How To Choose The Best Website Builders UK For Your Business
Choosing the right web design agency for your business can be difficult. The internet is bursting with web designers from all over the world, from established one-man bands to established award-winning agencies. A simple Google search yields 1.8 million results for a "web designer" alone! Do you go with established and trusted agencies, or do you take the risk of a new designer with newer ideas? How do you know which partners will get the results you are looking for?
Tips To Choose The Right Web Design Company
1) Consider Your Website Requirements
The first thing you need to do is figure out what your business needs are. Do you need an E-commerce website? Do you want to allow online booking? How many pages do you need? If you have many products, how would you like to arrange them? You can do some competitor benchmarking or look at similar businesses. It may lead to daunting but don’t worry, a good web design agency will help you through the process and will ultimately save you money and get better results.
2) Decide Your Budget
Before you start contacting restaurant web development agencies, it's important to set a budget so you know how much you can afford. As we mentioned earlier, there are many choices and prices can vary widely. Due to the reservation nature of web design, many designing agencies won't post prices on their websites, so you'll need to approach them with a sketch of your initial requirements to know the cost. If you receive a price that is out of your range, you can always discuss how to downsize your project to get a more affordable rate. It's important to manage your expectations and keep in mind the principle of Good, Fast, and Cheap. Even the best web designing agencies can only achieve 2 of these aspects in a single project, so decide your priorities.
3) See Their Lists & Their Results
Best website builders in the UK will display their past work on their website, so you can browse through and see if you like their work. Find an idea or approach that you like and see if you recognize any prominent brands/companies. Click and browse through a previous client's website to see how you feel as a user, too. A good web designing agency will build a website that fits your brand requirements, so look for variety in their designs. If everything looks the same, you should get it too.
Also, keep your eyes peeled for real results. Proven web design agencies can post facts and figures to show how their designs have boosted previous clients' business, e.g. increased visitor access, reduce bounce rates, improve load times, increase revenue, and even ROI.
4) Read Reviews & Testimonials
Look for reviews and testimonials from previous customers, as most established designers will have these. And it's best to check independent sites like Google My Business and other review sites because simple citations on a single site can be easily faked. Also, research the client's name to verify they're a legit company, and check out their website while you're at it. You can always check the web designer's social media profiles along with star ratings, reviews, and more. As a completely open forum, social media can give your insight into how a company is viewed.
5) Get Tips From Friends, Family And Other Businesses
Don't be afraid to ask for references. Ask your friends and family if they know any best restaurant website designers because it's always good to work with someone with a proven track record. And you can also talk to other local businesses to see who they employ. You can also browse the Internet to find websites you like. Most designers will be credited at the bottom of the site with a link back so you can find their contact information quickly and easily.
6) Call or E-Mail Them
There is no better way to get to know a company than to simply get in touch. Pick up the phone or email them. What vibes do you get? How is their customer service? Are they like people you might work with? If you're all on good terms after first contact, follow up with a video call or visit to get to know them better and discuss your needs in more detail.
7) Find A Balance Access
All web designers know how to create an attractive design, but not all have the skills and experience to consider the big picture. Your website is the culmination of all your online marketing. Your website needs to work with many factors, from search engines to social media, to ultimately drive sales. So it's important to find a web designer who has a solid understanding of the overall process and who can support your online business, not just build a website.

Abby proposing omfg
more college!abby
she strikes me as the type of person to have a very elaborate plan in mind, having consulted her own close friends for advise as well as some of her girl's closest friends/family members for help picking out the ring. in her mind, the proposal needed to be a big ordeal, something that would put any other proposal to shame. of course, she was able to talk herself off of that ledge, and instead focused on doing something that had a great amount of meaning to the pair of them as a couple.
the plan was a good one; she was gonna take her girl out of town for the weekend, consisting of a luxurious airbnb, a nice dinner, and a long walk on the beach only a few minutes from their rental. was it very original? no. was it so perfect and romantic? yes, yes it was.
except the plan very quickly fell apart before her very eyes. the airbnb was cancelled the day of due to an apparent "roach problem," which was easily fixable considering that there were plently of hotels in the area, though none were close enough to the beach for them to get there before sunset. then, the restaurant managed to lose their reservation, and were fully booked for the night, regretfully turning the couple away with a few recommendations for other restaurants in town, only every one of them were full.
abby wanted to cry when she got back to the hotel; her entire plan was ruined, but she wasn't about to let a nice hotel room with her gf go to waste.
instead, she instructed y/n to order some room service while she turned her attention to filling the large jacuzzi in the bathroom with steaming hot water, adding a mountain of strawberry scented bubbles to the bath and dimming the lights. the food arrived just as she finished, and luckily the time that it had taken them to eat was just long enough to allow the water cool enough to become a comfortable temperature.
it slips out of her mouth before she even realises it. she's in the tub, head tilted back against the wall and her girl cuddled into her chest. she doesn't even realise that she'd said it until she heard a quiet "what?"
her eyes shot open, panic filling her entire body for only a moment before she realised that, no matter how much effort she put into her plan, there wouldn't be another moment where it felt more right to ask her. so she silently reached for the velvet box in her pants pocket on the floor.
