#Soy Sauce Chicken Rice

Mum forgotten to ask the seller not to drench the thick and savoury sweet dark sauce over my pack of Soy Sauce Chicken Rice (酱油鸡饭). I don’t mind the sauce but in lesser quantity please. Beside the chicken drumstick, there are also Char Siu (叉烧) and Taiwanese Sausage (台湾香肠) over the plain white rice. I preferred this type of juicer sausage over the dried and waxy Chinese sausages (腊肠).

i took an edible just before brushing my teeth for the night so now i have a ton of food cravings but i cant eat anything

Liveblog cancelled due to me hitting my post limit but here's how it turned out. I was going to try the ketchup seasoning out but it had congealed

Rice (cooked with chicken broth) + carrots and celery (fried in avocado oil and a pat of butter) + dried onion flakes + garlic powder + scrambled eggs + jalapeño cheese hot dogs + soy sauce + ketchup*

Took the bus to Sembawang MRT Station for an early dinner at Kopitiam food court. I went for the Indonesia style Grilled Chicken Set with a grilled whole chicken leg in kecap manis or Indonesian sweet soy sauce and soup. The sides are curry vegetables and a fried egg with white rice. The chicken had a nice, charred flavour, smothered with savoury sweet black sauce.

Mum went off to queue for the Economy Rice (菜饭). She picked the following dishes for her cai png  - Har Cheong Gai (虾酱鸡) marinated in fermented shrimp paste and deep-fried, sweet & sour pork and Chinese cabbage stir-fry with white rice.

NOO THATS NOT TRUEE. You know they named it that without my permission?? And just. Sell it to everybody. Idk how I feel about that.

My favourite food was definitely sushi, I just really liked it, and also its so versatile that it's not possible to have a type of sushi you can't like, I think.

I don't know now. I haven't had sushi since I died, it might've changed over the years. Maybe I should get some soon.
