OH MY GOD imagine platonic yandere adults, find out that the reader is their biological child somehow. Maybe from one of the scientists while doing some test and yans find out they need all of there reactions, especally if Wanda and peitro find out they have another sibling.
Ooooooh, yes! Yeah, that WOULD make things different. Because now the adult/s in question feel more attached (or entitled) to Reader, especially if they were someone who turned out very different from them (as in, saner and maybe a bit nicer)...
If it was Magneto who was Reader's biological parent, surprise, he's now doubling his efforts to free himself, his kids, Charles, and the rest of them out. And those who harmed his kids? They'll be dead when he's done with them. Of course, he is going to try and get closer to Reader, attempt to tell them what he now knows. Hopefully they believe him...
If Charles Xavier is Reader's biological parent, oh, what's this? A few guards mysteriously ended up in a coma? Oh, some head scientist who saw him went insane? That's nothing to worry about, but let's talk, try to calm down, and enjoy a bit of peace, shall we? Yeah, Xavier is ready to keep Reader safe, be it by incapacitating their abusers or simply helping calm his kid down. He wants to badly tell them their relation, but he's aware that it might not be a good time. But on the other hand, he doesn't know how long any of them have...
If Logan is Reader's biological parent, he's scared. He doesn't want them to get hurt, and he doesn't want them to be used as a weapon. He also doesn't want to hurt them. But he also wants to be close to them, wants to protect them. He's worried even more, because they could get hurt just for being related to him. He feels like he can be a bit more feral around them if he's their parent, because it's just as likely they're feral, too, and neither one of them would hurt the other when they're like that, would they? He'll be by their side as long as he can, and he'll try his best to keep them safe. He just hopes Reader survives long enough so they can escape...
If Victor was Reader's biological parent, he's ready to break out even sooner. He has a cub? And they're hurt? And they're sweet? And they're his blood? Ooooooooh, he's going to be goring those lab rats when he's free. He can share his kid with Jimmy, Logan, his runt, but the others? ... He'll think about it. He gets more possessive of them, more protective. If Reader is his by blood, then he feels he should have a say in how they handle them... And he won't hurt them, he'll try not to, but they shouldn't run if he goes to collect them. They don't need to be scared of their papa, right? He's keeping them safe, getting rid of their enemies and freeing their friends and uncle...
If Ororo was Reader's biological parent, she'd be very loving and motherly towards them. She'd happily accept them, and she'd be happy to take care of them. She's sorry they're in this situation, and wishes they could have found this all out some other way, but she hopes that they can move past their trauma and heal together, along with Evan and their friends. She will be electrocuting anyone who lays hands on them, and will be keeping Reader close once they've all escaped. She just has to break the news to them first, that they are related... Hopefully it won't make things worse, finding out about all of this...
Mystique would feel happy about it. One of her kids actually likes her? And this child is friends were her other two children? It's perfect! Perhaps she can finally reconnect with them, the way she's wanted to for a long time. She however hates that they're all stuck in this death trap of a place. She'll get rid of the ones who did this to them, and then they can all go home. She has to do this. If not, she could very well lose them all before they've got the chance to leave. She just hopes she can tell Reader about this newfound information next time she sees them...
Hank would enjoy knowing this, while also being bewildered. He, has a child? Him? When did this happen? And with who? Where? Why? It doesn't matter, he supposes. It just matters that he tells them, eventually. And that they survive, and get out. He knows his team, his family, will accept Reader, they already do, so knowing Reader is his kid will only make him more able to have a claim over them, to truly parent them. He already has ideas, and he's so ready to be done with this awful place. All they have to do is make it awhile longer, and it will only be a bad memory...
(I'd gladly discuss each possible parent option further, but I myself like any of the feral guys as possible parents for Reader. What can I say? They're my comfort characters! But I would find it fun if Reader were someone's hidden kid/clone... What do y'all have in mind over this?)

Creed (and maybe Logan, I don't know) are princes or royalty of some kind, who were avid hunters and warriors and who were loathe to like or love anyone... But then one day, due to something they did (maybe killed a deer or fox that was a demigod child, or turned away a person in need, or hurt someone out of cruelty) they're cursed to have a beastly, furry form...
Remy, Henri, and Jean Luc are part of a small village, hidden away outside the dark forest and all its dark magic and cold snow. Jean Luc is creative and can build traps and snares as well as make beautiful art and creations (and is secretly in charge of the Thieves Guild), while his oldest son Henri is a good hunter and farmer or butcher, while his youngest son Remy is a bit of a dreamer, who wishes to leave this unfriendly, close-minded village behind...
Remy ends up at the castle, perhaps because Jean Luc stole a rose as he sought shelter, or maybe because Henri had wandered too far and was imprisoned, so Remy switches places with them and decides he's going to take their punishment. Creed was not expecting that, and is now angry over that (he wishes anyone had cared for him amd Logan like that), and cue those two being aggressive and yelling at each other.
Remy ends up saving Creed's life after trying to run away, and they start to be around each other. Then they both start talking to each other, they go out in the snow, they read books, they drink tea, and maybe try to explore the old art in the castle.
Remy is allowed to leave when he finds out his father is going sick with grief and his brother is prepared to fight off the village to defend him. The village, upon Remy's return, find out there is a beast, and go berserk. The family of three go off to save Creed, everyone almost dies or gets wounded, and then Creed does die for a minute saving Remy or something like that. The person who enchanted him shows up, realizes that Remy and Creed were like family to each other, and decides to bring him back to life and mend them...
And here's where it can get platonic yandere or dark if you want. Because let's say Creed liked his beast form, or felt he and Remy and their family were better off as furry, immortal beings, and decides they'll be safe and rule from their home, and make it so no one hurts people like them again... (Cue Creed cuddling his little brother, his adopted sons Remy and Henri, and new co-parent Jean Luc and bringing them into the nest room) (heck, maybe Henri agrees with Creed)
So... yee, or no, @hermesserpent-stuff?
Hermes! Beauty and The Beast-inspired Creed and Remy AU!!!!
Ooh fun! More details please??

An au where Reader is a parental figure for the brotherhood teens!
@honey-minded-hivemind and @hermesserpent-stuff were my inspiration!
In this universe, Reader is Victor and Logans sibling. However, their brothers don't remember them. They don't mind. They like it, actually, and they know it's safer this way. (*cough* potential to be a platonic yandere fic *cough*)
-------------------------------------------------------
So, a feral mutant that knows how to play human ends up meeting a teen. A brotherhood teen who happened to have been sneaking out. Food was expensive, they didn't have much money, Charles didn't care about them enough, Magneto only ever came if he was giving orders, and Mystique was never around. So, like any normal person would when they meet a skinny, spunky little kid running through the woods for a shortcut to the nearest town, they introduce themselves.
They didn't expect the kid to trust them. They just wanted to make sure the kid got enough food. And the voice in the back of their mind, the feral mindset they kept locked away, always did yearn for a family again, and it wasn't their fault this kit looked so hungry. They go with the kid, get the food, and pay for it. Assuring the kid it was fine the whole way. And look! There were more, this is too much for one kit, that means there are more kits, a whole litter even! The kid relaxes, and Reader can't help but feel a tug in their chest. A normal kid, a kid with the love and care they need and should have, wouldn't trust this easy. Right? Not that they would know.
