when Aogiri broke into Cochlea, Roma didn’t want to join them, so Tatara tried to kill her, but she just escaped.

Roma beats up Urie, and reveals her Kakuja.

Iwao (with a freaking medieval sword) stands between Urie and Roma.

the Oggai goes berserk in the 24th ward, and Yomo tells Touka to go, because she has other things to protect. Yomo vs. Aura and Mutsuki incoming.

Touka runs into Hazuki. Touka vs. Hazuki incoming.

Afternotes: i thing Iwao and Yomo is gonna die, but their deaths will be extremely badass.

HIS SMILE. Good Lord his smile.

I love many things about him and I could go on for HOURS but his smile never fails to make me all hearts, flowers and rainbows inside. And the fact he just,,, says and does awful, sadistic things while smiling wildly,,,, my heart,,,,

The only times we see him and he’s not smiling was that one time when Amon fell in 135 and that makes it even more heartbreaking and also,,, god,,, when he remembers that Urie (Mikito) took Koutarou away from him (:re 108/109) - also most of his fight in 168 to 171 and sjdfhkfdlfk B O Y he only smiles when he sees Koutarou is going to fight seriously, with his wonderful cross, seconds before his clone is cut in pieces. And that’s BEAUTIFUL OKAY

AND the fact his mask isn’t smiling makes it all even better because when we need to see him smile we DO 

And!! the fact!!! he “““dies””” while laughing just cements one last time his smile as a core characteristic and anyway I love him I love his smile and I have FEELINGS about it but my brain is half fried and i cannot articulate everything i want so please take this instead

The fact he wasn’t there during the Clowns reunion in chapter 128 :’o Missed opportunity to cement his relationship with the Clowns apart from Uta. It would have been extremely interesting and I hate that we were robbed of that.

He is Italian and the Russian thing started out as a joke but everyone took it seriously so he rolled with it and is still, to this day, amazed at the amount of stupidity in the CCG. Koutarou knows but he hates talking about his dad so he doesn’t say anything and that’s how “Donato Porpora the Russian ghoul” came to be. He did, however live in Russia at some point in his very long life and that helps sell the lie but yeah, anyway he’s Italian.

I was just searching for nice fanart of Kaneki and spoilers came out. Chapter is out. I don’t get it: Chapter 134 came on a Tuesday, chapter 135 came out on Monday and now chapter 136 comes out on a Friday. This is not normal, I need stability with TG:re release because this story is already fucked up without surprises like that.

I was not emotionally ready for all this Urie moments and squad 0.

Yes, he’s a canon character but only so far as his history has been shown in the manga, none of his JAIL routes are canon, save the one route where he met Eto in the JAIL scenario book I guess?

Technically he’s been in TG:RE for a long while as Shikorae, but yes TG:RE Chapter 135 is the first time he was seen as “Rio” the version of himself before Shikorae.
