Oh, your loving husband is all over you while you’re pregnant. He genuinely has such a cute fascination with all the changes your body is going through. He seriously thinks you’re so strong for carrying his heir.
He loves rubbing your bump. In fact, he will always be touching it in some form or fashion while you two are together. When he’s away on missions, he has you send him pictures and updates on your pregnancy as if anything major has changed in a couple of days.
You best believe he is ready to indulge you on your every craving, no matter how strange. It’s three a.m and you’re crying because you need that specific brand of chicken wings and a can of whip cream? He’s heading to the store immediately to fetch whatever you tell him to.
He genuinely worries about being a good dad. Many nights he lays his head on your bump and talks to you about how teaching didn’t come naturally to him. He wasn’t born knowing how to meet people where they’re at. He use to expect people to be able to meet him on his level. He worries that he may inadvertently put a lot of pressure on his kid, and that’s the last thing he wants due to how he was raised. He just wants his kid to be a kid.
He’s the best, most loving and compassionate dad to your baby, more than you could ever hope for. Even if teaching didn’t come to him naturally, being a father did.
SUGURU
He’s such a “sit down and let me do it for you” while you’re pregnant. He cooks, cleans, works, and tends to you completely throughout your pregnancy.
Suguru gets hyper fixated on your health during pregnancy. He only feeds you the yummiest and healthiest foods while you’re pregnant. He encourages for you to sit on the yoga ball and do (very) light exercises. He just wants the best for you and his baby.
Whenever I said he tends to you, I genuinely mean he tends to you. He’ll gently brush your hair at night time, rub your back when your belly is becoming heavy to carry around, serve your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in bed, carries around emesis bags and breath mints for if you get morning sickness while you two are out.
This man is the king of enforcing your boundaries to people when they don’t listen. That really annoying family member that insists on being there for the birth even though you’ve already explained to them that you want this to be an experience for just you and Geto? Yeah, he’s made it very clear to them that they will not be at the birth if they want to be in your kid’s life.
He is absolutely not afraid to hurt feelings if it means his wife and future child are safe and cared for. He really don’t give a fuck who anyone else is. You and his child are first priority.
TOJI
Toji is definitely the type to express his love and devotion for you in other ways than the most conventional methods.
He is so incredibly gentle while you’re pregnant. He doesn’t rile you up as much or play fight with you anymore. He constantly reminds himself that you’re carrying another life inside you and that you have enough on your plate.
This man… whew does he love seeing you pregnant. Toji’s the type of man to feel so feral when he looks at you heavily pregnant with his kid.
He adores your body. He’ll rub lotion all over you and oils to help your skin accommodate to the stretch of carrying a kid. He massages your body and absolutely worships it while he’s rubbing the lotion and oil on you.
Your breasts are sore? He’ll gently massage them until they feel better. Your back hurts? He’d be the type to lift your bump up and take the weight off you for as long as you ask him to so you can feel relaxed for a few minutes.
And look this is probably TMI but like, if you got a clogged milk duct due to breastfeeding, Toji would unfortunately be the type of man to fix that issue with his mouth. i’m sorry but he would.
Final thing is, you better believe that he doesn’t allow anyone to get too close to you. He is so unbelievably protective over you while you’re pregnant. If he could, he’d lock you up at home to prevent anyone from getting close to you.
SUKUNA
On the outside, he acts very nonchalant and unbothered by your pregnancy. On the inside, he is constantly plagued by the thought that your body may not be able to carry his heir. The thought of losing you or his child haunts him.
He will secretly observe and take notes on your body and how it is changing. If he catches you expressing any sort of short windedness, he will immediately send you off to bed rest. Though, you’re usually able to convince him to take you off of it by the next day.
The only servant he trusts to tend to you is Uraume. No one else in his court is allowed to be anywhere near you unless he gives specific instructions. Still, he hates leaving you in the care of Uraume. He trusts them, but he wants to be the one to take care of you.
He loves holding your body close to him at night. All four arms are wrapped around you and holding you closely. Since he doesn’t need much sleep, he will stay awake rubbing on your tummy all night long. One time, he felt the baby moving in your stomach while you were asleep. He was so intrigued that he woke you up and told you to “make them do it again”.
Now, he will randomly approach you at any given time while you’re heavily pregnant and hold his hand out so he can feel his baby moving around inside of you. It soothes his worry.
During birth, Sukuna was a complete mess. The amount of blood lost during birth fucking terrified him. He was panicking and yelling at anyone to do something to save you, even while everyone was assuring him that you’re okay and this was natural.
After 9 long excruciating months of extreme worry and constant fear, he finally feels peace when he’s cradling a newborn in his arm and a sleeping wife in the other arm. All of his hard work to protect you paid off he thinks.
NANAMI
Oh, to be pregnant by the king of domestic love himself.
Nanami is the type of man to immediately start working on a nursery for you as soon as you reveal to him that you’re pregnant. He immediately changes the guest bedroom into a nursery that you design for your little baby.
He reads up on all the parenting books and articles. He’s constantly compiling things to either do or to not do during pregnancy and even while raising a kid.
Like Geto, he tends to your every need. He is a total house husband all while working 40 hours a week. When he’s at work, he is constantly calling and texting you to make sure that you’re okay and taking care of yourself, but let’s be fr he literally did everything for you before he even left for work (meal prepped for you, set out your clothes for you, put out all your self care items in case you want to bathe).
When you express concerns of your body getting bigger to him, he does everything in his power to show you that he loves and respects your body for creating life. He literally cherishes and worships your body for hours if you let him.
Like Toji, Nanami is protective over you. He constantly has an arm around you if you two are in public, and he watches everyone who dares to get close to you like a hawk. If he gets a bad vibe about anyone, he’s immediately stepping in front of you and taking over the conversation.
Nanami is the best partner to have during birth. His reading of articles during your pregnancy really paid off. He is supportive without being overbearing. He listens to your needs and tends to you without question. Constant praise and encouragement while you’re giving birth. The moment he gets to snuggle with you and the baby is the moment he realizes that he cultivated the life of his dreams. He has the family he always wanted.

