One thing I'm glad about, though: Marv Wolfman said fans were eager around this time for Dick and Donna to get together, and he resisted. I really like this image of them better - of being very close friends. The Wonder Twins. 💞

My second ooak custom and the reason I wanted to get into doll customizing in the first place, Starfire! 💫 She is one of my all time favorite characters and I thought she’d make such a beautiful doll. I hope I did her justice!

Standing in the yard— Standing in Titans Tower

Dressed like a kid— Holding on to the team and each other and being heroes even after everything

The house is white— the tower is the same and so is everything inside, like it’s frozen in time

And the lawn is dead— THEY’RE not the same, and the never will be again, the pain’s changed them and twisted them into people that would’ve been unrecognizable to the people that saw that tower as home. No matter how long they try to hold onto each other, they know they can never go back to when this tower was happiness and peace and not just the graveyard of ghosts of all the people now gone, including themselves

I miss season one DickKory

I miss a DickKory that tried to shut up open wounds with cheap tequila kisses

I miss a DickKory that didn't trust themselves but had not choice but to trust one another.

I miss early NTT DickKory.

I miss a Kory that wasn't afraid, who didn't hide, who respected Dick's time but not his lies. Who pointed a finger to his face and said "You love me" and knew she was right, so much that he didn't have words to disagree to his own mirror.

God, I miss miss season one DickKory, I miss when they didn't know who they were but knew whom they wanted to be with, and it was each other.

I miss madly in love NTT DickKory, rolling in laughter and kisses on Dick's apartment floor. I miss protective Kory, who helped Dick learn to feel his feelings again, but still flew him up away to the top of some tower whenever he was too emotional to think rationally.

I miss the mission oriented Kory from season one, Warrior Princess Kory, and a Dick, not Robin anymore, who for the first time cared more about what made him happy than a job. And threw the Batman code out of the window for a woman he barely knew but was already devoted to.

I miss those fleeting moments in which I really thought the show was bringing back the best of them and that it would give us the version of their story in which he would never give up on her and vice versa.

With the way I had to watch New Amsterdam do Helen Sharpe and Sharpwin dirty, I'm just really happy with what Dick and Kory got for 3+ seasons and will get in these last 6 episodes.

Sure they could've been developed more during season 2 and 3. But even then I still saw moments that showed just how much they love each other.

We got PRINCESS MAR'I GRAYSON in live action for the first, and likely the last, time ever. Not once but twice (maybe even a third time if we're lucky). And we couldn't have gotten a cuter little girl. The perfect mix of her parents.

Dick and Kory were confirmed as endgame before they even held hands!! Everything before and since then has been the journey to that endgame and I've enjoyed all of it. I can't wait to see these next few episodes. My babies are going on their first date 🥺😭. And I better hear the words "I love you" from both of them!!

And for Kory... Starfire has been my favorite character since I was like 8. To see her come to live action as a woman that looks like me has been so amazing. Anna was born to play Starfire!! From her voice, to her mannerisms, to her looks! Her performance has been the best every single season. I don't care what anyone thinks, the writing for Kory has been the most well-constructed of any character on the show. Her growth from season 1 to 4 has been so enjoyable. Her evolution from hot head to compassionate and motherly has not been her becoming "weaker" or "soft", but shown her becoming a true leader.

I'm gonna miss Kory, dickkory and the Core Four so much 😭😭😭😭😭 I'm not ready to say goodbye to that family. But I love what we got. Even the bad parts (aka s3).

Gonna go crazy with the edits after part 2 is done.

kory not celebrating her own bday but celebrating her daughter’s every year 😭😭😭 makes me wonder if mandy knows about her traumatic past at all. something something, thinking she’s saving her kid from having to hear about her tragic past when really, the kid just wants to know their mama 😭😭😭

Wishlist entry coming up!

Power switches. Like, with anyone, even a ‘normal’ human, I just like the concept of like experiencing things from the other’s perspective in rgeards of powers. Even better if mixed with multiple others, that each has the power of someone else but no two have simply ‘exchanged’ powers.
