Author's note: as this is an Avatar AU, reader doesn't need a mask to breathe Pandora's air and not die. Maybe because she was born there, never left and was adopted by a na'vi woman since she was a really small child, she was gradually exposed to Pandora's environment and some kind of mutation happened, so she can breathe, because her body adapted to survive in the planet without the need of a technological device. Idk if it makes sense at all honestly, but, what the hell, fanfics are supposed to be fun and not make 100% of sense, so... just try to not think too much about it n enjoy ahaha

Chapter 1

"Oh my God, such a cute little thing you are" You said while squeezing Tuk in your arms. Even though she was bigger than you because she was a na'vi child after all, you held her like a human toddler. You loved her so much, as if she was your own child. And she loved you too. She was giggling so happily while you squeezed her tight. She was so fond of you that Neytiri would always leave you to take care of her when she left for a hunt. She trusted you, thought you were a really good kid. And you were known in the tribe for helping na'vi mothers with their children. From babies to pre-teens.

You thought Neytiri to be such a beautiful and wise na'vi woman. You desired to be like her one day. You also wanted to have a big beautiful family like hers but that thought would always soon turn from a happy one to one that filled you with angst and sorrow. You were just a human after all, left to the care of a sweet na'vi lady after your parents died in a battle against the Sky People when they came back to Pandora once again. Those horrible days are over now, thank Eywa. Your biology was so different from the na'vi that you didn't even know if it was possible for you to get pregnant from mating with a na'vi male. There are couples of a na'vi and a human out there but none of them ever tried to conceive a hybrid child. The closer someone got to it was the Sully kids who have na'vi and human blood running in their veins but their father had an Avatar body, not a human one, so, it's technically not the same. Why couldn't you just marry a human guy and have a human child?, you may ask. Well, you never knew how to say it without sounding weird but you never felt attracted to the males of your own species. They just looked so plain and boring next to the na'vi men, so passionate, family-oriented and fearless. And also, you couldn't deny that the way they towered over you and their blue skin that shone in the dark because of their freckles played a big part in your feelings too. Yeah, that will never not sound pervy.

You wished you could just mate with the na'vi you fell in love with, but you didn't even know if Neteyam would ever look at you that way. Your small, soft frame might look weird to him. Specially since you were really curvy and a bit fat even for human standards. But still, you dreamt about his big hands touching your skin and his blue beautiful lips kissing yours, so tenderly. Sometimes you woke up and cried, realizing it was indeed just a dream and you were alone laying in your mat.

The na'vi woman you learned to call "mom", Ao'ite, took you as if you had been born from her womb, she always showed you love and took great care of you. And even though she was a great mother to you and you loved her so very much, you never felt like it was enough. It pained you to say it because it sounded ungrateful and even cruel, but you always wondered what it would be like if your parents hadn't die. You didn't remember them, since you were only 2 years old when the murders happened, but you always thought that if they had raised you, maybe you would feel like you belonged somewhere. You loved Pandora and would always call it your one and only home, felt so connected to the trees, animals and oceans, but you would never be a na'vi girl. You could never tame and have your own Ikran or go through any important and beautiful thing only the na'vi can do. That crushed your heart.

You were so lost in your thoughts and immersed on Tuk's little laughs, in a mix of sweetness and sadness, that you didn't even notice how Neytiri's and Jake's older son was looking at you. Neteyam had a spark in his amber eyes when he looked at you holding his little sister. He thought you looked so beautiful and motherly when you played with her. He thought you'd be a great mother one day. He knew how much you wanted to have a family and he only wishes he could be your mate and give you little na'vi children. The smile that was adorning his lips died a bit and he looked away. He didn't know if you found him a suitable mate or if you were just disgusted by how different and odd he looked compared to humans. It hurt him to think maybe you could never reciprocate his feelings. He has loved you since you guys were little kids and he saw your - then weird to him - appearance. He was puzzled in the beginning but with only an hour playing together with you, running through the forest, just close enough so his grandma wouldn't lose sight of the two of you, he found his little heart beating fast inside his chest. And it wasn't just because he had been running, he realized. It was because he knew that you were the one he was gonna chose to be his mate, to spend the rest of his life with, no matter how different from him you looked. What confused him in the beginning was now the most beautiful sight to behold. And it never changed. 15 years later, when you're now both 20 and not 5 anymore, he still looked at you like you were the Pandora skies at night. So beautiful and enchanting to look at. He could look at you for hours, and sometimes he almost did, while you were sitting somewhere in the middle of the people, when they reunited to have meals together at night. You were close enough for him to be able to look at you but far enough for him to not be noticed and perceived as a creep to you.

One day Jake sat next to his elder son and realized who he was looking at. He told his son you were a great girl and he should try courting you if he liked you. Neteyam was shy in the beginning and even denied he was looking at you but his dad knew him far too well so, seconds after that, Neteyam sighed and told his father that he truly loved you and wanted you to be his mate. Jake smiled. That reminded him of what he felt when he was being taught the na'vi ways by Neytiri and fell in love with her. He was immeasurably happy when he realized she loved him too. He just wants his son to be happy and he was glad he had chosen you. Jake always felt something good coming from you. You were like him when he was still stuck in his human body: you loved the na'vi ways more than the human ways and wanted to be one of them. He just wishes it wasn't so dangerous for you to be transfered to an Avatar body. You had once told him you would try, just so you could feel like you were one of the people. But in Jake's heart you were and would always be one of them, even if you were a tiny human girl. And he knew most na'vi felt the same about you. You were really loved by the people.

Neteyam looked at you again, as you were holding his little sister's hands and she was asking you to let her braid your hair. You smiled and said yes and she smiled even wider and started touching your hair. You had beautiful, soft hair and it would always end up a bit entangled when Tuk would braid it. She was a child and was still learning so her braiding skills were still not on point. But you didn't care. You always let her braid your hair and would sit patiently while she did. And you would wear the braids she would make for days, even if they looked a bit funny. It was so special to you how that precious na'vi child showed so much love towards you. Such an innocent little soul. You wished so hard that one day you could have your own na'vi child braiding your hair. Na'vi babies were the cutest thing you had ever seen. Even though you would look enormous carrying a na'vi baby in your belly (if that could ever happen, in your wildest dreams) and you probably would feel so heavy and bloated, you just knew without a shadow of doubt that you would love that child more than you loved your own life and die for the little being if you needed to. To protect them from any harm.

Little did you know you had a na'vi in front you willing to give you as many na'vi babies as you'd let him. Neteyam loved you so much it hurt. And little did he know you loved him too. And little did you both know that having a hybrid child was actually possible.

Dean steps into the confessional and knocks on the small window that separates his booth from Father Delaney's booth.

"Yes?"

"I'm here to clean house. I need to get some things off my chest."

"Alright. When you're ready."

"Where do I begin?" Dean scoffs.

"'Bless me, Father, for I have sinned', is usual."