Reader doesn't meet the rest that night. Doesn't even learn where they live. Though they memorized the kits scent, they didn't mean to, really, but the kit was clearly not being taken care of, and they were a mutant. Mutant kits always got in danger if they weren't careful. A few days later, they meet the kid again. Then again, but this time they have friends. Soon, it's almost a daily thing. The brotherhood teens come to Readers' little bookshop hidden away in town and just hang out, get advice, free snacks, and feel safe. A part of the reader knew they were staying longer in one place than usual, but they couldn't help it. Who else would secretly sneak money into the kits' pockets so they could get food and pay bills?
-------------------------------------------------------
Then, Reader ends up at the house the kids are staying at. Whether it be because the kids invited them or one of them was sick and they needed an adult. It was sad that Reader was the only adult they trusted, but they couldn't help the purr they had to shut up when they realized that the kits trusted them. Reader sees the state of the house and immediately makes a decision. They were helping these kids whether they wanted it or not. Surprisingly, the kids didn't hesitate to hug Reader when they said they were staying here now. (Reader chose to ignore their little speedsters' tears, no use hurting the poor kids ego.)
It takes a while, but soon, the house isn't as run down as it used to be. Now, now it feels like a home. The kids get warm meals, unconditional love, and heck, a person they can go to without being judged, and again, unconditional love! Yea, that's their mama/papa/parent, and those x-nerds don't need to know about it. The kids can't help but think that maybe, maybe Reader might leave and find the other kids interesting, and they really don't want to be abandoned again. Not when Reader cares so, so much more than anyone else has.
Of course, Reader notices, and while they have no plans of letting Charles and his little minions know about their existence, they waste no time reassuring their kits they love them and would never abandon them. It was a teary conversation, but a much needed one. Not to mention, they explained a lot more about themselves during it. How they were a mutant too, how they were a feral, and sometimes far more animal than human. They almost cried when their kits said they didn't care, that it was cool, and that they were so happy they wouldn't hurt them with their mutant powers on accident.
-------------------------------------------------------
After that, life is great. The kids get to be just that, kids. They don't worry about bills or food. Their mama/papa/parent does that. No one at the school pays attention to them if they aren't causing too much chaos, so the x-men don't realize just how well the brotherhood teens are doing. How they have more weight to them, how they aren't as tired or angry. They can relax, they can have fun, they can be safe. Something the x-men never helped with, never offered, no, they just ignored them. Abandoned them. Left them alone. Of course, life isn't always sunshine and roses.
A new person arrives. The infamous Sabretooth. Now reader, they knew it wasn't possible for only their kits to know they were here. Mystique was aware someone else was taking care of the teens and had met them a while ago, Raven wouldn't admit that when they met Reader, if only briefly, they had to leave at how softly reader had looked at her, how they smiled so easily at her even though Raven knew they were aware who she was and what shes done. The teens think he's cool, and Remy easily gets close with Victor. (Reader remembered meeting Remys father once or twice over the ages. The theif was a smooth talker, that was for sure, but Reader knew Remys papa was a good man. Plus, the kits reaction when he found out Reader knew his papa was hilarious.)
Still, Reader can't help but be nervous. They know their brothers don't remember them. They know that Victor has no way of realizing it. Yet they couldn't stop the fear that sparked in them. It goes away quicker than they thought it would, though. When they see how he helps their kits, how he isn't a danger to them, and how their kits enjoy his company after a while. So, they get used to it. They don't talk much with him, but it wasn't like he initiated much conversation anyway, so it wasn't a big deal.
-------------------------------------------------------
Victor, however? Victor is surprised. First, he finds out Magnetos has a house full of teens, that the man's been ignoring, and then he finds another feral mutant. He knew the minute he walked into the house, he'd stepped into someone else's territory. That and the growl that made him instinctively get ready for a fight. If it wasn't for Remy, immediately running over to Reader and hugging them, explaining that Victor was a guest, Victor didn't know what would've happened. It's almost funny to him how someone smaller than him, someone who looked weaker, made him feel like he made a death bringing mistake by walking into their territory. (Victor didn't miss how Remy called them auntie, how their scent stuck to the kit and the house he was in. Not to mention how, for some reason, it made him want to relax, to feel safe, to feel at home.)
They didn't fight. In fact, Reader stayed civilized once Victor got food in him, and Remy went off to bed. (He stayed up later on days like this, going out to that little bar in town to play cards. Reader trusted the kit to keep himself safe and call if needed. That and the owner was a nice man. They knew he'd keep an eye out.) Telling Victor the rules of the house.
"I'll make it simple. This is my territory, and if my kits want you gone, I don't care if I have to rip your heart out to make it happen. You'll clean up after yourself, and you'll be added to the chore list, all that jazz. More importantly, you hurt my kits in any way, and I'll make the Geneva convention a suggestion." Victor huffed, telling them he wasn't staying long but didn't have any interest in hurting the kits. Ignoring the way he wanted to relax when Readers eyes softened, when they murmured a short "goodnight, then Mr. Creed." Before leaving the kitchen to head to bed. Over the next few days, he chose to ignore quite a few things. How he was comftorble here. How he had enough food. How Reader glanced knowingly at him whenever he did something for the kits, whenever he relaxed more than he thought he would.
-------------------------------------------------------
It was inevitable, really. Him getting attached. Before he knew it, the house was just as much his as it was Readers. Mystique came around more often, and Victor didn't miss how slowly Raven was getting comftorble too. Used to Reader caring for them. What really made him realize it was one late Saturday night. The kids insisted on a movie night, and everyone ended up splayed across the living room in the blankets and pillows. At first, he didn't even realize he was purring, relaxing, yet that isn't what stunned him. No, it was Reader purring right back. Victor, in his half awake glory, felt Reader comb gently through his hair and place his head on their lap. So, surrounded by sleeping kits with the TV giving background noise, Victor fell asleep to the familiar feeling of Reader combing through his hair and only had a single thought. My Pack.
After that? Things got calmer. It was a weird family, but a family nonetheless that had been made. Victor wasn't oblivious to how.. familiar.. Reader felt at times. Yet he brushed it off. It wasn't until the x-men got involved that things started happening.
-------------------------------------------------------
Reader had left for a bit to check on their bookstore one day. The brotherhood teens get kidnapped along either Victor by a group who were smart enough to knock Victor out first. Having apparently been angry with the x-men and noticed that the brotherhood didn't have as many (barelt any) security precautions. When the reader gets back, all they do is call Mystique, tell her what happened, and too stay safe before running. They knew their packs scent by heart. It doesn't take less than two days to find the base their packs have been taken, too. The agents that took them didn't know Reader was a mutant. They didn't even know Reader existed. When Reader finds them? It's bloody. Very. Very. Bloody. The kids are scared, and Creed is knocked out constantly by drugs, so he's only just managed to wake up by the time Reader busts in the room and immediately begins fretting over them. The kids don't have time to realize how bloodstained Reader is. Victor does, though. Victor realizes just how much carnage Reader made to get to them and feels nothing but warmth. Familiar, it was so, so familiar.
After they all get home, cleaned and the teens are too tired and scared to complain about Victor and Reader (having gotten stuck in a feral state for a bit) coddling them into one big room full of soft blankets and pillows. (Reader let's Victor help clean all the blood on them off. Let's Victor help care for them. Just tired and happy now that their kits, their pack is okay. Even if Raven isn't here, she was an adult, and the animal in control was too worried about keeping the kits okay to focus on where Raven disappeared this time. The next day, the reader no longer stuck in the feral state they had been in but still tired, the xmen come knocking. Reader was in the room with the kits, and Victor was making food.
