Speed Ran through Mario Galaxy 2 Yesterday while sick because I couldn't remember why I disliked it so much and wanted to see if that was just younger me being biased. It was not.
But I regained my love for Lubba and Dino Piranha, so that's something at least.
#Emile's Arts#Sorry Galaxy 2 fans I am not one of you#I like the ending scene better than 1's at least#Headcanon that Rosalina fills the Mario Bros with a very profound sadness when she's near us#And none of us know why#I can't decide if it's memories from the past future seeping through the holes of reality and still reaching us#Or if her magic naturally projects her emotions and old blurry memories onto those around her#I like the idea of the second one and it being something she was born with#Because currently I write Rosalina very Emotionless Autistic#She feels obviously she has a big heart full of love and sorrow and stuff but she doesn't show it often#But her natural magic sort of bleeds that onto people around her so everyone always knows how she's feeling#I think that's neat#but either works still the flow of time isn't real so we could be getting memories of things that haven't happened yet#Anyway#Dino Piranha my baby puppy dog I have no idea if that'll stick but I do really love him#My S/I does NOT go into space during Galaxy unless he's like. In Peach's Castle when it happens#So actually he might but proooooooobably not?#I'll figure it out later#I'm mashing Galaxy 1 and 2 together into one thing because they're basically the same game#Just Galaxy 1 has a story and Galaxy 2 has Lubba my beloved#And Prince Luma wearing Mario's hat that is SUPER important to me as well. Mario canonically got his hat snatched by a star baby#Amazing

More 2 Cents on S3
So, I know there’s already a lot of talk going around. Here’s my 2 cents.
In light of the recent news, I keep hearing a lot of “Oh, I hope the third season doesn’t get canceled,” and “Oh, I hope it does. Fuck Gaiman,” and “Oh, what about Terry’s vision? What about the fans? What about closure?”
I have absolutely zero control as to whether or not season 3 is made. Many arguments for and against it have already been made. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but I will offer this perspective from my own personal experience.
I’m a swing dancer, and my rapist was my teacher and one of the first people who ever taught me how to dance. One of the things that made me hesitant to come forward was that he was one of the most likable characters in my scene. He was the funny, goofy guy who wore funky printed shirts, he was sooo nice, he couldn’t possibly be a rapist, right? Right?
Seeing people praise him, hearing people talk about how great he is when I knew what he did to me… It drove me absolutely mad. I just wanted to shake people and say, “No, you don’t understand! You don’t understand who he is!” But I felt like I just couldn't. I felt his reputation was too iron-clad to say anything.
Coming forward was one of the scariest things I ever did because I was so sure people either wouldn't believe me or wouldn't care. And, as predicted, that was the case for some. You can only imagine how I felt when someone I used to call my friend went on to have him officiate her wedding. You can only imagine how I felt when the response from the organizers of the dance scene was to ask me to avoid mentioning Y-Town Swing in social media posts (Oops) to protect their reputation. You can only imagine how I felt when they continued to have him as a teacher, or when they updated their safe space policy to say they are not responsible for anything that happens “outside a Y-Town swing event.”
Oh, so if he raped me in the bathroom at the event instead it would have made a difference? Right, sorry, didn't realize the location or a rape mattered that much.
Anyway…
This was all in the confines of a small dance scene, in a small city, in a very niche hobby. Now, imagine how it must feel when your rapist and abuser is a fucking best selling author, praised as this ally to women and LGBT people, he’s the quirky guy who has a Tumblr and actually responds to his fans and he’s so cool, he’s one of us, he can’t possibly be a rapist, right? Right?
I can only imagine how fucking mad it drove his victims to know who he really is and see him put on such a high pedestal.
So, however this all unfolds, I will say this. The people I care about most are the victims. I say this as someone who loved and still loves Good Omens, I say this as someone who was torn up about the final 15, as someone who rejoiced when S3 was originally announced, before all the allegations came to light. I care about the victims.
But what about the fans? Listen, it’s a fucking TV show. Do you really mean to tell me the ending of a fictional fucking story is more important than the very real people he’s hurt? Not having an ending to your favorite show does not hold a candle to the trauma of being sexually assaulted. There’s no comparison. Not in the same ballpark. Not even in the same galaxy.
But what about Terry?
Terry is dead and in his grave. I am sorry to say this, but whether his vision comes to life or not, he will never be the wiser. It makes no difference to him. If I could wave my magic wand and have Terry alive and well and Gaiman dead and in his grave, believe me, I definitely would, but that is not the hand we were dealt.
So please, all I ask is this. Before you go spouting shit like, “I hope we don’t lose S3,” or “I just need to know how it ends,” put yourself in their shoes for just a second.
Imagine you are Claire, or Scarlett, or any of his other victims. Imagine you are sexually assaulted by someone whom the world just puts on a pedestal. You have to sit there and listen to him get praised as being “such a great ally to women and minorities” and “he’s one of us,” and “he’s so brilliant. He’s so cool. He really listens to his fans. Look at this quote of his I got tattooed on my body.” And for years you just sit there and take it, because you’re so fucking afraid that no one will believe you if you come forward, you’re told your story “isn’t enough,” you watch him get richer and richer while you’re stuck with the therapy bill for everyting this “great ally of women” did to you.
Now imagine that you finally come forward. You finally muster up the will to speak your truth, and tell people what he did to you, and you find that you’re not the only person he’s hurt. The world is finally hearing your story and learning what a manipulative monster he is.
And now, I want you to think very carefully about what it means if we still get S3.
S3 means press tours. It means more reviews praising him as a genius. It means certain people being contractually obligated to say nice things about him, or at the very least, not say negative things about him. It means, once again, seeing his fucking horse face or his name everywhere, on Amazon, on billboards, on busses, on posters, in adverts. Only now, it's AFTER the world heard your side of the story.
Just imagine how that would feel.
So, if it wasn't obvious by now, my stance on S3 is… I don't really want it to happen. Not out of spite or some deep seated hatred for Gaiman (although, ya know, fuck that guy) but out of consideration for the people he's hurt, as someone who knows exactly how it feels to see the person who hurt you get put on a pedestal.
I understand that production is paused and people think he may be getting removed from the project. I'm not going to comment on that because "paused” can mean a lot of things and there's so much we don't know yet.
There will be other shows.
There will be shows that DO have satisfying endings.
Media and shows can be replaced.
But there is no such thing as being un-raped.

May i request something for Argenti and boothill. For each of their scenarios, theyre being reckless on behalf of others as usual and get seriously injured. Their eyes closing, believing fully that theyre going to die. Only to open their eyes again to reader gently caring for their wounds and teafully scolding them.
@dragon-anon
Thank you for the request !! Went a bit crazy with Boothill here, it's like twice the size of Argenti's... First time writing reader-insert, I don't know if it fits well with my usual style but I tried my best. I hope this meets what you were looking for ! Please let me know what you think :D
Argenti
The chase for Idrilla brought him every corner of the Galaxy, from the most beautiful of villages to the war-ravaged plains. Beauty was in life, in the seed turning into a flower and in the first cry of a newborn. For as much beauty as there was in life, and equal amount could be found in death. In the leaves falling in autumn to the sweet smile of a loved one ready to depart.
Was he ready to depart? He didn’t think so. Yet it was not his choice anymore. He reassured himself with the fact that he wouldn’t fall to the Omen of Evil. He pressed a few buttons to enter your location before sitting in the command chair of the One and Only. He could feel the warmth of his blood coating his shirt and vest, sticky under his fingers. Yet he could only think of one thing… How he wished to see your face one last time, to witness beauty once again before dying.
When he reopened his eyes, he met a vaguely familiar ceiling. His head felt like it was filled with fog and nothing made sense around him. As his mind processed all the sensory inputs one by one, a gasp caught his attention. You were sitting beside the bed, his arm in your hands, eyes alert, although they were red and puffy as if you had been crying. He looked at you without saying a word. His emerald eyes roamed your face, your lips, you nose, your eyebrows, then stopping on your eyes.
He sighed with a gentle smile and closed his eyes again. If this was to be death, then he’d accept it. He had seen you one last time, what a blessing.
“Argenti?” You whispered, voice cracking.
He reopened his eyes and moved his head in your direction. You exhaled shakily.
“Thank the Aeons you’re alright.”
You leaned and put your elbows on your knees, his hands still in both or yours. You had just finished treating the minor cuts. You leaned your forehead against the back of his hand.
“I thought you were dead…” Your throat was tight, chest heavy with tears threatening to fall again. Freely now.
Argenti blinked.
“Am I not?”
“Of course you’re not!” You looked up, alarmed. “I found you bleeding all over your ship and I’ve been taking care of you for the past 2 hours!” The tears finally fell down your cheeks. “When I received the ping from your ship as it got close to the station, I was so happy I went out to wait for you at the docks.” You swallowed a new wave of tears. “But you didn’t come out. So, I called for you and you didn’t answer. I forced my way inside and- You- you were-” You sob. “There was blood everywhere. Never do that again. Please.”
The knight took a deep breath, your tears somehow guiding him out of the fog of his senses. The hurt in your voice pierced his heart. He can’t begin to imagine how he’d feel if he had found you in a similar position. He turned his hand to grasp yours.
“I’m so sorry.”
Boothill
Well, fuck. He was sitting in an alley after a chase with some IPC goons, and usually it was to catch his ‘breath’ and celebrate. Now though… his vision was clouded with warning messages. Oil leak, low battery, low coolant level, stuck fans, foreign object in ammo tank. He recognized only a third of them but it was pretty clear, he was not in the best shape. His eyes unfocused and refocused on loop, trying to make sense of his surrounding. He looked down, one of his legs was clearly busted, by some kind of shrapnel round. Bastards.