YOU ALWAYS KNEW you wanted a family. ever since you were in middle school, you knew that you wanted to have kids. you didn’t know who, at that point, would make you a mom, but being a mother was one of your many desires.
so, when you and your husband found out about your first, you were through the roof excited. your dreams of being a mother came true, but not without the long-haul of a 9 month pregnancy. morning sickness got the best of you in the first trimester, not to mention you hated the smell of meat. joe was as supportive as he could be, and he wished he could be there more often than he was.
it got a little better past the first trimester, especially when you found out you were having a little girl. joe was beyond excited, already picking out outfits for his daughter. you always saw joe as a girl dad, and you couldn’t wait to see him finally hold her.
the months drug on, your belly growing more and more swollen by the day. it came to point where you were doing anything to try and get this baby out.
“ok, we’ve tried spicy food, the yoga ball, and exercise. baby girl just won’t budge,” you groaned as you sat on the couch one evening, balancing your food bowl on your belly.
“she’s stubborn like her mama,” joe teased, nudging you with his foot. you gave him a look, which made the blonde next to you giggle.
“hush, burrow. she gets her genes from both of us, not just me,” you chirped as you put another forkful into your mouth.
“you what what we haven’t tried?” joe wiggled his eyebrows at you, making you furrow yours in confusion.
“what?”
“sex,” he answered, rather bluntly of course. he wiggled his eyebrows as you laughed.
“that would be the most unflattering sex we would ever have,” you told him, causing him to then make a face at you.
“there is no such thing as an unflattering angle on you, babe. plus, i put that baby in you, i could be the one to help her out,” he spoke in a sing-song voice. you only laughed, your cheeks heating up to a rose red color.
needless to say you guys did have sex that night, and despite your baby bump, it was still as amazing as it always was. baby girl seemed to agree, and she came not even 24 hours later.
joe sat in the chair across from you, baby girl lyla on his bare chest, watching her sleep. you laid in the hospital bed, barely keeping your eyes open. you watched as your husband cradled his baby girl, his hands engulfing her small frame. he whispered sweet nothings to her, never taking his eyes off of her.
he was so proud of you and he was so in love with his lyla.
5 weeks flew by, and you and joe were getting used to having lyla at home. there were many sleepless nights, even if you and joe were on a schedule. in those 5 weeks, lyla grew like a tree, her features developing to look more like her parents. she had joe’s bright blue eyes and your hair color. she was a daddy’s girl, that was for sure.
joe loved being the one to change her and bathe her. he loved spending time with her, making sure she knew she was loved and cared for. you loved watching joe step into the father role, silently vowing to protect his girls for the rest of his life.
it also made you hella horny.
you weren’t supposed to have sex until 6 weeks after giving birth. your hormones were in overdrive, and every single angle of joey made you want to strip him down. which you could do, but realistically you knew where that would lead.
lyla was down for a nap, and you and joe sat on the couch. it was one of those days where your skin was on fire and you desperately needed touch. joe’s hand was on your thigh, rubbing small circles on your skin as a show played on the tv. it made you go absolutely insane. it was only one more week and he’d be all yours. it was just one week, what was it going to do?
“fuck it,” you mumbled, climbing onto joe’s lap. he was shocked, to say the least, but he’s been impatient too. seeing you in mom mode, despite the messy hair and baggy clothes, it just made things worse for him. he’s not been able to have sex with you for 5 weeks, and while he understood why, he just knew that 6th week was going to be the best week of his life. well, one of the best weeks.
your hands went to his cheeks, pressing your lips to his. your house was a mess, but the baby was asleep and you needed joe. his lips moved effortlessly against yours, the need in his bones spilling over into your mouth. his hands settled on your hips, moving up and down your legs and back. he’s missed this, he’s missed you, specifically the taste of you. you got lost in the taste of him and how he touched you, fulfilling the desire that’s been burning through you for the past couple of weeks.
“are we about to do this?” joe asked, pulling away from you for just a second.
“yes, but we need to be fast and quiet,” you told him.
“yes ma’am,”
you didn’t regret having sex that day. it felt good, and your needs were fulfilled. what you didn’t expect was to feel nauseous a week later. you didn’t expect to see two more blue lines show up on a pregnancy test. panic settled in, your hands started to shake, and your mind ran a million miles an hour.
what the hell do you tell joe?
you set the stick down, and while you’re excited you’re having baby number 2, you were still anxious. you beat yourself for letting your hormones get the best of you, leading you to enjoy your husband in the most intimate ways.
the door shut downstairs, signaling joe was home. you walked out of the bathroom, grabbed lyla from her crib and walked downstairs. lyla babbled all the way down, not having a clue of what the stick in her mama’s hand meant.
“there’s my pretty girls!” joe grinned as he saw his wife and daughter greet him. he spread his arms out, taking his little girl into his arms. he softly bounced her on his hip, her giggles echoing in his ears. he wrapped you in the hug as well, kissing the top of your head.
“how’re you, mamas?” he asked you, cradling the back of your head with his hand. your heart was beating a million miles an hour, sweat sticking to your forehead.