-------------------------------------------------------
It isn't welcome, and Logan immediately growls back when Victor opens the door first with a growl. Yet, Mystique, who looked uncomfortable being next to the xmen, is noticed, and Victor simply huffs and stops growling as Reader shows and squeezes past him. Ignoring the xmen before they can speak to drag Raven inside. Who gladly accepts. Logan tries to ask why Raven and that stranger smell like Victor is in a pack with them, but Victor shuts the door.
The x-men left it alone. Charles had only asked Logan to come with him, so only Logan gained witness to Charles getting a headache the minute he tried to use his powers to figure out what happened. The growl he heard from the house afterward was all it took to take Chuck out of there. Unaware of the memories the feral brothers would slowly begin to remember as time passed...
What a strange universe. Perhaps this one will lead somewhere interesting, no?

Out of the adults (at least, ot the ones Reader knew when they were teens), which ones are staying by Reader the most as they heal, and possibly after they've started to heal? (So... Cable, Sabretooth, Xavier, Magneto, Storm, Beast, Mystique, Wolverine, and Morph...)
Also, which ones are likely forcing them to act as a child? (The forced regression or acting younger that you mentioned)?
So for the first part I need to think on a little more as I want to have some of the other characters be a little more fleshed out.
Most of the adults will try to have our little survivors be children with a few exceptions. I definitely intend to have Victor be one of the ones who won't but will still want Reader to be dependent on him. Afterall he still very much craves a pack. Jean and Xavier will be the biggest contributors, for obvious reasons. Erik will go along with anything Charles wants now that they agree on things.
Cable will be hovering the most I'd say as he still views reader as someone tiny, which doesn't help that he's the size of a giant. Victor id say would be the only one to out do him as he sees reader as HIS cub. I want to flesh out Hank more as there isn't a lot out there with him. Morph as well, but I have something planned for them and Gambit.
Thats something else that needs to be considered. Who would swoop in to take advantage of the others overbearing clingyness?
Storm i think would have a bit of empty nest syndrome since the other children are all grown up now. I really do love how evo had her matronly but didn't make it seem like it was because she was a woman but because she was an extention of mother nature. And everybody knows The Great Mother can be so nurturing and yet so cruel at the same time.

how about yandere dad wolverine and uncle sabertooth [ the animated series ] x kid reader. when you have time p.s. have a safe and happy b day.
Woo! Thank you, @roxanndrummond!
• Wolverine as a dad is protective. He isn't letting you near anything sharp, but he would teach you about wild animals and different plants, especially if you're a feral mutant like him, or a very curious, nature-oriented kid
• He loves you. He saw you as a baby, he held you, he fed you, he spent the night and day helping you sleep and playing with you, he adores you. He adores all of his kids, but he's a bit more worried about you, possibly due to.seeing you grow up
• He finds it cute when you dress like him, be it in flannels or white t-shirts or in yellow or black. Jokingly calls you honey badger, or little badger, he scoops you into bear hugs and will nuzzle you lovingly
• No one bullies you for long. The moment he hears about it, he's dealing with the best or brats who did so, he's giving their parent/s a warning, and telling any school or camp that the next time they let that happen, he is making it personal, and will be having more than words with them...
• He tries to keep.l Sabretooth from being near you, but that usually fails. At least he's a fun uncle (when not actively trying to kidnap your dad, which he disguises as impromptu field trips and vacations-)
• Sabretooth is happily letting you play with his hair or look at his claws, and will encourage you to hunt and play in the woods and yard to your heart's content. Kills off any snakes in the area, he is not risking them biting you, and sets up small cameras to spy around and make sure you (and Logan) aren't stolen or try to escape
• Will cook your favorite dinner, or Logan's. He happily eats it as well, and will listen to you talk about your day, what birds you saw, how you found it funny your dad was sleeping so much, how you collected a few new rocks... He doesn't mind playing games, especially if it exercises your mutation or gets Logan to play along with being a family...
• Keeps Weapon X away from you. He might have let them mess with him and his brother, but he sure as h*ll is not letting them get their hands on you. You are his nibling, his brother's own tiny runt, and he will not let anyone hurt you as long as he's alive. Will eat anyone who tries to hurt you, or toss them off a cliff, or feed them to a few hungry wolves or lions...
• He hugs you, picks you up, cuddles I'm front of the fire, and happily tells you stories of when he and Logan were kids and were out in nature, or a few less... gory... Weapon X stories... or even how he tends to beat your dad in fights. He strives strives be your favorite uncle, and will not accept anyone else being it
• Wolverine and Sabretooth still fight, Logan won't willingly stay, Victor won't let him go without a fight, and they can get very scary... but they won't do it in front of you. You don't need to be scared of them, or feel unsafe around them. So they'll tolerate the other going against their wishes, if only for your sake and innocence...

Bears are so cute and cuddly looking u can forget they could kill u. Until u remember they could kill a charging bull with one swipe and can generally $&%# u up.
This goes doubly so for Cave Bear! Reader, who is so sweet and gentle that everyone just forgets that they CHOOSE to not harm a fly, that doesn't mean they can't.
They should all be reminded of this when Reader picks up their dad by the scruff one handed or lifts Juggernaut over their head and throws him no sweat.
Sabretooth: C'mon, cub, we should head back home
CB Creed Reader: ... No...
Sabretooth: Cub... please...
CB Creed Reader: No!
Sabretooth: Cub, don't make me call yer uncle-
CB Creed Reader: grabs him by the scruff of his coat and tosses him into a snowbank
CB Creed Reader: No! You can't make me! 😖😤
Alternatively-
Wolverine: Hey, cub... long time no see
CB Creed Reader: stares at him
Wolverine: So, how about we talk at home? I'm sure everyone missed ya-
CB Creed Reader: picks him up and tosses him out the door of the bar/diner
Wolverine: groaning against a rock
Wolverine: I forgot how strong they were...

So I just randomly remembered this thing I thought would be cute to have with the X-Men.
Back when I was in elementary school, they did this thing called "Donuts with Dads" and "Muffins with Moms" where moms and dads could come on the respective day once a year and eat a treat with their kid and look at their little drawings on the wall and all that sweet stuff. If your mom or dad couldn't make it, other family of the same gender could come and if you had none, then a friend could "share" their parent with you for the day. It was always super fun and I think that was some of the best days in school for me.
Imagine Itty bitty kindergartener mutant Reader shyly handing Storm a flyer for "Muffins with Mom" and asking if she could come in that day and eat with them? If she wants to?
Imagine Reader bringing in the flyer for "Donuts with Dads" and all the guys fighting over who gets to go because they have like 8 father figures and only one adult per kid is allowed to come and there is NO REASON to bring out the claws for this Logan!
Sugar, I love this 🥺💛💖
Storm is definitely coming to Muffins With Mom, she's there for Evan and for Reader and the other X-Teens, and she is helping them with decorating the muffins, she's playing dolls and dress up and dinosaurs with the kids, and she's looking at all of their drawings and kissing their foreheads and telling them what talented little artists they are!