Another error blasted his vision, this one larger and redder than all the others. The countdown made it obvious what this one meant. He was going to shut down, and in a back alley like this, hiding behind the trash cans, the math was simple. He was going to be tossed by the garbage bots like any other piece of trash and that’ll be the end of his tale. Fucking hell. He didn’t even get close to his goal… What does that make him? What about his promise? What about his family? No one will be there to remember them now… Well, not no one. There was still you. He smiled, content with the thought of you carrying some of the tales of his home and his daughter. Aeons, he missed her so much…
His systems partially came online. He could hear first. The noise of screws and metal and fluid pumping. Then he could smell. The hot soldering iron and motor oil. The he could see. You, running around, grease on your gloves and cheeks, goggles firmly posted on your nose, completely ignoring him. So, he hadn’t been trashed. Not yet. He was held upright hovering off the ground by the port on his back, supplying his body with all the energy it needed. He tried to talk but his voice box must have been removed or disconnected because no sound escaped his mouth but a quip of static. That’s what made you turn around from the soldering iron to face him.
You removed your goggles and the look on your face would have silenced him if he was talking. You were glaring at him, clearly mad, your eyebrows furrowed, eyes swelled. You stayed silent as you went to dig into his torso once again, putting in the fan you just finished fixing. He didn’t try to move and do anything, he knew why you were mad, and didn’t want to aggravate his case.
Once it was snug into place, you retracted and closed Boothill’s chest panels, screwing them back on. The silence was heavy. You ran back to your monitor and he kept staring at you, although it didn’t garner any reaction from you.
You typed a few things and Boothill could see the telltale lines of logs of a full diagnostic running in front of his eyes. He closed them. Then he saw a list of his systems in green, all online. That must include his voice box.
“Hey Doc.” He tried, voice still recalibrating after the shutdown. “Got a bit bruised up there, huh?” He joked.
You refused to look at him as you approached to reattach his missing legs; its hinges, reconnecting the compressed air tubes for the joint, then latching the cable for the captors. Your eyebrows were scrunched together still but not in anger anymore it seemed. You turned back to your monitor, staring at it for a few second as if the recompose yourself and before you could click to start the automated joint test, he talked again.
“Thought I was going to be tossed like garbage, honest. Glad I ended up here instead.”
You pursed your lips and approached again, checking the execution of the synthetic limb as it was responding to commands to bend, flex, and turn. All seemed to be working great. You reattached the metal panels there too to cover the joints and sealed it shut, like you did for the torso a few minutes before.
“Aah c’mon, you gon’ ignore me now?” You stopped in your tracks. “I know the gear’s expensive but I’ll pay you back I sw-“
“I don’t care if it’s expensive!” You blurted out, a mix of anger and sadness in your voice.
Boothill stayed silent and as you returned to the monitor one final time, you hit a key and the mechanical arm holding him afloat lowered, gently putting the cowboy down on the ground. You lowered your head and grasped the edge of the desk with your hands, tears finally spilling over your cheeks.
“I don’t care about how much your spare pieces cost; I don’t care if you scratch the brand new panel I installed 2 weeks ago.” You explained, voice strained, finally looking up at him. “What I care about is not having you almost die on me every month or so. Why are you so reckless?” Your anger wavered. “Why do you have to disregard your own life like that? I am trying my hardest every time to make you stronger, but you always manage to find more trouble.”
You breathed deeply and looked at him in the eyes. His face was painted in remorse.
“Aeons, and then what? What happens if I’m not here to scrape you off the pavement and piece you back together, huh? Then what? That’s it?” You sobbed.
He took long strides over to you and took you in his arms, in a hug. He had always been reckless, that’s true. He couldn’t just stand by when witnessing the shit some officers would let fly. He had to do something, damnit! But he didn’t expect this to affect you so much… His heart dipped.
“I promise, I’ll be better.”

I am going to rank all of the Super Mario Galaxies and none of you can stop me
That's right! I'm ranking all of them! All ninety-one of these things! Hi, I'm Mod Hooligon, and you may recognize me as "the mod that posted about Super Paper Mario a lot", but did you know? The Super Mario Galaxy games are maybe my actual favorite Mario games! In fact, I've never even beaten Super Paper Mario! I'm a fraud! But I'm a cute fraud, right?
But I'm not a fraud when it comes to Super Mario Galaxy, because I've 100%'d both games, and have replayed them multiple times over! And when you play some games that much, you start to have opinions. And then you want to subject everyone else to your opinions! So that's what I'm gonna do.
This is gonna be a little Weirdmarioenemies mini-series I run outside of our usual posting schedule, so expect a new part of this list every Sunday, until there's no Galaxies left to cover. Today we'll be tackling all the low-tier Galaxies, because there's not enough of them to warrant making three separate posts for F-tier, D-tier, and C-tier.
Got that? Good. Rankings start under the cut!
91. Sling Pod Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: F
Well, something had to be the worst. If you are an ardent Sling Pod Galaxy fan, I am so, so sorry. Let it be known that you are entitled to your own opinion, and that I understand.
But I'm also entitled to my own opinion and my opinion is that Sling Pod Galaxy is Not Very Good! Really, not a lot of the Hungry Luma galaxies from the first game are, we're gonna be covering most of them in this post...
The Sling Pods aren't an awful gimmick in and of themselves, it can be fun to slingshot Mario around, and they're used to great effect in the Tarantox boss fight! But I feel like they can be a bit imprecise, and nowhere does that show more than in Sling Pod Galaxy, where you're required to fling Mario from Sling Pod to Sling Pod with precise timing, and not a lot of wiggle room.
If your aim or timing is just slightly off (and let's face it, it uses motion controls, so it's probably going to be) then you're gonna sling Mario right into the void. There's a cool concept here, but at the end of the day, I'll always find Sling Pod Galaxy more frustrating than fun.
And besides that, it's just not very thematically interesting! It's kinda just cobbled together out of miscellaneous assets, but doesn't manage to make it feel like a Theme the way Space Junk Galaxy does.
90. Snow Cap Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: F
Oh look, another Hungry Luma Galaxy! That didn't take long at all.
I feel like most people wouldn't consider the bunny chases the highlights of the Super Mario Galaxy games, and Snow Cap Galaxy is a galaxy that makes you chase three bunnies, all of which start the mission hidden, under a pretty strict time limit. There's a small chamber you can open that you can chase the bunnies into, but in order to open it, you need to activate a number of Flipswitches, most of which are hidden in the snow, which you need to use your cursor to clear out...
I feel like this mission asks too much of you in too little time, and ends up being another one that ends up more frustrating than fun, especially with how inconsistent chasing down the bunnies can actually be! That being said, I'll give it the edge over Sling Pod, since I think it's at least a little more aesthetically interesting. Bunnies hiding in the snow! It's cute.
89. Stone Cyclone Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Tier: F
If the Hungry Lumas have the worst galaxies in the first game, then World S has some of the worst in the second. I wouldn't say the track record is nearly as bad, I think Super Mario Galaxy 2's quality is much more consistent all around, but that didn't manage to save Stone Cyclone from escaping the bottom tier...
I like a good challenge, but I like a good challenge, and I don't know if I'd consider Stone Cyclone Galaxy good. It's a repeat of the Stone Cyclone planet from the first game (which I do like!), but with all the Tox Boxes, Thwomps, and moving platforms moving 4 times faster. You're given switches that can temporarily slow everything down, and make everything much more manageable, but since it's all temporary, you better be able to manage the faster version once the timer's up!
I don't know, there's a cool concept here, but I feel everything moves so fast when time isn't slowed down, that making jumps between the moving platforms in particular can be really difficult. And when the Tox Boxes are moving faster than you do, sometimes it feels like there's not much room to move without getting squished soon after!
88. Flipswitch Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: D
Yep! Stone Cyclone was the last of the bottom-tiers. Again, there's not really a lot of galaxies in these games I don't like. Now we're at the "I don't necessarily hate them, but also find them kind of pointless" tier!
And no Galaxy feels more pointless to me than Flipswitch Galaxy, which is honestly kind of a joke. Flipswitch Galaxy is One planet. That's right, you get one! This is an entire Galaxy that could easily be a mission in another Galaxy, and even that's being generous. This is a stopgap between two planets in a cooler, more elaborate Galaxy.
Flipswitch Galaxy isn't really frustrating at all, it's probably one of the easiest missions in the entire game, but it's so short and so pointless, that I just wish they did a little more with it, you know? Add a couple more planets, let things escalate a little more, I know you want to keep it easy because of how early in the game it is, but if Flip-Swap Galaxy is any indication, you can do a breezy early-game gimmick galaxy much better than this!
87. Bigmouth Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: D
Okay, quick question, how many of you have beaten Bigmouth Galaxy the intended way? I genuinely didn't know until a pretty recent playthrough that there even were Star Chips in this Galaxy. I always just used gravity shenanigans to jump from the top of pool to the other! I thought that's what you were supposed to do, and that the jump was just a little annoying to get right! I'm not sure if I've even ever done this mission the intended way. The jump is just way quicker.
Bigmouth Galaxy is pretty whatever. It sure does exist! I think it's funny that this is a Hungry Luma Galaxy, but Penguru says he likes to come here frequently just to think. He's been a frequent here ever since the galaxy was born five minutes ago!
What do you want me to say about Bigmouth Galaxy. It's a shorter, easier, more mediocre version of Slimy Spring Galaxy, I guess.
86. Drip Drop Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: D
I'm just not giving these Hungry Luma galaxies a break, am I? Don't worry Hungry Lumas, you'll do better in Super Mario Galaxy 2.