"i said, will you marry me?"

São Paulo state government launches PPP for new headquarters downtown
R$4.7bn project aims to erect 10 towers in downtown São Paulo; expropriations and continuity seen as project risks
Tumblr media
The São Paulo state government is set to launch on Friday (24), a day before São Paulo’s anniversary, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for its new administrative headquarters, to be constructed in the city center. The public consultation, starting on Friday (24), will remain open until February 26. The plan is to release the invitation to tender in the third quarter, with the auction scheduled for the last quarter of 2025.
The concession involves an investment of R$4.7 billion and operational costs of R$7.2 billion over the 30-year contract. The state government will contribute up to R$2.2 billion towards construction work. Monthly payments of up to R$64.6 million are also planned—though this amount might decrease depending on competition, as the auction criterion will be the highest discount on public disbursements.
The winning concessionaire will be responsible for building the new administrative center, comprising ten towers, with a floor area of 219,000 square meters around the Princesa Isabel Square, downtown. Additionally, the company will manage facilities services such as cleaning and security. The buildings will also feature a leasable area of 26,000 square meters for businesses like restaurants and shops.
“The idea is to have a single administration contract. Currently, it’s fragmented. The building for the Secretariat of Investment Partnerships, alone, has 15 to 20 contracts,” said Rafael Benini, secretary of the department. “There are also significant benefits of clustering. Having all the secretariats together facilitates the exchange of ideas, problem-solving, and meetings,” he added.

Any starting points or basic tips for someone who's never made a resume/CV? I don't really qualify for the jobs that ask for one instead of blindly hiring online (no completed education past high school level, only worked entry-level jobs) but it doesn't hurt to learn corpospeak just in case lol
I'll give an example! I once worked as a cashier in a Chinese restaurant and it was the most BASIC shitty job (didn't even have an electronic till and i sat with my feet up most of the time lmao) but on my CV the recount for said job read something like:
Customer Services (Restaurant): As part of my role within this establishment, I took lead responsibility in managing orders and ensuring that customers were satisfied with their purchases across both telephone and physical consultations. I also controlled the financial aspects of said purchases while ensuring that all transactions were recorded in an easy-to-access system which made tracking of orders more efficient. In terms of interpersonal relationships, I was responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent line of communication between front of house and back of house staff to make certain that all workers were up-to-date with necessary information. Due to the fast-paced nature of this role, I was consistently prepared for a shifting workload and this flexibility is a skill I have transferred across all aspects of my work ethic.
Sometimes, I think the best way to think about it is to consider every aspect of the work you have undertaken and morph that into how it would benefit the job you are applying for. If it's a very people-heavy job then focus on communication and interpersonal skills while if its more of an office job then the focus should be more on technical and practical skills etc.

Since TUMBLR won't allow to post more than 4,500 carachters I'm obliged to put an additional post in order to complete the report of
Ch. I - August 1975 - Italy - Tunisia – Algeria – Morocco – Spain – France – Italy.
BENALMADENA COSTA - SPAIN Luxurious residence, swimming pool right in front of the entrance to the apartment, we were already looking forward to the two weeks of complete relaxation after so much travelling. We were close to the fence, it was very early, and my friend uncle's family were certainly still sleeping.
''Let's try to guess who owns the clothes hanging out to dry, right in front of the apartment windows'' I told Gianluigi. . Then suddenly something unexpected happens: the door of the apartment opens and an elderly lady comes out, dressed with a nightgown: she didn't look like Mrs. Proserpio at all! We look at each other bewildered:
''Maybe the apartment booked was not available, and the management assigned another one?'' It was my friend guess.....
''Well .......it happens sometimes...'' I reply. At this point we went to Residence reception in order to ask where the Proserpio family is staying. The kind receptionist consults a list and than, with a smile says:
''Disculpa, but Senora Proserpio called me' and canceled the apartment reservation'' -WHAAAAT??