Logan, The Professor, and Hank are all fighting over which one of them can show up for Donuts With Dad. It ends up as a race against time for them to reach the school, and all of them are doing it in a sneaky sneak way (or not). Logan's riding his motorcycle and possibly breaking traffic laws, Xavier is riding in his limo or car and "convinces" everyone he is needed desperately elsewhere, and Hank is either running all the way there (go P.E. coach Hank!) or using the jet. Somehow they all arrived at the same time, and now they're playing the dread game... rock, paper, scissors! Logan and Hank are not impressed. But alas, they were beaten to this event by... Sabretooth! Who decided eh, he likes sweets, the kids are kinda cute and need to cause chaos, and he's their uncle/dad/other feral, so why not?
Mystique and Erik vowed to show up for the next Muffins With Mon and Donuts With Dad events... but keep getting thwarted by every red light in the city, pedestrians in the road, and one very persistent person who wants them to sign 85 petitions... (Charles and Hank at work here, people)
(Kindergarten was probably one of the only years I enjoyed elementary school. Every other year had either: a bad/annoyed teacher, no friends, bullying, or all three) (thank Gourd for homeschool!)
(This was so so so cute, Sugar!!!!)

I have two questions/requests!
1) Who do you think the worst (X-Men) would be? Who has the worst yandere tendencies and hovers?
2) Thinking about the Batfamily and how they’re one of the few families in DC who can fight really REALLY well without the use of a power. How would X-Men react to a daughter who was raised in the Batfamily and somehow got tossed into their universe? She can fight REALLY well (like Cassandra Cain level) but has NO mutations whatsoever. I feel like Magneto might be a little iffy around her because of her lack of mutation. They would all worry so much lol. Fighting well without a mutation is the equivalent of bringing a knife to a gunfight in their world
I can answer the first one, just not the second, because i don't do DC!
The worst platonic yandere X-Men is hard to pick, but in terms of overprotectiveness, harsh methods, deranged vibes, ability to keep and hunt Reader, and how far they'd go... I can narrow it down to a top five, I think-
Number 5: Jean and Scott. They go together, hand in hand, and both are leaders of the teen X-Men, Jean has the Phoenix Force, telekinetic abilities, mind reading and manipulation, is popular and friendly, and one wouldn't suspect her until it really is too late to go back. Scott can shoot lasers from his eyes, he's a good leader, he's welcoming and a little stern, but can be persuaded to have fun, and is like an older, protective brother, one you can't escape from and who you feel guilty leaving. They have the X-Men to back them up, they have Xavier as a father figure, they have Logan who is like their second proud dad, amd Storm and Hank as well who adore them, not to mention the other X-Teens who back them up and will help them as friends and as teammates. So, yeah, you migh be able to escape, but just barely, and probably have to turn to the dark side to do so...
Number Four: Professor Xavier. He can read minds, control them, use Cerebro to track you whenever you use your powers, and has an entire team and family of mutants who are good fighters, tacticians, and aren't afraid to back down and won't quit until they've got you with them. If he's platonic yandere, well, good luck, so are all of the X-Men, and possibly even Magneto (because if Charles likes someone, Erik will want to as well)! He's inviting, he's soothing, he calming, and he can help you; but he will also keep secrets from you, manipulate you if he thinks you aren't going to stay, and push you to rely on him and the others and see them as family. You will grow emotionally attached, amd it will hurt if you figure out what's happening and what they've tried to hide. But if you run, your only bet is either Magneto and his group, or going where no one can reach you...
Number Three: Wolverine. This guy is nigh unkillable, he has long, metal-coated claws, has heightened hearing, smell, amd sight, can withstand extreme cold, and is super protective, obsessive, and willing to die for you and kill for you. He will make you join his team, he will not let you around people he deems bad influences or dangerous, and he will not stand for you acting or being insubordanate. He won't hurt you, and if he does, it is the last, last resort. He prefers having Xavier and the teens help him, and pushes you and his other wards to be friends, to he family. And if he's interested, well, so is Sabretooth. So if you ran, you won't get far, with either Logan or the teens catching you, or Sabretooth finding you instead. You're very, very scr*wed unless you have a power that helps you in this situation...
Number Two: Sabretooth. He's like Wolverine, but worse. Doubly protective, doubly obsessive, has sharp claws, has fangs, can withstand what Wolverine can, is also near unkillable, and has a temper, too. Don't p*ss him off. There are rules, you better follow them, and you won't be drugged or possibly wounded so you remember why you're still there, and who is the one in charge. If you're hurt or almost killed, he becomes so much gentler, and is treating you almost like glass. If he likes you, Logan is definitely getting involved, and where Logan gets involved, so will Storm and the X-Teens. You will not escape unless it's with the X-Men, and if you go with them, good chance is Victor's watching you all...
Number One: Magneto. He's lost everything, multiple times. His family, his home, his friend, more than once. He's grown to be paranoid, obsessive, cunning, dangerous, and a powerful enemy of the X-Men... He can control metal and the magnetic field. Anything can be a weapon for him. He has a loyal son, a team of Acolytes, Mystique, and the Brotherhood teens, all of whom won't fight back against him and who who what he says. The moment he says you're joining, you're not getting out of it unless by some miracle Xavier hides you with him. But if that isn't the case, you're now stuck where Magneto puts you. If he likes you, that means Pietro and Wanda are trying to see what he finds so fascinating, and that leads them to liking you, albeit begrudingly at first. Then Mystique wonders why he's adding you to their group, spies on you, and is now getting the rest of the Brotherhood to keep an eye on you as well. Someone is always watching you. You feel stressed, unable to sleep, unable to eat. But if you run, if you can't make it to the X-Men, you won't be seen again until you're deemed loyal or unable to leave them... Unless you have Xavier's help, you are not escaping...

🖤Dark AU, Post Three, A Better World...
(Warning! This post mentions death, dying, gore, yanderes, and implied drugging. Do not read if this upsets you! You have been warned...)
• You weren't sure what you were expecting on being back with your team. You'd expected maybe some crying, or a lecture, or even being banned or kicked out... Not everyone being older, clingy, and seeming to harbor something dark within...
• Recovering is hard. Your abdomen had been cut open before you had... and while it had healed some after you and your friends came back... it hadn't healed all the way. So that meant your... "team"... had to bandage it, stitch the deepest parts closed, and then would not leave you alone. This would have been fine in any other scenario. Needed, or wanted, even. But everyone here just seemed off, somehow. Desperate. Darker. More dangerous. It's like when you and the others had ... they just snapped. And that wasn't good.
• Right now, you're sitting at breakfast with your friends, as well as the beings who appear as Logan, Victor, The Professor, and Scott and Jean. You feel small whenever their piercing gaze crosses over you, as though it's peeling back your skin and trying to see what's underneath, trying to find out why you won't give in. It feels heavy, intense, too much. You do your best to ignore them... even if that means having to try and drink the smoothie they made. The color is light, the scent sweet, and it makes your stomach growl. But you don't trust it. You don't trust them.
• Kurt seems to have no such qualms. He's busy trying to drink his own smoothie, sitting on the same side of the table as you, his tail wrapped around your ankle like a hand seeking comfort (or a chain keeping you attached). You can't blame him. You know that... You know you should have been more careful. That you should have planned harder, or waited one more day, or just done anything else differently to save you all from... His tail squeezes tighter, and his eyes soften at you. He reaches under the table and grabs your hand, giving it a light squeeze. You breathe out, trying to think about something else.