"Right. That. Listen, I've been in love with the same woman since I was nineteen. I married her nearly three years ago and we have three children together. One is adopted, and I wasn't so keen on having him at first but now I love that kid. My wife used to be so caring and loving. She'd do anything to protect the ones she loves. Now... all I see is a monster. Everything she stands for is gone, and I don't know how to get her back. I thought she'd always be my best friend, someone I could always turn to. 

"Lately, it seems like she keeps slipping from my grasp with each and every minute that goes by. She's not a good person anymore, Father. She constantly threatens to cheat on me, but I don't think she ever did it. I honestly don't know. She knows what to say to hurt me. She knows what to do to hurt me. She doesn't care.

"It's kind of my fault, really. I'm the one that let her... She did something for me so I wouldn't be alone and I shouldn't have let her take it. It turned her into this monster, and I don't know if I'll ever get her back. What if I said I... If I didn't want to die, that I wasn't ready?"

"Are you expecting to?"

"Always," Dean chuckles. "The life I live and the work I do.... I pretty much just figured that was all there was to me, you know? Tear around, jam the key in the ignition, and haul ass until I ran out of gas. I guess I just thought sooner or later, I'd go out the same way that I live--pedal to the metal, and that would be it."

"But now?" Father Delaney asks and looks at Dean.

"Now, um, recent events, make me think I might be closer to that than I really thought. I don't know. I mean there's things, there's people, and feelings that I want to experience differently than I have before, or maybe even for the first time."

"Is your wife holding you back from doing that?"

"Had you asked me last year, I would have said no. Now, I'm not so sure. I'm just starting to think that maybe there's more to it all than I thought."

"Learning there's more to the universe than your tiny world can be a frightening discovery. Do you truly believe in God, Agent? Because that can be a comfort."

"I believe there is a God, but I'm not sure he still believes in us. Thanks for listening."

Dean leaves the confessional and approaches Sam who stands. He's been waiting patiently in one of the pews.

"My turn," you smirk.

"You want to confess?"

"I've sinned a lot. I think it's time I get some of it off my chest, don't you?"

You go into the confessional booth before Sam and Dean can stop you. Father Delaney looks at you and nods once.

"Welcome, my dear. Whenever you're ready."

"Yeah, my husband just came out of this booth. I bet you heard some sob story that I really couldn't care less about, but I figure it's only right you hear my side of the story. I used to care about things, things that really don't matter now, things that are useless like husbands and children."

"If they are such a waste, then what's the point of even living?"

"Power. I have an immense amount of power, and I can do a lot with it. I see what it does to Sam and Dean when I use my power. I know it hurts them but it brings me so much joy to see them in pain. The chaos humans bring fuels the power inside of me. It's my job to feed it."

"You mean metaphorical power?"

"I mean magical power. I was cursed with this Mark from the devil but I've learned it's not a curse. It wants power so it gave me magic to fuel it. It wants me to cause pain and I am more than happy to do that. My husband and his brother don't want that to happen. They don't understand. I've been with these two my entire life, Father. If they felt what I felt, they'd want to feel like this all the time.

"Hurting people is what I do best, and all they want to do is save people. That just means I'm going to have to hurt just as many people as they save because at the end of the day, it's me or them, and I'm very good at choosing me."

You leave the confession booth without another word, and you walk over to Sam and Dean who have worried looks on their faces.

"What did you say to him?"

"The truth. Don't get all pouty on me. I gave that ghost something to freak out about."

You three hung out at the motel to pass the time until Dean got a call from the nun who he swore he wasn't hitting on. You head back to the church and meet her in the basement. Apparently, there is a female ghost that's been haunting the church.

"Sister Mathias, what is going on?" Sam asks.

"I never mentioned her to you because it didn't occur to me she was connected with the murders. Ever since I've been here I've come across restless spirits of all sorts. They're all kind of sad and harmless. Eventually, the poor things go to their final rest."

"Wait a second, you're comfortable around ghosts?"

"As a spiritual person, I've accepted many planes of existence. As I said, they've all been harmless. Isabella was my friend. We had a lot in common, including painful love lives. I wanted to protect her. She showed back up three weeks ago when stuff from her home arrived. It came from a monastery in Tivoli. Her family's treasures found their way to the church, as with many of the great houses of Europe."

"You get that she got here just before the murders started happening?"

"I finally realized that, and then I heard the three of you and it made me wonder. That's when I read her journal. It was given to her father right after her death."

Sister Mathias picks up Isabella's journal.

"Vengeful spirit, just like we thought," Dean mutters.

"Yeah, but from 16th-Century Florence. She's probably buried in Florence."

"I assume she is," Sister Mathias says. "The journal ended right after her trial." She hands the journal to Sam. "Piero's death was so horrific that she was convicted of witchcraft. They sentenced her to burn at the stake."

"I wonder if I'd be burned at the stake," you comment.

"If she was burned, her bones would have been, too."

"Something here is the tether that ties her to this place. It's probably the journal, where she wrote about her life." Sam turns to Sister Mathias. "Why don't we see if we can't find Isabella and try to slow her down? I'll burn all this stuff."

"Her journal, too? Is that necessary?"

"Yes, it. Sam, burn it. You two are with me."

You and Sister Mathias follow Dean out of the basement, leaving Sam alone to burn everything. Dean takes out his EMF reader and starts looking for Isabella while you absentmindedly pick at your fingernail.

"I don't see how she could murder these people if she was tethered to the church."

"She could possess a person inside the church, ride out, and get yanked back after the kill."

"Ghosts can be shot?"

Dean holds up his shotgun.

"This is rock salt. If we spot her, it'll slow her down."

"It'll piss her off more," you state. You walk into the main room of the church and see Father Delaney lying on the table, gutted. You smirk and walk past Dean over to Sister Mathias who has yet to see the body. "What a shame. Isabella got to Father Delaney."

"She's around here somewhere. We got to get you out of here. Come on!"

Before Dean can do anything, Sister Mathias smacks Dean in the face so hard that he goes flying across the hallway. You don't have time to bask in the joy of her kicking Dean's ass because she turns to you with the same deadly look. You grin and flash your eyes red to show her that you're not to be messed with.

"I don't think so, sister."

You blast her back with your magic but instead of a one-and-done hit, you keep your magic surrounding her and use it to pull Isabella out of Sister Mathias. With the spirit not possessing the young woman anymore, you blast her back so she's out of the way and turn to Isabella who looks more pissed than before. She runs at you with the intent to possess you but you grab her throat and slam her against the wall.

"You really aren't good at this, are you?" you laugh.

"The priest had to die. He made it his business to forgive you pigs when what you do is unforgivable."

"Sam! Burn the journal!" Dean yells loudly.

You push a glowing red hand to her chest and start to absorb her power, making her weaker by the second. She cries out in pain but you suck as much of her power as you can. By the time Sam burns the journal, your entire body is high. This high is nothing like what you've experienced before. Isabella pushes you away and you stumble backward just as she goes up in flames.

"Euphoric," you grin and lean against the wall.

The Mark craves power and you're more than happy to give power to it from any source. First, it was from Cain, then Isabella, and who knows next? You might be sucking up human souls just to feel this way again. On the way home, Dean looks at you through the rearview mirror to see you playing with wisps of red magic.