Yes, asi es…….disculpa Senor…. Disconcertion - great - mine and Gianluigi's……….also because August 15th in the Costa del Sol - as in many other parts of Europe is the peak of the summer season. ''Do you have a free apartment for the next 15 days''? We ask hopefully. ''Forgive me, but the residence is complete''.
And this was the phrase we heard repeated from the ''1267 hotels'' where we asked for a room for the whole holiday, along the coast from Benalmadena to Torremolinos and surrounding areas. Desperate, but not defeated, we resorted to ''Plan B'': the tent! We had brought, just in case, the tent purchased a year earlier from Bertoni Camping for the holiday in Riccione '68. And now it was good to have it! We found a campsite but? Worn out! And what do we do? We installed our tent just beside the campsite entrance, so we could use the campsite services without paying a pesetas! In short, a reckless life, just a week, to allow the mid-August crowd to leave and vacate some apartments. We found an apartment just a week later in Benalmadena: a decent residence, but at this point we certainly couldn't be picky. Having found a roof for the day (we used to spent the night somewhere else) we only had to find a place to refresh ourselves in the evening, and once again our lucky stars met us: we discovered el ''Restaurante de Raoul! ''. He was an Argentinian by origin, married to an Italian woman, and domiciled in Biella, Italy. For the summer of 1975 he had rented a small restaurant on the road between Benalmadena and Torremolinos, and delighted the customers in a mix of Argentine, Spanish and Italian cuisine. The female cook was Spanish, and Roul had brought his twelve-year-old son from Italy, but not his wife, since she was managing a Bed & Breakfast in Biella. It was our luck: not only did the cook prepare us timbales of macaroni, delicious fish baked in foil, but we had become friends with Roul: so off to the aperitifs and sangria that flowed like rivers! And at the end of dinners Raoul was always asking us:
What do you want to pay??!!
In short, it was a lucky step from the unfortunate surprise of the Mr. Proserpio's non-arrival and we had few ''dias feliz''. By the way, we learned more about the reasons for Mr. Proserpio's giving up, once we returned home. They had arrived - it seems - all the way to Alicante, where they had had mechanical problems with the Opel Rekord they were traveling with. Hence the (absurd) decision to turn around, return to Italy, and cancel the reservation of the apartment in Benalmadena (did we recover the deposit? No, that was lost too…) Until the end of August nothing special to report, just a quiet life, sea-pool-sleepless nights, big moguls in the evening and revelry chez Roul. Then, inevitably, the day of returning to Italy arrived, and a request from Raoul literally left us speechless: - Guys, you know that I trust you, right? - Yes Raoul… - Well I ask you a favor: my son has to start school again soon, and I instead will have to stay here at least until the end of September - So? - If you agree, could you take him with you to Italy? The car is big, and there are only two of you…. - Well…yes……why not? This will only make us take a detour towards Biella, but in a journey of over 2,000 km it's a small thing in the end…… In truth we had decided to accept, given that, as it was the end of the holiday, money was scarce. So we were counting on the help that would certainly come from Raoul, since he would surely provide his son with a sum of money for a trip of at least 3 days……. (or not?). The moment we start our journey back to Italy, it always brings mixed feeling: returning home, seeing relatives and friends..... but also sadness for the end of the holidays, and the awareness that the easy life of the Saniard's was over. And we'll have to wait a whole year to the next holiday…. We left Benalmadena in the morning (not early because Gianluigi let's say he wasn't an ''early bird' guy) and the first stop was Valencia, some 800 km away, where we arrived in the evening. A drab city then, later the European Community funds and investments for the America's Cup sailing will transform it into a more pleasant place. That evening we choose a typical Valencian restaurant, because it is true that the city was not so nice like other Spain's cities, but the Valencian cuisine is excellent, starting with the famous ''Paella a la Valenciana''. The restaurant is called El Pederniz, typical local cuisine. Great feast of seafood appetizers, cold and hot, then paella para todos, and finally ''Arnadi'', a typical Valencian postre, a mixture of pumpkin and sugar, cooked in the oven and subsequently decorated with almonds and pine nuts. All washed down with excellent Blanco Bodega Reto.
