“Thoughts of the day” - Post Meditation

The light which I feel in this meditation makes me feel brighter inside and out. 

Life is supposed to be discovered from the inside out. I walked this Earth for too long so concerned about the outside. I was always trying to fix the outside.

I never was able to gain any ground with the outside. The outside held no weight to life, because all the outside is, is a vessel. 

INSIDE OUT, NOT OUTSIDE IN

What you see in the mirror, what other’s see when they meet you for the first time - the body - it is not yours; you are borrowing it, it is on loan, you have it for a while, maybe one hundred years and then it is gone after that... and you move on. 

In this life, we can’t all be the creator of Virgin, or be Michael Jordan or be the Queen of England, or Oprah, but we can all live under the light of the Earth, and let it feed out souls, we can all breathe in good and send out good, we can all be working from the inside out, and we can all be the best that we can be. 

You are you. I am. I am. 

It is important to be blessed with the breathe of God, to realise that your spirit is the most unique aspect of your life, that the answer for healing suffering is not drinks, porn, sports, spouce, drugs or violence. 

The answer for healling suffering is pure ilght. It is pure thoughts. It is pure goodness and working from the inside out.

Life is suffer as Viktor E Frankl once said, but that is the human aspect of life. 

I believe if one can live in the spirirt and became ten percent more aware in their day, instead of running on auto pilot for the day, then they will find themselves looking at the everyday and seeing just magnificent is truly is.

We are a spiritual being having a human experience. 

We are not here for long.