"You know, you were in that confessional for a long time." Dean gives him a weird look but Sam passes it off. "I'm just saying, I'm your brother, Dean. If you ever need to talk about anything with anybody, you have somebody right here next to you."

"Okay."

"I heard what Sister Mathias was saying about, you know, hiding pain by taking on a mission. I know that's what you're doing a little bit, and it's okay. I mean, it's fine. I get it. I've done it before, too, but I don't buy for one second that the Mark is a terminal diagnosis, so don't go making peace with that idea. There has to be a way. There will be a way, and we will find it. That's what we do. So, believe that."

Dean meets your eyes in the rearview mirror. You have a challenge in your eyes that dares him to say it. He swallows down his fear and looks at Sam.

"I told you, Sam. We're not looking for it. Drop it. I mean it." Sam doesn't have to look at you to know why he said that. To get his and your mind off the Mark, he decides to talk about something you did. "You sucked that ghost's power like it was easy."

"And?"

"You've never been able to do that before."

"Well, I've never been this person. I can do a lot of things you don't know about."

"That's why you want to go hunting? To steal power from people?"

"I got to give you credit where credit is due, Dean. You might look pretty and dumb, but I guess you got a brain floating up in there somewhere, right?"

Dean and Sam choose not to say anything else to you. They don't know what to say that will be beneficial for everyone. Instead, they sit in silence the rest of the way home. You leave the Bunker to go to the bar, Sam goes to his room to unwind, and Dean heads to the library. There has to be something in here that will tell him more about the Scarlet Witch. He finds the journal of all the Sapphire Witches but none of them mention anything about a Scarlet Witch. Dean grabs a few books that might be of help and sits at the library table, hell-bent on figuring out what it's going to take to bring you down.

You have to have a weakness, and he's going to find it.

Dean spent all night reading everything he could about the Scarlet Witch, and he didn't realize he had fallen asleep until he heard his phone beep next to him. He grows frustrated and slams the books closed. He gets up and slams his hands against his thighs angrily, and every single book on the table goes flying off it across the room. He looks down at his hands and his eyes widen in shock.

"Sammy!" he yells as loudly as he can. "Sam!!"

"What? What happened?" Sam asks as he runs into the library. "Whoa, what happened?"

"I think we have a problem."

Dean turns to his brother with blue magic pouring out of his hands.

Do you think the show rewards Luz’s Selfishness too much?

So I normally frame Luz's decision to self martyr herself and stay in her own world as not wanting to bother with the effort to fix her mistake. Let's shift that a bit so we can talk about why the show couldn't have Luz tell ANYONE this deeply selfish choice. A choice that by all means, Camila seems to think is just a bad choice for Luz and for no one else.

But... Luz chooses that her pain and angst is so bad that she doesn't want to help Amity reunite with her siblings. Or to make sure they can live in a world where they're safe. Gus' dad, Willow's parents, Darius, etc. All of them can rot as far as Luz is concerned. She even explicitly states this in For the Future. "Once Eda and King are safe, I'm going home."

No one else matters. LITERALLY no one else matters to her but the people she has chosen to care about and there aren't many of those. This is framed even worse by the fact that by the end of this episode, Camila will effectively say that Luz has NEVER done anything wrong. That trying to critique her at all, to try and give her life skills and friends with the camp after she put people's lives potentially in danger (snakes and fireworks are not meant for school for a reason), was wrong. That Luz just needs to be 'understood'. Part of understanding Luz, especially in S3, means that unless someone attacks her about it, like the dream sequence, WHICH ISN'T HER OWN MIND BUT A FABRICATION AND LIE, she isn't going to think about others. Just her adopted family and herself. And even then, maybe not even her adopted family since they sure as shit didn't matter in Thanks to Them.

BUT. we are supposed to sympathize with her and believe she did nothing wrong, just like Camila. Do not question her motivations, or her efforts, just believe her words.

This is emblematic of the show as well. The first two episodes talk a big game about fantasy vs reality and like Luz's selfish motivations, warped way of looking at things and her learning to be a human being, not a walking, wanna be protagonist will be interrogated. But... Not really. She repeatedly does things that are mirrored in her favorite series. Her final battle line will be a reference to that series and her delusions with that series. People might get briefly upset about her actions but most of the time she either doesn't have to do anything, like Reaching Out or Adventure in the Elements (where she gets a glyph BEFORE making up the fuck up she did) or show how special she is like in Lost in Language and Covention. I can only really think of like one episode after the first two where Luz fucks up and genuinely has to take the brunt of punishment for it, Winging it Like Witches, and even in that one, she is saved before anything bad happens to her before winning with the same trick that hurt her friends, just... Now it's okay because they're all on the same page about it I guess. Couldn't have had Willow come up with something herself because Luz actually was willing to listen to Willow and not force something onto her. That'd be too much work.

It's part of why the more you interrogate Luz's intentions and motivations, it gets BAD. So much of what she does could be easily grafted onto a kid trying to play hero or not learning anything from past mistakes. Don't ever forget that Teenage Abomination says "Listen to your mentor about their specialty," then The Intruder says "Don't take shortcuts to magic" before then in Adventure in the Elements, Luz takes a shortcut for magic while also not listening to Eda and almost gets people killed for it. GREAT JOB LUZ! Much development, such depth.

And yes, lots of shows will have characters yoyo and the like but these are within HALF A SEASON of each other. It usually takes a little longer for most animated shows to straight up start repeating lessons. Hell, yes, it is theoretically a problem for Amphibia too with stuff like Bessie and the hibernation episode both featuring Anne's impatience but also S1 is genuinely about how Anne is fighting between the lessons she's learning and her growing empathy versus how she used to be with her selfishness and laziness. Also, both episodes might be about her impatience but they genuinely tackle it in different ways, with one being about disregarding the rules because of overconfidence and the other one is out of boredom. For TOH... It's just that Luz wants the magic she thinks she should have, as easily and as fun as she thinks it should be instead of weird and actually taking work, and fucks it up because of that same motivation.

That same motivation that doesn't treat reality like reality. According to the show though, that's just the best way to be. Follow your own version, fuck everything else. That's what Luz gets to do in the end after all and she's the one literally blessed by God to be correct.

