#reminded of what i had done. and now i live with the consequences. in more ways than just the characters obviously. so there’s that#(i had my reasons for doing what i had to do btw. but i will never stop feeling guilty about it or regretting how it must have felt for them#bc we were like best friends and then i turned cold and awful because i didn’t know how to communicate my needs so instead i just shut them#out and didn’t even have the decency to explain why. and it fucking sucked that i did that. lol)#* and still sucks. and i think abt it all the time and try not to talk about it for a lot of reasons but here i am so. lol

Romeo had just settled into the chair near Taiga’s bed, legs crossed, one hand idly drumming against the armrest as his sharp gaze flicked between the room and Taiga himself. He watched with thinly veiled disdain as clothes were carelessly discarded onto the floor, the growing pile of chaos clearly testing his patience. But then Taiga flopped onto the mattress with all the grace of a drunken ragdoll, muffling his pained wince into the pillow, and Romeo’s exasperation gave way to something softer.
For all his complaints, Romeo wasn’t blind to how utterly worn out Taiga looked. The blood loss, the exhaustion, the reckless stubbornness—it was all so painfully Taiga. And as much as Romeo hated admitting it, it was impossible not to feel the pull of that soft spot he tried so hard to bury.
His magenta eyes narrowed slightly as Taiga finally managed to crawl under the covers, the lazy hand that emerged from the blanket making a half-hearted grabbing motion in his direction. And then came the whine—“Luluuu”—dragging out his name like a petulant child begging for attention.
Romeo groaned, leaning back in the chair as though the weight of the world rested solely on his shoulders.
“For the love of… Taiga, do you ever stop? You’re already in bed. What more do you possibly want from me?”
But the question was rhetorical, and they both knew it. Romeo’s sharp tongue couldn’t quite mask the way his body betrayed him, rising from the chair with an air of reluctant inevitability. He crossed the small distance to the bed, his expression hovering somewhere between annoyance and quiet resignation as he stood over Taiga’s sprawled form.
“You are so damn needy, you know that? It’s honestly exhausting.”
Despite the words, Romeo’s hand moved on its own, brushing briefly against Taiga’s outstretched fingers before he let out a long-suffering sigh and sat down on the edge of the bed. He turned slightly, magenta eyes meeting Taiga’s with a pointed glare.
“You’d better appreciate this, darling. I don’t do this for just anyone.”
Carefully, he leaned back against the headboard, his movements slow and deliberate, leaving just enough space for Taiga to shift closer if he wanted to. He rested one arm against his knee, the other falling lazily at his side as his gaze softened.
<<5 new messages from Taiga>>
Hey Lulu
Be a darling and bring me some anomalous meds
[Photo attachment: a nasty bleeding gash on his side that he's done a botched job of sewing halfway closed]
Can't hold the needle properly
Vision is getting kinda blurry lol
@blundering-thoughtless-hooligan
<<5 subsequent replies from Romeo>>
TAIGA YOU BTH—!
Stop trying to do it yourself
you're going to leave permanent scars that not even laser skin resurfacing will be able to repair.
Put the damn needle down
I'm coming ASAP. idiot.

🕯️manifesting my promotion🕯️
#ack it would just be. so incredible for my life. not only would it be a full time job I could do sustainably without being in pain#but I know I like the company and get along ok with my coworkers (and certainly am capable of playing nice when I don't)#and I make the most sense as a candidate. I really do. the only point against me is I don't have my licence yet#but my driving test is 9 days away and I'm not very worried about whether or not I'll pass it#I just. please let this happen. this would let me have an actual career and a job I could live on. I'd have financial independence#for the first time in my life#plus I'd be making more money than I ever have in my life and it would give me management experience#so if it doesn't work out for whatever reason I'd be able to get other management-level jobs#but I hope it would work out because again I really like the company and id rather stay there than work for a bigger company#like could I probably get a management job at like walmart or a fast food place? yes. but I wouldn't want to lol#but yeah I'd go from $11/hr to $17.50/hr and I'd work about 22 more hours per week#plus I'd get bonuses and paid vacation days and all of that which would be very nice#apparently there's a $4k sign on bonus for the position too (bc they've had such a hard time filling it if I had to guess)#so I'd have that to look forward to whenever it got paid out. Just generally I'd be in a much much better financial situation#and so would my whole family#right now my income makes a big difference and I'm only making like $500/month rn#so if I was making over $2000/month? my parents would be so much less stressed#idk I've just felt more fulfilled at this job than I ever have before and I feel like I belong at this company honestly#like as far as part time jobs go I got extremely lucky. it's a very lax culture where as long as your tasks get done#they don't care if you spend half your shift on your phone. there's no meaningless busy work#I'm allowed to sit when I want to and I'm very mobile otherwise and it's great for my pain#I'm in very minor pain at this job. less pain than high school caused me in terms of physical demand on my body#I can see myself being able to build an actual career at this company. and considering I spent most of last year struggling#to find employment at all? and then spent a few months in my own personal hell? the possibility that this might really happen is incredible#I've built so much confidence at this job in only 3 months and I would not have even thought myself capable of management a year ago#it's incredible what being surrounded by people who treat you like a competent adult person can do for your self-image#(you will see yourself as a competent adult person actually. crazy how that works)