Anyway, Drip Drop Galaxy is a single planet where you kill a few Gringills with shells, and that's really it. The underwater controls in this game can feel a little janky, so aiming the shells can be a little frustrating, but it's not especially hard, especially if you can find the Red Shells, which retain their homing ability from Mario Kart.
Pretty unremarkable, not especially fun, but I don't dread it the way I do some others, so that's a plus. Apparently this is where Penguru lives.
85. Bowser Jr.'s Lava Reactor
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: D
Wrapping up the D-tiers, we have Bowser Jr.'s Lava Reactor, the most forgettable of the Bowser and Bowser Jr. stages. King Kaliente is a cool boss and all, and I think the sinking lava platforms are a cool shakeup to his fight, but for the final boss of the fifth dome, you kinda think they'd do a bit more, right?
There's not really a lot of buildup to the boss, and the boss itself isn't all that difficult, which makes this mission feel pretty underwhelming. I'm curious if I'd put this higher if it weren't one of the Bowser Jr. stages. My stance is "probably, but not by too much". There's not a lot going on in this galaxy.
84. Boo's Boneyard Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
I don't know what it says that this is one of the better Hungry Luma galaxies from the first game.
Let's talk positives first! I think it's cool that they give you a rematch against the Spooky Speedster, and I like that it shakes things up so much. The idea of you getting the Boo Mushroom to become more "equal" with the Spooky Speedster is cool, and I like that they further differentiate things by making it a 2D level. That's all pretty cool!
It's just that... I think this mission is really easy. The Spooky Speedster isn't really all that speedy here, and unlike the shortcut during the first race which you kinda have to go out of your way for, this time it's in plain sight, and not hard to reach at all. Besides that, I just don't think the Boo Mushroom is an especially fun powerup to use in a Race. It's a good powerup, make no mistake, but in the context of a race, it feels pretty sluggish...
83. Loopdeeloop Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
Super Mario Galaxy has a handful of motion-control based minigames, and of the bunch, I think the ray surfing is my least favorite. I don't hate it, I kinda like how wild riding the waves can feel, but at the same time, that wildness combined with the motion controls can make it feel at times like you don't have a lot of control over where you're going, you know?
Loopdeeloop Galaxy is the galaxy that introduces this minigame, and it's fine. I generally prefer its more challenging variant (which we'll see later, but not too much later), but this works well enough as an introduction. It's just kind of a basic version of a minigame I'm not that big a fan of, there's not a lot to say about Loopdeeloop Galaxy.
82. Honeyclimb Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
As far as single-mission gimmick galaxies go, this one is alright. I like the use of Mandibugs and Meteors to spice things up. Unlike something like the Flipswitch Galaxy, this has a pretty solid sense of escalation, which I like!
That being said, it's still pretty basic, climbing honey walls isn't exactly the most exciting gimmick in the world, so I'm not gonna be that huge on a galaxy built completely around it. I guess the focus on the honey climbing lets it feel a bit more distinct from the other Bee Mushroom galaxies, but it's also easily the weakest of the Bee Mushroom galaxies, so I'm not sure if that's a good thing...
I feel like I don't have much to say about any of these mid-tier Galaxies. Sorry.
81. Grand Finale Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
Of all the galaxy rankings, I feel like this is one of the ones I feel the least certain about. Part of me feels it should be lower, part of me thinks putting it lower would be unfair, so instead it ends up here!
From a gameplay perspective, Grand Finale Galaxy is not really that interesting at all. There's no challenge, you just grab the Purple Coins, which are all just out there in the open, and that's really it! That's the star! I don't even know if you can die in this galaxy at all.
But like, that feels like the wrong way to assess this galaxy, because it's not meant to be a challenge in the slightest, it's meant to be this nice little reward you get for getting 100% in this game. You beat the game twice over already, so get to enjoy the Star Festival without Bowser rudely interrupting! Get to spend a little more time with all the characters you've met on your journey before being done with the game for good, it's here as a nice little bonus.
That being said, as a Grand Finale, I feel it sort of lacks... grandeur? I dunno. It's cute as a nice little goodbye, but part of me feels they could've done a little more with it.
Don't ask me what! I'm not a game designer, I'm just some autistic girl on the internet talking about a 16 year old video game! Leave me alone!
80. Mario Squared Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Tier: C
I'll give Mario Squared Galaxy this: it has one of the best names of any galaxy across these games, and that gotta count for something.
Mario Squared is pretty much just a reused planet from Toy Time Galaxy in the first game, just with the rotating squares swapped out for Flipswitches. And I mean hey, if you're gonna reuse content from any galaxy, Toy Time is a pretty good pick. but also the very nature of being reused content means I'm bumping it down a bit, because eh! We've already seen this before! I don't need a galaxy to be a small part of a better galaxy!
I'm pretty sure this galaxy solely exists so they could bring back the infamous Luigi's Purple Coins mission in Super Mario Galaxy 2, which I guess is fair. That mission is difficult, but it is fun, and I like the twists they add in this game (like the Cosmic Clones, and the fact you have to grab all of them this time)! Fun way to create a new take on one of the first game's most challenging missions.
...But can I really rate a galaxy that highly for redoing something another Galaxy already did? I don't know if I can give Mario Squared Galaxy a super high grade for copying Toy Time Galaxy's homework and changing it a little.
I think it's funny that the objective of this mission is to turn all the blue Flipswitches yellow, so it looks like Mario's SMB1 sprite, but once all the Flipswitches are activated, they all turn green, making the whole thing feel kinda pointless. This is fine because green is a better color than yellow anyway.
79. Hurry-Scurry Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
Another one of those short gimmick galaxies with only one mission. I think building a galaxy around these disappearing panels is a pretty fun idea. Once you stand on one of them, it's gone forever, so you have to plan your route carefully, but don't spend too much time planning, because all the ground is disappearing panels. It creates a fun dynamic, that's true to the galaxy's name! There's a solid chance your route will be a little off, so you might have to make some big leaps to grab notes you may have missed. It's cool, I like it!
But not like, that much. It's still a pretty small galaxy all things considered. This one gets a little buildup before the end, which is nice, but it's not much buildup, so the whole experience ends up feeling a little short.
Not helping is the fact they repeat this mission later in the game, but more challenging, and in a galaxy that has other things going on. That does subtract from Hurry-Scurry Galaxy a bit, I feel.
78. Sand Spiral Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
I know I've mentioned multiple times in this post how mediocre the Hungry Luma galaxies in the first game are, but for emphasis: this is the second best one, and it's in C-Tier. Don't feel too bad, Sand Spiral Galaxy. You'll still outshine most of your siblings at the family reunion. At least if you're ignoring those pesky Super Mario Galaxy 2 Hungry Luma galaxies.
This Galaxy gives you a choice between the Bee Mushroom and the Boo Mushroom, and I pretty much always pick the Boo Mushroom I'm pretty sure. There's obstacles for both on the way, so it's not like one's strictly "better" than the other, but I always appreciate the extra control the Boo Mushroom gives me here. After a short tunnel, you lose your powerup, are sent to a spiral planet spinning around a moon, where you grab a Rainbow Star and run through some mines to grab the Star at the end.
It's a pretty short mission that doesn't really feel like it knows what it wants to do, but at the very least, I appreciate that it gives you multiple options, the visual at the end is pretty striking, and making big jumps during the spiral as a Speedrun Strat can be pretty satisfying.
77. Boss Blitz Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Tier: C
If you couldn't tell already, a lot of World S in Super Mario Galaxy 2 is reused content, and that's a lot of why these galaxies are scoring so low. Boss Blitz Galaxy is a string of five boss fights from the first game in a row, which I guess makes it a bit interesting in the context of the sequel, given none of these bosses show up in the main quest, so if this is your only Super Mario Galaxy game, you kinda gotta figure them all out on the fly.
Thankfully, most of these boss fights are still pretty fun, though again, they're all reused so you're not really getting much new here. The timer challenge is sort of teetering on the edge between being "challenging in a frustrating way" and "challenging in a fun way" for me. Speedrunning all the boss fights can be really fun, but none of them really have shortcuts the way the bosses in say, Super Mario Odyssey do, and some of the RNG in the Bouldergeist fight can make the challenge feel a bit inconsistent (even if that IS the best of the bosses), so sometimes your pace feels a bit out of your control.
It also feels weird to have both Dino Piranha and Fiery Dino Piranha, it's kinda redundant, though I do like having them as the bookends, I guess.
76. Twisty Trials Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy 2 Tier: C
Woah, reusing content from Super Mario Sunshine now? Slow down, World S!
For what it's worth, reusing Sunshine content is a bit more interesting than reusing Galaxy content, because it's a different game with different controls and different physics and whatnot. Still, it's not like Twisty Trials Galaxy is that interesting. It's a series of progressively more difficult rotating platforms that you have to keep your balance on, and that's really it, though I do like the comet challenge where they move twice as fast, and you have to use the Cloud Flower to keep on pace. That's pretty neat.
I wish they kept the music from Sunshine. I like the weird a capella version of the Super Mario Bros. Overworld theme way more than Super Mario 2007.
75. Loopdeeswoop Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
"The Galaxy's Greatest Wave". I mean, there's only two ray surfing galaxies across both games, this one and Loopdeeloop, so is there really that much competition?
That being said, yeah, I like this more challenging version. I know that the ray surfing minigame still isn't really my favorite (it's in C-tier for a reason!) but having a more difficult course I think brings out some of the best aspects, like how wild it feels to control! And also some of the worst aspects, like how wild it feels to control! It's still as much of a double-edged sword as ever, just a bit more extreme due to the more extreme course.