So yeah, I think her selfishness might be a touch rewarded.

suddenly coming up with an au idea where Lloyd and Harumi are twins and they get split up at birth where Harumi ends up in the foster system and Lloyd ends up in Darkley's and Harumi had no idea of her heritage until after her adoptive parents got killed and she did some research and came across the fact that Lord Garmadon had, in fact, two kids which were her and Lloyd

also she finds out it was Lloyd who released the serpentine and she gets really bitter and angry because why did she have to suffer losing her parents while Lloyd went on to be the green ninja after his actions and even built a relationship with their father and then she gets even angrier when she finds out he was sacrificed in the battle against Chen and his anacondrai army so she finds a way to resurrect him

I also like to imagine that with the royal family they put a lot of pressure on her and so she felt that she was unfairly treated and set up to high expectations while Lloyd got to have fame and fun and adoring fans (miscommunication jealousy trope yay) but also Lloyd would think the same of her he'd wonder why she did all this when her time with the royal family seemed so "perfect" until eventually they actually talk to eachother

there wouldn't be any romantic subplot in this one nty (especially with tomorrows tea Lloyd would be a lot older than her here) but Harumi hides that she's Lloyd's sister until the Oni temple and she basically tells Lloyd only those of Oni blood can get the mask and then immediately reaches in and grabs it and reveals who she is. idk I just really like this idea imagine the ANGST potential

and also there would be a ton of parallels between Wu and Garmadon especially with fate/destiny and all that and the knowledge that your own sibling is/has the potential to be the greatest evil. and when Garmadon is resurrected and chooses Harumi over Lloyd she thinks she's finally won and gotten everything she ever wanted

after the whole Oni trilogy is over Lloyd asks Garmadon why he never mentioned he had a sister and Garmadon states that he didn't know what he could've even done with that information because Harumi was long gone by now and had a completely different name and had no record of her birth (same with Lloyd he technically doesn't exist lol) and he wouldn't know where to find her, he just didnt expect that she would've found out about her heritage before any of them were able to find her

Sensei Garmadon definitely felt remorse over never being able to find his daughter, but I think Emperor Garmadon would be conflicted about it and when he did learn how he cared for things (I don't think he had to learn how to care, he just had to learn how to process caring for other people and his more positive emotions because the only things he understood were anger and hatred)

I did briefly consider writing a normal sbi crossover cause ohhh my God it would be good. Honestly Laios did bleed into my Techno in Worth far more than your weight in gold cause Techno also gets into that hyperfixation on creature details (although in a lot more 'to kill them better' way). They are ON that grindset. Although polar opposites on Techno 'eating the same potato recipie for 12 months' vs laios 'new dish every meal'. The Blade is such a lazy cook see: cooking headcanons. Laios would openly speculate on how his meat differs from actual pork. And Wilbur would start explaining the flavor profile/texture difference very accurately to everyone's fascination/horror. The Blade also straight up doesn't know Chilchuck is part of the party because he's so tiny he's like 100% in The Blade's blind spot. Like yeah he can smell and hear him but he just keeps forgetting Chilchuck exists. Also confused that the orphan meter isn't pinging but whatever. Marcille constantly bribes him to get access to his long luxurious mane. Senshi is cool with him bc he's familiar with orcs.

I think Senshi and Philza share one brain cell in that regard. Agressively taking care of everyone else. Cause you cannot tell me Philza hasn't seen so so so many people starve to death in famines...not so much worried about cannibalism. Also. Technically Philza isn't in the mental place for more adoption (read: he's mentally stable rn), but it would be soooo funny if he looked at Chilchuck and was like. Another child? Baby? But that's mostly because I love tormenting Chilchuck so very very much. Probably radiating disappointment the second he finds out Chilchuck is not really in his kids life that much currently due to the adventure. Appreciates Marcille's fireballs and black magic. Philza cannot distinguish between Izutsumi and 14 yo Wilbur that's just the same kid.

Wilbur ADORES all the food omg yes this is fantastic. And Marcille is cringing as it eats increasingly inedible dishes and sarcastically teasing her for not eating it. But Wilbur CANNOT handle Laios 'man I wish I was a monster' like he just can't he will punch Laios if he tries that. Him and Izutsumi have the nastiest kvetching sessions it's fantastic. Instant bonding over being distrusting brats that are desperate to be human. Cannot fathom the picky eater thing. Likes how paranoid Chilchuck is, although Chilchuck is convinced a mimic is going to pop out of its head at any time.

Tommy gets even worse dish duty than normal, but these crazy adventurers like. Are really amazed about his power? About how it can be used to sanitize stuff?? Like passionately going on about the health implications and Tommy is just staring at his hands as a wholesome anime monologue is happening in the background while he's having flashbacks to murder. [Marcille and Tommy would be most insufferable duo imaginable. I think they’d constantly butt heads given how bossy yet insecure both of them are. Tommy would eat mud in front of her and Marcille would have an aneurism. And he’d blow a fuse about her thinking he’s essentially a toddler by elf standards. however. Tommy would be extremely encouraging of her explosion magic to a degree that would cause structural damage to the dungeon.] Tries to show off and impress Izutsumi because GIRL!!1! And is very cringefail about it, she and Wilbur team up to bully him. He thinks Senshi is weird and groans about having two Philzas. Constantly riling Chilchuck up about his height.

Tubbo is like thank God normal people who aren't crazy murderers at first. And then decides they're all weirdos but not Problematic to the degree of Fault crew peoples. Thinks Marcille's magic is freaking awesome, and helps her control her meat dragon homunculous guys a lot better. Grand/kid talking with Chilchuck. uhhh ngl having trouble with Tubbo for some reason lol.

Also. On a very big note I think the world building re: monsters could lead to massive angst and tension between the groups. Especially with things like Laios crossing lines on 'humanoid monsters' as food. Like the entire group is constantly talking about eating monsters, and for the Fault crew that's very dehumanizing, racist, offensive, traumatizing, etc. Very high chance they end of fighting each other, however, the funny dynamic trumps all so that's what I went with.

Bitter and then sweet ghoul headcanons, aka angst followed by fluff. Below the cut.

~Angst Zone~

-Aether feels like, because he comes from a very small pack, and because his element is so rare to begin with, that he needs to have a family no matter what, especially given the sacrifice his own parents made in order to have him... but he doesn't think he can ever really be a father, and it keeps him up at night sometimes.

There's a part of him that can't imagine himself raising a child, at least not alone, even if he knows he has more than enough support around him for that... he just can't.

Sometimes, he thinks, maybe, that's what he wants, and other times he's not so sure.

Ultimately, he doesn't want to have a kid just to have a kid, because that wouldn't be right, so he's not trying to have any babies anytime soon.

-When Dew was summoned, his elements were more evenly matched, but after transitioning so that he could control his fire side better... everything kind of hurts all the time.

The pain usually manifests as stomach issues, headaches, and/or general achiness, but some days it's all of them at once, and those are the days Dew doesn't leave his room.

He's supposed to be this super cool demon from Hell, but instead he's stuck wasting away in his bed like some... some human, which really does make him empathize with humanity more than some of the other ghouls, save for Mountain, whose in the same chronic pain boat, and Swiss, who was raised among humans.

-Swiss used to be a massive people pleaser, and while he isn't like that now, he does sometimes forget to take care of himself in favor of looking out for others.

He has to be reminded to take breaks, or else he'll run himself into the ground.

-Rain lost his home and everything he owned as a kit, and as a result, he has a very, very difficult time letting things go, and is very particular about his things and who is allowed to touch them.

Part of the reason he doesn't let people in his room, is because he's afraid they will take away his things, and while he has worked on it over time, he still has a hard time sharing stuff, even if he knows he'll get it back eventually.

