I am so serious when I say the ending to Arcane s1 is one of the best scenes in any tv show or movie I have ever seen

The music, the animation, the weight of the story, it all exceeded so many expectations I had when I started watching. I have NEVER been so speechless by something before (except for s2e6 ending which doesn’t count bc it doesn’t exist) and I truly don’t think it can be topped

you know, one thing that's really fun about playing chrono trigger is seeing so much of undertale/deltarune in it? the humour. the sprite work. the way that fights are kind of always a puzzle. THE HUMOUR. the fucking phenomenal music and how it sets the mood perfectly every time. the moments of choice and the weighty feeling of consequence every time you make a choice....

i'm not doing it justice, but thinking about undertale now, so much of it feels like a love letter to chrono trigger in terms of tone, visuals and gameplay. there's not any one-to-one comparisons i can really make, it just feels super familiar, in this comfy way?

One of the only things I'll say negatively about leverage is how they handled parkers Thing in the French connection job. She spends the whole episode talking about how she wants something to enjoy OUTSIDE of the life like eliot has cooking, hardison has gaming, and sophie has theater but then her thing ends up being art which like. Is fine. We know she loves art and shiny things, but the clear answer is music.

She did not stop dead in her tracks in the middle of a con, losing track of time and what she is doing TWICE because she heard her boys performing music, for you to say that music doesn't make her feel things.

She got CAUGHT in the scheherazade job bc she was so enamored with hardisons playing. She was completely caught off guard when they came in the room which is fucking unheard of for her. Don't tell me music doesn't make her Feel Things.