“i’ve got something for you,” you told him, your voice a little unsteady. his brow furrowed, catching the shakiness of your voice. he gently placed lyla in her play area in the living room, the little girl going straight for her stuffed animals.
“what is it? are you ok?” he asked, his hands ghosting over your body. he was afraid that your premature sex did something, and that maybe you needed to go back to the hospital. he saw you pull out a pregnancy stick, placing it in his hands. two more beautiful lines showed up, informing him he was going to be a dad to two kids.
“wait, really?” he asked, his excitement building.
“yep, it’s why i’ve not been feeling well,” you informed him, stealing a look at your daughter. joe picked you up and hugged you, swaying you from side to side.
“that’s amazing!” he set you down, and as he did, his anxiety settled in. there was a reason why they had you wait 6 weeks until you could have sex. infection, the risk of tearing, the list goes on. your body was put through the wringer with pregnancy and birth, and you were about to do it all over again?
“babe?” you snapped him out of his anxious trance, forcing him to swallow. he couldn’t show you he was scared, not now.
“i’m ok, i promise,” he reassured you. joe knew you’d see through him, you always did, but for right now he didn’t want to bring it up. he gave you another hug, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. your daughter’s whimpering separated you two, signaling it was time for dinner.
the next few days were anxiety-inducing for joe. he went to practice, came home, had dinner with his family, and held his wife at night. but his chest was in a constant state of tension. he woke up every time you shifted, every time you groaned he would be there in and instant, and if you walked funny he would watch you with wide eyes.
you noticed the shift in joe. he seemed on edge, anxious even. you tried talking to him about it, but he brushed it off, telling you that practice was rough. you’ve known him long enough to know that he was lying, but if he didn’t want to talk about it, you weren’t gonna press it.
you walked downstairs one afternoon, empty water bottle in hand, stomach rumbling. you just put lyla down for a nap and wanted to reward yourself with a snack. you were hungry more often with this one, fingers always itching for a snack.
“i swear we’re having a boy this time with how often i’m hungry,” you commented as you walked into the kitchen. you watched joe for a second, your smile faltering as you watched him pace. you knew something was up, his actions the past few days said enough.
“joey? honey?” you walked up to him, stopping him in his tracks. you placed a hand on his arm, stopping him from continuing in his tracks. joe met eyes with you, his chest heaving. his eyes flicked over your body, subconsciously looking for anything that told him you weren’t ok. you seemed ok, you didn’t seem like you were in any obvious pain. his eyes found yours again, but he still had yet to say something.
“what’s wrong?” you asked him, cupping his cheeks with your hands. the feeling of your warm hands on his cheeks momentarily grounded him, but the moment didn’t last long. his breaths quickened and his chest heaving with each attempted inhale. his whole body went rigid, even if you were standing right in front of him, perfectly fine.
“baby, look at me,” you encouraged him, keeping your hands on his cheeks. he tried his hardest to keep his eyes on you, even if all he wanted to was disassociate. he watched as you inhaled, exhaled, and repeated.
“keep breathing with me,” you encouraged him, imitating your breathing. he followed suit, his hands wandering around to find the cool counter, the warmth of your waist, and the softness of your shirt. he honed in on you, taking in the glow of your skin, the smell of your perfume, the feeling of your skin. he grounded himself, resting his forehead against yours.
moments passed, your hands rubbing circles under his eyes, his arms wrapping around your middle. he buried his face into your neck, inhaling your scent. he felt calmer, especially since his adrenaline was crashing down through the roof. after a few moments, you led him over to the couch, sitting down. he immediately laid against your stomach, wrapping his arms around yours as gently as he could.
“what’s wrong, baby?” you threaded your fingers through his hair, the frosted tips fading into more of his dirty blonde.
“i’m just worried,” he sagged into you, feeling the hangover from the almost-panic attack he had moments ago.
“yeah?”
“i feel like it’s too soon, that we got too excited,” he hummed against you. realistically, he knew you were ok. if you weren’t, it would be more obvious.
“maybe it was, but i’m ok. i feel ok, baby’s ok,” you comforted him, continuing to massage his scalp. he sighed, giving you a gentle squeeze. moments like this were rare with you, especially with a little one, who was sound asleep upstairs.
“i’ve just heard of all the things that could happen,” he continued, closing his eyes. sleep has evaded him just as much as it’s evaded you. any sleep he could get he grabbed, but he knew you were up more than he was.
“i know, and trust me, it scared me too. but we’re ok, i’m ok,” you kissed the top of his head. he accepted your answer, allowing himself to finally relax for the first time in a week. you two were drifting off, eyes almost closing when you heard the whimpers of lyla on the baby monitor. your eyes opened, groans escaping your lips.
“duty calls,” you hummed, shifting, making joe get up off of you. he leaned up and kissed you, softly and briefly.
“i’ll go get her,” he offered, standing up on shaky legs. he was beyond relieved you were ok, that baby #2 was ok. he knew that he should have trusted your instincts and your body, but he was apart of this family too. if anything happened, if you weren’t ok, he’d beat himself up for the rest of his life.
but you were ok, and as he lifted his baby girl into his arms, that reality sunk deep into his chest. he pressed a soft kiss to lyla’s head, fuzzy with hair. he carried her downstairs, forever grateful for the growing family he had.

