There aren't enough sapphic tv shows. And when we do get sapphic shows, they end in tragedy. Please give me a sapphic show that is super popular and has a happy ending.

We had Killing Eve, and Orange is the New Black, but those aren't exactly happy shows with brilliant endings. I love Yellowjackets, but again, the tragedy. The San Junipero episode of Black Mirror is one of my favourite pieces of sapphic media, but it's just one episode. We don't get enough time with the characters. One Day at a Time was a good show, but it was cancelled way too soon. The L Word is very sex-focused (which is fine, but not really what I'm looking for), and again, it's not exactly the happiest of shows.

When it comes to shows with queer rep, the most popular ships are achillean (think Heartstopper, Good Omens, Sex Education, Dead Boy Detectives, Our Flag Means Death, and so on) which is fine, but as a lesbian, I want more from queer media. Heartstopper literally has a lesbian couple, but they aren't given enough screen time (in my personal opinion).

If anyone knows of any sapphic shows that don't end tragically and actually have a fandom, please let me know.

"Did you ever think that maybe I can't have a baby? Or maybe something is wrong with you? Maybe you're sterile and don't even know it. You do enough drugs to kill a fucking horse so it's not too strange to suspect it's just not God's will for you to procreate." Kappa hauled off and slapped Y/n across the face.

Y/n didn't react like she had the first time he had put his hands on her. She ate the hit and rolled her eyes at him.

"You will speak to me with respect of not at all. I will cut your tongue out of your head and use your mouth as a fucking glory hole if you continue to speak to me that way, do you understand?" Kappa seethed.

"I can't have children Kappa and I've never been more relieved because if I could, you're the last person I would want to create life with." Y/n lit a cigarette and Kappa fumed.

"Is that right?" He gritted his teeth.

"You're weak. You say all these things, preach to these people and you have no true convictions. You hide behind what you say is God's will and then pretend you don't secretly curse him because you know you could never have the same pull on people as these other bible thumpers. It's quite sad." Y/n stood up and blew her cigarette smoke in his face.

"And you hit like an impotent bitch." She whispered trying to walk past him. Kappa slammed her head into the wooden doorway and she fell to the ground.

"You think I'm weak? You think I can't put my plans into action?" Kappa snatched some cabled from the radio and used it to wrap around her wrists. He hog tied her and then kicked the door to the trailer open yelling for the others.

"Let's just test that theory darlin." Kappa was a pissed off man on a mission and Y/n knew it was all down hill from here as they carried her to the van and sped off out of the canyon.

Is there a sitcom that someone can recommend that's like The Office, or something similar to Black Mirror? I already watched Love Death + Robots and finished that, but Idk, if there's something cool, I'd love to know.

Or if possible, maybe any good Swedish or Norwegian shows?

"Чёрное зеркало"/"Black mirror" (6 сезон)

Только вчера узнала, что оказывается вышел шестой сезон этого чудесного сериала, а я его ещё не видела. Вот и засела и посмотрела почти на одном дыхании. Тут всего 5 серий, но зато каких!

Мне понравился концепт этого сезона, музыкальное сопровождение, картинка в целом, и все серии получились довольно захватывающими, но моими бесспорными фаворитами стали 3 и 5. Есть над чем поразмышлять после их просмотра.

Очень советую всем фанатам сериала как можно скорее заценить! Я вот была в восторге