• Kitty sits on Kurt's other side, nervous. You smile lightly at her, trying to ease the tension, and she smiles back, timid. She drinks some of her smoothie, and you hum lightly as you peer at yours again. Pietro already went through two, but you understand. He has a fast metabolism, and he honestly needs every bit of nutrition and food he can get. You're worried. He's just been... he's been too quiet. Where Kurt clings to you or Kitty hugs the three of you as tight as she can, Pietro just keeps watch, guarded, his spine tense and his eyes on edge. You want to talk to him, to try and get to the bottom of what exactly is bothering him, but... you don't want the adults to hear.
• "Is your drink alright, dear?" You snap back up, jumping slightly. Right. You got lost in your thoughts again... You stare at the Professor, trying to shove down any surface worry or fear. "It isn't too acidic, is it? It's a berry mixture, but we tried to use the ones you liked." "It's okay. I'm just not very hungry, I guess..." "My dear, I insist you please try to eat a little. You need the nutrients and vitamins to get better."
• You can see Logan shift, ready to get up and "help" you. You don't know what they'd do, but you aren't sure you want to test the waters right now. You sigh, but take a sip. The cloying taste of sweet berries fills your mouth, and you feel your stomach tighten with pain when you think of not swallowing. You tentatively gulp it down, and feel a bit better. You don't like the way everyone stares at you, with too soft, too dark eyes, watching and waiting... You take another sip, and Pietro pats your arm. You lean into the touch, deciding you need comfort more than you need to be guarded right now.
• "You doing alright, bud? Just, take it easy, okay? You're fine, we're safe, okay?" he says, whispering softly to you. You nod, not wanting to talk about it. The conversation goes up again, but you let it turn to white noise around you, only listening for keywords or any hints of what secret the adults could possibly have...
• "Hang in their, mein freund. Ve vill be okay," Kurt whispers. You smile, more a grimace than anything, but you stay huddled between your friends. You feel safe here, if only with them...
• If he's being honest, Kurt doesn't know how to feel about all of... this. His mother, his sister, his whole family, they're all older! The world is strange now, speaking of peace and friendship rather than war and violence. The adults keep saying they are okay, that they are safe, that no one will hurt them, that none of them will leave them. He... he doesn't want to be left alone. He can't stand the idea. Kitty leans into his side, and Reader squeezes his hand again. He sighs. He is here. He is safe. They are all safe. God has delivered them, and He has brought them home. Kurt, he... he felt scared, when they had been captured. When they were experimented on, tortured, kept locked away and hidden, with no way for their family to find them. He felt so, so lost. So afraid. So alone. But his friends were there. Reader was there. And they had been willing to sacrifice themself, to be the scape goat, the sacrificial lamb, the one who took all the punishment, all so he and Kitty and Pietro would be safe. Then they gave up their own life, all so they could escape, or try to... He... he felt grateful to them. Grateful for them. They were like a blessing, an angel in disguise... Maybe... maybe they were...? Or maybe they were someone blessed, who helped others, who was beloved by God and His Heaven...? Kurt didn't know for sure, but... he couldn't let them get hurt. He had to keep them safe. They were his friend, they were family, and he couldn't bare to see them suffer again...
• Kitty thought she was taking all of this pretty well. Okay, they're in, like, the future. Surprise, everyone they know and loved was older! And scary! And... well, okay, so far were only taking care of them. Which at times felt scary, but no one was hurting them, or being mean or rude, so it was good? Right? She... she didn't know how to process all of this. Seriously, what had happened?! She thought all of them were goners, had died, and then they're back (not unharmed but they're alive!), and then they're captured by their team (their family) and brought back to the Institute. So, all is well, right? One would think that, but... she isn't sure. Sure, the others act the same, they say they love them, that they missed them, but... but then why? Why does she feel so scared, so wary, of them? Like they'll pop out of the shadows or keep them caged? They're their team! They're their family! They wouldn't do that, would they? She tells herself they wouldn't, that they care, that they wouldn't do all of this for them if they didn't... But Reader is wary, too... and they're her friend, one of her best friends... She wants this to be good, she really does. She doesn't want to be scared anymore! She doesn't want to be hurt anymore! She doesn't deserve that! Kurt doesn't deserve that! Not Pietro! And not Reader! They're all funny, and sweet, and brave, they're all nice (when Pietro isn't pulling a prank war)! So who should she trust? Her friends, or their family? She... she's not sure she can choose... but the moment something is wrong, she will get them out, and they won't ever be hurt again...
• Pietro has seen better days. Felt better too. What. The. H*ll. He and his friends survived H*ll on Earth. They put up with the secret, evil scientists and government officials and generals and soldiers, they took beatings, they were pushed to their f*cking limits, and then they DIED. What. Does. He. Do. How do they even begin to recover from this? And Reader... Look, he trusts them, with his life, he might add. But they just, they lied, to him, to Kurt, to Kitty, all so they could go sacrifice themself so the three of them could escape. How does he even begin to deal with that? How does he forget it? He doesn't want to accept it. He wished it hadn't ended like that. Why, why, WHY would they DO that?! They were supposed to escape together, no man left behind, but they let themself get caught and they DIED. He. He's just so... he's so sick. He's upset. He's scared. He's scared for them... Why would they do this? Don't they know he cares, that they care, that they love them, that they'd miss them? Do they think themself worthless? Does Reader hate themself? Do they know what they did? Do they know what they've done? He doesn't know how to talk to them about this. He needs to. He doesn't want them hurt ever again... he can't lose them ever again... they... they scared him... they let themself die for them, for him... He just wants all of them to be safe... He doesn't to hurt them, he doesn't want to make them cry, but if they can't save themself too, then he'll make it so they are. Even if they means... even if it means finding other means to do so...
• You're glad when breakfast is over. You feel tired, but honestly... you really want to just hug your friends and forget for an hour. But when you do wake up... you need to have a talk... You just hope they'll listen.

Can you create an AU story of Platonic Yandere X Men Various x Wovlerwine (Logan), Specifically, set in X Men Evolution?
Let's see what magic I can do today for this au~!
• Reader had survived, just barely, what seemed like the end of the world. They weren't sure what had happened, exactly, besides most people, humans and mutants alike, fell to some... hivemind, they think? Where they went all blank and quiet, where they'd capture their own friends and enemies, then take them and add them to their growing collective...
• Ending up caught wasn't what you had wanted, but you were too tired, too sickly, too stressed, to keep yourself from collapse. Waking up, you were in a padded, soft room. The air smelled sweet, the lights weren't too bright, amd a soft hum was in the air... Yet you still felt fear...
• Something came by, entering the room, and you count help but feel scared, seeing an old mentor and friend dad under the sway of the hive... He doesn't move to hurt you; he leaves food, sitting quietly by the door and watching you, patient... When you make no move to eat, a froen tugs at his lips, and he moves closer, nudging the tray towards you, a soft noise coming from his throat.
• When you still refuse to eat, a sigh escapes him... Then he's moving closer, until he's beside you. You try to move, panic coursing through you- But he wraps you up in a firm hug, shushing you lightly, then traps your legs between his and presses your back to his chest. He lifts up a spoon of the food, lifting it to your lips. When you try to speak- he pushes it in, making sure nothing spills out, then takes it out, getting another spoonful of food... It doesn't matter if you struggle or resist or plead, he tubs your back and hums lightly, pushing another bite nlinto your mouth, making sure you swallow it...