That being said, since it's more challenging, that makes finishing it feel a lot more satisfying, and I'd never say it really feels unfair. Sure, falling off can be frustrating given how difficult it can be to control, but when it's all done, I end up feeling more "yeah, I did it :D" than "oh thank god that's over with", which I think is the important distinction between an F-tier and a C-tier.
Don't take that as meaning I'm in love with this galaxy, though. It's still here for a reason.
74. Bonefin Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
The cooler Drip Drop Galaxy.
That's really pretty much all this one is, it's Drip Drop Galaxy again but this time it's a boss fight, and it's a bit more exciting because of it. Heck, you need to beat Drip Drop Galaxy to unlock this one, so the resemblance isn't unintentional!
Since it's pretty much Drip Drop Galaxy again, it suffers a lot of the same issues that Galaxy has, but I'm not gonna pretend it doesn't get boosted a lot from the Style Points, though I also think having a single large target to hit ends up feeling a lot better than several smaller targets. Aiming your shells feels a lot easier, but since it's a boss fight, there's also a better sense of escalation here.
Still, it's pretty much just the boss fight, and I mean, being a slightly better version of a D-tier Galaxy isn't exactly something I'll sing my highest praises about. If nothing else, at least it has a killer atmosphere.
73. Sea Slide Galaxy
Game: Super Mario Galaxy Tier: C
Wrapping up the C-tier is Sea Slide Galaxy, the worst of the "big" Galaxies from the first game. To quote myself from earlier in the same post, "Well, something had to be the worst." But also not quite like that since it's nowhere near as bad.
The biggest issue with Sea Slide Galaxy is there's really not an awful lot of diversity in its missions. Of the six missions here, three of them are basically "swim in a loop around the galaxy," just with slightly different distances. The Silver Star mission, thankfully, fares a lot better, as does the Improved Version of Hurry-Scurry Galaxy (here it is!) but the last of the missions is one of the boring Purple Coin missions. Mod Hooligon's Tip: If you start a Purple Coin mission and it doesn't have this banger, I'm Sorry.
The galaxy definitely has a unique layout, but there's not really much to do in the water besides swim in a circle, since every mission that doesn't involve swimming in a circle usually has you ignoring the water outright. Would this galaxy be better if it had more swimming? I dunno. As stated, the underwater controls in this game can be a bit finnicky, so maybe I should be glad it's either swim in a circle or don't swim at all.
And that's it for today's post! Do you agree with my opinions? Do you disagree? If you're a Sling Pod Galaxy fan, make some noise!
And if you're looking for the B-Tier galaxies, you're in luck, because you can find those here!

Okay. This is a long shot. You don’t have to answer this. I’m just having a bit of an issue with a Zelda fic I’m writing and I don’t know anybody else who plays Zelda or makes fan content, so I have turned to the internet. If this ask offends you and you want to throw it into the void, you’re welcome to, I’m sorry for bothering you.
The fic is basically TotK if it fit in with the rest of the timeline. Zelda is sent to Skyloft’s time, Rauru’s ghost is actually post-linked-universe!Sky (and he doesn’t stay a ghost for long), that sort of thing. For the plot I am looking into what happened in the era before Wild with the Sheikah tech, and I came up with a Minish OC to be another Sage, as in some Zelda games there is also a Sage of Forest or a Sage of Earth. I’m combining the two. I need to pick or create someone to be the forest Sage in Wild’s time. As some additional context, I’m more or less designing a Divine Beast for the Minish Sage to pilot (that was still being built when the ban on Sheikah tech was announced and thus left a bit unfinished, and not mentioned in the legends). I really like the idea of giving Wild a little mouse companion, but I feel a little obligated to make Hestu the Sage, as all the other Sages (except the pilots/sages from the Sheikah era) are characters we know from the game. I hesitate to make it Hestu because, since the first pilot was a Minish, their Divine Beast will be about the size of the Master Cycle 0 at very most, and thus will be awkwardly sized compared to a 8ft tall broccoli. The way I see it I have 3 options:
1. Make Hestu the Sage and scale-up the Divine Beast for whatever reason (probably make the previous sage a korok or kokiri instead).
2. Create a Minish OC to be the new sage.
3. Make it so the Divine Beast was so far from completion that Hestu is unable to pilot it, or 3b. Make it finished enough that Purah is able to repurpose it into something big enough for Hestu to pilot.
I hesitate to make it Hestu for the mentioned reasons. I hesitate to make it a Minish for the mentioned reasons. I hesitate to make it incomplete to the point of un-salvageability because I have ideas about Ganon taking over it and using it to try and kill the Sage and/or spy on Link. I hesitate to make Purah repurpose it for the above reasons, and because that would take a while and I don’t want to put huge timeskips in this fic.
So. I’m aware this is a long shot and I’m sorry springing this on you when I’m a complete stranger. I’ll reiterate that you don’t have to answer this if you don’t want to. But on the chance that this isn’t too much of a reach, do you have any thoughts?
Ok, first of all, I'm sorry for taking so long to reply! I hope you're still looking for some advice on this 😭
And second of all, I LOVE this concept so much ohmygod rauru being Sky is such a galaxy brained concept, I love it !!!!
Hmmm 🤔
I do like the idea of the previous sage being a kokiri as a nod to the fado+makar combo from wind waker, so a kokiri oc+hestu being the sage could be a fun way to tie that in
However I also love the idea of a minish sage 🤔 would separating the sage of earth + sage of forest be something you'd be willing to do? You'd have to come up with another divine beast, but it could work
That OR you could just...not use hestu lol like he is a funny little guy that helps with the korok seeds, u could just make a korok OC who's small and not a huge thing like hestu so the divine beast can be used
Like the korok oc could be one of the guys u help around in totk, or one of the little guys with names in the lost woods, u know how there's some cute guys who run the shop or the inn inside the Great Deku tree?
I'm pretty sure there's some korok npcs there that have canon names
Maybe it's Hestu the one that starts the quest so Link can meet up with the little guy, like Hestu tells u about the divine beast and the possible sage, etc.
I'd go with that tbh, since I feel your main issue is hestu himself, so just don't use him since he doesn't really fit with what you're planning 🤔
Anyway idk how helpful you'd find this, but I don't mind people sending me their ideas or asking for help for their fics or world building!

grace blood-gulch's s14 episode ranking list because i am so special and have lots of thoughts on every episode ever :)
Tier 1 - legitimately good quality content i recommend viewing
Room Zero - as someone who was personally Waiting those multiple years to see that rvb animated episode be finished i was so excited by this one. also i just love the animation + attention to character details in the og one. even though it doesnt really add much to that original base, newer fans should watch it to appreciate the animation cuz its cute. especially fond of every character detail moment like church running backward and using his hand to slide or the earliest iteration of grif being canonically animated as fat. idk i love it a lot and i think its p cute and well worth the watch. it's also the first episodically which is neat. good opener for s14.
The Brick Gulch Chronicles - look its stop motion lego and its cute as fuuuuuuck. the plot being sarges bday is adorable. literally awesome.
Fight the Good Fight - okay i just find it cute and quirky and generally enjoyed watching it quite a bit :) it made me laugh. the [Red] team gag was good. it reminded me of the similar gag from the simpsons in the kamp krusty episode. my dad always makes jokes about that specific gag so ahh. definitely worth the watch but understandable to skip.
Caboose's Guide to Making Friends - its just really fucking cute idfk
Head Cannon - This one's just really funny and also adds on to a scene that already was fun in a good way. Enjoyable. Highly recommended.
Get Bent - I wish sarge was still an old woman but dykenut and church bisexuality balances it out. i also wish we had female tucker. it makes me sad we didnt get female tucker.
Red vs. Blue the Musical - The reds' song is about weapons and the blues' song is about church killing himself. 10/10. no notes. perfect summation of rvb in like 10 minutes.
Mr. Red vs Mr. Blue - genuinely delightful like a distilled everything i like about tucker. he's really fun here. also sister is fun here.
The Triplets & The "Mission" - The triplets own hard. the scene with wash connie and south at the end always makes me smile. ohio girl youre fucking crazy but youre everything. I love you.
Tier 2 - Decent content. You can skip but still somewhat worth ur time.
From Stumbled Beginnings and Why They're Here - Mostly fun. Asterisk mostly. There's an episode between these two that's technically an episode trilogy you should skip. Otherwise is pretty fun.
The #1 Movie in the Galaxy: 3 - This is silly and fun. I enjoyed it. It's also short.
Meta vs Carolina: Dawn of Awesome - look man its a death battle. if you like death battle youll have fun. if you hate death battle you can skip it. shoutout sarge deadbeat dad implications though. i cant even be mad its just not the character id expect them to do that to...
Grey vs Gray - i found it fun :) nothing stand out tho. skippable but not egregiously bad.
Immersion: The Warthog Flip - Look if you Like seeing science stuff yeah its a good watch. if you dont like that you can skip it. I like the math and science though. you don't lose anything in skipping though.
Tier 3 - Meh
Orange is the New Red & Invaders from Another Mother - theyre not bad but aged... poorly. i thought they were funny when i was younger but i watched funhaus actively then. i dont know how this would fare to a non-FH fan. Desert Dance [Spins]
Red vs. Blue vs. Roosterteeth - I KNOWWWWW THERES A LOT OF NOSTALGIA its just .... not very funny. its creators meeting their characters but its also odd in a strange way. you can watch it if youre curious enough. i liked the end voice over of s14 a lot tho so like maybe watch it and if youre bored skip to the end lol
Tier 4 - Drink a lot or watch with friends to experience enjoyment
Club, Call, & Consequences - look man the only way youre enjoying this is if you are a hardcore lolix guy or you are wasted out of your mindddd. im sorry who the fuck is siris. i honest to god thought siris was a bit as a joke on the whole thing of "grif simmons and hammer" from earlier. they never even mention siris again. who the fuck is siris. i felt like i was like lied to or something . sorry siris is so fucking funny. well he didnt have a personality but thats ok. i dont know if he actually exists.