Hi, beautiful people. This is a continuation of my summer tarot series. Today’s reading will consist of tips that you can take to prepare for the summer. Without further ado, please select your pile.

Pile One: The name Dorothea is coming to mind. Pile One, you have been re-evaluating your life choices and your circle. Both of these things go hand-in-hand so please listen carefully. I feel like you’re having a hard time letting go of something but at the end of the day, you have to accept the situation for what it is. In order to have a fun, celebratory summer, you must get rid of that person. They do not have good intentions for you. Remember, the company that you keep determines where you will end up. I also think that you should focus on trying to get your license as well, Pile One especially if you’re a student driver. You will pass your state driver’s test if you correct the mistakes that you’ve been making on the road. With more practice, you’ll be on the road going to the beach in no time.

Pile Two: Your summer is not already ruined, Pile Two. You just need to pivot. Pivot meaning jump to the next thing. Your situation is not permanent. You can and will move to the next phase of life. Better weather, having more daylight, the amount of events you can attend to witness artistry in motion. There’s so much to be done, Pile Two. I feel like you also need to stop getting so embarrassed easily. You need to do more cringy stuff so that you can deal with rejection better. Doing this will also help you be more accepting of yourself. And lastly, you need to be willing to embrace your wild side more. You’re not getting younger by the day. There is only so much time that you have on this earth. Take advantage of it. Climb the ladder.

Pile Three: You put that glue to use and get to work, honeybee. I feel that you are a very creative person. You work with your hands a lot. Do any activities that help your sacral chakra boom. Twerk, meditate, do yoga, be artistic, be around people that make your heart feel full and inspired, work with carnelian. Another thing that you need to know is you are that bitch. Some of you fear that you will become another statistic, and that just isn’t true. You are good enough and you will make an impact on this world. You could listen to Summer Walker, James Brown, Etta James, Kehlani or Brandy. And another thing that you can do is spend time with children/with your inner child. Tapping into this energy is a purifier. You are going to be so happy that you’ve done this. I think it would be a good idea to revisit some of your old favorite media like Phineas and Ferb or Judy Moody books or Captain Underpants. There’s so much to do. The sky's the limit.

This next message is for some of you, not all of you. You should take a pregnancy test if you’ve been sexually active with someone who has a penis, just to be safe. I am sensing an unexpected pregnancy for someone in this pile, so congratulations to you if you decide to keep the baby lol. But if not, then I hope you carry on with your life as usual and with more safety. I heard ‘koi fish’ and ‘Bryson Tiller’. I feel like you need to flirt with some people, Pile Two. the most important relationship that you're ever going to have during your lifetime is the relationship with yourself. its the longest relationship that you'll ever be in, therefore its crucial to make this relationship flourish.
first understand ; love is unconditional. theres no such thing as conditional love, if its conditional then it is NOT love. that means regardless of past mistakes, your love for yourself is still there and its still strong. the love for yourself is the only love that will always be there. because people change and they come and go, but you're with yourself ALL hours of the day, and forEVER.

because people change, you cannot rely on the love of others all of the time. the love that u feel for urself shouldn't decrease just because your surrounded by individuals who love you a lot. if anything ur self love should grow, but never shrink.
its easy to grow dependent on the love from others, your friends, family, partner.. but the truth of the matter is, if ur self love isnt solid and grounded then when that person inevitably changes or grows or leaves ur life, then you perception of self love will crumble.
practicing self love ; start asking yourself "how i feel today" or "what do i need/want today" be more conscious of urself and ur feelings, just as you would if u were being thoughtful and considerate to a friend or partner that you loved.
do not EVER speak badly about yourself. even in a "joking" manner. bcuz guess what, ur brain can't tell the difference between when ur joking and when ur being serious. your words have power!! the same love and support that u provide to ur friends when they've made a mistake is the same, if not more, support and love that u should give urself when u make mistakes.
often times we beat ourselves up over mistakes that we make but thats not healthy at ALL. make ur mind a peaceful, beautiful, and safe place to be, where u can cultivate ideas and growth. instead of a place where ur walking on eggshells all of the time bcuz ur scared of imperfection.
make a promise to yourself that regardless of how u feel or what happened in ur life, that you won't talk badly about yourself. only tell yourself good things!!