-Mountain has been on the surface longer than the other ghouls, so he's seen a lot of people die, and there are some people he's lost that, no matter how many decades go by, that he thinks he'll remember forever, and others he feels guilty for forgetting.

Sometimes he'll have dreams about them, and it makes the morning all that much harder to face.

-Cumulus used to be part of a very big pack, which was quickly reduced down to... just her and Cirrus really. She doesn't like talking about what happened, and will even snap at Cirrus if she brings it up while she's in the room.

-Cirrus used to have a nervous habit as a kit where she would chew on things, usually paper or things she could easily hide in her mouth.

She never ate them, but it was hard to explain why she did it when people found out.

She eventually kicked this habit, but sometimes she gets the craving to chew on something, so she usually keeps gum on her, which comes in handy when Dew is feeling bitey, too, so....

-Sunny has the least knowledge of the surface out of all of the ghouls, and while none of the other ghouls have made her feel this way, she has had encounters with the clergy that have been... less than ideal as a result.

She has to take more time to respond to things than the others, because she doesn't understand what people are talking about sometimes, and she feels embarrassed to ask, so a lot of her free time is spent looking up memes, music videos, etc just to catch up with the rest of the world.

~Entering Fluff Zone~

-After Puddles (Aether's adopted kit) arrived, Aether got over some of his apprehension towards being a father, but how could he not? Puddles is the best hatchling ever, none other could possibly compare.

That said, he doesn't want any more anytime soon.

Puddles is happy to get all of her pop's attention for the time being anyway.

-Dew may not always be free from his pain, but he has found ways to help ease it to the extent that he even has days now where he feels "okay".

He's at least got his tummy troubles under control, but that does make traveling a lot easier.

-Swiss takes a lot more days to himself, just, completely to be one his own and treat himself the way he deserves, and he's happier for it.

He has the occasional spa day where he invites a ghoul or two (usually Rain, or Dew when he's having a pain day and needs a bit of pampering) and just vibes.

-Rain has discovered sharing can sometimes feel really good, in particular, he likes sharing food he finds delicious, and enjoys eating meals together with the other ghouls.

He also loves the idea of matching things, and likes getting the other ghouls things they can wear together and/or compliment them.

He has a lot of shirts he's bought doubles of for people, and it strangely helps to see the same thing on/with someone else, because it makes it "okay" in his brain.

-Mountain takes photos and makes scrapbooks of all of his friends and the people around him, things he loves, and does his best to commit to writing things that he can't preserve, like the sounds of people's voices, smells, little things that make them so special to him.

-Cumulus has slowly, but surely, begun to open up about the pack she lost with the others, which in turn makes it easier for her to confide in Cirrus later.

-Cirrus is very understanding of others' nervous habits, especially the ones others might consider "weird" or "gross", and her being open about her own issues has made it easier for others to talk about their own without fear of judgment.

And lastly;

-Sunny's constant pursuit of knowledge has resulted in her knowing all kinds of niche information, which has helped the other ghouls in so, so, so many ways.

She knows how to fix so many things just because her searching lead her down a weird rabbit hole, and now she knows how to do basic plumbing and electrical work like a pro.

If someone can't figure out how to do something, Sunny has no less than ten tutorials memorized and can break down the information into readily digestible pieces.

...Don't ask her for medical advice though, she's worse than the internet in that regard and will go, "Ya know, I watched this compilation video of the most gruesome car crashes and-"

I have thoughts on the current Chayanne and Tallulah angst

(Under cut because it's probably gonna be long)

Disclaimer: I'm just talking from the point of view of the eggs here, I'm not trying to accuse Wilbur, Missa or Phil (and obviously especially not the streamers) or anything, I'm just not focusing on them

So mostly talking about Tallulah here because tbh Chayanne's side of it is just me going "WAHHHH ;;A;;" because fucking hell that shit is rough. Losing one of your native languages as a bilingual kid is already rough, your absent parent coming home and immediately having a mental breakdown and avoiding you and talking about leaving again is a hundred times worse. There's not much else to say here, it's just a terrible situation. The only good thing about it is that Missa does still genuinely care about Chayanne, even if his own feelings of inadequacy and insecurity are getting in the way of demonstrating that in a way that would assure Chayanne.

But anyway, I definitely get how that must also look like from Tallulah's POV. They've both been waiting for their dads to come back and now Chayanne's finally did and it went terribly, even if it ended sooort of okay (although.... not without issues).

And much of that was about Chayanne changing. And Tallulah has absolutely changed, even if like Phil said she is still the same at her core. She's grown, she's learned to fight, something that Wilbur apparently really didn't want for her (sorry I still haven't actually watched the Wilbur VODs aside from the adoption one ahdjjfkg) she's been through a lot.

And a lot like Chayanne, she's spent most of her life in Phil's care now, and that shows.

So it's more than understandable that she would feel that Phil is just dismissing her anxiety. Sure Phil did lose hope of Missa coming back, but he has so much faith in people he cares about and wants to believe in them. He's paranoid about the Federation and the codes and also just normal everyday dangers, but he has a bit of a blindspot when it comes to his friends and just interpersonal drama. He wasn't ready for Missa's insecurities or how they could affect Chayanne. But it happened.

Phil also does not know how Tallulah and Wilbur's reunion will go (if it ever happens). He's so sure that it'll be great, but he doesn't know that, no matter how much he insists. It could go badly! There could be drama! Even if it's not Wilbur rejecting Tallulah, it could be something Tallulah interprets as rejection or disappointment.

And even if Phil is right and it'll all go perfectly, that doesn't help Tallulah right now, because just telling her that it'll be fine isn't addressing the sources of her anxiety. It just sounds like Phil is in denial or babying her. Which... I mean I wouldn't say that's accurate but it's not entirely inaccurate either. I think his instinct is to reassure Tallulah but it's not what she needs. And his instinct is to trust wholeheartedly in Wilbur but that doesn't help Tallulah either.

(Also, she knows for a fact that Wilbur didn't originally want a kid. She knows that it took a while to convince him to accept her into his life. She was there. She saw the hesitation. All of that was reasonable from Wilbur's POV because it really was correct that he wasn't able to take care of Tallulah the way a father should. He knew it from the start and he was right. But yeah, it's gonna be something that has to cause some insecurity issues for Tallulah.)

She needs Phil to actually address the worst possible scenario, I think. Just entertain for a minute the idea that Wilbur really does abandon Tallulah. What would happen then? Phil would keep looking after her, Phil would still love her. Or if Phil wasn't around anymore, the other islanders would. And if Wilbur did do that to her, she would have every right to be pissed off. It wouldn't be because there was anything wrong with her.

It would be an awful situation, but all the people who cared about her would still be there for her. And she could talk to the other kids who were also abandoned by one of their parents; Ramón, Pomme... am I forgetting anyone? idk. And she could talk to Chayanne too. She would not be alone.

It's not the most uplifting thing to think about, which is why I think it didn't even occur to Phil to even entertain that notion, but I think it would be more reassuring actually? At the very least to let her know that Phil is taking her seriously? And THEN he could tell her that it wasn't gonna happen because Wilbur would never. Idk, that's my hunch anyway.