RvB Throwdown - Get Miles Luna out of the booth. never let him rap again.
Tier 5 - Bad. Skip it.
Fifty Shades of Red - Fifty Shades of Red has possibly one of the worst jokes in the series that immediately assassinates Tucker into a pretty fucking awful light and retroactively ruins his character for the preceding 13 seasons. I honestly recommend skipping Fifty Shades of Red to avoid that one tucker joke. its not necessary and contributes nothing. The rest of the episode is fine and on the level of stumbled beginnings & why theyre here. but god that one joke is so bad i can't in good faith recommend it. it just leaves me fuming LOL i could write an essay as it being the origin point of post s13 writers room tucker hate where they start trying to make him an irredeemable asshole & dont understand his whole deal for the rest of the series.

been lovin the transformers art!! Rly inspired designs. I’ve been a recent fan to it all, started w g1, beast wars and now onto animated - and loved the secondary media too like comics and games. but anyways, super curious - are you pro human characters, and if so who’s your fav?? (Can count the cavemen from beast wars lol)
Thank you! And yes I am ok with humans being in transformers, I quite like the idea actually. Just the humans befriending aliens or something alike trope is great to me, very cute, I love the bonding moments, the human teaching the transformer about Earth and vice versa
However, I do not like when the human included.. is a child. Because like..why is a kid being involved? Yes sometimes a kid being there is fine, like Cody Burns in Rescue Bots, amazingly done, but a lot of the time it’s not sadly.
Like in Tfp, yes it may have started out..ok..but it quickly turned into..well..not the best, as in Optimus sending a CHILD to another planet to restore his (Optimus’) memory?? Said child almost getting killed by an Insecticon AND Megatron in the process..like..Optimus why?
Cybertron/Galaxy Force had a similar issue, started good but got worse as the show continued, like Optimus and all the others were very opposed to these kids getting involved, they were really only there to bond with, help teach the bots about Earth, and help locate the omega lock, and they made that VERY clear- As shown in this funny clip
But then everything changed when Coby went to the Speed Planet 😔💔
Or Armada? Worst one by far imo, why are these kids being involved? Y’know how easily they can be squished? STOP IT- stop treating them like they’re some HUGE help when most of the time they just stand around yapping,, I can’t say anything about Energon cause I couldn’t watch it because Kicker (main human character) annoyed the shit out of me so I stopped after episode 2, but from clips I’ve seen, same issue..is he a kid? I think so
Animated had a similar issue I think…I can’t remember…Sori is there so ima assume, from what I remember I don’t think it was that bad tho, good watch
ANYWAY- all this to say, humans being involved is great! It’s just kids being there that can be a bit of an issue. Kids can be there, I understand it’s for the younger audience, but don’t treat the CHILD like they’re some huge help and one of the most important ones there when they aren’t, do stuff like they’re there because..idfk one of the bots adopted them, THATS THEIR KID!! THEY WILL PROTECT THEIR KID!!! Like how that was done in Tf Victory from what I can see didn’t know Starsaber had a kid
Or idk, use Rescue Bots, or surprisingly RID15 as reference, the kids aren’t getting involved, but they’re there, friends of the bots and maybe helping them better understand Earth! But not getting involved in a war. They may be defiant at times (Russell) but they still don’t really get involved
OK RAMBLE DONE SORRY UHHhh- favorite human? Hmmm..I’d have to say the human ancestors in Beast Wars- I’m joking, it’s 3 humans, Charlie from the Bumblebee movie, and Noah an Elena from ROTB, very well done characters 😼👍
#ask#long post#man i just rambled there#sorry its just always bothered me#did this make sense? hopefully#g1 also technically did this#BAD BAD G1 DONT GET SPIKE INVOLVED#crazy name for your kid- just like kicker#idk a lot of the time the human cast can really break the appeal of the show sadly#its another reason why i LOVE beast wars so much#dont gota deal with them fuckin up the human characters cause THERE ARENT ANY!!!!#sometimes i wish there was more tf stuff not on earth tho#wouldnt that be fun#doesnt have to be on cybertron

Spotlight: Arcee
yeah I'm covering it due to popular demand
anyways
okay so like, she's ostensibly an Autobot but...how how did she become an Autobot why did she become an Autobot WHEN
anyways the first time i read this I thought most of it wasn't that bad but I'm rereading that blurb there and thinking about, you know, most other depictions of Arcee and I'm a bit offended on behalf of fans of her character, you know? like nothing wrong with a little murderblender in fiction, it's call girlpower not girlethics but I can imagine what a slap in the face this was
the purple prose continues, tldr she's going to burn it all down
"Arcee..."
Ultra Magnus looms ominous
"This has to stop"
Arcee: Never!
on the topic of Mr. "Gee, Axe Us": my crack theory is that in creating this issue furman was trying to get them to axe the comic
blah blah we can do this the hard way or his way
Arcee: hard
she throws a bunch of grenades at him
one of the grenades explodes. it's a flashbang
UM: HT!
he shields his face with his hands
Ultra Magnus says he's not her enemy but he needs to know why she's left a "trail of carnage" across the galaxy"
to TLDR what Arcee says, Magnus wouldn't get it because he doesn't have "the perception to see his dark designs"
something is coming that will change everything on a fundamental level!
Ultra Magnus stares in dull surprise
Arcee: and I...am the servo-wrench in the works
more like servo-wench? eh? eh?
im sorry that was terrible let's move on
as a sidenote i do really like how her fire sword here really acts like fire and less like a lightsaber you have to admit it is extremely cool
UM says she has left him no choice...
honestly this (her dialogue) is doing more to sell me on her being ancient than anything barber wrote
but also, love the flippy flippy
Arcee says it's nothing personal
Ultra Magnus: so be it!
he throws a grenade
that concussion grenade had enough clout to take down a machadron, whatever that is
he thinks something is very wrong here
Arcee collapses
tww guys who are also there for some reason look at each other
later...
our first look at Jhiaxus' face
and now, over to Garrus-9
there's a shot of Fortress Maximus walking past a bunch of sparks in spark jail or whatever it's called
this is a side note but one of them is "Longtooth" and this won't mean anything to most of you reading this but Longtooth is a minor recurring character in phase 2/3 who is a camera walrus for the main reporter on Cybertron
honestly you know what, good for him that's what i call turning your life around maybe he managed to escape before Overlord trashed the place
Fort Max looks at Arcee's spark for a bit before he gets summoned elsewhere
oh hey monstructor!
it's Jetfire talking btw
…this actually ties really well into the later added jetfire backstory
Fort Max: which means what, exactly?
Jetfire: that we've got a long ways to go
he tells Max that he gets to lock them up ONLY after they've tried everything they can to help them
Max meanwhile is worried about what happens if the Decepticons find out about this dangerous combiner tech
naturally we then cut over to Banzaitron and his ship which is approaching
Banzaitron wants Monstructor for his secret service
yes. let that one sink in for a bit
monstructor: no one saw monstructor! success doubledealer: THATS BECAUSE YOU KILLED EVERYONE
so there's a big attack on Garrus-9
I'm gonna skip over most of it, lots of stuff exploding guns firing etc etc etc
but we also get these guys' first appearance
Fort Max asks the computer to give him an Autobot in subcategory 9
the only one that pops out is Arcee and I am ONCE AGAIN WONDERING HOW IS SHE AN AUTOBOT NO SERIOUSLY
and then unfortunately she gets snapped back to cold reality
"Do you know where you are?"
presented without commentary
ok i lied, i'm remembering how this comic made me lose any lingering fondness i had for Fort Max
Fort Max explains that he wants her to help defend the base
Arcee is just like "why should i give a frag about you or this place"
Fort Max: one word. Jhiaxus.
arcee grins evilly
"Yes"
one more thing, if she attacks anyone who isn't wearing a Decepticon badge, or if she tries to run, he'll squash her with some kind of gravity device thing
Arcee: Clear. We're not so different, you and I
and now back to the fight, the Autobots are not doing well
wow this is a wildly divergent characterization for blast off
get flame sworded i guess
Whirlwind Arcee is here to kill you
Combaticons: oh no, not her
it's Fort Max to the rescue with a very large gun!
but they all get teleported out
"...or kill me now"
she explains that she's got a link to Jhiaxus so she can find them, since they're also a Jhiaxus experiment
all right so, things have been okay-ish so far right? like, not furman's best writing or anything, but nothing too egregious
Arcee: "she"
we got SO FAR without being weird about it
we could have just left it here been like 'jhiaxus experimented on me' just have her be murder machine we've got a lot of characters who were turned into living weapons, it could have been good! but no we got arcee…the one robot with Gender
there are many other possibilities we could have gone with for 'why are there female transformers'
created by species with gender
just be like, that's how we figure translates best to English and do a translation convention thing
don't explain it at all, leave it for someone else if they want to also like "introducing gender" so, are there now male transformers? do they unconsciously 'feel' different to genderless transformers the same way arcee does i'd love to be a fly on the wall if someone asked furman that one
furman isn't trying to make a Point ™️ i think he's just very much a man of his time and didn't think things through and doubled down on it (I'm not going to unpack the entire suitcase here. other people besides me have done that. i'll just leave it at this)
but we're not done yet
whoops
Fort Max is about to set off her gravity thing but Jetfire stops him and tells him to let her go
"hmm, you know what, if this Jhiaxus is alive out there somewhere..."