Summary: Dean and Tori get roped into doing a pregnancy yoga session and he reminisces on how he found out she was pregnant. (Dean's POV)

Authors Note: This is a fluffy drabble. My friend, who is my biggest fan, wanted pregnant Tori and Dean so I decided to oblige her (kind of). This is also based on this scene from Dexter (2:17). Good show if you haven't seen it

“Babe, I love your brother, but this isn’t exactly what I had in mind for prenatal activities.” Tori whispered to Dean as they both moved into another yoga pose, the latter waving his arms trying not to fall over
“I know the feeling.” Dean answered. The incense that was burning in the corner of the yoga studio was building a headache behind his eyes and the awkward positions the woman leading the session was leading them through were starting to cause dull aches in places he’d never hurt before. “But Sam insisted on this. Something about it making for an easier labor. And Liana’s a friend. Helped Eileen’s friend through her pregnancy I guess. Some kind of ‘guru’”
Tori snorted softly, earning her a nasty look from one of the women next to them. Dean watched as his lover opened her mouth, no doubt about to quip some sharp words, only to be stopped by Liana’s voice. 
“Alright folks. For our last exercise of the day, partners, I want you to face your woman,” the brunette walked between the couples, making her way to the front of the room. “And place your hand on her belly. I want you to send all your positive intentions to your unborn baby.”
Dean turned to face Tori, trying to ignore the icy hand clenching at his heart. He beheld Tori’s face, bright as when she’d first told him she was pregnant.

Tori hadn’t been feeling well the days leading up to a hunt, so he and Sam had to track down a pair of Vetalas. It didn’t sit right with him to leave her by herself, puking her guts up, but Sam needed the back up and everyone else was already on one or not close enough. Dean had called Cas before they left, hoping that the angel could ease whatever ailed his lover.
He’d returned dirty, bloody and bruised, ready for a hot shower and Tori’s loving embrace. Not knowing if she was still sick, Dean had hit the showers first, scrubbing the gore from his body until his tanned skin was red. Only once he was wrapped in clean pajamas did he seek Tori out, finding her in their room tucked under the covers and illuminated by the soft yellow light from the bedside lamp.
Sam and the Impala had been the only home Dean knew from a very young age. But this, Tori, she’d become as much a home as he’d ever known. She was a warm Sunday afternoon, a glass of smooth whiskey after a long day. Home. He knew her like the back of his hand, what made her laugh, what made her cry.
“You look better.” Dean said softly, closing their bedroom door behind him.
“I feel better.” Tori shut the book she’d been reading, placing it on the nightstand.
She opened her arms, letting Dean shuffle over and half drape himself over her. His head rested over her heart, the 808 beat calming the last of the post-hunt adrenaline still coursing through his system. It’d become a ritual to curl into each other after a hunt, sometimes like this, Dean laying over top of her, other times Tori on his chest, his arms wrapped around her in a vice grip. The weight of each other's forms provided a grounding sensation, anchoring them to their reality, reminding them that they had each other.
Dean had to resist the urge to purr like a cat when Tori's fingers carded through his hair, scratching against his scalp. He ran his hands up and down her sides, reminding himself that this, her, was real and that she was safe, that nothing had happened while he and Sam were gone. The sweet hint of their laundry detergent wrapped around Dean like a blanket, leading him to nuzzle his face into her shirt in a fruitless pursuit to seemingly join their forms into one.
“Did Cas stop by?” Dean's voice rumbled into Tori’s stomach.
“Mmhm,” Tori hummed in confirmation, tracing the shell of his ear as she tucked the hair away. “He did his angel magic stuff and made me feel better. For now at least.”
Dean huffed a laugh through his nose, adjusting so he lay more flat over top of her, his torso slotted between her legs. The second half of her words gave him pause, looking up at Tori. “What do you mean, ‘for now'?”
“Well, according to Cas, I'll be feeling like this for a while.” Dean watched as Tori, his best friend, the love of his life, gained a shade of pink dusting high on her cheekbones. “Eight more months or so.”
It was like everything clicked into place at that moment for him. Every emotion, overwhelming joy, anxiety, everything hit him at once. His mind was on overdrive, eyes scanning her face to try and convince himself she wasn’t joking. She wouldn’t be that cruel to joke. 
“You mean?” His voice was hoarse, tears pricking at his eyes
He was met with the same misting of emotion in Tori's face as her lips quivered into a smile, nodding at him. “I'm pregnant.”
A half sob, half laugh escaped Dean as he leaned up, kissing Tori. If he were Sam, he could maybe use some fancy word to name whatever it was he was feeling right now. Elation, joy, glee. So many emotions threatened to take over, filling him until Dean wasn’t sure he could feel any more deeply than this, wasn’t sure he wanted to feel anything other than this.