• Trying to sleep on your own doesn't happen. Logan (or whatever he is now) comes back, along with Victor and Scott, who set up a nest of blankets. You try to sleep in the corner, away from everyone... but are tugged into warm arms, then added to the sleepy pile. The warmth feels good on yulour tired muscles and exhausted mind, but you still struggle to trust them, to sleep with them around you. Except your only hugged closer, pulled in tighter, until the heat relaxes you and the soft murmurs and purrs put you at ease, enough to slip quietly into sleep...
• Waking up is slow... You had been so relaxed, so at peace, that you had drooled a little in your sleep. You feel embarrassed, tugging yourself up- until you're pulled into a warm embrace, a happy chuff filling the air as Logan holds you close. You try to speak, wanting to pull yourself away- But you're only held tighter. He runs his fingers through your hair, scratching your scalp and rubbing your back lightly, sending a shiver down your back. When he pulls you up, you hesitate- But are forced to follow him, leaving the room, and going deep into the building that houses him and your friends...
• You end up in a room that smells sweet and clean, like lavender and vanilla... There's a small basin set into the ground, and you're nudged towards it. You don't want to be... bathing... when someone can see you... but you really, really need a bath... With a sigh, you go into the water... then sink until the bubbles cover you. The moment your form is hidden, hands are scooping water over your hair, slowly rinsing out the dirt and grime that's accumulated. You feel a soft hum escape you, and are rewarded with something sweet being scrubbed in your hair, that smells of honey and sugar... The water cools awhile a later, making you shiver... Until a towel is held out, and you're being pulled out of the water, your form being patted dry and your hair being ruffled softly...
• So far, you've been shown nothing but care... It makes you think maybe your friends are still in there, that they're not completely gone... But when you're brought somewhere else, a room with a reclined chair and straps, you feel fear shoot down your spine. When you try to go back, gentle hands push you back, more soft noises and gentle words coming from someone you uses to trust... Tears well up in your eyes, only to be wiped away, and a kiss presses to your forehead.
• Then something sharp stings your shoulder, and the world starts to fuzz at the edges...
• You feel yourself gently moved, arms wrapping around you and carrying you, placing you foen gently... Then soft bands are wrapped around your limbs, keeping you strapped down... A whine builds in your throat... but you're only shushed, warm hands patting your head... And then something sharp slips into your back-
• And something is on your head....
• And then it's only darkness...

Because @hermesserpent-stuff is now part of our platonic yandere X-Men fan club (the Xen Evolution part of it), let's explore platonic yanderes Sabretooth and Wolverine for Gambit, and possibly Reader:
• Sabretooth is very obsessive. He likes someone, he starts tracking them, starts stalking them, will do anything to keep away or kill their enemies. Any bit of kindness, from someone who expects and wants nothing of him or from him, is usually the way he gets attached. (The other way is if his brother Logan has someone he's protecting, or if his brother is involved involved them somehow). I headcanon that yes, Sabretooth and Wolverine are brothers, and that Sabretooth is the older, more dangerous one.
• Reasons in any au or Evolution verse he'd like Remy include but aren't limited to: helping him while he's down, giving him a gift, sharing food, doing him a favor, or helping him when it comes to Logan. Ways Sabretooth's darker platonic nature are brought out include: finding out about abuse, past or present; his person of interest possibly dying or getting hurt; his person trying to leave; or even his person/s being taken or kidnapped or experimented on...
• Wolverine is the sort of platonic yandere who's also protective and obsessive, but is less likely to dole out a physical punishment than Victor. I can see Logan seeing Remy, a scrawny teenager, stuck working for Magneto, and decides "yeah, new kid to adopt, Xavier I'll be back, get a room ready-" and not wait much longer. If he sees sincerity in Remy, then he's definitely wanting him as another kid (he has a whole group, but never has he said no to another cub/kit/pup to take care of and huff over)
• Logan and Sabretooth would both be very... vocal, about liking this untrusting teen. Especially if Remy was nice to them or helped helped out. Those two will purr, maybe not in front of everyone, but if it's just them, then yes. Remy falls sick? There's homemade soup or stew being made, they're making themself a heated blanket for him, and making sure he takes his medicine. Someone hurt Remy in the past, badly? Well... that person disappears, is not hears from again, and Sabretooth has a new scratching post and Logan has one more threat to his kids dealt with. It's cold outside? They're shoving a sweater over Gambit's head, pushing mittens or gloves on his hands, and warn him to wear thick socks and boots...
• Gambit, if he's platonic yandere, tries to appeal as suave, fun, and trustworthy. He is the type who once he's fallen for someone, romantic or otherwise, he can't stand the idea of not loving them. He's the sort who will act sappy, will cook food, tries to go on fun trips (it might be a kidnapping of Reader to go do something together), and is loyal to the end. You are interested in him? You want to sincerely, genuinely, truthfully be friends? And you don't care or don't know about his past? Oh dear, you won't be able to break this friendship. He wants to hang out with you all the time. Doesn't want to do anything unless it's with you or for you. Makes an odd friend trio between him and Rogue, and now they're both platonic yandere over you. And in this scenario, with Sabretooth and Wolverine being platonic yandere over Remy and the other teens and team members, then they're likely platonic yandere for you as well.
(Let me know if y'all want to see more headcanona for this, or want to see platonic yandere pair-ups between characters. This was pretty fun!) @sugar-soda @vivid-bun @danni1323 @weebwholovesuchihasasuke @opossumdaydreamz @thewickedweiner @ainsellshadewalker @bloodytea @roxanndrummond @hermesserpent-stuff

❄Fallen Snow🩸 AU... Part One:
(WARNING: Depictions and mentions of abuse, neglect, physical harm, self-harm, depictions and mentions of wounds and blood, self-harm ideation/actions, and Reader at one point is thought to be dead/almost dies. Viewers discretion is advised...) (Side note: Wolverine and Sabretooth are brothers, and their relationship is platonic, and Kurt, Kitty, Fred, Lance, and Todd join the X-Men/Brotherhood after the X-Men/Brotherhood lose Reader and have changed)
• They weren't always the way they are now. There had been a time when they were hopeful, happy, cheerful... Or maybe it was obvliousness, their subconscious the only part of them to understand that something was wrong.
• You can't remember much of anything past the age of five, but you remember some parts of your childhood. It was spent with a mutant group, ones who had taken in or had others like yourself, who were honed to be soldiers. To be unstoppable weapons. You thought they were good for the longest time. Too long, to be honest. You weren't smart back then the way you were now. You didn't understand jokes or sarcasm or much beyond facts in a book. You didn't really understand that the others, the kids and the adults, didn't like you. That they thought you were annoying. Useless. Simple. Someone not worth the effort. Someone unworthy of being with them. Someone unlovable.
• When training, you tried your best, but you weren't naturally aggressive in the way they said you should be. That for a feral mutant, you weren't much of one. You tried to be quick, tried to be kind, tried to go along with what they told you to do, who they wanted you to be. But you just... weren't that. You weren't ruthless, weren't violent, you cried when you killed a moth by accident, what was to be expected? But you still, somehow, did well enough to be allowed to stay. To not disappear. Or maybe they just couldn't be bothered to do anything about you, one way or the other.
• The kids thought you were weird. You looked weird, acted weird, talked weird. They thought you weren't bright. They certainly made jokes at your expense, you knew that, you simply couldn't understand the jokes and sarcasm they used. It hurt. It hurt, bad enough that you grew quieter, more sullen and downtrodden. You weren't as happy or talkative as you once were...
