People have seemed pretty interested in the Tokyo Ghoul Natslive Pop-Up cafe menu, so I figured I'd translate the menu items:

Kaneki's One-Eyed Hamburger
This hamburger is inspired by Kaneki Ken. The hamburger is covered in black demi-glace sauce and tomato sauce with coffee added, and is decorated with sliced and deep-fried sweet potato to resemble a kagune. It is finished off with mashed potatoes drizzled in cheese sauce and a mask-shaped cookie.
Toka's Ukaku Mousse Cake
This mousse cake is inspired by Kirishima Toka. The raspberry and white chocolate mousse cake is decorated with black chocolate sauce and passion fruit sauce to represent Toka's ukaku.
Tsukiyama's Gourmet Brownie
The brownie is made with white chocolate and shaped like a gourmet mask, decorated with cut strawberry powder. It is finished off by drawing Tsukiyama's koukaku with blueberry sauce.
Juzo's 13's Jason Stew
This stew is inspired by Suzuya Juzo. Brown stew is served on a strip of pie crust, and blades are drawn with beet cheese sauce to represent 13's Jason. The number XIII is decorated with black cheese sauce.
Uta's Tattoo Mille-feuille
A mille-feuille inspired by Uta. Crisply baked pie crust is decorated with Uta's tattoos using cocoa powder, and finished with coffee custard cream, strawberries, and chocolate sandwiched between the filling. Served with ice cream drizzled in coffee sauce.
Salty Lychee inspired by Kaneki
This drink represents the awakened Kaneki, made with pure white juice made from lychee, which means "self-control," and black lemon jelly with spices to wake you up.
Cream Coffee inspired by Toka
Iced coffee topped with coffee cream and garnished with a rabbit mask-shaped cookie, this drink represents Toka's work at Anteiku.
Kill Royale inspired by Tsukiyama
Made with white grape juice, blackcurrant syrup and berry jelly, this non-alcoholic drink is perfect for gourmets, reminiscent of a blood wine cocktail.
Mixed juice inspired by Juzo
Mixed juice with cream and topped with various sweets makes a perfect drink for Juuzou.
Crushed Coffee inspired by Uta
A drink made by adding red fresh (creamer) to crushed coffee jelly, expressing Uta's always red-eyed and mysterious aura.

Lot of people talk about Cardassians with slit pupils, and Garak looking like A Fool with them dilating at Bashir and this is wonderful!
But I posit: Frilled Cardassians who spread their frill at the smallest surprises and indignation.

Star Trek Enterprise really paints such a funny picture when it comes to Starfleet ship design versus Klingon ship design by giving the Klingons the exact same ships they always use in every other Star Trek show
Starfleet: presenting the all new 2374 Constitution class. Ergonomically designed for your comfort, with handcrafted wood panelling for style, and the smoothest impulse engine performance to date! *is already working on the 2375 edition*
Klingons: what's up, this is my D-5 Battle Cruiser, this ship has been in our House for a dozen generations. My great great grandfather built these the warp coils with his bare hands and it will be my great grandchild's honour to replace them! *kicks the warp core when it stalls*

Here’s a weird pseudoscience thought that turned into a potential fic idea:
Vulcans, as a race, are denser than humans. They have superior strength, speed, and agility, as a general rule. When injured enough, they enter healing trances that speed up the healing process. Etc.
But what if... those don’t actually make them superior to humanity in all ways? Hear me out. Vulcans have all these gifts... but what they don’t have is a human’s stress response. Vulcans are a constant in physical abilities. In both stressful and non stressful situations, they work at the same speed. That is to say they lack something that all humans possess: adrenaline. A human pumped full of adrenaline may just be a Vulcan’s match.
Adrenaline and shock allows humans to overcome severe injury and keep fighting. What if this is something that Vulcans do not naturally possess?
What if a Vulcan overcomes sudden pain by either extreme Vulcan Control™️ or by just dropping into a healing trance and hoping that their comrades around them will shield them until they exit the trance, while a human just. Keeps. Going. Thanks to adrenaline and shock responses?
So while it’s more difficult to really wound a Vulcan because their bones are so damn dense, and humans are practically fragile compared to them, what if the amount of beating they can both actually take is evened out by humanity’s adrenaline and Vulcans’ lack there of?