Dean started to reach out, hand shaking slightly, only to stop shy of touching Tori. Anxiety spread in his chest like oil in water. It terrified him, the idea of raising a child only to find himself acting like his father. Sure, he practically raised Sammy. But this was insurmountably different. This was his kid, he couldn't fuck this up. I just don’t want to hurt you, little one.
Dean was snapped out of his head by Tori's gentle grip on his hand. His eyes flashed to her face, seeing the reassuring smile on her beautiful face. He watched with bated breath as she guided his hand to her belly. His callouses caught on the delicate material of Tori's shirt as he made contact, feeling the small bump. Hands that were rough, that had only been used to kill things that gave most people nightmares, now so gentle as to feel the evidence of his devotion to Tori. 
Tears started to well up in his eyes as he smiled at Tori. They both let out a gasp, Dean resisting the urge to pull his hand away as small movements pushed against his palm. Both he and Tori stared at each other for a second, neither one wanting to voice what they felt in fear it wasn't real. 
“Did you-" Dean started
“Yeah.” Tori breathed, letting out a disbelieving laugh. 
Dean echoed the sound, pressing his palm flatter against Tori's belly as he carefully got down to his knees to kneel before her. He pressed a kiss to where his hand had been, resting his forehead there. 
“Hi little one. It's your dad.” Dean sniffled back tears of joy. “I'm not gonna let anything bad happen to you.”
He didn't resist as Tori cupped his face, guiding him back to his feet. Emotions shined in her eyes too as Tori pulled him in to kiss her, and in that moment, everything was perfect.

Who's awake at 4 am? Jungkook. he'd not gotten any sleep. He was up the whole night but managed to doze off a few times before he woke up to do his yoga. he'd woken up earlier for another reason, and that was to prepare breakfast for you before he left for work.
he didn't plan on making a toast or some ham and egg. Instead, he decided to go with a light meal, something easy and healthy to start your day off with. 'Doenjang Guk,' a soya bean paste soup. It's easy to cook and has marvellous health benefits. Besides, he was in a mood for soup anyway.
Jungkook took his time with the vegetables and the meat, which he cooked well, taking no risk with undercooked meat for you. He was satisfied with it, anyone could tell by his face. the scrunched, angry face that he makes when he enjoys the taste of food. he packed it with heat warmers so it didn't lose its warmth by the time he took it to your place, and then he took a shower and dressed up for work.
he planned to send the food over to yours by his driver then realized that it wouldn't be safe and he wanted to see you anyway, just in case...
Jungkook decided to drive himself to work today. He's planning on doing this until you're back at his place, so he won't have to travel back and forth to get your meals. It's almost 7 a.m., and he's standing in front of your door, waiting for you to answer the doorbell. 'Oh, she's fast asleep, I'm disturbing her.' One ring....then comes another...
but he's not answered. In one mind, he feels terrible that he's disturbing your sleep, and the other mind says that he should be concerned. but when he hears the keys clang, he's relieved after he meets your puffy face and dishevelled hair. your eyes are barely left open, you stand in front of him with a long shirt that covers your knees and half the buttons undone, revealing the top of your growing bump.
"What?" You ask him almost instantly, like he's a random sanitation worker who's here to collect last week's garbage. He wants to laugh at how awfully you communicate in the mornings. That being said, you're way too grumpy.
"breakfast? remember?" You rubbed your eyes, and they opened slightly, and then you nodded. "You didn't have to, but thanks."
"You are very ungrateful." "I'm just sleepy." You instantly answer, even when you're half awake, you've still got that never-back-down attitude. he hands over the little bag to you, that's got your freshly handmade soup that he'd done just for you as well as some cooked rice and kimchi if you felt like having it as a side dish.
"There's some soup, so warm it before you have it." He advises you, and you quickly nod while letting out a yawn, leaning on the door frame and leaving out breathes. he watches you while your eyes are closed. It's funny how you're his total opposite.
His type is someone who would wake him up at 4 am for yoga, and then there's you. That's exactly why he can never think of you for anything more. "Hey, don't sleep here, panda. get inside." "mmhmm."
you hum and try to turn around but slowly lose balance. 'Oh my god, this woman.' he thinks. The truth is, you spent the whole damn night watching tv and having snacks. you waited until he left the building, you put on the movie 'Damsel'
and if that was not enough, you even watched a couple of the movies that were newly released while munching on your craving, pizza-flavoured Pringles. you fell asleep at 4:45, so you're bound to be feeling drowsy at 7 am. "careful-" he hissed when you lost balance.
"I'm alright." You put your hands higher to let him know that it was nothing. "I'll bring you lunch. Let me know if you want anything in particular. Drop a text or- call? anything." "Sure, sure. good night." you close the door and waddle back to your room after placing the warm soup on your marble kitchen counter.
Jungkook chuckled and took the elevator to drive back to the office. He's gonna have a hard time concentrating at work after seeing you looking absolutely hilarious this morning.