We pay, but we were certain that Paolino (Raoul's son) will have enough money in store to guarantee us a night in a hotel nearby, but..... INSTEAD NO!!! After leaving the restaurant and returning to the car, while we were discussing which hotel to choose for the night, Gianluigi asked the fateful question that we should have asked BEFORE departure: - Paolino how much money did your dad give you? - Nothing…….. - ……….Silence……. - How….nothing? - Yes, says Paolino after a hesitation, Dad said that you would take care of everything…….'' - Machecazzzzzz……………..(Italian bad word) And now we were in the sh*****… if we had known we wouldn't have spent all those pesetas in the best restaurant of Valencia. But than it was like that.... cursing Raoul and sending him all the insults in Spanish we know, I started the car and go out of Valencia, took the motorway again, and then stopped at the first service area and slept in the car. Lucky for us, the Citroen DS19 has a paddle shift and front-wheel drive, so it was equipped with seats which, when lowered, form a comfortable bed. And this is how we slept, and how we would sleep next night too. After a trip in which we spoke little, we then took Paolino to Biella - his mother was very happy to see him again after more than two months of absence. The kind Lady also hosted us for lunch (goodness of her…) after which we set off for the last stage, towards our hometown. (sigh)

   ——— ARIA OF ABLUTION ! ———
❝ FAREWELL, happy dreams of the past the rosiness in my cheeks has already gone pale the joys, the sorrows soon will end, the tomb confines all mortals! do not cry or place flowers at my grave, do not place a cross with my name to cover these bones! ah, the misguided desire to smile; god pardon and accept me.
            ♕
lights, camera, curtain! furina has arrived at the liyue harbor lantern festival.
please read below for more information on the details of her being here; i've taken some creative liberty to work her into the occasion as more than just her attending a festival out of curiosity, to provide more potential avenues for interaction!
ENTRER EN SCENE : furina de fontaine.
— it wouldn't be furina if we didn't start with the look. due to her reason for being here, she had a custom tailor, working together with liyuean fashion consultants, put together an attire in which she'll be seen in all public capacities at lantern rite. it's a marriage between liyuean and fontainean designs, and, as furina has heard that it is considered the year of the dragon, has many dragon patterns and motifs inked and embroidered throughout. she also has her hair done up ( its in its long pneuma look ) in a french bun with a few curled loose locks in front, and a gold hairpiece also in the shape of a dragon
— speaking of the reason she's here: furina is preparing for a new production that's made its way through fontaine's social buzz. it's a well-known liyuean opera that's reached international popularity due to a recent manhwa adaptation that took bookstores across teyvat by storm, titled grove of wild boars. fontaine is putting together their own stage adaptation, and furina is serving as a consultant to the director, who, while talented, is still young and inexperienced with the industry. she's here with most of the production crew mostly on research, and the timing just happened to line up with lantern rite. so why not enjoy both!
— though furina will also be busy with production research, she enjoys social and lively atmospheres, and will rarely say no to being approached or introduced to a new experience. she'll most likely be found: around the opera houses and venues; around the nearby areas both urban and wilderness with the production crew; any stand selling sweets; ( occasionally ) squirreled away somewhere quiet and remote to have a moment to decompress
inbox : open for interactions! dont gotta ask just yeet em in i want to emphasize i'm going to be doing all event interactions as minis with a 250 wc challenge to keep things manageable for myself below are also some specific plot ideas i'm tossing out if you'd like to do something more unique and plotted! please leave a comment with the symbol if you're interested in grabbing a specific plot and i'll get back to you ( it also helps if you leave ur discord if ur comfortable. if not, i'll tumblr dm you )
🍨 after sampling xinyue kiosk's dessert stand, she has to experience the full dining experience at the restaurant herself, especially after learning about its gourmet, luxury service and ambiance! but for a once-archon, for whom attending lavish banquets was once bread and butter, furina finds herself . . . unable to justify the cost of it now, even without chevalmarin's scolding. but she looks so forlorn out there, eyeing the menu. won't you take pity on her?
🐦‍ plenty in the team had told léandre it wouldn't be a good idea to bring his umbrella finches on the trip, but the director-slash-bird-enthusiast simply couldn't bear the thought of leaving his beloved pets behind. and in an unexpected accident, the completely-expected happened — startled by the wild popping of liyue's firecrackers, the birds escaped their cage! all five of them. and you, for one reason or another, have been pulled into helping retrieve them.
💎 while on a walk on some quieter rural roads outside the city, the jade pendant furina had bought earlier in the day suddenly shatters around her wrist. isn't it supposed to be indestructible? —what furina doesn't realize is that jade is meant to ward away evil. only, the evil now fast approaching was far too strong for one measly jade piece to handle.