Also, it's possible that part of this is about Tallulah herself feeling some resentment and anger towards Wilbur, and not knowing what to do about those feelings, because they're not what's expected of her. And this is where Phil's words might have made things worse, because Phil tries to appeal to her dedication to her papi, but what if she feels like her dedication isn't what it should be anymore?

Idk. Those are my thoughts. I'm not gonna call it analysis, I'm not putting enough effort into this to qualify as "analysis".

Angst au where Ace and Sabo never adopted Luffy but adopted each other.

Hmmmmmmmmm

In that scenario, Ace and Sabo never found out Luffy was being tortured. Luffy was beaten for several hours then Porchemy pulled out his sword to kill him but then one of the Bluejam cronies stepped in, said Porchemy was tired and shouldn't have to kill the kid, that he would take the kid and kill him so Porchemy didn't have to waste more energy. Porchemy was exhausted from punching for hours so he relented, and the cronie took Luffy ever-so-gently out of the ropes and outside. They asked the kid what he wanted to see, as a final request of they could give it. Luffy, barely awake but knowing if he didn't say something he would never say anything again, said "Makino". The cronie recognized the name.

So they went down the mountain, half expecting the kid to not make the trip with how much his bleeding was slowing down. But then they stood just outside Party's bar and checked Luffy's pulse - weak, but not gone. He gave the heavily injured child to Makino, who was white as a ghost and asking questions the cronie didn't have the answer to.

Makino got everything from the little first aid kit she'd kept since Garp started "training" Luffy, then started using a cut up bedsheets when the bandages ran out. Then once Luffy's bleeding was staunched she ran out and right for the mayor's house, hands and apron covered in blood. The mayor rang the bell above his house - announced Luffy was back and critically injured and to please donate any medical supplies, take them to the bar.

And the village was small, maybe sixty people in all, mostly elderly folks. But they all came in a drove to Party's Bar because while Luffy was always an annoyance he was always Their annoyance and they would do everything they could before letting any child of theirs die.

Luffy's recovery was slow - his wounds were infected, he lost so much blood, he was unconscious and fevered for days before he could get up long enough to eat something. But when he woke up and saw Makino and the mayor and all the villagers he could recognize he cried for a very long time.

Meanwhile, on the mountain, Dadan is panicking. Luffy had been missing for weeks, every time she asked Ace about it he would just say he didn't know and leave. Then she finally gets an answer - that Monkey D. Luffy, youngest grandson of Monkey D. Motherfucking Garp, was killed after refusing to give in to torture at age 7. And Ace looks at her in the eye nothing in his eyes holds remorse. Ace doesn't Care.

Dadan calls Garp. Garp is back as soon as possible, straight up the mountain. He tells Ace to tell him what happened to his younger brother, Ace says he wasn't his brother. Garp asks why not. Ace starts listing reasons - he isn't my blood, he's annoying, he's weak, he nearly got Ace caught. And Garp just says that to Garp, Ace is all those things. Ace asks then why Garp wouldn't kill him. Garp says because he makes exceptions for family, because he knows they care for him and he tries to care about them back. Just like how Luffy cared about Ace, for so long that he died without even telling pirates where to look for him. A hero's death, for Ace's sake.

Ace feels remorse, then, finally understanding what happened and not just what he wanted to have happened. And Ace feels impossibly worse.

Sabo suggests them being brothers, Ace says he's already let a brother die, Sabo says he won't die so easily but he lied

Garp eventually finds Luffy alive, heavily injured with new scars fresh on his skin, and Luffy begs him to let him stay with his village, with his family, with everyone that wanted to stay with him as much as he wanted to stay with them.

But Luffy can't be a pirate under any circumstances, so instead Garp takes him to Loguetown to train under Smoker in the hopes a younger, better marine can train Luffy without him almost dying.

jan is the overachieving, hard working team captain -- real take no shit, I'm going to the olympics even if it means I have to drown you. she's popular and well liked although she's known to be very overbearing, she works hard and her position has never been threatened until jackie's arrival - cue sexy tension. jan and gigi have been best friends since childhood, they know what the other is going to say and do before it even happens, they have no idea what they would do without each other

gigi is jan's best friend, she also works super hard but isn't has nice or over the top about it, she has a rep for being a bit of a blonde cunt. she doesn't have time for people who aren't worthy of her time. she hates jackie with an absolute passion, which is a problem considering they have most of the same classes. her soft spot is crystal, her sweet girlfriend who she would do anything for. gigi knows swimming isn't her forever, but she's gonna milk it while she lasts -- she's well perceived on social medias and always has a brand deal under her belt

crystal has just been dropped from the team post injury, she's just had shoulder surgery and knows that her swimming career is over. she watches and supports her team from the stands, even though it kills her to watch them go on without her. crystal and gigi have always done swimming together, and now that she's out, crystal isn't sure that they have that much in common. crystal and jackie quickly become friends as the two outsiders of the group, with crystal giving jackie litle tips and tricks on how to become 'part of the team'. crystal loves jackie's view of swimming as a hobby and not a lifestyle, and it's an ideology she has to adopt herself

nicky loves everyone -- she gets in and gets the job done and will always suggest smoothie bowl dates after training. she's good friends with jan and gigi but isn't as intense, but she's super close with crystal, they're the team idiots who have a real protective streak for the other. she's a bit standoffish towards jackie at first, but warms up to her in due time. she's often caught hitting her head on the wall because she's too busy staring at a certain diver

For each fandom you were in, what's the AU you had the most fun creating?

To be honest I dunno how to describe creating them as fun because I'm weird but I do really enjoy working on them.

I guess I'm just not sure what counts as being fun & what was just me getting invested/really enjoying or whatever. I'm also having issues wording stuff which might be another issue cause I have trouble thinking.

If I had to figure things out I guess I'd say maybe Lost Prince AU for Sonic because it's been something I've worked on for a long time even before knowing what an AU was. It's interesting to work on along with finding characters I thought would be neat & trying to find ways to add them to stuff.(Doesn't always work like with Scourge & Zonic but still interesting to me) The same could technically be said about Waking Up in Dreamland AU for gameverse Kirby because while not as old as Lost Prince(I have another AU I don't mess with anymore that I guess you could say paved the way for this) it is still a long running thing & was interesting to me.(I keep using that word, sorry I dunno how to describe shit) While Lost Prince is just me patching parts of Sonic media I liked together with my own stuff filling in here & there Waking up in Dreamland tries to have my version fit in with the main games. Some games get put in different spots(like Revenge of Meta Knight from Super Star/Super Star Ultra taking place in my ver before Return to Dreamland) but I mostly try to keep them in order & try to imagine how things go.

