There's obviously a lot of really interesting stories there and great character beats that have resulted in some of my favorite Trek characters. But there is an extremely noticeable pattern in which show leads need character development to move up the ranks

And before anyone mentions her, yes, I know we have Captain Freeman, but she's not the lead of her show

A silly thing, but it was really cool to see TOS, Disco and SNW uniforms (as well as WoK, ENT and LWD) all in one scene (LWD 5.5 "Starbase 80")

And then there's the matter of where the uniforms came from...😂