I love it when characters are experiments. Clones, robots, mutants, being made, altered, and tested on by someone who is looking to understand what they are and why, but crucially does not think about *who* they are. They're still a person. They're just someone who wants to live and experience things that others take for granted; things they can't have, either because of how they were born or what their creators have done.
#double hit if they're dependent on whoever's doing this to them#“I need you to live but I hate that fact and I hate every moment that I am reminded of it”#Extra double points if the creator cares about their experiment in some way#Detachment hurts but it's harder to hate someone who acts kind sometimes/is genuinely concerned with your well being#Or their idea of it anyway#“I'm just doing this to make you better/stronger/more resilient”#“You have so much potential”#But that's not what should matter#Have you tried maybe caring about their wants and needs?#It's the lack of autonomy#The constant observation#The resentment#The pain of tests that you just want to be over but you know will have to happen again and again and again#The fear of what will happen if you're not good enough or don't turn out “right”#They could cast you aside at any moment if the results are unsatisfactory#anyway#something im very normal about

☆ gojo is so big that you have to go slow with taking him otherwise he will break you. and he loves that fact—he’s so cocky about it, about how every aspect of him is so overwhelming to you that you can’t take his cock without crying.
and they’re good tears, tears that taste good on his tongue when he licks them from your cheeks. tears that spring hot in your eyes with every inch he manages into you—he’s too much, though at the same time you can never get enough of him.
“gonna finally take all of me tonight, baby?” he mocks you, grins at the way your eyes squeeze shut as he rubs at your clit in hopes of relaxing you a tad. “you know, i could flip us over.. let gravity do the hard work.”
you accept because it sounds good in theory. gojo flips you both over and lays on his back as you find purchase with your fingers splayed over his heaving chest. but being like this, with satorus pulsing dick still barely half inside of you, you realise gravity hates you.
because although you're dropping just that little bit further down on his cock, your legs are trembling like it's an effort to keep you off of him. and gojo, being the cocky man he is, takes hold of your hips and works you even further downwards onto his length.
"fuck," is all you can manage, he's painful and narcotic all in the same stroke and so deep inside of you that you swear he's in your stomach. you shake your head, "i can't. you're too big, im sorry."
satoru shakes his head, looks up at you with those lust-blown eyes of his and smiles. "you want me to pull out?"
and as he tries to pull you up and off his length, slow as not to hurt you, there's a look on his face that you can't miss. he's so pretty when he's plotting, but you're only given a second to admire him, because just as he's about to pull the tip of his aching cock out of you, he lets go of your hips.
and your legs fail you, your body collapses downwards and you, in turn, are impaled on his prodigious length once again. you could cry, you think you do—your cheeks are wet when you fall forwards and your gasp of shock is swallowed by gojo, who kisses you hungrily. his fingers dig into your hips as he smiles against your kiss.
you feel his cock twitch inside of you, deeper than you've ever been able to take him before, and you realise you're practically at the base. you've never felt so full... so good... so stretched out and overwhelmed. and when your boyfriend tests the waters and fucks up into you just a little, a breathy moan is drawn straight from your lungs.
"toru—"
"shh," he snaps his hips up again to stall your words. "finally gonna cum inside of you, baby, not pulling out until you're left just as full as you are now."
and if your lover is anything at all, it's a man of his words. you'll have to call in sick tomorrow.