I guess you could say I had fun working on some Ena by Joel G based AUs due to my obsession with her & her design. Admittedly these AUs are in character idea only but then again it's a little hard to make a full on Ena AU that's not design/personalty based since she lives in a bizarre world that changes every episode. Anyway a lot of the enjoyment I had was figuring out designs & figuring out the background of the AU which kind of leads to my favorite kind of fanfics hurt/comfort & angst with a happy ending. For one reason or another the Ena related AUs involve people be coming Ena based creations that with the help of people that care for them they learn to navigate what happened to them.

I also enjoyed working on AUs I kind of call shared AUs were someone & I talk about ideas for an AU with the person having ideas & I end up adopting them while we both share ideas for it. Some examples(these are currently available on DA) being the alt Voltron AU I did with you & some of the alt DC AU I also made with you. While not fully a shared AU there was one I haven't posted publicly yet that involves Megaman, it's not a full on AU just one were I had ideas for characters(especially Elecman & Rock/Megaman), a friend I got back in contact with last year/in 2024 gave me ideas I adopted for my stuff.(Involving Blues/Protoman)

I have to admit the AU that I had fun with & was meant to just be for fun & kind of kept going is an AU I don't talk about besides on rare occasions with friends. I should try posting about this at some point.

The AU is just the idea of Kid Cat from Animal Crossing before being the superhero jock character people know & love he was secretly part of an organization. He went on to try disappearing & going by a new identity.

I had fun creating this & messing with ideas while playing the Animal Crossing spin off game Happy Home Designer on the 3DS. I'd think about it here & there while adding secrets to some of the homes I worked on that were meant to be connected to Kid Cat's past. Kind of also helped that I was imagining kind of fragmented ideas for Kid Cat having to leave town & deal with something from his past that cause him to go meet with people he use to be connected with.

When Happy Home Paradise for the Switch came out along with being introduced to Mario the hamster I got more insperation for the AU like having Mario & Raymond connected to Kid Cat.

The other AUs I enjoyed/got invested in working on but the Kid Cat one is kind of the one I had fun creating/had fun playing around with.

I love how we’re all thinking it’ll be Carina in the hospital for the big crossover ep, but lol I think we’re all a little delulu. Sadly, like Grey’s, S19 has never made an effort with Carina outside of being Maya’s love interest. On Grey’s she was just comedic relief, a plot device for Arizona and Andrew.

I’m all for our theory to be right, that’s she’s giving birth, but I seriously doubt it. It’ll be Andy because the theme seems to be ‘look at how great of a Captain Andy is’ this season. I don’t mind her much, she can be funny, but she’s going to be insufferable this season. I can feel it. Or it’ll be Travis. I doubt it’s Theo. Literally no one cares about him.

The pessimistic in me thinks that the whole IVF stuff is going to get dropped. They’ll maybe mention it a few more times but it’ll be left open ended. The focus is going to be on working through the adoption and adjusting to having a sudden baby and they’ll have carina either no longer want it or choose to delay it. I’m hoping ima thousand percent wrong. That’ll be Marina angst this season. Which kinda boring, but as long as they don’t fight for multiple episodes again. Maybe we’ll get cute arguments like them arguing over what’s an acceptable amount of money to spend on baby clothes. Carina would hands down buy Liam designer onesies. However, I’m not opposed to them switching the script and seeing a pregnant Maya. Only because I think Danielle in a baby bump suit would be freaking adorable. I mean stef too but Dani will break my brain.

showrunners tend to stick to what they know: Liam’s bio family is going to rock the boat. Maybe one of the bio grandma shows up wanting custody. I forgot what was said about the bio dad if at all. Predictable and boring, but it plays into the drama they’re going for. I’m curious about what the Maya centric ep will be about. Her dad and upbringing again or something else? What other drama could she possible have? Could she be hiding something? Hate to think after last season she’d go back to keeping things from carina.

But who the hell knows. With what Danielle said in her live, anything can happen. if we’re gonna see badass Carina I think it’ll be dealing with the baby’s bio fam and legal proceedings. Unless she’s saving people’s lives outside the hospital again.

I hope we get a rated m scene from them. That shower scene has kept us feed but we’d like some more please. don’t let it be wasted on Travis being a ho again or Sullivan/Ross, respectfully.

Side note: They’re gonna be moms and I love that for them but I hope all new fics aren’t baby centric fics. Kids are awful and I say that lovingly. 😂

Yeah we're always hopeful that Carina is involved in some big way (like the clinic doxxing storyline but that ended up just focusing on Bailey and even Addison) and it usually doesn't happen. It probably does have to do with Andy since Jaina mentioned it but we now know Carina is going to appear on Grey's this season, so who knows.

It would be a shame if they just leave the IVF/pregnancy stuff open ended when they could at least have it lead to something in the season finale, but we'll see how they do it. I think it would be incredibly lazy and disappointing if they go the whole 'bio family comes to cause trouble' route considering they just did that not too long ago with Pru and Bailey/Ben. And with a shortened season as is, that feels even less necessary. I think it's probably now going to lean more towards them not necessarily agreeing on how to parent in certain situations so I guess they're going to bump heads a little in that sense but hopefully it's nothing too crazy since this is supposed to be a happy time for them.

I'm very curious what the heavy Maya episode could be about too. I would lean towards it being Mason related since that's something that hasn't been addressed in some time and they could do a lot with still or maybe it's Maya's mom coming back. It feels like it has to be family related because I can't see it being any kind of drama with work or Carina or anything like that.

Hopefully they do get their 10 pm sex scene like every other couple I assume will. You know Sullivan and Ross will get at least one so it's only right Marina do too. And I'm sure there will still be some kidless fics out there but you may have to look a little harder once this storyline plays out. 😂

Oh Brother....s?

I had the most brilliant mini-idea while raging at video games because my parents suck at em. Anyway, there's really no correlation there, but the idea!

So we all know the whole "Danny is related to (Batkid) and he was give away because blah blah" or "he died and blah blah". We know those, and we love them, but what if, hear me out, Danny is related to MULTIPLE of them.

Danny is the child of Willis and Talia.

Now he was definitely not planned or anything, it just happened during a random mission and Talia couldn't bother to deal with it much. She decided that if the child lived she'd give it to Willis, a sort of test. It's not like she needed the baby, Damian had been born a little while before. Talia is one of those mothers who doesn't LOOK pregnant even when she's about to have the baby so basically, Danny does end up being born but is a really sickly kid, like REAL sick.

Of course, she really couldn't care less about the kid so baby Danny was given to Willis, who just gave Danny to Jason and Catherine. He's like 8 or so, so he isn't Robin yet, and he is SO happy to have a little brother. Except he's terrified for Danny, whose name was originally something else with Daniel being his middle name thanks to Jason (also why he kept the name Danny and not his original first name), but he doesn't want Danny hurt. After a few years, just before he becomes Robin, he gives a barely like 4-year-old Danny to a shelter or something with a blanket and a note.

Everything goes the same with both of them from there. The reason why Jason is easier on Damian compared to the others? He kinda looks like his baby brother, not identical but like, there's a resemblance, and he kind of finds it uncanny. Reason Talia even gave the time to help Jason? Well, he's technically the older brother of her younger child, and after having Damian for a while she does feel a little bad. Even if she doesn't want to meet the kid, she figured helping his older brother was a good enough way to apologize.