The heating pad had kept the soup warm enough for it to savour the taste. You sat down on the couch and turned on the television, choosing a Netflix show while you had your late breakfast. one mouthful of the soup allowed hums to leave out of your lips, so you closed your eyes and leaned back on the sofa.
"Can the day get any better than this soup?" you ask yourself and continue to gulp down the liquid, occasionally pairing some kimchi with it but you've totally forgotten about the damn show that's been played because all your focus is solely on the broth.
you cleaned the dishes and took down a mental note to yourself to thank Mr Jeon Jungkook for this heavenly food because yes, this is a zillion times better than the convenience store and has surely made your child active too, cause you can feel yourself being super hype right now. The baby has a month left until it starts
its own karate show with all that kicking and movements that you'll be able to feel. Right now, it's not very evident although you feel something. When you got back to the show, you received a text message from the one and only Jungkook.
[ From Jungkook ] Are you awake? Did you have the soup?
[ y/n ] Good afternoon, Mr Jeon, I did have it just now, so there's no need for lunch, please.
[ From Jungkook ] You shouldn't have breakfast this late. You missed your pills, too, i'm sure.
welps, you did forget to have it.
[ y/n ] Ooops-
[ From Jungkook ] i'll just get an early dinner for you then, What would you like to have? Anythng in particular?
you're completely full, and the food is at the brim of your body, so no, you can't even think about food.
[ y/n ] anything you like is fine, thanks.