"…I almost feel sorry for him," says Fort Max
Jetfire half-smiles
and that's it for Spotlight Arcee

I'm sorry, but NO. Words cannot describe how frustrated I am by this stupid "Yuamu is becoming Otes" twist. Just from seeing all of Yuga's memories, she suddenly decided the whole "save Rush Duels for the kids of the future" bullshit is more fucking important than saving an alien race from extinction? And it happens after all the hints building up to the equally asinine "Yuga and Otes are one and the same" theory? FUCK all of that for three reasons:
1. This will most likely be a shitty reason for why Yuamu isn't on the season 3 poster. Back when it was revealed, one possibility for her absence was that she was gonna be the main villain for the new season; admittedly, I was among those who speculated that, but if it is indeed the case, I can't fathom at how they executed its setup. She has been super close with Yudias ever since the series premiere to where she did not hesitate to help him save the Velgearians, so for her to suddenly betray him and her own twin brother like that feels ridiculous and out of nowhere.
2. When you stop and think about it, the whole "save Dueling from adults" is way too generalized. Although the demographic is aimed at tweens/older elementary school kids, the message GO RUSH!! (and the Bridge era itself) is delivering to them that adults Dueling is bad because it is something meant to be exclusively for kids is such a black-and-white mindset. Adults playing Duel Monsters/the YGO TCG isn't the problem; I have seen plenty of adult YGO fans play the game for fun, whether it's with their friends or for their fans on social media to watch. The problem is the game has become too complicated for some people—regardless of their age—to get into, and they don't like the overcompetitiveness it brings. Remember how Yuga Goha was horrified by the violent and more serious Duels and began to believe that Dueling violently to avoid losing is the way to go? While it is a neat social commentary on the negative impact a heavily competitive environment can bring to others, the fact it happened at an adult Duel Center proves my point about Bridge's message. Having the smartest GO RUSH!! character/female YGO lead turn on a dime and side with Yuga not only reiterates said point, but it also almost feels like an incredibly out-of-character moment for her. She has seen adults like Galixon, Phaser, and Gurumi all Duel before; why did she decide NOW that adults Dueling is a problem and a bigger priority than bringing back the Velgearians?
3. Can GO RUSH!! please stop making their arcs about SEVENS for FIVE MINUTES?! Seriously, all throughout season 2, each arc has been nothing but SEVENS fanservice to some varying degree!
MIK - Maximums, how Rush Duels came to Mutsuba Town, and the Ohdos spending an entire episode in Goha City
Galaxy Cup - Otes mentions, the Relic, and the Darkness cards
Kuaidul Spacetime - the near end of the arc revealing Yuga has been interfering with Kuaidul Spacetime and theorizes that the Creator is Otes' Earthdamar
Saving the Velgearians - shoehorning Yuga's whole desire of bringing Dueling back to kids and more Otes bullshit
This whole season has been wasting too much time addressing so many loose ends in SEVENS that GO RUSH!! is now unable to stand out as its own thing. I can't tell you how many times the main plot has been interrupted or sidelined because of it. If it was an overarching presence that didn't overshadow the main narrative (like in season 1) and have the tie-ups be saved for a final arc, that would've been much more tolerable. GX is a better sequel series than GO RUSH!! because they made sure not to make the DM fanservice a constant thing and focus on its story! Why did Bridge think doing the complete opposite of what GX did was a good idea?! At this point, I am fully convinced Yuga has become the secret main protagonist of this show when Yudias is clearly supposed to be the main protagonist! Thanks to the writers, the kid is clearly overstaying his welcome to where he is reducing the latter's relevancy!
God, my expectations for season 3 were already incredibly low when it was announced, but thanks to the most recent episode, they are now practically nonexistant. Fuck GO RUSH!!, fuck the Studio Bridge writers and executives, and quite frankly, fuck the whole Bridge era in general!

Here is a list of all time favorite marvel and dc sagas among the biggest crossover list to see who is the baddest of them all or is it too close to say whom is the heavy weight champ of super hero lore?
Which would you vote for as the best
A) Deadpool
B) X-men Including X-men Days of Future Past and all the trilogies which X-men was the fav as we saw the rise of Professor X and Magnetto whom were a pretty damn good duo. They never got Gambit right until thank god for Deadpool once again saving the day.
However the clash of Deadpool origins as one describes his creation from a lab project gone wrong hence the first fight of Wolverine Origin and Deadpool in X-men Origina and the more current version of his timeline in which actually FRANCIS would not of been the object of hate much like wolverines hate for the Trucker in his original Wolverine Origins. Deadpool would have then been even more a foe of Wolverine but Wolverine maid it difficult for that Deadpool to even be a side note
Logan was maybe one of my stand alone Wolverine movie best thou and they were good to use that in the current Deadpool saga.
We all know what new Deadpool did with that montrasty of the old Deadpool in Deadpool 2
C) Iron Man was my favorite over the Cap America’s and really Cap got shorted a movie to make a saga as after Winter Soldier we were already in the Civil War and Avengers rise of Ultran
We had to get Buck’s story first then the Falcon was launched with the more recent 2025 Cap America.
D) The Avengers and nothing is as good a build up to End Game and the most iconic foe titan Thanos.
E) I ll take the Dark Knight my fist DC saga and yeah I am biased that went against my youth as I was a kid during my the Michael Keaton saga of Batman as well as Val Kilmer was my era of becoming a super hero movie fan along with original Superman movies with Christopher Reeves
F) I must not forget Blade
G) Guardians of the Galaxy
H) Spider-Man all of them Toby Andrew and Tom all rocked the shit out of that Spidey role I think they all great.
I) and they should have their own category Into the Spiderverse Across the Spiderverse and we know the end of this Saga is upon us in the near future
J) Thor as we do not have Loki either if we don’t have Thor
K) As well as Wakanda forever and the Black Panther saga
L) Man of Steel Batman vs Superman and Justice League I thought Man of Steel was the best but the other two didn’t make my cut for all time in my mind.
M) Dr Strange and all of his Multiverses of Madness
N) Venom one was awesome 2 I didn’t see yet but the upcoming Venom movie in the fall looks pretty good.
O) Antman was extremely great and
P) Hulk and only the Incredible Hulk not Eric Bana and Ed Norton was my preferred hulk but Ruffalo was a nice addition but he sort of was a stretch for me to be as good as Norton’s portrayal I was upset with the Hulk John Woo version and if you were around the hype was as bad as when we saw Godzilla in 1999 well actually a re vised Godzilla that was a far looking different Godzilla than the Godzilla we always saw growing up.
Q) Aquaman never really interested me but I guess we must include
R) Wonder Woman and 84 and we know she appears in Justice League as well as Batman vs Superman
S) Shazam not a big fan here but I got give respect that his series is better than anything in this next choice
T) Fantastic Four it’s a shame and hopefully they get it right with the next adaptation of Dr Doom who besides Thanos was really a bad dude in which took all Four and. Silver Surfer to take down.
U) Harley Queen as well as the Bird-of Prey and Suicide Squad
V) Spawn this needs a revision but I didn’t mind the OG.
W) Blue Beatle just saw it and it was a good start
X) Daredevil sorry Ben and double sorry as casted as Batman and that too was two strikes for Mr Afleck
Y) The Punisher
Z) Ghost Rider
Now the last few here technically didn’t make the Saga criteria but along with Logan even though it was an end but not for ever end .were decent hopefully to something that could have been even better if they did the adaptation better down the road. The Punisher series is a series I will have to revisit as well as the Flash but the Flash just could never get that mass fan fare as much as any other DC character I still think Superman or Batman is an always better draw for audiences which is a shame but it is the reality. And maybe it could have caught up to Spider-Man success but it really never launched as much as the future for DC moving forward.
If you want to vote leave your top two or three in the comments or reshare with the gif or charachter of choice if you choose to do so and thank you for voting and might of even forgot someone on this list but I think besides Flash Gordon fans people should be satisfied with the choices.
#best superhero of all time#the goat#best modern marvel saga#best dc saga#joker#the dark knight#deadpool 3#Superman#Batman

A split image of Luke Skywalker standing just in front of the open blast doors on Moff Gideon's shop and Grogu touching the Mandalorian's helmet on the same bridge. Image from The Mandalorian, Season 2, Episode 8, The Rescue. Calendar from DataWorks.
Original story. Chapter 16. Grogu would like to not like a word.
Knock. Knock, knock.
Hi. It’s Grogu. Can we talk about this? This “One of your kind” thing? It’s come up a couple of times recently and I just want to shut this down once and for all.
THIS IS MEANINGLESS.
Wow. Thanks. Much appreciated. That felt good.
Listen, we are all unique. Each of us is our own kind. Who we are and who we connect to is our choice. Not anyone else’s. I don’t care how scary or authoritative the Armorer is, she is not the boss of me. She can’t set who my kind is. Only I can.
And for those of you in the back, I am not talking about deciding that I’m a Twi’lek. I know I’m not a Twi’lek. I don’t have ‘tails’, I’m not really tall, and contrary to popular opinion, everyone does not just fall in love with me. I’m not talking about that.
What I am talking about is that I may have been raised at the Jedi Temple. I may have been trained by many great Jedi masters. I may be able to use the Force as they trained me to. But that doesn’t mean I’m a Jedi.
At least not any more. I was a Jedi youngling. Past tense. And not recent past either. Nope. That was over half a lifetime ago. I haven’t done the Jedi stuff since then. I had my reasons. They were all good reasons. Don’t bother trying to second guess me. I know where they hide the mythosaur.