Danny remembers his older brother. How he looked and his name, and how he always took care of him. It's why even when his new adoptive parents neglected both him and Jazz he doesn't think anything is wrong. Jason had raised him. Now Jazz was. It was simply normal to him. He's just got major parent issues honestly.

The only people who know about his older brother are Jazz and Tucker though. His parents never were told because they'd been too busy to learn about it. Jazz had helped him on the earlier nights when he cried for Jason. And Tucker had learned when they first became friends as kids. Even if he was close to Sam, he never mentioned Jason though, it kind of felt like something he shouldn't touch anymore. It'd been years and even if he still had that star blanket, the note he vaguely remembers with it had been taken and put with his papers...and well he didn't know where those were.

Jason had already died and come back when Danny had the accident, so neither was aware of the other still. Danny does the whole hero thing for about 3 years before everything came crashing in for whatever reason, and he has to run. With no plan, he just follows his core and ends up in Gotham but he doesn't know why. Gotham herself is THRILLED to have him back because Jason was hers and this was Jason's little brother as well as her king! So she's trying to help the disoriented and hurt boy to his brother.

Cue shenanigans and angst though and it take a good MINUTE for Danny to even meet the Bats, let alone Jason. I'm thinking everyone meets him in one way or another before Jason is getting something from the cave while they're talking about this meta kid who LOOKS kind of like Damian but not at the same time, so they need to figure out if it's a clone or what. Jason sees the picture and is frozen, not even noticing the fact that he started crying while the whole fam is freaking out.

It's Damian, who looks between Jason and the picture, that notices the subtle differences that had them thinking it was still familiar were from Jason. And dun dun dun, it's Jason's little brother. He never knew who the mother was and after someone gets him out of his like mini-panic from knowing his brother was close by, he just bolts to his bike to go find him.

Demonic oni child!! Doesn't have to be sagau/creator AU but I've been having so many brain rots of Demon MC.

They start off in Inazuma, their very person revered by the people as a creature that teeters between the fine lines of humanity, yet somehow, as an Oni, even they are considered different among their own people.

There's something unsettling about them— the way their wide eyes stare unblinking into others, the sharp horns that curl above their head, those long pointed nails and powerful jaws, that inhuman enigmatic aura that surrounds them. It's all so very strange.

Of course, they had no home, nor do they have memories of their birth parents. This demon just wanders Inazuma, going from island to island.

I like to think that they've met many characters along the way. From Itto becoming their unofficial big brother to Thoma bringing them home to Ei asking to see them at Tenshukaku. Just much angst potential, much fluff potential, thank you for coming to my brainrot

The fluff potential!!!!! They're just a tiny child how could anybody even think of harming them? When Itto finds you wandering around the islands his eyes light up and he IMMEDIATELY adopts you! You're his younger sibling now, look at how similar your horns are! Psh who cares if the shape or color of them are different, they're similar enough aren't they! He picks you up, sets you on his shoulders and you travel the islands with him and the Arataki gang now!

Shinobu is honestly a bit exasperated. On one hand, she doesn't want Itto to randomly pick up children off the side of the road because he'll probably end up accidentally kidnapping someone. But on the other hand you admit to not having a family.

You were actually quite calm about it to, "It's fine for me to travel with you guys! I don't have a family so it's fine, nobody will worry!" You said it so nonchalantly but Itto was about to burst into tears.

"Shinobu we have to keep them now!!!!"

"They're not a dog Itto but..." She sighed, "We can take care of them."

The entire Arataki Gang cheered and did the thing where they throw you up in the air. You're the little sibling of Itto which essentially means you now have a bunch of older brothers and older sister Shinobu.

Then Itto taking you to Inazuma city with his gang to play with the kids as usual. Itto teaching you the ropes to steal win bets with kids. There, you meet Yoimiya. And she LOVES you!!!!

You're both little bundles of joy and she loves teaching you the strategies to games and teaching you everything about Inazuman culture because you don't know anything about it. Whether it's because you're from another world or you lived somewhere else when you were younger, it's obvious you're not from Inazuma.

So! Yoimiya teaches you as much as she can and the Arataki gang is all about it! They want you to know everything you can and have as much fun as possible!

And that's also how Thoma and Ayaka found you while you were passing by the Komore teahouse, bouncing beside your new oni brother, holding his hand, the Arataki gang behind you and Yoimiya babbling all about Inazuma.

The two were curious and Thoma, being the friendly guy he is, asked who the new little guy/girl/kid in town was seeing as you had the whole Arataki gang surrounding you.

You introduced yourself, or maybe Itto did it for you in a very grandiose way, but Thoma and Ayaka learn that you're a tiny oni? child. Are you even an oni? They'd have to see if you were allergic to beans but that'd be a little cruel-

I'd like to think that if this were SAGAU then the reader might recognize Thoma due to the fact that he's a four star and the reader would most likely get him. So they'd be all excited about him and hugging him and Thoma would be all awww <333 and offer them little snacks and stuff at the Komore teahouse.

But I also think that Sara ends up spotting you and the little group you have around you. Sara sees the Arataki gang and thinks that 1: oh god they're causing trouble and 2: oh god it's Itto please don't let him spot me.

I dunno but imagine this is sagau and you also recognize her (because she's a four star so it's more likely that you've gotten her) and you beam and call to her, running over to her and Itto feels his heart BREAK.

You DID NOT just choose his MORTAL ENEMY over HIM. He's near tears as he watches you hug Sara. She's frozen in shock wondering what they hell you're doing but she's doesn't push you away in fear of hurting you. She's just curious to see if the Arataki gang are doing anything... unfavorable.

Itto exclaims that they're merely showing you, their new younger oni sibling, around Inazuma city since you're new in town! Which Sara is curious about and inquires you about it. Because if you were abandoned then surely they should work to find your parents.

And blah blah blah adult stuff anyways now the shogun wants to meet you so that's neat.

You think she's really pretty but she's interested to know where you came from and if this is sagau then... well... surprise!!! You're god! If it's not sagau then yay! You have a cool family! Either way you have a really cool big family now!!!!

you would pick robin up from school that let out at 3, help him with homework, make him a snack, play with him until 6 pm when his uncle would return home

u scold him a lot the first couple times he get in a fight while taking care of him so he has finney clean him up before he sees you after school to avoid that

he would be friends with the rest of the casper crew so now you have seemingly adopted them too

i think out of the rest of the casper crew, besides robin, you would be pretty close to vance and griffin

vance, because he also is a rough kid like robin but you quickly break down vance's walls surprisingly

he tries to act tough but when u call him kiddo/ help take care of his hair he gets real quiet and has a small smile on his face

honestly ur just good with rougher kids, like when u grow up u end up going to become a therapist to help those rougher kids and understand them

and griffin because he's small, u could pick him up like a ragdoll and throw him against the wall u have this need to protect him

but he's also the biggest instigator so now u have to really control him

you are one of his role models in life

at the end of the day, you two will always be bonded for life