• It came to a head when you caught the ire, the hatred, of your two "mentors"... Two of the three adults ferals, the ones you heard whispers of late at night, talking about how you might be related to them, perhaps a clone... You weren't sure what you did, just that when they found you that day, you were dragged off into a lone room, given no explanation or warning. Their faces were filled with a blind rage, a freezing wrath, and the next thing you know you're being yelled at. Loud, furious roars, a tight, bruising grip on your arm, and no way out... And suddenly-
• SLASH!
• A searing pain filled your senses, and you're crying, trying to hold a hand to the wounds on your face, hoping to stop the pain, the hurt, the redredredred- They order you to stop crying, to stop wailing, or they'll give you a reason to. And so you cover your mouth as best you can, sucking in sharp breath after sharp breath, blinded by the blood dripping down your face. It stains the floor, once clean, a filthy, ugly crimson, garnet-colored ichor growing into a small puddle. They huff, but go to leave, only telling you to clean yourself up. And then they're gone, and you're on your own, and nothing is right anymore.
• Over the next two weeks, you keep your head down and stay out of everyone's way. No more talking than needed, no direct eye contact, and no being around anyone for longer than you're required. You weren't blind to it anymore, were you? That you weren't safe. That you weren't cared about. That you were alone. And with that realization, you grew to dread being near them, near the other kids and the adults and anyone else who was around. But... you had the beginnings of an idea. One that could end your suffering... It would be risky, but... At this point, you'd rather risk the threat of death than stay another day.
• It's at night when you make your move. It's quiet, dark, chilly. You aren't dressed for the weather, and you aren't prepared for whatever is out there. All you have are the clothes on your back and the boots on your feet. You make it mostly all the way, out of the compound, facility, whatever they called the place yo- they, lived in. There's snow out, thick sheets coating the ground and flakes of it dancing down from the sky. It's beautiful... You wished you could have enjoyed it, but there wasn't time to do so. You made your way from the field towards the woods, the icy dirt crunching beneath your feet...
• "Wh-? Reader, WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"
• And then you're running, as swift and fleet as you can, as far away as you can run. Your feet carry you through the frosty woods, stirring up small bits of snow as you race by, the wind howling around you as you flee for your life. Sometimes your feet nearly slide out from under you, having stepped onto an ice patch, but you quickly right yourself and go faster, forcing yourself to keep going no matter what you hear or how much it scares you...
• Until you eventually reach a seething, ice-studded rocky outcropping. The beginnings of a river spill over a ledge, crashing into a foaming, roaring current, twisting away into the wintery night. You're stuck. And then the worst possible thing happens- they find you.
• "Reader. Get back here. NOW."
• You take a step back, pulling your hands closer to your chest. The noise is almost unbearable, being so close to the raging water so close to you. They only take a step closer, an angry, annoyed look on their faces... "Get over here. NOW. Or you're going to be in even worse trouble." A whine hums in your throat, a pathetic sound. You take another step back, and feel a subtle shift in the rock beneath you. "That's it, I SAID-!"
• CRACK!
• The ground beneath you breaks, sending you tumbling down into the rocks and water below with only a scream as your last words. And soon, all you know is the icy touch of water filling your lungs and the sting of rocks on your skin...
• You weren't sure how you initially woke up... You weren't sure you were even alive... But with a weak, gurgling gasp, you cough up the water sitting in your lungs, gagging into the dirt as you try to hold yourself up. When you eventually finish with one last rasping breath, you crack open your eyes, looking around you. You're by the river, lying in the dirt and rocks and silt of its shore, which is surrounded by endless snow-capped trees and endless sky. And somehow... You feel a small pang of hope. You made it, after all. You weren't dead. You were... free. Of course... now you had to actually get to where people were. Find food. Maybe drink some of the water from the river...
• You weren't quite sure how long you had stayed in the wilderness, scrounging up small, half-starved animals and barely surviving the few times you tried to take on larger prey. Having your cheek ripped open by an antler and having a bear bite through your arm weren't fun experiences, but you had learned that while you could hunt some prey, the larger, more filling prey wasn't what you could go after. You'd learned plenty of things from your time alone in the wild, but your loneliness still grew. It was always festering under the surface. You were glad once you stumbled into a small town, dragging yourself through an alley to spy on the normal going-ons of humans. You hadn't really seen or met a human since before you were five, and you only had the hatred of the X-Men/Brotherhood to explain them. Which led to your decision to scout the woods around the sleepy town, to find a way to read them before you met anyone. And what a thing you found: A small, dusty yet cozy abandoned cabin, just right for you to move into.
• And so that was how your first year was spent, foraging bones and rocks from the forest and hunting animals, selling their pelts or even the whole bit of prey to make a living. You came up with a small story for any townsfolk who asked about you, saying you had an ill family parent to take care of and a relative who visited from time to time to make sure your schooling got done (it was all a lie. You had to say something, and saying you were a mutant child who escaped a dangerous group of bigger, meaner mutants was a no-go). They more or less bought it. They didn't press for any information after that besides occasionally asking if the fake family members were okay. All in all, you had been doing... alright...
• You didn't reveal anything beneath the surface of your skin. You didn't talk about your nightmares, of being back with them, of being hurt, of being laughed at, of being killed- You didn't mention how you got hurt when you hunted, how you sometimes used your own claws to do the hurting for you, slicing them through your skin until blood ran like water- You couldn't bring yourself to deal with your panic attacks, your paranoia and inner turmoil, the fact it hurt to think-
• Yet it didn't last more than three years...
• You weren't sure how they found you. You weren't sure if it was an accident, or if they knew you were alive the entire time, or if someone tipped them off. Whatever the reason, it didn't matter, because they'd stumbled on the little town and had found you within a few days. Seeing them for the first time in so long... You only felt a rising, bubbling feeling of blind fear. It didn't matter if their faces went all weird and soft, or that they tried to get near you, you didn't care- You ran, you bolted, running deep into the woods and not looking back for a second. It didn't matter what you left behind! You had to move, you had to run, you had to fleefleeflee-!
• It shouldn't have surprised you when something thunked into the earth next to you, thin and sharp and leaving an odd smell behind. It shouldn't have surprised you when your old mentors managed to find you, their eyes dark with something that wasn't hate or malice... But you didn't think it would be any better. You know a few of the others, older now than when you last saw them, are close by. You keep your claws out, your face set into a fearful snarl, ready to flee or bite or scram at a moment's notice.
• "Oh, cub... What did we do ta ya?" You do your best to keep an eye on both of them, which proves difficult. They're on either side of the small clearing, each watching you with sharp, unwavering eyes. It doesn't help that when you try to move further away, as far as you can from them, they only move towards that side, keeping themselves in your way of escaping. Their scents are off, something dark and deep and somber, not their old usual fury and annoyance. Their claws aren't out, either... It's strange, for people who want you dead... (Right? They want you dead, to kill you, right?) "Shhh... Cub... I know a lot has happened... I know yer scared, an' yer hurtin', an' I know it's our fault. I know nothin' we do er say can make up fer it... But... please... please give us a chance ta help ya. Please... all we want is ta help ya. All we want is ta give ya what we should've from the beginnin'..." Your eyes dart between them fearfully, a soft whine building in your throat. This is worse than your nightmares. This is your nightmares come to take you back. And you can't have that.
