I had originally planned to do a more complicated shot for La Couchette but I'm glad I changed it & I'm glad I did cos it was hard enough trying to get that hand to look good pfft

Also no, I didn't plan for the next two to be such similar shots but I do kinda love that they are lol! (something something how The 12 Days of Christine overshadows everything to do w/ a The Trial Of Elizabeth Gadge)

(fun fact about the latter is that it was one of the shots that I had to turn the brightness up to sketch since it was nearly impossible to see what was going on pfft!)

My Cold Comfort painting is definitely my favourite out of this batch (and not just cos it's one of my fav eps)! I just loved painting the contrasting colours and that amazing ominous looking corridor lol

The Nana's Party one was the most difficult painting out of all of them lol because of all those figures plus the brightness of the room and all the annoying little background details it was a total nightmare honestly pfft...

I think the chaos of me trying to paint it definitely matches the chaos of the episode itself so there is that pfft...

Something I don't think I've mentioned here yet but I wanted to include the sketches as part of the final piece since I thought it'd add some interesting textures to the whole thing!