This keeps coming up because people use imprecise language, myself included, I’m sorry to say. You see, I hate Gal Basic. I’d much rather speak my own language or Mando’a or even Iktotchi, but right now, I telling my friend, the scribe, what to write. They make choices. But those choices are something I discuss with them in one of those other languages or through the Force. That’s how we do these things.
Now, I’m pretty sure that the Armorer just wanted me to be placed with someone who could keep me safe and fed. So send me to ‘my kind’ was pretty straight forward to them. Maybe. Sorta. Actually, it wasn’t straight forward at all. You see, the Armorer knew that the Jedi had been all but wiped from the face of the galaxy. A lot like the Mandalorians. Which meant she didn’t actually want Din Djarin to give me to some random Jedi he stumbled across. Nope.
She wanted him to take me home. To the people I am genetically similar to. My home world. Unfortunately, my home world is unknown to me or Din Djarin or anyone else either of us have even met. I can sort of understand the Armorer not knowing that. Maybe.
On the other hand, my home is well known, it’s at the center (pretty close) of the galaxy, and it’s still standing. But somehow, neither the Armorer, nor Din Djarin, ever thought that they could just put me on a passenger ship to Coruscant and call it a day.
The Temple is still there. More or less. It was the only home I knew for a good chunk of my life. All they had to do was drop me off and I would have been fine. After all, I’m small and I knew my way around the place in a manner that no one else ever did, except maybe Masters Yoda or Yaddle. If you were looking for people like me, they were as close as you were going to get and sadly, they are both gone. One with the Force and all that.
But the Armorer didn’t send me there. Nope. Din Djarin and I went planet hopping looking for all sorts of needles in all sorts of haystacks. I won’t say it wasn’t exciting. It was. I learned a lot. I even started using the Force again which was pretty handy. Spending time with the Mandalorian helped me see that what I actually wanted was to make my own home and select my own family. I figured that’s what the big guy wanted too or why save me from the client and Dr. Pershing to begin with?
The two of us got along well, even though he wasn’t a fan of watching me eat frogs and I am certainly not a fan of ration packs and armor polish. But aside from those things, we are very similar. We are both honorable. We keep our word. We help our friends. We hurt people as a last resort. We’re good to critters as long as they aren’t trying to eat us or other people. We pay our debts.
Things were going pretty well until he decided to hand me over to that kid who runs the sleep away camp. I know, I know. Luke Skywalker isn’t just your average kid who grew up on a backwater planet like Tatooine and made good. He got to meet Obi-Wan Kenobi. He trained with Master Yoda. He’s related to Darth Vader.
Uh… yeah. About that. Darth Vader is Luke’s dad. Strange huh? They were definitely the same kind. But then were they? Vader wasn’t a very nice, friendly, save you from a bunch of scary battle droids kind of guy. Luke clearly was. Vader didn’t make friends. Luke had lots of friends, surprisingly enough, given his wardrobe choices (Dad thing right? Like me and my beskar shirt?). They couldn’t be more different, but they were the same kind. From the same home world. Taught by the same masters. Yet, not really the same at all.
You see how the word just doesn’t help. They are family, for good or bad. Luke chose that. Vader chose that. All I’m really saying is that I chose Din Djarin to be part of my family and I’m not giving him up just because he’s not a Jedi. I’ve made my choice and I’m not going back to Luke’s Jedi Sleep Away Camp and you can’t make me. I have spoken (thanks Kuiil).

20 Questions for Fic Writers
Ahh thank you so much for the tag @cacodaemonia life has been kicking me in the shins and this is just the pick me up I needed!
How many works do you have on ao3?
119
2. What's your total ao3 word count?
788,769
3. What fandoms do you write for?
Mostly Star Wars but within that I have written for The Clone Wars and the Thrawn trilogies.
4. What are your top 5 fics by kudos?
Perception: My pride and joy - Commander Fox and Senator Riyo Chuchi overcome their own prejudices to bring about change in the galaxy. Got Your Back: A fic that is actually based off one of Caco's beautiful pieces! Bodyguard: My first ever Foxiyo fic! A story of Fox and Riyo falling in love softly while Fox serves as her bodyguard. One Day: My most recent long fic that is rexsoka. It's a modern au that is close to my heart, but I wish that I would have spaced the last two chapters apart more bc I think ppl thought the epilogue was the last chapter lol These Invisible Walls: I kind of forgot about this! When I wanted to write Perception, I demoed a few of the scenes that had been rolling around in my head here. Another awesome Foxiyo fic :)
5. Do you respond to comments? Why or why not?
I usually do, but as I said above I have been Going Through It so I haven't made it to many. I'm sorry if I haven't responded, but please know I love each and every one of your comments! <333
6. What is a fic that you wrote with the angstiest ending?
I think it would have to be Consequence it takes place in my Belonging verse which is a long-form series where Thrawn and Eli raise their adopted daughter. The entire series is angsty with fluffy endings, but Consequence ends with walking on egg shells. Thunhe is captured and tortured to try and get to her dads. In that time Eli blames Thrawn for her capture and their relationship takes a terrible turn.
7. What's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?
I think all my fics for the most part, but I think Perception probably has the happiest ending because EVERYONE is happy in the end.
8. Do you get hate on fics?
Thankfully, no. I have been super blessed to have an amazing community of friends. <3
9. Do you write smut? If so, what kind?
I do! Though I'm not sure how to describe it other than fluffy smut lol
10. Do you write crossovers?
Not really, no.
11. Have you ever had a fic stolen?
Not to my knowledge, no!
12. Have you ever had a fic translated?
Nope!
13. Have you ever co-written a fic before?
Also nope! I am a one man band!
14. What's your all-time favorite ship?
Omg that's such a hard question. Foxiyo will always have a special place in my heart, but I think Thranto currently has my whole heart. I love how much depth they both have and I think it gives the fandom a lot of material.
15. What's a wip you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?
I'm not going to put this into the universe lol all wips will be finished!
16. What are you writing strengths?
I tend to be really hard on myself, but I think I'm halfway decent at writing dialogue.
17. What are your writing weaknesses?
Definitely syntax and grammar.
18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in a fic?
I'm not a fan. I think it's cool to use it if you intend for your reader to not know, or if there is enough context to figure it out, but otherwise nah.
19. First fandom you wrote for?
Law and Order SVU. Barson forever babeeeyy
20. Favorite fic you've written?
Ooo I think it might still be Perception, but I really like the Belonging Universe.
No pressure tags: @owlpartytime, @roobgumball95, @thedistantstorm, @furiosophie

Hi! Are you still into star wars?
Do you have any time travel fic recs on luke travelling back in time and raising anakin? or being good friends or just having feels with anakin?
I am still a fan but it also has been a while since I done Recs and I've been involved in different fandoms since, including working and writing stuff in different capacities (TV Tropes fucking ruined my life) and I am a bit busy my apologies. That and I don't feel so confident giving Recs, like I haven't completely fallen off but I'm out of the loop.
That said here TV Tropes has Fanfic Recs and you might find stuff there. (See Below) But it's very general.
There's also a Fanworks page, which I can confirm is usually made by someone particularly dedicated to a story and want that story noted for the record. I would know I've made a bunch of pages like it just not for star wars yet
Since I'm busy at the moment I might as well show how I might find these kinds of specific fics when I do occasionally return to the fandom every once in a while.
I'm going to be operating with the assumption you might not be familiar with how AO3 does things or how you can more efficiently search. I'm sorry if you are actually familar and this sounds condescending I still hope it might help in searching overall.
This is out of order but I hope you can understand my thought process. Star Wars Time Travel fics are quite common and some use similar but "different" tags, you might have to track through a bunch of them to get what you are searching for. Like "time travel" or "Time Travel Fix-It" (cause not all time travel fics are fix-its sometimes it's a fuck up)
I realised when I was looking at Soulmates AUs for different fandoms that some of the fics weren't showing up because they were tagged slightly so differently. Say "Soulmates" and "Alternate Universe-Soulmates" or something like that. Like you kind of can see it here with the first 3, despite all being time travel-related. It's not always the case but be careful with Tags sometimes.
While it doesn't always result looking at relationships section with "Luke Skywalker & Anakin Skywalker" helps narrow things down. But you can miss some fics that don't tag it as such. So again take heed there.
Do put "Anakin Skywalker" and "Luke Skywalker" separately but ticked in Characters is a reliable in including them, though this can make it more general overall.
Putting "time travel" or even connecting words like "clone wars" or "mortis" in Search Within Results is also quite helpful. "Mortis" in Search Within Results was a particular favourite of mine because it's very specific to a certain event and trying to find stories that featured Luke usually resulted in time travel, though that's not always a guarantee.
If all else fails here. This is a good way to start.
I tagged generally and focusing on time travel, has Anakin and Luke tagged so you should hopefully get an easy time searching. though I can maybe give you two fics I recently read and enjoyed featuring Time Travel and feature Luke.
When two babies brought peace to the galaxy by LavandaVerde
https://archiveofourown.org/works/60211027/chapters/153645688
After falling ill in a battle against the Separatists, Anakin wakes up with two mysterious babies that appeared out of nowhere. That was a bad day for Luke and Leia.