• You try to dart out of the clearing, trying to dodge past the hands that go to grab you-
• But large, warm hands grab the back of your shirt, tugging you back into an iron grip. "Cub, calm down, please! We promise ya we aren't gonna hurt ya! Yer safe, yer okay, yer not gonna be hurt-" You don't pay it any heed, kicking and scratching and biting at what you can, doing everything in your power to break free from the arms keeping you captive. It does nothing. All that happens is the arms tightening and a flurry of panicked words filling the air. "Kid, cub-! Just, calm down fer one minute! We can talk this out-! Please, ya gotta stop fightin' us, ya gotta stop fightin' me! I know yer scared, I know, just, please-!" It doesn't matter what either man says, as all it earns from you is a fearful scream as you struggle harder. The scents around you are rife with sorrow, salty and cold and damp like earth after rain. You hear a wounded noise come from them, but you don't stop your attempt to escape the hold on you. A long, hurt sigh whooshes out, followed by the hold on you pinning you further.
• "I'm so sorry, cub... But we can't let ya keep goin' on like this. Yer hurtin' yerself. And we just can't let that happen."
• And just like that... something presses into your flesh, a sharp sting, which is gone just as quick. A hiss escapes you, your hands suddenly clawing so you can feel at where you were stung. "Shhh... don't worry, cub... It's justa small sedative... It won't hurt ya, all it's gonna do is make ya all sleepy an' tired..." Your eyes widen, then with a small shriek you try to tug yourself away. You can already feel the drug seeping in, a buzz at your skin and thoughts. The more you struggle, the more your thoughts cloud up, earning more movement from you as you do your best to snap out of it. Something akin to a sob breaks loose from you as your tugs and scratching grows weaker, the drug nestling into your system and numbing your limbs. Your mind keeps growing more muddled, thick and soft and syrupy... A hiccup pushes past your lips, being met by a hand patting lightly at your hair. It's weight feels good, the warmth sending you deeper into your tired state. When you try to speak, the words leave you, turning into a sleepy mumble, your body slumping into the hold around you. Everything feels quiet... barely there... So soft... So calm... Hardly any thought stays inside you as your breaths soften, the fear and fight leaving you as you stumble into unconsciousness...
• "Good cub... Just go ta sleep... We'll help ya feel better, that's it..."
• They're careful, one of them holdin' their kid while the other alerts the others, letting them know they have Reader with them and that they had to use a sedative to calm 'em down. It feels so surreal, seein' their once bright kid so... tired. So scared. So hurt. Bein' near 'em, even tha other teens, scared them enough that they were runnin' inta freezin' weather, all ta stay away from 'em. But... They can't let 'em go. Not again. The last time they let 'em go, they thought they died (maybe they actually did, and only came back due to their small healing factor...). They hurt them, they terrified them, they were tha reason they were afraid, the reason they were hurtin'. And now the kid was hurting themself. Was causing themself pain, with no one ta stop them er help them er let 'em know they'd be alright. They'd be d*mned if they let it continue. They'd be worse than dead if they left 'em ta wilt away on their own, ta slip off inta the blinding snow once more... They might have ta keep them calm, make it so they're relaxed enough so they can help them... But they'll do anything, just ta keep them alive. Ta make them feel loved. Ta be their family. And this time, they're gonna do it right...

Yandere Wolverine and Sabertooth with fem teen reader who tries to reject their powers (same powers as wolverine and sabertooth) and tries to avoid them, wanting to be a normal kid?
(Sorry if this is confusing, ignore if you want. Have a good day/night!)
Oh yes, that's it! Good job, anon! (But I only write gender-neutral Reader). Should I call you Feral Anon? Anyways, yeah, they wouldn't leave alone a Reader who is just like them (as they can't leave each other alone because they're the only other mutant who matches their feral instincts and rages). The idea of a Reader who won't even try any of it, that makes then curious, if not concerned. So they want to take them on, be their mentor (if not their dad). Let's try it:
You were a mutant.
The problem was you were a feral mutant.
Feeling urges to hunt, to hurt those who hurt you, to run wild and free and never stop, to assert your dominance and submit when faced with someone you trusted-
It was too much.
You did your best to push it down, shoving it deep inside where it couldn't surface, where it couldn't hurt anyone. But moments like this really test you-
"Kid, ya need ta feel yer emotions. Ya shouldn't bottle 'em up. It'll hurt ya, kid," advises a mutant, a feral one who calls himself Logan. He says he's with a group of mutant peace keepers called the X-Men, and that they wanted to help you. The problem is, you didn't want to be helped.
"I'm fine," you reply, curt and to the point.
Maybe you're not as fine as you say you are, but you're not about let him know that.
"Kid, yer lying. I can smell it on ya. Why're ya so adamant about this?" he sighs, huffing lightly. He seemed nice enough, but still-
"It's none of your concern. I'll be fine," you push, and he drops it for the time being.
Wolverine wasn't your only problem.
So was another feral.
Sabretooth.
"C'mon, kid! Don't ya want ta let loose? Let yer rage take over? It'll make ya feel better," he says, chasing after you. You'd made the mistake of being on your own, and now were running from a feral mutant more intimidating than Logan.
"No!"
"Why are ya so stubborn?! Ya feel it too, don'tcha?! The rage, the fire, that bloodlust!" yells the larger mutant. He growls, but stops talking, going back to a silent pursuit.
These situations happened a lot. Not that you wanted them to, but they did.
What drove you crazy was the fact they DIDN'T STOP.
Not once.
Sometimes you took to sleeping in your closet just so you could feel safer, less watched. But you just knew that it was delaying the inevitable.
After all, if they were like you... They didn't like taking "no" for an answer... And after being rejected so many times... You think they've about hit their limit...

Was thinking of the Little Things au while I had some time. And all I could think about was the differences between the way that Logan and Victor probably handle the newly small Reader. Also known as "VICTOR NO!"
Tumblr media
(In the process of drawing this I realized I had no idea how to draw small children lmao) Decided to keep Reader pretty blank so it can be whoever people wanted. (Victor/Sabretooth design is kinda my take on a couple mashed together versions of him, not sure if I'm keeping it or not lol.) Victor can be a really good babysitter...once people remind him that he is caring for children, not actual animal cubs. He'll get the hang of it eventually.
Reader is trying to figure out why they're so small and why everyone else is so big, eanehile the adults are all trying to do a crash course on how to care for mutant babies and toddlers and five year olds.
(Spoilers: A few of them need to retake the class, and everyone is forced to pick a few kids to focus on... Take your guess which adults pick which kids, especially if this is X-Men Evolution AU...)
( @vivid-bun I lobe your art!!! Look at them! It's cool, and really sweet, seeing Logan and Victor take a crzck at parenting/babysitting a baby or toddler Reader, who I assume is just confused and rolling with it for now. They're so cute. The fluff. The colors. The designs. You did so great, @vivid-bun! I had a good break, amd I'm just going to take things a little slower. I hope you have a great day! Stay safe!)

Pssst... psssssst...
Hey. Who wants a rewrite of the A/B/O Parent AUs? (The one where Wolverine is Reader's parent, and the other one where instead Sabretooth is their parent). Yep. Those aus.
Because I kinda want to talk about them, flesh them out more, build the suspense and work on those Readers (and give give a nickname or something, since they aren't quite like other Howlett or Creed Readers). They stand apart in their own ways, and are quite fun (they take a little after their parent in their own way).