🕯️ the adepti are such a core part of liyue's cultural shaping and belief system that furina felt the need to visit one of the shrines and pay her respects. only, she can't help but feel that something doesn't sit right about a fake ex-archon offering prayers to a divine being. you catch her in such a rare state of conflict and hesitation, otherwise alone. ( a ruminative, melancholy angled prompt )
🎭 the production crew has secured vip seating for a showing of auspicious dragon and phoenix, performed by the celebrated yun-han opera troupe at heyu tea house: a hard to come by opportunity particularly during lantern rite season when just viewing the traditional masterpiece is said to bring good fortune. only one snag: they need just one more member in their party to qualify for large group price discounts, which they could sorely use given their allotted funds. who'd pass up the chance, right? come attend an opera with furina!

How to Choose Best Website Management Services?
Business owners who hire a website management service to build or rebuild a website don't just make decisions about a product. They also make marketing decisions.
The look and speed of a website affect how long a visitor is there, how often that visitor will return, and even if that visitor does return.
Fully managed E-commerce services are no different from other service businesses. Some will provide great value and others will destroy someone's dreams of online success.
Tumblr media
It is no exaggeration to say that a management service can charge thousands, even tens of thousands of pounds for work that can be done for hundreds of pounds. Many concrete examples exist.
It is no exaggeration to say that some of these services will provide expertise in one area but not enough in another. I've seen quite a few websites that look good but lack marketing savvy, especially with search engine optimization. Some of them are not optimized for search engines.
Outside agencies will naturally pursue the contract because it means more money for their own company, even if they lack key skills. They can make up for their lack of skill by hiring a contractor or doing it themselves. It's an understandable thought, but it poses a risk to the client's business.
Project size is important.
In addition to website development and marketing skills, an outside agency needs experience in the scope of the project. A company that only builds small sites is a risk with a large site costing tens of thousands of dollars.
A new or rebuilt location for a small business or nonprofit organization may require just a general contractor who can do a little bit of everything but may not be an expert in this particular skill or other.
A large project will require a larger contractor with many employees with all the core skills or a general contractor who can provide subcontractors.
At this point, it's not like building a house.
Some important steps make it easier to hire the best website management services while avoiding mistakes that can cost a lot of money or end up with a completely messy project.
1) Define project goals
Website development can be broken down into a group of goals based on key functional areas. They are:
Technology: What software will be used to build the website? Will the vendor provide training on how to use it? Which company hosts the website? How much will it cost per month? Does it automatically back up the website in the event of a server failure?
Content: Does the text currently exist? Should I write? Who will write? How often should it be updated?
Marketing: Does the vendor offer search engine optimization? Does the site have the potential for an email newsletter? Does the company have a social media account? Does the vendor have the skills to integrate these accounts into the website?
Advertising: Does the website have any specific content? If so, how will the ad be displayed? Who will sell?
Design: Who is the website graphic design consultancy? Does it represent the brand? Will it be done in such a way that the site loads quickly? Is it mobile-friendly?
Design is a great element that comes last in the goal-setting stage. It is risky to focus too much on design as it can overshadow other business goals to their detriment.
2) Research skills
Look for agencies that communicate on their website a skill set that corresponds to these goals.
A reputable SME will often post employee biographies on their website. If so, take a look at each of them to see if they can fit the project's needs.
Then go to specialized search engines and lookups to see what else they've done and where they've worked in the past. Check out your LinkedIn profile for more information.
Look for an About Us page or something similar. If the seller doesn't post any bios or especially if he doesn't list the main ones, run away quickly. He's either a lousy salesman, lives abroad, or is hiding something.
3) Understand the price
The turnkey solution will have a fixed monthly price. These solutions are best for the smallest projects with the fewest needs. They are also good for new businesses that don't have enough money for a powerful website.
One provider found under search engine results advertised a starting price per month. It includes hosting and “four service requests” per month. This low entry point is just a template solution that won't help the business much. But it was a start.
Most businesses have needs far beyond the basic per-month form with half a dozen pages. They will also have their own needs.
The best way for a company to get an accurate and useful price for their project is to create a project plan that they send to potential suppliers. Since demand often varies, the supplier will, in turn, need to provide a customized price. Try to get at least three quotations to compare.
4) Watch out for terms of the contract
Contracts should be part of any project to protect the business and suppliers while defining essential definitions, requirements, and schedules.
Definitions should use terms that describe each task that is part of the project, such as "marketing" with a breakdown of all marketing tasks, "content" with a description of the provider and publish content, etc.
It should have a start date and an end date and an exit clause in case of problems. Some providers will offer contracts with a 90-day withdrawal clause that must be in writing. Ninety days is a long time to wait – and to pay that supplier – in the event of a problem. Instead, try trading for 60 or even 30 days.