it's almost 6 pm, and Jungkook can't stop looking at the clock while he's at the meeting. the meeting held today is very important, in fact, it's gonna be brilliant for the reputation and sales of Jeon Industries but somehow the CEO himself has not quite paid attention to whatever that the investors and staff had been discussing, instead, he's busy counting the seconds to 6;10pm so when the clock strikes it, he can leave.
"What's your opinion on this, Mr. Jeon?" Jungkook abruptly turns and sighs, watching his fingers twitch it at the sudden question. "uh- I think it's perfect. we should get started on this." "Started on what?" Jungkook licked his lips, reconsidering what the damn question was again. 'Wasn't my opinion asked on starting this project?'
"uh- the project?" "Mr. Jeon, we were discussing the timing for our next meeting held this Friday. The project should be finalized there." fuck- "Ohh, right, absolutely, Mr. Won! The timing is perfect. What was it again?" "8pm?"Yes, 8 is great. all sorted? thanks for your time, Mr Won. I shall see you on Friday."
Jungkook rose from his seat and walked out of the room, leaving everyone in confusion. "shit- I need to leave." he told himself. "Mr. Jung, I've got somewhere to be. Check my files and email me the rest of it that has to be signed for tomorrow." "Sure, Mr Jeon.''
He grabbed his office bag and took the elevator to get to the ground floor. He knows exactly what he's gonna get for dinner, and you're gonna love it. He can't wait for it. "Hello? is my order ready?" "Yes, Mr Jeon." "I'm on my way." he drove to the restaurant, picked up his packaged food, paid for it, and was set to drive to yours.
it's been in Jungkook's mind throughout last night, so he's very much excited about this. He'd hoped you didn't have a specific food in mind so he could get this, and it worked. You actually didn't want to have anything in specific that was in his favour. There now he stands in front of the door, ringing the doorbell, waiting for you to answer the door.
"Who is it?" You ask and try to check from the little peephole, but it is black. so you opened the door and poked your head outside and then sighed in relief. "Why did you cover the hole?" "Can't i?" "You don't do that." You let him walk inside, and he did, placing the plastic bags of food on the coffee table in front of the blush pink couch that you own. "Well, what are all these?"
"Dinner." Your eyes sparkled as you looked at his back while he removed his loafers and placed them at the corner of the door and then turned to face you. "Wait, I texted you what i was craving, and i don't think my message was read." Jungkook's expression dropped.
He definitely didn't get what you wanted because he did not check his phone for the last hour, and he knows you're gonna be disappointed by his choice of food. his eyes look around in sadness, like a little puppy.
you sit on the couch and open up the food that he got because damn you're hungry like a pack of wolves. Pregnancy appetite is no joke! Jungkook grew closer to you as he bit on his lips and blinked fast. He felt disheartened. one, because he didn't get what you wanted so you won't be satisfied and two, he got what he liked so again you're not gonna like it, probably?
you've been craving for this one thing after you watched the damn tv series and you craved it so much that you tried to check for it on the food delivery app and they did have it but it was fucking expensive so you felt guilty and then you thought you could try making
it then you realized you didn't have all the ingredients to make it, and not gonna lie you even shed a few tears because you searched for easier 5 min recipes that were similar to that but there wasn't any but then your fyp was filled with food similar to that so you felt so sad that you cried for about 5 minutes and then out of no choice you texted him. pregnancy is bullshit, you thought to yourself while crying over a stupid plate of food. you opened the plastic box and- "oh my god??!!!! you got itttt?????"
you screamed and immediately got on your feet to hug him. It was Pesto alla Genovese that you were craving for. The one that Jungkook prepared for you when you first moved with him to his place. your hands were tied around his neck as you hugged him, Jungkook leans down to your height for the way you are holding his neck and pulling him down. he can feel something poking his stomach,
so he looks down only to notice your belly touching his stomach, the closeness between the two of you had his breathing getting higher and faster by each millisecond and you are unconsciously hugging him while yapping about how much you were craving for this the whole evening. he's unsure if he should hug you back or keep his hands to himself but he's stiff and by the time he does anything, it's too late. "you have no idea-"
you get a lack of response from him, so when you stop talking you realise that it's so quiet in the room and that you're really really close to him. you soon pulled out your arms from him, still standing in front of him, right there. you didn't want this to be awkward even though the man standing forward you are extremely stiff. "uh-" you blink multiple times, regretting your life decisions because what did you just do right now?
'shit- what should I say- say something Jungkook, don't just stand like that. she's never gonna hug you again if you continue to make this whole situation uncomfortable.'
"Wait, so this is what you craved for?!" he soon asked you with his eyes larger than it was, showing you that he was genuinely so happy that he got what you wanted. you nodded your head, leaving a distance between the two of you. "Yes, you did see my texts!!" "No, I did not, I promise." You looked at him, with squinting eyes. He put his hands up, showing you that he did not lie. "Oh man, this is girl's dinner!" Jungkook huffed. "Girls' dinner?"
"The ones who watch Tiktok would know, unlike you." "You think I don't have TikTok? I do." "Never seen you use it." "Well, you haven't seen anything about me, yet." "don't want to, anyway." "eat your food." He quits the little bickering between the two of you, while you open up the other packaging.
there's not just one pasta, there's pumpkin ravioli, and spinach gnocchi with extra cheese too??! you took deep breaths of all the food and tried hard not to pass out cause it all smelled so divine, it's making your pregnancy hormones go a merry-go-round.
"What is this? you gonna kill me with all this pasta. but I'm starving, even though I had your soup, had some bread with strawberry jam, then had some Cheetos with some spread an-" "Eat up already!" "i can't find a for-" "let me get one for you." he walked to the counter and pulled out the drawers finding the cutlery.
"it's the second drawer." he opened it and found a couple inside, grabbing one fork for you he washed it with some dishwasher and then handed it over to you. "it's warm, have it now."
you poked it into the spaghetti that was coated in the pesto sauce and slurped it up. "mm mmm mmm." you hummed and continued to push more and more pasta into your mouth, your mouth being full, you still managed to poke the gnocchi and swallowed the pasta so fast, Jungkook was damn worried that you would accidentally choke. "careful tiger, the food won't run away." he smiled with his eyes.
his eyes smiled before his lips did, watching you eat so happily, humming with each bite, giggling at the mess you've made on the table and your face. the sauce covering your chin and nose. Jungkook loves his sight, it's too beautiful to look away. watching you eat, is on his favourite list.
might be in his top 5. "this may be 5 stars but yours is 10. I said what I said!" you threw your hands up, looking at him with that smile, but all that green and white sauce around your mouth had only made you look much much more adorable. "Is it?" "Of course it is! A big ass ten!" he puts his hands inside his pockets and leans against the wall, to watch you longer.
His eyes show warmth and softness towards you, he's looking at you so gently like he found a part of himself in you. He feels satisfied, he feels full just by watching you eat like a little lion cub.
"don't just stand there like a creep, join me." "it's all for you-" "Come now." you pat the seat beside you and he walks over to you, sitting next to you. "eat with me." he nods and then continues to take off the coat of his suit, leaving him with his white shirt. "I'll grab a fork for myself." He gets one for himself,
and you pass the pasta to him. He still can't stop looking at you, you're such a messy eater, he's holding back his laugh. you look over at him and raise your eyebrow. "what?" "it's nothing-"
"What?" he takes a tissue out of the plastic bag and grows closer to you, pasting the tissue to your face. "clean your face." you rolled your eyes at him and wiped off all the cream that was around your mouth. "Here, try the ravioli." "not a fan of pumpkin, you have it-" "What? No, you have to try it!"
you pricked a few from your fork and brought it closer to his mouth. "I'm good y/n-" "Try it-" "No I'm-" The pasta slipped off the fork and fell on his white shirt. you gasped and soon picked it up, but the shirt was already stained.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry-" "Hey-" you grabbed the tissue, pulling him closer to wipe it off. 'the shirt is probably from an extremely expensive brand, and you just ruined it y/n.' you think to yourself and continue to get the yellowness off his cloth. Jungkook looks at you, he sees the worry in your eyes but he doesn't mind it. he's got a lot of shirts, this isn't his only white. "I'm so sorry-'' "Hey, it's alright y/n. let me do it-" "No, I made this mess, I'm gonna clean it." you got a glass of water and a wet towel, to get it off faster.
The water had wet his chest and allowed it to be seen through now, his skin showing off the wet material. the colour just doesn't seem to go away! "remove your shirt-" "What??!!" "Remove it, it needs soap, its colour is just getting worse." "but-" "Fast! now!" he stood up and unbuttoned it, removing the shirt off,
he handed it over to you. you soon ran to the washroom to get it clean. while Jungkook stands in the living room, feeling cold as goosebumps rise, due to the cold temperature of the air conditioner.
Since it's weird to just stand here, he walks to your bedroom, the only bedroom here anyway. you've created a little place for yourself, the number of plushies sitting on the bed with fairy lights surrounding the wall with fake leaves. Your bedside table had books and your pills on it and the little mirror was decorated with stickers and lipstick kisses which were probably yours.
He poked his head inside the washroom, and he saw you scrubbing the area that was stained. "it's gone, I'm just gonna let this dry now." He nods and waits till you walk out of the washroom, he feels uncomfortable to be shirtless here.
He stands by the window that faces the quiet streets and watches outside. you close the washroom door and notice him here, his back is bare, and so are his tattoos. you remember them vividly, how you traced them while looking into his eyes. god, those tattoos were a masterpiece decorating his arm. you didn't even realise him turning around to face you because all you were observing were his inked arm that looked more visible when it was facing you.