2. Lights by oleanderedits
https://archiveofourown.org/works/58026706/chapters/147728401
They didn't know how it happened or why it happened - the Force was involved, of course. But now thrown into the past, just after the Battle of Naboo and nearly 10 years before the start of the Clone Wars, Luke and Leia know they have been given a rare opportunity to not just make things better, but to make them right. Trying to think of where to begin, Leia brings up that much of the acceptance of the Jedi purges was due to the growing perception that Jedi were more interested in making war than the peace they spoke of. Luke's New Jedi Order had been struggling to overcome it even now. One of Palpatine's greatest victories that even with his defeat and the collapse of the Empire, still pervaded much of the Mid- and Inner-Rim, to say nothing of the Core. Propaganda and control of information had been a keen weapon in the Emperor's arsenal. Luke's fascination with the fact that there were actual holomovies about Jedi before the purges gives Leia an idea - one she doesn't have much trouble convincing her brother to go along with. All she had to say was "we're gonna fuck with the old man" and Luke Skywalker, Jedi Actor stepped into the limelight.
Sorry I wasn't able to help you out more.

Sir, we found a rebel. She was up there,” the trooper motioned up into one of the lower fans, “shooting at us.”
Thrawn turned around, looking up from his datapad.
Padme stood, hands behind her head with a blaster pointed at her back, a determined look in her eyes.
“You may leave us.”
The troopers nodded and backed away out of earshot, unwilling to leave their commander completely alone with the prisoner.
“Senator Amidala,” he nodded, “I was not expecting to see you again.”
“The surprise is mutual, Grand Admiral,” she spat.
---
“Apologies, Ms. Amidala, I had other matters to attend to.”
Thrawn stood across from her, folding his hands behind his back, and they just stared in silence at each other.
Padme was sitting on the bench of the cell, hands bound in front of her.
“I have turned the security cameras’ audio off, nothing you say here will be held against you.”
“Why?”
She frowned, sitting up straighter and looking round. Not being taken to an interrogation room had set her on edge, but this just confused her. Thrawn was calculating and thoughtful, always planning a few steps ahead, she’d see it first hand during the clone wars.
“I wished to have a private conversation,” he said in Minisat. “I assume you have a case to plead?”
There was a pause, and Thrawn carefully approached her and took a seat beside her. She shifted away slightly, but quickly realized he was blocking her from the camera and stopped.
“Join the rebellion. We can free your people from the empire, along with the rest of the galaxy.”
Thrawn shifted and inclined his head in thought.
“My people are not being ruled by the empire, I am here of my own volition.”
“You expect me to believe that? That you left the Ascendancy to join the empire because you wanted to?” Her brows were furrowed in anger, and then it occurred to her that maybe she was going about this wrong, and she relaxed. “Unless you’re here looking for help.”
He gave a small nod.
“The last time we met, the Ascendancy faced the threat of General Yiv. Not long after, we discovered that he was a pawn for a greater threat that seeks to completely wipe out the Chiss. I came to the empire to determine whether or not they could be allies, joining them was not my original intent.”
“Then join the rebellion,” she pleaded, “with your help we could end the empire and help your people.”
A small smile formed on his face.
“Tonight there will be a power malfunction while the ship is repaired, courtesy of agent Kallus, the hangar bay is down two floors. The turbolift is down the hall to the left, and guard shifts change every four hours. I trust you’ll be able to find your way off the Chimeara.”
Padme’s jaw slackened as Thrawn stood up and walked back towards the door, stopping just before opening it.
“I will consider your proposal.”
---
“Mom!”
Padme had barely stepped off her ship, an imperial transport she’d stolen to escape the Chimeara, when Luke and Leia rushed towards her. She barely caught them before falling back to the ground as they tackled her.
Behind them, she saw Hera and Rex coming out of the base.
“Hey, I’m back. I’m sorry for leaving,” she whispered against their heads, gently stroking their backs.
“How did you escape?”
“I think I owe Kallus my thanks for that, he messed with the power distribution so when they were doing maintenance the power went out.”
“And Thrawn didn’t catch you?”
She looked up at Hera and Rex who were now stopped a few steps in front of them.
“I think he was busy with a meeting.” She turned back to Hera and Zeb. “Where’s the rest of the Ghost crew?”
“They’re repaying the mandalorian’s for their help, come on, we’ll fill you in.”

what's boboiboy
ive had three people ask me this and im so sorry for the long ass ramble you’re about to get hit by (for the sake of being Understandable for a specific part of this im gonna be using the Eng Dub names; but will be putting the OG names in quotes)
Okay so Boboiboy is a Malaysian 3d animated cartoon that you can watch for free on youtube (either in the original Malay with eng subs or the eng dub). There’s 4 seasons and 2 movies- albeit, the 4th season is technically a soft reboot, despite the first 3 seasons + first movie still being canon to it, the MC’s powers get reset to the beginning, basically.
Said 4th season is called Galaxy, and currently, Galaxy season 2 is being published in the form of a comic (to make things easier for the animation team, as they’re also working on other projects). Each comic volume is equal to one episode, basically. There’s one more comic to come out (vol. 26) and then they’ll do a season 3 in comic form. Supposedly the animated version of season 2 is set to drop sometime this year, but I don’t know the specifics of it. I’ve only read up to vol 12 of the comics- webtoons has an official english version thats up to vol.8, and there’s a fandub of the comics up to vol.12 on youtube that has english subtitles. (There’s also an official comic dub that’s up to vol. 3).
Anyways; the plot, so, like.
Okay.
The initial plot at the start of our show are these Team Rocket-esque (in terms of vibes and how incompetent they are) aliens are trying to steal cocoa powder from earth because it’s a powerful energy source. Eventually this plotline gets left behind in favour of other ones, and in Galaxy it switches to protecting Power Spheres.
Our MC is named Boboiboy, and to simplify things as much as possible, this Power Sphere Robot named Ochobot gives him and his friends power watches that give them different powers. Gopal can turn inanimate objects into food, Ying has super speed and can slow down time, and Yaya can control gravity. There’s also Fang, who is an alien, and he’s kinda like... the Red Son or Macaque of the show at first?? Redeemed villain kinda. His main goal was wanting to be more popular than Boboiboy, I think. (Its been a WHILE).
And as for Boboiboy, he gets the ability to control up to 7 elements, as well as the ability to split into 7 (albeit, he does so only once or twice in the actual canon, his normal split is into three). The NOTABLE thing is that each element develops their own personality, they’re all still Boboiboy and share traits with him (main ones i can think of are being a Dumbass and Forgetfulness- albeit the forgetfulness is actually a side-effect that happens if he remains split for too long, he slowly becomes more amnesiac the longer he’s split). The elements also have a second tier, with different names, that are far more powerful (and apparently theres a THIRD tier too albeit only one of them has unlocked that as far as im aware). The elements (and their personalities + how they manifested/unlocked tier 2) are as follows;
Lightning (Petir) | Thunderstorm (Halilintar) - was one of the first three elements Boboiboy got, achieved tier 2 after being. Effectively tortured by his phobia and getting pissed about it. Serious and cool/aggressive. Is basically the Emo of the group?? definitely the one that would be called “Shadow the Hedgehog” jokingly. I can think of no other way to describe him. Arguably the fan fave.
Wind (Angin) | Cyclone (Taufan) (i’ve also seen him be called Hurricane) - was one of the first three elements, achieved tier 2 by... basically getting high on poisoned cookies. no i am not joking. Cheerful and carefree. He has a hoverboard in tier 2. Kinda gives off skaterboy vibes???
Earth (Tanah) | Earthquake (Gempa) - was one of the first three elements, achieved tier 2 via protecting the others. Composed, protective, and reliable. Is jokingly referred to as the Mom friend by people in the fandom and they’re honestly not wrong.
Fire (Api) | Blaze - manifested as a result of Boboiboy being overly stressed, achieved tier 2 in battle. Spontaneous, instinctual, and mischievous. Swings back and forth between being a kinda innocent kid and being the hot-head of the group, from what I remember his whole thing was just wanting to relieve some stress.
Water (Air) | Ice (Ais) - was forcibly manifested, manifests when Boboiboy is relaxed, achieved tier 2 in battle. Calm and relaxed. He’s honestly kinda a bit lazy?? But he gets more serious later on. Effectively the polar opposite of Fire (Api), which makes sense since they’re basically twins due to manifesting at around the same time.
Leaf (Daun) | Thorn (Duri) - manifested during battle in tier 2 first, but didn’t truly manifest on his own outside of that until Galaxy, where he manifested via Boboiboy falling into a tree and hitting his head. Naive and a jokester. Acts the most childlike out of all the elements, which is funny since he’s not the last one to manifest.
Light (Cahaya) | Solar - manifested during battle in tier 2 first, didn’t truly manifest on his own until the season finale of Galaxy, where he manifested in the middle of a battle (albeit it is said that this element is summoned via increasing one’s knowledge, which Boboiboy actively did before this battle). He achieved tier 2 again after getting knocked out into space and getting charged up by actual solar beams. Confident and focused. Very overconfident and kinda cocky- an “I can do this by myself!!” kinda guy who thinks he’s the smartest one in the room.
So, those are the elements. The way the elements interact with each other is RIDICULOUSLY funny, by the way, they basically treat each other like siblings, it’s great.
Anyways I... think that’s about as much of the plot that I can give without frying my own brain right now hnsdlfksjlfkjsdfs.
Oh wait!!! also there’s fusions!!!!!! Frostfire (Blaze and Ice), Glacier (Earthquake and Ice), Supra (Solar and Thunderstorm), Sori (Solar and Thorn), Sopan (Solar and Cyclone), and Gentar (Earthquake and Thunderstorm). Admittedly I don’t know enough about them to make statements on their personalities- for some of them it’s fusions of both of the element’s personalities, and for some of them it’s just the complete opposite of both element’s personalities.
There’s also a tier 3, which only Cyclone has managed to achieve (becoming Tempest), but that’s also a comic event, one that I haven’t reached yet, so I don’t really know what’s happening there either hsdklfjslkfjslk.
Anyways thats,, it. I think.
